𝐓𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐒 𝐑𝐀𝐍 𝐃𝐎𝐖𝐍 𝐇𝐄𝐑 cheeks as she walked down the beach away from the house party, rubbing her eyes as she watched the mascara smear onto her hands. How could he cheat on her? She thought to herself.

And with her own sister as well. Moon continued walking until she couldn't see the house anymore, she sat herself down on a rock staring out at the water. Her heart was still racing, tears still streamed down her face.

Suddenly her phone buzzed in the pocket of her dress, it was Topper.

T: Moon, please come back to the house.

She wiped her tears as she grew slightly more angry, tapping her fingers against the phone screen in anger.

M: Why? So I can watch you sleep with my sister some more.

T: ...

T: Just come back please, I'm sorry. I love you Moon and only you. I was just upset.

M: No Topper, we're done.

She chucked her phone down on the ground as she heard sudden foot steps approaching her to the left, "Fuck off!" She stood up as she yelled her voice cracking as she did.

"I'm sorry." It was John B standing there with what seemed like a blanket in his hand as he began to turn around. She covered her mouth before dropping her hands, "No, John B please wait. Don't be sorry, I should be the one sorry I'm such an asshole!" She stood with her arms hanging to the sides of her.

He turned around as he began slightly laughing, "What's up with you tonight?" He walked over as he stood in front of her before wrapping the blanket around her small figure.

"Well—" she looked up as her vision became watery from the tears again, "Oh sweet Moon." John be stared down at her as he brought his hands up to her face wiping the tears off her cheeks with the tip of his thumbs.

That almost made her began to cry even more as she was being comforted by the boy, "I went to this house party and well everything was going so great, that was until Topper tried to hook up with me and I kept telling him No and then he got mad at me. Then I left the room and came back and well I walked in on him hooking up with my sister." She gulped as she realized how fast she was talking.

"It's all my fault, isn't it." Moon looked up at John B who just shook his head as Moon started to feel a pain in her chest again, the blonde girl began crying once again when John B rested her head against his chest to cry onto.

"None of this could ever be your fault" John B kept his arms wrapped around the weeping blonde girl until he knew she was ready to let go of him.

She released herself from the boy as she held the blanket he gave her close to her figure, "what are you doing out here anyways?" Confused as she looked back from where he walked from.

The Twinkie sat on top of the hill parked next to a tree, "me and my friends were at the Wreck, you wanna join?" He had a light in his eyes almost hopeful that she would agree to join him.

"I'd love too — but don't your friends like hate me?" She could feel the tears on her cheeks starting to finally dry up, "that's because they don't know you, come on it'll be fun. You need to get your mind off of him anyways." He held his hand out as Moon kind of smiled and sighed.

"Fine." She reached her hand out and intertwined it with his fingers, she followed the pogue boy up the sand hill towards the Twinkie. Moon had always seen this van but had never been inside of it, she thought it was interesting everytime she saw it drive by.

He released his hand from hers opening the passenger door, "after you princess." He smiled, she couldn't help but have a slight grin as she laughed. She stepped carefully into the van as she sat her butt down on the seat turning her gaze towards him.

"What?" She asked as the boy was just staring at her, the same way he stared at her the first time she saw him at the beach party. "Nothing, just guys are stupid." John B chuckled under his breath as he closed the door.

Moon sat there the blanket still wrapped around her as she looked around in the van, there were lots of random things on the floor. A hoola dancer on the dashboard, "something wrong?" the brunette asked from the driver seat as he shut the door.

"Oh nothing, just looking around. You have lots of interesting things in here, it's cool." She nodded with a slight smile, she was more used to being in a fancy jeep but she could see herself vibing in a van like this more often.

"Well then, let's go!" He turned the keys as the Twinkie began to move down the street.

The Twinkie suddenly stopped outside a restaurant, The Wreck. She felt a sudden funny feeling in her stomach as she recognized the place, "doesn't Kiara's parents run this place?" The girl couldn't help but ask as she had a worried look on her face.

"Yes, why?" He opened the passenger door for her, "great, it's fine." She hopped out as she placed the blanket down into the passenger seat, "you sure you don't want it?" He asked so kindly.

"I'll be okay." She gulped having her arms crossed over her chest, the last time she saw Kiara was on the boat.

