THE NEXT DAY CAME BY FASTER THAN FINN THOUGHT.

He woke up feeling fresher than the day before. His plan was to get to school earlier than his bullies so he can get to the chart to apply for the talent show in peace. He wanted to have a good time, but only because Mal specifically told him to.

However, Mal's siblings weren't exactly helpful with getting to school on time.

Just like the day before, Nawal took him to Mal's room so he can take something that would help him feel confident. He entered the room with delight, then slowly headed towards the drawer. He stopped for a second to look at the mother as if to ask her for permission to open it. She nodded with a soft smile, making him open the drawer carefully.

He saw a silver necklace that had a small blue heart on the front. He reached for it and grabbed it in his hand. Then wrapped it around his neck and carefully tied the lock.

Nawal smiled again.

Finn then hid it under his shirt's collar, so the bullies wouldn't bother him about it the day before.

"Come on, let's go." She whispered, earning a gentle, sincere smile from the boy.

He nodded and followed her out of the room.

As soon as Finn reached his locker, his heart fell to his stomach.

His locker was covered in small, yellow papers that were taped like stick-notes, and written on it was all the hurtful words he could and couldn't think of.

His eyes caught the phrases you're ugly, you're a freak, faggot and go die !

It brought tears to his brown eyes. He quickly blinked them away to not seem pathetic, but he was failing. He knew it. It was just too much.

For a while, he didn't care about his books. He wanted to get out of this place as fast as possible.

He hurried towards the boys' bathroom, and locked the door. Then broke down into tears.

Meanwhile the siblings passed by the hallway, trying to get to their classes.

But eventually stopped by the sight of yellow stick-notes stuck to a locker that the boys didn't recognize. However, Luna did. And it broke her heart.

"Gosh, w-what is that ? Whose locker is that ?" Adam stuttered out, glancing at his brother. Rajwan shook his head as he reached for one of the papers and pulled it away.

DO EVERYONE A FAVOUR AND GO DIE !

"Girls, do you know who this locker belongs to ?" Rajwan asked, staring at the mean words the bullies dared to write.

"I-It's Finn's locker." Luna whispered, clearly hurt by the sight.

"I can't believe it ! The guy was being bullied and you didn't even bother to stand up for him !" Maya scolded in shock.

"We didn't know. We don't have classes together, how are we supposed to-" Adam began, but was interrupted when he saw his brother opening the locker somehow. And there they saw it.

There was a picture of Finn and Mal hugging each other that Finn hung on the walls of the locker on his first day to make him feel confident. But, regardless, it was completely destroyed.

Rajwan felt an uncomfortable feeling in the pit pf his stomach as the urge to vomit began to increase. He couldn't believe it.

"I feel sick.." He began, holding his stomach gently. Adam stepped forward beside him as his eyes caught something, and for a moment, he couldn't believe himself.
