"it's funny how they don't even suspect a thing." soojin laughed wickedly. her voice echoed through the room. "it took me over ten years to send my men as spies into their gangs, I'm glad my work hasn't gone to waste."
"miss lee, you're a clever one, what can I say." YJ smirked as she sipped on the coffee soojin prepared for the three of them.
"they really think they can make some plans without us knowing." minseok scoffed with certain pride.
in their dark meeting room, the only light came from the projector. it showed all seven boys sitting at the round table discussing the simyeon gang.
"in any case..." hoseok looked around the room. "who are those guys?"
"them?" taehyung pointed at the five men in black standing near the exit. "I insisted on bringing them here in case you try to do anything 'funny'."
"look who's talking." jimin butted in. "the betrayer himself."
nobody even suspected that one of those five men was a spy from the simyeon gang, who filmed them through the hidden camera attached to the pen in the front pocket of his suit.
"boss, what's our plan?" YJ asked. "can we get to it already? those punks are getting on my nerves, especially that one in the scarf or whatever shit he's wearing. he caught me like two times already."
"ma'am, that's a gucci jacquard wool cardiganβ" minseok started, but was interrupted by soojin.
"what do you mean he caught you?" soojin's darkened eyes darted through the girl.
"nothing serious, but he saw me kill janesser..." YJ quieted down and all three listened to taehyung who started talking about her.
"they're not too bad." soojin chuckled. "they managed to find some info on us."
"I highly doubt that will get them anywhere." minseok rolled his eyes.
"do you guys think we might be underestimating them?" soojin walked around the room in a slow pace, deep into thought.
"I think we're overestimating them. look at them!" YJ spoke in a rather aggressive tone. "they look like a bunch of gang member wannabes."
"woah, has somebody met bloody mary this morning? or do you have attitude problems?" minseok laughed as he gave YJ a glance.
"I don't have an attitude problem, you have a perception problem." YJ spat.
"shut the fuck up, both of you!" soojin yelled and turned up the volume of the video playing.
"I say we should follow her. we can get something out of her... at least the location of the simyeon gang building."
"but how do we track her down?" jimin asked.
soojin laughed loudly, scaring the other two.
"nice one." she said. "so will they walk the city in hopes of finding YJ? how pathetic."
"dumbasses." YJ whispered to herself.
"YJ... why don't you do them a favor?" soojin turned to the girl and smirked.
"you want them to catch me on purpose?" she complained.
"I want you to show them, that they shouldn't mess with us." soojin explained in a low voice. "make sure they understand who they're dealing with, I know you can do it. I count on you."
"you got it, boss." YJ took a finishing sip of the coffee and grabbed her gun which was laying on the table.
she left the office in a rush leaving soojin and minseok alone.
soojin was about to give minseok an order but was interrupted.
"boss, my motives have changed." he spoke up.
"did they?"
"you know how I initially started working for you because I wanted revenge on yoongi..." minseok twisted a pen in his hand. "well now, I decided I want more. I want to become the leader of the geomeun gang."
"but they united and became the geomeun pi gang, what will you do, split them apart?" she questioned.
"it leads to only one solution, then β becoming the leader of the geomeun pi gang." minseok replied.
"I think you forgot who's side you're on." soojin's fingers patted minseok's shoulder as she gave him a death glare. "wanna become the leader of my rival gang? you want us to be rivals? you know my plan is to become the ruler of the mafia world. keep in mind that your actions may bring consequences."
"miss lee, you misunderstood me." minseok shook off her hand. "this has nothing to do with you, I have nothing against you becoming the ruler of the mafia world."
"then why?"
"this has to do with yoongi and everyone he knows and cares about. I want them to suffer." he smiled wickedly.
"and why are you telling this to me?" she asked.
"I won't be able to do with without you." minseok's face changed to a more soft one. "please, boss, I know you can. after we beat them, make me the leader of that gang."
"alright, but... what if I say no?"
"that just won't be fair." minseok backed away. "I've been your spy for so long, I know much more about the geomeun pi gang than anybody else. your spies know what's going on inside the gang, but they don't know what's happening inside of their heads. you gotta repay me."
