Suddently someone's hand was placed on her shoulders , Arushi looked behind in shock .

" Arushi !!! " that lady was a familiar person to her . Arushi mentally rolled her eyes .

" Ohh Riya ! what a pleasent suprise " Arushi gave her a fake smile . It was completely revealed on Riya's face that she is jealous of Arushi . Its not a new thing , from her college Riya was always envious of her .

" Arushi , its been longtime since we met . I had seen one interview of your's last year . 'Sucessful business women' Miss Arushi Sharma " She spoke out . "She is enjoying her life after destroying someone's " Riya spoke under her breathe .

" Ohh ok what are doing here in America ? " Enquired Arushi
" ahh... woh....I came here to visit my cousin , he is settled here " Riya was like searching for words .

" hmm ok u are currently working ?

" i am not working , you know about my husband right ? Mr Ranav Khanna , Owner of Khanna Groups so i don't have to work like you . I am queen from my birth and will live like that " she pushed hair from front to back to show attitude . That scene made Arushi to roll her eyes again .

" By the way Arushi why are you here ? " She looked around and found Psycartist's room . " Hmmm... i am feeling sooo sorry for you Arushi " Riya faked sad face like taunting her, that made Arushi confused .

" Huh ? what ? " Arushi exclaimed in a confused tone.

" Ohh you came here to meet psycartist right ? i know your madness is not gone yet !! Don't worry everything will be fine soon " Hearing this Arushi's nerves were burning , she was about to yell at her but suddenly someone stopped her from behind . It was none other than her Madhu .

" Ishaaa.... please calm down . Don't care her words , we all know how she is !! " Maduri gave a disdainful gaze to Riya . Riya rolled her eyes .

" Hey Maduri just look at her ! look how violet she is..... just take her to some mental hospital " Riya spoke in teasing tone . " Whatever !! its your karma Arushi you have to bear it !!!! "
And that broke Arushi's heart into million pieces . Her haunting memories were flashing through her mind in light speed . She lost her control and felt like her surroundings were spinning .

" Riya you crossed your limits !!! Just leave us !! goooo !!! " Maduri shouted .
Riya left there without anyword giving them a scorned look .

Arushi felt her heart beating fast in unsteady manner . It felt like she can't breath . Disturbing thoughts and voices were flashing through her mind , Riya's words were fueling her insecurities. She hold her chest with one hand and was searching for a support with the other . Its not the first time she felt like this situation , May be its the first time after 2 - 3 years . This situation is really like a nightmare to her . Maduri became scared after seeing her bestfriend's condition after a long time . Suddenly Arushi fainted losing her control giving Maduri one more shock . She hold her safely and look around for help . Soon she found Psycartrist room which was near to them so she took her to there with a great difficulty

" Doctor.....Nurse ... please help " Maduri called out for 𝐡𝐞𝐥𝐩.

Arushi slowly tried to open her eyes but it was hard because of the lights in the room . She realised its not a familiar room and got up with a jerk .
She found trip on her hand , she had no idea whats happening with her .
She put hand on her head to recall everything but in vein.

" what happened to me ? i was talking with Riya right ? Where is this place ? " She search the whole room with her eyes and confirmed something " its psychartist's room !!! what i'm i doing here ? " Soon she felt someone opening the door and approaching her . She was curiously waiting for that 'someone' to come near to her .

Who will be that person ?
