Kalina slowly approached Miguel, Demetri, Aisha, Hawk and Bert at the park knowing they would question the bandage on her head. "Come on, eat something. It'll make you feel better," Demetri offered as Aisha focused on her phone. Hawk was sparring with Bert, well, kicking the poor boy's ass more like it. "Told you, I'm not hungry, man," Miguel answered back to Demetri. "I think you're overreacting," Demetri expressed to Miguel.

"I'm not overreacting, dude. I know what I saw," Miguel affirmed while Kalina listened out of view. "All right, so you saw her eating dinner with some chode," Hawk started before kicking Bert in the face, "It's probably just her brother or something." Hawk leaned down by Miguel's head as he shook his head. "No. Brothers don't look at their sisters like that," Miguel argued back. "Depends what part of the country you're in," Demetri stated blankly, Kalina bit back a laugh at that comment.

"Look, I just don't want what happened to Sensei to happen to me," Miguel told his friends with a sigh. "All right, so you go over to this kid and beat his ass so he doesn't have the chance," Hawk advised horribly. "Don't listen to Eli," Demetri instantly stated. "It's Hawk," Hawk corrected with a clenched jaw. "Yeah, 'Metri. It's Hawk," Kalina finally made herself known as she walked towards them. "Holy shit! What happened?" Demetri asked as he looked at her.

"Kali?" Miguel looked at her with a worried look but she shrugged it off. "I'm fine, don't worry," Kalina smiled at them before sitting on the grass, her back against the bench between Demetri's legs. "But Miguel, Sam's given you no reason not to trust her. Just talk to her before you mess things up by acting rash and out of anger," Kalina advised as she fiddled with Demetri's laces; it was an obvious dig at Hawk. "Yeah, I guess you're right," Miguel stated though his eyes landed on the bandage, he was gonna ask her about it later.

"Oh, that little bitch!" Aisha exclaimed gaining everyone's attention. "What?" Miguel asked mostly unfazed due to his untamed thoughts. "You know that video I posted of me breaking that board?" Aisha asked them. "Yeah," Miguel nodded along. "Look what Yasmine commented," Aisha showed them the phone. "Impressive... can't believe the belt made it around ur waist..." was what Yasmine wrote and Kalina was already pissed.

"Oh shit," Miguel exclaimed while Aisha and Kalina looked at each other. "I gotta do something," Aisha expressed. "All right, how about we kidnap her and have my boy Rico tattoo "bitch" on her face?" Hawk offered with a smirk. "Calm down, Hawk," Demetri said. "All right, I hear how you're saying it, and I don't like it," Hawk snarked at Demetri, the two glared heatedly at each other as Kalina shook her head before standing up from the ground. "Wait, wait, wait. I've got a better idea. Look," Aisha held out her phone.

"Yasmine's throwing a birthday party at the canyon later?" Miguel expressed. "Not if we strike first," Kalina stated with a smirk as she looked at them. "What's the play, Sensei?" Aisha said to Kalina who smirked mischievously. "That canyon is ours. Time to get back at Yasmine for everything," Kalina and Aisha high fived before the two walked away from the boys. They all walked up to see Kalina approach a car. "Is that yours?" Miguel asked with furrowed brows.

"There was an incident that happened, my step-grandfather showed up at the hospital and bought me this considering I do have my license. No biggie," Kalina smirked as she leaned against her black BMW. "That is badass," Aisha complimented before they all got in the car. Kalina smiled as Aisha took the front seat and Miguel, Hawk and Demetri sat in the back with Bert squished in as safely as possible.

"All right, be sure to stock up good. I'm inviting everyone," Aisha announced as they all grabbed a bunch of snacks for the party. "VIP only, my ass," Aisha added making Kalina laugh. "I still don't understand how we're gonna buy alcohol," Demetri asked from next to Kalina, the girl sighed and leaned her head against Demetri's arm. "Oh, please, never underestimate the power of the hawk," Hawk stated proudly, sending a flirty wink at Kalina before walking to the counter with alcohol.