"makes sense." she replied coldly. "now go, you have stuff to do."
minseok smiled and bowed down before leaving the office.
soojin layed back on her leather seat and exhaled loudly. she closed her eyes and sipped on the coffee that was barely warm by now.
"repay you?" she spoke to herself in a quiet voice. "minseok, minseok... so naive... when has anybody in the mafia world played fair?"

"I suggest we split apart. one of us might even meet minseok or somebody else from their gang if we see the tattoo." jimin explained. "our main mission is to follow, in order to find where those crescent moon bitches are hiding."
"let's also not forget that those crescent moon bitches are clever and unpredictable as fuck." jungkook added. "stay safe and think before doing anything."
jimin, taehyung and jungkook were all sitting in a black car, next to the strip club. it was already evening β about the same time both jungkook and taehyung have seen the girl near the club.
"I wonder what business she has here..." taehyung pondered.
"what if the simyeon gang is located somewhere close?" jimin suggested.
"or maybe there's some secret entrance near the club... or in the club." jungkook turned to tae. "you don't know of any secret doors or hallways, right?"
"the whole point of it being secret is that nobody knows about them." jimin interrupted.
"I know none..." taehyung responded and secured his gun. "I think it's time we move out. stay safe, kook."
taehyung leaned in and left a kiss on jungkook's cheek.
"you too, tae." jungkook gave his lover a little smile.
"good luck to you, jimin, stay safe. oh, thank you, jimin." jimin spoke to himself.
"right, um, good luck to you and stay safe." jungkook said to jimin with a smile.
"don't act like those threesomes didn't happen." jimin told jungkook before leaving the car.
"the WHAT?!" taehyung raised his voice.
"I'll explain later." jungkook said quickly and left the car in a hurry.
"yah! jeon jungkook!"
taehyung decided to start in the club. after all, he worked as a stripper, it wouldn't be suspicious if he happened to be here. since his shift was tomorrow night, taehyung walked over to the bar table and took a seat.
he looked around for jackson and spotted him at one of the tables, cleaning it.
taehyung hasn't been to the club in a long time. he was too busy with gang business and with jungkook. he thought it was important to build back the relationship they had, so spending time with jungkook was more important than his side job.
he hoped to surprise jackson today.
the barman walked up to the bar table and placed the collected dirty dishes into the sink.
"what would you like to orderβ" he said before looking up. "tae! oh my god, it's been so long!"
"only three weeks." taehyung chuckled.
"felt like centuries to me! what on earth were you doing?" jackson asked as he started preparing coffee for both of them.
whenever taehyung was feeling down, or just needed somebody to talk to, jackson was always there. they became quite close.
"jungkook returned from the abroad... and we decided to spend some time together." taehyung lied with a sincere smile.
"gosh, you two finally made up!" jackson exhaled in relief. "I knew your love was stronger than anything."
"now, now, this isn't some k-drama." taehyung laughed. "anyways, how have you been?"
jackson placed the two cups with coffee on the table.
taehyung didn't forget about his mission, he kept on looking around trying to catch the sight of a familiar female. he knew that if he would just go around the club, he would look suspicious, so he tired his best to act natural.
he noticed jimin going up to the second floor and they exchanged glances.
"things are stable, nothing has changed." jackson responded. "people have been asking for you, they were afraid you quit."
"I'm going back to my schedule starting tomorrow." taehyung said. "my manager knows, the word will be out and the club will be full of people tomorrow."
"you're just making my job more difficult." he chuckled.
"the more people β the merrier. plus, we both get paid twice as much." taehyung smiled and took a sip of the coffee that turned out to be too hot to drink. he placed the cup back down in a hurry, making some of the liquid spill out on the table.
"oh gosh, I'm so sorry!"
"relax, it's just coffee." jackson took out a towel and started wiping the table. "wait a little longer before drinking it next time."
taehyung nodded and watched the coffee stain slowly get soaked in by the towel. as jackson cleaned it, his dress shirt sleeve rode up, revealing his muscular arm and his elbow.
he turned around to leave the towel in the sink, revealing a far too familiar tattoo that made taehyung freeze.
right above jackson's elbow, on the back, was the crescent moon tattoo... taehyung saw it vividly, and felt his soul leave his body, as his heart pounded out of his chest.
jackson... is part of the simyeon gang?
