"Kai Empire? But why? Isn't it the enemy empire?" Kija questioned from his seat.

Yona seemed suprised too.

That's what i read from the books..

"Well , it's not just a passing interest.Kai Empire's citizen are known to be able to survive from the cold atmosphere.That piqued my interest," Yoon explained , rubbing his chin.

His eyes held determination.

"I also believe there must be a plant that can be cultivated at the land of fire too..."

That one line stole Hana's attention.

If i recall in the books...Izu..? Izai..? What is it called again? Izo seeds?

"But isn't it dangerous for Yona and Hak..? Well not opposing..im just reminding," Hana spoke up , starting to pack her belongings.

"That's why i was hesitating ," Yoon added."But they can stay at Ik-Soo's place.."

Who's Ik-Soo?

Seeing Hana's troubled face , Yona moved closer and whispered.

"Ik-Soo is Kouka's High Priest and Yoon's guardian before he travelled with us," Yona stood straight back up , and Hana turned back to Yoon.

"But Yoon , you're doing this for Kouka's sake , right? I'm going if you're decided, " Yona acceded , smiling at the pretty boy.

That smile spreaded.

"I know you'd say that.Well then , let's go to the Kai Empire," Yoon wrapped up the discussion.

Hana , with her belongings on her lap , stayed sit as her eyes wanders.

Each of them held high respect for Yona.Amazing...But i wonder , what's their relationship? I don't think they radiate bodyguard-master relationship.

They are more of like...a queen and her princes...?

I don't know.

Yona took them as her fellow friends , and they took her as their friend and master, but..the difference of aura between them and Yona are way too far.

Hana glanced at Yona and Hak , who tried to pack their stuffs.

Hak trying to help Yona bring her belongings , but Yona declined with a baby bird mouth complaining.

They both don't look like that.

They are the only one that looked dominantly in Master-Bodyguard aura.

"Ey , you! Why are you just sitting there daydreaming?!" Kija , with his annoying voice cracked up her thoughts.

"Oh shut up , i finished packing way before you , Spoiled Child," Hana closed her nose.

Dammit , his smell's just like Moth Orchid...and sometimes pretty stingy.

"Im not spoiled!"

Yeah yeah , you hair's not white either.

Hana looked around , the smell thing's taking over her thoughts right now.

Jaeha smells like rose , just like that night.

Shina smells like...blue-bell flower.

Yona smells like Spider Lily flower ,

Hak smells like Petunia..Black Velvet Petunia.

Zeno smells like sunflower, and Yoon smells like Freesia.

Now that i think about it , what do i smell like?

Hana tried sniffing her own hands.

Zero results.

Armpits maybe..?

Hana ducked down to smell and lifted her arm.

"Well Hana , if tou want to take a bath , there's a lake over there , you know," yona suddenly appeared , already prepared , sweatdropping.

Dammit , again.People appearing before i can smell their auras.

I need to concentrate and get used to it.

"No,  that's not it.I'm just trying to know my aura smell," Hana shook her head.

Honestly , where did the smell actually came from? Head? Foot? Body?

"Huh..? Aura smell?" Yona tilted her head.

Seems like it's something new to her.

Hana hesitated a bit before motioning Yona to duck and come closer.

When Yona was close , Hana sniffed around Yona's ears and neck.

Shiver went down Yona's spine.

"E-Eh , Hana-san?! What's wrong?" Yona squealed , and it took the other's attention.

Kija's jaw dropped to the ground.

"Marrying as a female with female is forbidden!!! It's forbidden love! And don't touch Hime-samaaa!!!" Kija ran  and chopped the air between us to separate us , luckily after Hana could pull away.

"I never knew Hana-chan were into Yona too---"

"I'm not , squint eyes."

"Oh really? Then what was that??" Jaeha smirked.

Tired by the thoughts of the long arguing , Hana sighed.

"I'm just doing some research.Come here then , you interrupted  my experiment," Hana motioned him to come closer.

Jaeha's eyes gleamed.

"What kind of experiment? Should i strip off--"

"You know what , i'll ask Shina instead," Hana backed away , trying to hide the terrified look on her face as she avoided Jaeha and approached Shina who suprisingly cooperated.

Hana sniffed around Shina's neck.Nothing , the bluebell flower were somehow--not from there.

She felt Shina stiffening.

"I'm sorry if this doesn't feel comfortable,  i need to find out," Hana exclaimed , sniffing around.

"Find out what..?" Shina muttered.

Wow...he actually spoke.

"The source of your aura sme--" Hana's explanation halted when she passed in front of Shina's chest.

The smell has gotten sickening...

It's the chest...around here.It's near the heart...

"Found it.." Hana rubbed her chin.

So is it right? It marks people's consciousness or something like that..?

"Okay , everyone finished packing? Let's go," Yoon announced , behind him , a curious Yona is fidgeting , watching Hana and Shina from a far.

"Thank you , Shina.Let's go," Hana thanked , trying to look directly to  Shina's eyes , and of course only to look at his mask.

What happened with his eyes?

And how is he looking now?

Now im curious.

After a walk among the crowd , they arrived at the border.

"The Kai Empire is across this bridge and over that mountain," Jaeha cooed with his usual smirk."I found this when i jumped around the other day , and turns out merchants used to pass this way long time ago."

