"I said, certified freak, seven days a weekβ"
"jimin, for the sake of everything holy in this house - stop." jungkook gave jimin an annoyed look.
"the only holy thing in this house is hoseok, aka a god. and you know what people do in front of god? get down on their knees for him." jimin smirked.
"did you not have enough yesterday? doesn't look like you can properly walk today." jungkook pointed out.
"w-well, yeah, but my throat doesn't hurt, so..."
"judging by the sounds I heard, I'm not so sure you're saying the truth." jungkook walked over to a mirror and looked at himself.
today jimin brought him over into his new apartment. hoseok bought it for him a couple weeks ago and jimin only now settled in. it was nothing out of the ordinary, the apartment was pretty and neat, nobody would've ever guessed that this was owned by a gang member. but jimin probably wanted it to be that way.
jimin was happy, but at the same time he wondered if that was hoseok's way of telling jimin that there's nothing between them.
if now jimin had a house, he wouldn't have to live with hoseok anymore...
"discussing our sex life?" hoseok walked out of the kitchen.
"more like, telling me about it even though I have no intentions of hearing it." jungkook mumbled.
"jungkookie is jealous." jimin whispered into hoseok's ear and smiled.
jungkook tilted his head, revealing a part of his tattoo that was covering his hand and shoulder. he liked the way he looked with it and his piercings, the one in his lip was his favorite.
jungkook thought he looked more mature now... more badass.
he spun his car keys on his finger and clutched them in his hand.
"I'm going out."
"where to?" hoseok asked.
"just out."
"you know you're not allowed-"
"I know." jungkook rolled his eyes and grabbed his sunglasses from a table, putting them on. "I'm not dumb, I'm not going to get caught."
with those words jungkook walked out of the apartment, leaving the two in silence. jimin and hoseok looked at each other and chuckled. they found jungkook's behavior childish.
"so..." hoseok started. "should me and you..."
"have sex?" jimin responded nonchalantly.
"n- I mean, if you want to... but I thought we should go grocery shopping." hoseok said, a little surprised.
"oh." jimin's eyes widened. "I... of course, yes, let's go."
hoseok grabbed jimin gently by his waist and gave him a smile, leading him towards the exit.
jimin smiled to himself but once again was confused by hoseok's behavior. gosh, when will things finally start to make sense?

jungkook slid down his car window and let his sunglasses slip down his nose a little. he looked around the area and suddenly spotted the person he was looking for.
taehyung was walking down the street with a black bag in his hand. he was walking by slowly, he looked tired, as if he hasn't slept for days.
his eyes were covered by sunglasses.
"why the sunglasses?" jungkook talked to himself. "it's not sunny outside."
jungkook wore them so that he wouldn't be recognized, but what made taehyung wear them was a mystery.
the guard greeted taehyung at the entrance and opened the door for him.
jungkook sat in his car for a moment, thinking, but then got out of it and walked straight into the strip club.
compared to the outside, the club was dark, creating the illusion of nighttime. it was crowded despite the early hour, music blasted through the speakers, people let their bodies move to the music, not caring about how they looked because what mattered is that they were having fun.
there were only two strippers on stage. both of them were young girls in bunny costumes.
the seats near the dance poles were half-empty. that was probably because everyone was waiting for taehyung's performance.
jungkook noticed taehyung disappear behind a door with mr. vantee written on it in golden letters. he wanted to follow him, but was stopped by a guard.
"that is the staff's territory, sir."
"right."
jungkook entered the club and went over to the bar table.
"jungkook? why the hell are you here again?" jackson asked and moved closer to jungkook, leaving the drink he was preparing alone.
"taehyung is working today, what if he sees you? it's not as crowded as in the night right now."
"chill, jackson, I know what I'm doing." jungkook responded.
"last time he saw you."
"wait really?" jungkook pulled closer the glass of whiskey jackson prepared and clutched it in his hand.
"he came over to me and asked me about you, but I just told he that he must be seeing things." jackson explained. "he looked kind of scared."
"what do you expect? he thinks I'm in another country." jungkook said and took a sip, grimacing at the strong taste.
"good thing I didn't stay for long."
"well now he's-" jackson froze. "fuck, jungkook, taehyung is coming! hide somewhere!"
jungkook left the glass and ducked. he moved through people who gave him weird stares and crawled under the bar table, ending up near jackson's feet.
"the fuck?" he glanced at jungkook and stood next to him, trying to cover him.
jungkook looked up and noticed that the bar table's side was transparent. he cursed under his breath as he heard taehyung come up.
he only saw his feet - black heels and stockings that reached his thigh. he almost forgot how sexy taehyung looked, for a moment lust took over the feeling of anger and jungkook smirked, imagining how his hands would grasp those thighs.
"coffee, please." taehyung said and sat on one of the chairs, dropping his head onto the counter.
"woah... what happened to you?" jackson grinned and took out a white cup. "another sleepless night? who was the lucky guy?"
jungkook listened to the conversation and clenched his teeth.
what did he mean by another sleepless night?
"no." taehyung mumbled. "I feel like I'm dying on the inside."
"what?" jackson asked. "tae... really? what happened?"
"it's difficult to explain, honestly." taehyung responded. "I just need a rest from everything. but let's not talk about it."
"alright, if you say so." he said. "what's up with janesser?"
"janesser?" taehyung gulped. "he's dead."
jackson dropped the cup onto the floor, letting it shatter into a dozen pieces. jungkook jumped from the surprisement and hit his head on a table.
for a moment taehyung didn't understand why jackson had a reaction like that, but suddenly remembered that jackson didn't know that taehyung was a part of a gang where murder was an everyday thing. he forgot jackson was a simple human who worked as a bartender.
"I-I mean..." taehyung stuttered, trying to find the right words to say. "it was an accident, umm... the doctors said that he was drunk and fell down the stairs... like damn, can you believe it? I was so shocked yesterday I couldn't sleep."
taehyung met eyes with jackson. he started nodding slowly and taehyung understood that he believed his lies.
"should I help you? sorry I made you drop the cup." taehyung started walking up to jackson. he was about to enter the bar table territory but was stopped by jackson.
"no!!!" he yelled, startling the younger. "I will clean up myself! you should go, people are waiting for you. I'll bring your coffee to you later!"
taehyung stared at jackson for a moment or two and then left silently, not understanding what got into him. was he really that surprised by janesser's death?
maybe.
after all, only to taehyung a thing like that was common.
jackson crouched down and sat next to jungkook under the table.
"why do you even take this risk?" he asked, picking up the shattered cup pieces.
"sorry."
"I really don't understand you two." jackson pondered. "you had a thing going on... and then you suddenly say you have to leave abroad, but you actually don't and now you spy on taehyung or some shit. what's the point?"
"it's difficult to understand..." jungkook said. "just don't think about it too much."
"alright, weirdos."
"thank you."

minseok got into the elevator and went downstairs, to the archives. he hoped to meet taehyung there and bully him some more, but was surprised to see nobody in the room.
he looked through taehyung's table and saw different useless notes and papers along with a diary.
"he has a diary? pathetic."
minseok laughed and flipped through the pages.
the last page had a pink sticky note attached to it with a question written in black ink.
where is jungkook's grave?
"he really believes jungkook's dead, huh." minseok smirked. "and judging by his diary entries, it's killing him... well, why not make it worse?"
he reached for his phone in his back pocket and pulled out his phone, dialing some number.
"hello, boss. may I ask for a favor? yeah... I need somebody to build a fake grave in the name of a certain jeon jungkook."