"Did he just?" Demetri looked to Kalina who shrugged before grabbing some Pixy Stix. Kalina turned her head to watch Hawk as he conversed with the cashier who looked bored out of his mind. "That's my friggin' kid right there," Hawk pointed at Bert who looked up from the magazine in his hand. "And my girl, his mom. Never wanna see her mad," Hawk looked to Kalina who deadpanned and rolled her eyes before resting a hand on Bert's shoulder, the boy smiling up at her.

The cashier shrugged and as he turned around, Hawk stuck his tongue out at the group before asking for more alcohol. After they paid, they made their way but Kalina approached the counter with a smile. "Can I get the usual?" Kalina asked him. "Kalina... You haven't since... All right," He shrugged before pulling out a brown bag with a bottle inside, the girl paid before smiling at him and making her way out to the others, preparing for their takeover of the canyon.

"So, are you gonna tell us what happened to you?" Hawk asked as they drove towards the canyon. "A couple of guys working with Mr LaRusso's cousin, Louie trashed my father's car. My dad and I kicked their asses but then one of them got the upper hand and swiped my legs after I thought he was unconscious," Kalina explained as she focused on the road ahead of her. "Wait, what?" Demetri asked with furrowed brows.

"Yeah, then they set my dad's car on fire before taking off. My dad protected me from the flames but in a rage, he took off on one of their motorbikes to go after Daniel LaRusso after Louie told him the LaRusso families address. I tried to make my way to the apartment but collapsed and Louie, who was still there, called an ambulance and then I woke up in the hospital," Kalina explained, her tone clearly showing how unfazed she was; despite the fact she was moreso pushing the pain aside.

"Had the opportunity to be verbally abused by my birth mother before my grandfather showed up and got me out. Then I showed up at the park after Aisha's message," Kalina shrugged as the car went silent. "I'm sorry," Miguel suddenly said breaking the silence. "Why?" Kalina asked as she glanced at him through the rearview mirror for a few seconds before focusing back on the road. "I should've been there. For that, I am sorry," Miguel stated.

"Shut up, Miggy. It's fine, I had it mostly handled. Can't win every fight," Kalina assured as she pulled up to the canyon. "Now, let's get this party set up. I so cannot wait to see Yasmine's face when she sees this," Kalina stated, Aisha gave her a fist bump before they all made their way down to set up before Aisha and Kalina posted about it, inviting Cobra Kai who then invited their friends too. Kalina smiled victoriously at the party set up.

"Oh my God, did you see what Kalina was wearing yesterday!?" Yasmine exclaimed in disgust as she adjusted her hair in the bathroom mirror. "Oh totally, like blue and orange are a major no-no," Moon added with her own tone of disgust. "And seriously!? I don't get what Mike sees in her, she's a total geek with no friends. If it wasn't for us and our kindness, she'd be a total loner," Yasmine continued before huffing. "And she's so secretive about her family, like what? Are they freaks or murderers? Is she poor?" Yasmine added as she turned to Moon, Sam and another one of her minions.

"Like I totally feel for the poor, don't misunderstand me but she still owes Moon like eighty bucks for that shirt you bought her," Yasmine complained as she glanced from Sam to Moon. "I told her not to worry about it," Moon assured Yasmine with a small smile. "Uh, yeah, Kalina is more reserved and private about her life but she isn't... bad or a freak," Sam spoke up gently gaining Yasmine's attention. "Aw, Sam, you are too kind for your own good. She's dragging you down and I refuse to have her drag us down," Yasmine stated sternly before turning to the mirror and applying some more lipgloss.

"So what are you saying?" Moon asked with furrowed brows. "Let's just say my plan is easy work and if it goes my way, she'll be out of our lives," Yasmine answered her. "That sounds awfully like a threat of murder or maiming," The minion spoke up gaining a glare from Yasmine. "Okay, I would never go that far. Anyway, I have it all planned," Yasmine said before she walked out of the bathroom, the girls all following her out. "Kalina Lawrence is a problem child," Yasmine said as she walked off down the corridor. One of the stall doors opened and Kalina Lawrence stepped out, she wiped the singular tear away and walked off to sit with her new friend Miguel rather than the girls.