She followed John B up the steps as a few other people were inside, she watched as John B turned to the right as she did 3 pairs of eyes laid on her. "What the hell is she doing here?" It was none other than Kiara herself.

She was already having a horrible night she didn't wanna start having another breakdown, "I can just go John B." Moon began to turn around as Mike appeared from out of the kitchen, "oh nonsense feel free to stay Moon!" He had a big smile on his face as if he truly was happy to see the girl.

"It's been so long since I've seen you." He watched as the blonde sat down a smile forming on her face, "what's the kook princess doing here?" She could hear JJ whisper to John B next to her.

"It really has been, the place still looks nice." She had ignored JJ as Mike had placed some leftover French fries with ketchup in front of the girl, "thank you." She mouthed.

"Look she's here because I found her on the beach crying and come on I couldn't just leave her?! She helped us also when we needed someone to dive for us, she almost died remember?!" Moon shook her head hearing the two go back and forth talking to one another as if she couldn't hear every little word.

"You know I can hear you guys right?" She giggled as JJ put a hand on his chest, "my apologies Ms. Cameron, we just usually don't have more than us here." She grabbed a French fry as she swirled it in ketchup.

"How have you been Kiara?" She didn't feel like she could call her Kie yet again, "I've been okay, why?" The girl was pouring water into JJ's cup. "Just haven't talked in a while — that's all." She insisted.

"Well yeah, you've been with your little kook friends and not me so." Kiara had a snotty tone in her voice, "okay guys let's not do this here — let's all just have a fun chill night." Pope had his hands in the air.

Suddenly some music started playing in the background as Moon was eating her fries watching as Kiara started to dance, pointing at John B to join.

He looked at Moon before getting up with his drink, the boy walked over as he began dancing with the girl spinning her in circles. She watched as Pope watched them closely, Moon couldn't help but do the same.

Until JJ suddenly started talking, "so Moon how's Topper doing?!" That completely snapped Moon back into place. "—what?" She spoke.

"How's Topper doing — yk since I had a gun to his head?" he held his fingers up like finger guns, "he's great." She felt her lip starting to quiver as her mind went right back where it was before.

"Like is he still scared of me — or is he like chill now." JJ kept going on asking questions about Topper, This is a bad time JJ she thought to herself. "Excuse me — I-I'm sorry." She felt her heart rate speeding up as she sat up and grabbed her bag quickly walking past and accidently shoulder checking Kiara and John B as she did.

"Watch where you're going Moon!" Kiara threw her hands in the air, "I'm sorry — I gotta go." She gave a quick glance at John B as she had water forming in her eyes before she turned around and walked out the door.

"Way to go J." Pope shook his head at the blonde boy, "I didn't mean to make her upset." JJ leaned his head back as Kiara gave him a smack in the head. "Okay — since when did you even care about her suddenly." He whipped his head around at her.

The blonde girl kept walking down the road not even sure of where she was going, she just wanted to be home. She needed her brother, "Moon?!" It was John B. The boy was running after her down the street "stop walking please!", finally she decided to stop.

"Jesus — I'm out of breath now." He bent over as he began panting like crazy, the girl had a tear going down her face. "What did JJ say?" John B tilted his head, "nothing, JJ didn't do anything wrong. It's not his fault." Moon nibbled at her lips, "but Moo—" he was cut off instantly. "Kiara's right, John B what am I doing here?" She turned back around as she began walking.

"I just wanted to help you!" He walked up next to her, "well right now. I need to be alone, can you please respect that!" She crossed her arms over her chest as her voice was cracking. "At least let me give you a ride home." He watched as the girl stared at him, he tilted his head giving her a look.

"Fine, whatever."

The lights of the Cameron house turned on as the Twinkie entered the front yard, Rafe was already standing outside the house. Moon was worried as she could tell he had been snorting again.

"Rafe." Moon got out the car as she walked up to him, she tilted her head at her brother before wrapping her arms around him. Watching as John B drove off quickly out of the property.

"Why were you with a pogue?" He asked.

Moon gulped.

"Topper cheated on me." She rested her head against his chest, "that son of a bitch." Rafe felt furious as he continued to let his saddened sister hold onto him tightly.

Heyyyy finally posting after forever !

this is just a short simple chapter , not much happening just trying to get back into writing.