Jumped around...?

"So be careful , it's fragile,"

Wow , that rosy squint eye turned out to be useful sometimes too.

"Oomph!!" Yona slipped backwards,  luckily , Haku caught her.

"We just stepped here and you slipped already?" Haku raised an eyebrow.

Yona pouted.

"I'm fine,"

That's some cute muttering there.

"The planks are rotting...they could fall off anytime.." Kija commented , gripping on the side rope tightly behind Hana.

"Well , if it's Yona , Yoon or Hana---" Jaeha's statement got cut off right that moment , as the plank under Kija cracked and the white head screamed , blasting down with opened arms.

Jaeha moved quickly holding the white head's chest from behind , and luckily , Hana's quick reflexes helped her to turn around and grabbed his arms up and helped him get back up on the bridge.

"Oh geez..." Hana sweatdropped.

"Kija , you're okay??!!" Yona panicked.

"If it's Yona , Yoon,  or Hana , i could help them all the time and i expected you guys to be able to help yourself , is what i was about to say...but well,  i should have known," Jaeha sighed , helping Kija back up on his feet.

"My life flashed before my eyes..." Kija trembled , heaven's light spotlighting on him.

Some experience i do not want to see.

"Is there no such other ways..?" Kija tried holding on the rope again , tears brimmed at the edge of his eyes.

"No , we looked around but this is the only way we found.Also here , a plank i brought in case if something like that happened," Yoon gave a new plank , rolling his eyes at Kija's vulnerable state.

"We scouted the area the other day.Unsettingly , there are no much guards..." Yoon's voice trailed off.

We finally arrived at the end of the bridge and found a waterfall.

We stopped.

"I'll tell about the others as we travel," Yoon decided , dropping his bag on the ground.

And soon enough , everybody's alreafy on the ground eating, collecting woods , or just sitting down unpacking some things.

"The current thing happening now's just like King Il's and the tribes accident.The royal family lose power , the the other tribes gained power," Zeno suddenly informed , biting on the fried chicken he probably got from Yoon.

Or stole from Yoon.

King Il's accident...?

Kija and  Jaeha silenced Zeno , while Yona and Haku reminisced at the other side.

Hana rubbed her chin, a habit whenever she started a long trail of thoughts.

Fujino Obaa-san did told me about Yona's accident..

That the gossips said Haku kidnap Yona and kill King Il , and by how Yona act now , the fact speaks 180°.

They said Yona's cousin's the one who sat on the throne now...

Weird...

Now im excited to know more.

"I wanted to go to the small rural place first though.If we stay quiet.If we stay quiet.If we stay quiet," Yoon rolled his eyes.

"He said it three times," Kija whispered.

"Because it's important," Hana passed , replying with a flat face.

"I know!!" Kija yelled.

"Yeah , yeah,"

"Kija , can you help me pull that side?" Yoon asked from afar , which made the orchid smelled teen head over there.

Turns out , they build a tent.

"Wow , Yoon! When did you make this?" Yona chimed in admiration , and Yoon looked at his creation proudly.

"We need this in the forest because of the rain and bugs , so i made this back then when i finally get my hands on big cloths," Yoon put a thumbs up.

Yoon , the mom figure of the crowd and one of the most sane person.

"Yoon , you're a genius!!" Kija hopeful clasped his hands over Yoon's , shedding happy tears.

Ah right,  last night he screamed because a caterpillar fell on his nose.

Hilarious.

Best midnight entertainment.

"Then i'll rest first--"

"Oh Yona , you sleep there with Thunderbeast," Yoon stopped her.

Thunderbeast..?

"W-Why?" Yona seemed suprised.

Did she sleep a tent with Yoon all this time?

"Because there's a chance that a bear might attack.If Thunderbeast is there , i don't need to worry," Yoon simply explained.

"Then ,it's okay that i sleep with Hana , right??" Yona gleamed in excitement  , but stopped by Kija who yelled at the background.

"We could not trust a stranger so easily!! She might even be the bear!!" Kija's annoying mouth is in action again.

"What the hell are you saying," Hana popped an irk mark.

Hana turned to Yona.

"You can sleep with him , Yona.Afterall I'm just a stranger , it's not guaranteed that i can protect you from a bear too," Hana pointed at Kija.

Suddenly the white head fidgetted and stuttered.

"I-I-I'm sleeping with H-Hime-sama??! N-No wa---"

Yoon facepalmed.

"I take my words back," Hana facepalmed.

"Then how about me ♡?" Jaeha uttered with his bright fake smile.

How the hell is he speaking ♡ in verbal conversation..

Author , please make some make sense plot.

"Me too , Me too!!" Zeno jumped around.

"No , Zeno , you don't have power!! And Jaeha , with you , it's dangerous in other meanings!!" Yoon yelled with unbelieving stare.

I get that.

But...power..?

I still don't understand.

"Well then , how about Shina--" Yona exclaimed , turning to Shina only to be interrupted by Haku.

"Is there something wrong..if it's me?" Haku raised an eyebrow with his resting bitch face.

Yona flinched.

Hana's light bulb turned on.

So thunderbeast is Haku.
