You and Scaramouche cleared the water and soap from the tub and touched up your spotless bathroom. You then brought Scaramouche to your bed and he laid on top of you. You both ignored the fact that there were clothes strewn over the bed's edge.

"It's over."

Scaramouche chuckled.

"Fucking finally... One more tragedy and I would've fucking lost it."

"We don't... Have to deal with any other enemies anymore."

"Dottore's gone for good, and my mother is sort of starting to love me again."

Scaramouche began running for the shoreline, dragged you in front of him, and then shoved you right into the water.

"We just took a bath!"

"I beat you before and I'll beat you again!"

Childe, who had just taken a piss in the forest, squinted his eyes as he watched you two wrestle in the water.

You both continued to stumble around, covered in damp sand.

You both burst out laughing as you had him in a headlock.

Scaramouche was soon lying on his back in the shallow water, with you on top of him.

"I told you I'd win."

"I want to step foot in the other nations for the first time with you."

"Always. I'll always be there, I promise."

You gave Scaramouche everything he needed. You offered him the affection he hadn't had in years - A reason to stay. You made him feel things he never expected to feel, like the explosion of ecstasy in his heart whenever he was around you.

You taught him actual manners. The positive characteristics of a relationship. 

You instilled in him the value of love.
