𝐋𝐈𝐋𝐋𝐈𝐀𝐍 𝐍𝐄𝐀𝐑𝐋𝐘 𝐃𝐑𝐀𝐆𝐆𝐄𝐃 her duffle bag to the elevator.

"Lilly I want you to me-" Luke began as the girl turned around,

"Mama Hughes!" Lillian smiled as she saw the blonde woman,

"Jim!" She added letting out a gasp as she saw the Hughes father,

"Hi," the girl finally sent them a wave as Luke gave the girl a hug,

"So you're the lady that has been putting up with my son for the last year and a half," Jim wasn't trying to be intimidating but the girl thought that she was going to get drowned by the ground,

"That's me," Lillian nodded as she felt her best friend softly tug on her bracelet as he wanted to calm her down,

He could tell that she was nervous.

"It's nice to finally meet the girl that all three of my boys talk so highly about," Ellen came with my much sweeter tone as she sent the girl a warm smile,

"They do?" The soccer player cocked her head her eyes went wide,

"Told you they love you," Luke mumbled into the girls ear as he teased,

"Luke did good picking his best friend,"  the boys parents sent the duo a nod signalling to Luke that they approved the girl that he called his best friend.

It was the first morning back in Ann Arbor and Lillian spent it in the library catching up on work,

"Hi my pretty girl," Ethan smiled as he sat in the chair next to her,

"Hey baby," Lillian looked up from her laptop as she placed a peck on his lips,

"You two are gonna make me sick," Dylan pretended to gag as he shook his head,

"They should have done that when you heard them celebrating," Luke mumbled as he shuddered at the thought,

He had loaned Lillian a new shirt before they flew back and he got to see all of the marks that Ethan left on her torso,

"You did not hear us!" The blonde threw her pen at the boy as she sent him a glare,

"Shush!" Was thrown through the library as the other students sent her a glare,

"What are you all doing here exactly?" The girl added as she cocked her head looking at them,

"I came to see you," Ethan explained as he placed his hand on her leg,

"And you two?" Lillian turned her attention to the boys who sat in front of them,

"We were with him on the walk and figured we'd come in too," Dylan explained sent her a shrug,

"Missed me already?" The blonde teased as she sent them a soft smirk,

"Of course," Luke nodded as he smiled,

"Don't you boys have practice?" The soccer player asked as she looked at the small digital time on her laptop,

"Nah that's at three," Ethan shook his head as the boys agreed with him,

"It's currently ten till," Lillian went wide eyed as she watched them all grow alarmed,

"Shit," Dylan muttered as the boys got up,

"We gotta go," Luke let out a groan as they were going to have to run back to the sophomore house if they wanted any chance of getting to practice on time,

"Bye princess," the Canadian placed a kiss on her forehead causing her to smile,

"Bye boys," Lillian couldn't help but let out a soft laugh as she watched them quickly run out of the library,

Letting out a sigh as she went back to doing her work.

The girls decided to go out for drinks as they wanted to celebrate,

"What are you looking at?" Indigo asked as she looked at the girl who sat next to her,

"Duker sent me a video," Lillian explained as she giggled watching it replay,

"Put your phone away then!" Candace crossed her arms as their drinks arrived,

"Can you believe that we only have one dating girl in the group," she added causing the three girls to look at Lillian,

"I'm only recently single!" Indigo furrowed her eyebrows as she thought about it for a second,

"Yeah yeah technicalities," Alexis rolled her eyes as she sipped her drink,

"Let's not talk about the people we're dating," Lillian shook her head,

"Tonight is about us," she added as she looked at her closest female friends who sat in front of her,

"Here's to almost surviving to the end of the year." Alexis nodded as she held her half empty drink up in the air letting the girls cheers,

"Let's get shit faced!" The girls all quickly added as they were going to have a good night,

Lillian let out a laugh as she made her way out of the bar,

"Markie moo!" Lillian smiled as she saw the boy,

"You had a good night?" Mark cocked his head as the girl wrapped her arms around his torso,

"Great night," the blonde nodded as she looked up at him,

"You?" She added as she cocked her head,

"We should get you home," the brunette sighed as he wrapped his arm around her shoulder,

"Home?" The soccer players eyes lit up at the word,

"To your dorm," the hockey player explained as the girl released him for her hug now standing next to him as his arm was still around her,

"I don't wanna go there," Lillian confessed as she pouted,

"Let me take you to Ethan then," Mark felt a sour taste in his mouth as he mentioned her boyfriend,

And he felt like a total dick for admitting that.

"Why don't I just hang out with you?" The blonde acted as though a light bulb had gone off on top of her,

"Because I can't get drunk if I have to worry about you," the brunette knew that he shouldn't be drinking with a big game coming up but he was in desperate need of a break,

"You don't worry," the soccer player crossed her arms as she grew defensive,

"Yes I do," the hockey player wanted to tell her just how much he did worry about her,

She was drunk enough that she probably wouldn't remember what he said anyways.

"I love you too much to be okay with you alone," he added as he tapped her nose,

"You love me?" Lillian cocked her head as her expressions softened,

"Of course I do," Mark nodded as he swore it should have been obvious,

"You're one of my closest friends." He pointed out fearing the possibility that she would remember what he said,

"I'll take you back to the house," the boy sighed as he realised that she probably shouldn't be alone tonight,

"Let me go say bye to the girls," the blonde nodded as she remembered that she had gone with the girls,

"I'll sort it out," the brunette shook his head as he had Indigos Snapchat and would just tell her later,

"Oh you're such a good friend to me Markie," the soccer player smiled as she placed a kiss on his cheek not noticing the blush that crept onto his face as he nodded.

The duo began the walk back to the sophomore house as Mark kept his arm around the girls waist making sure that she didn't fall over.

"Lukey!" Lillian cheered as they opened the door to the house and were met with Luke who was in the living room,

"Shush," Luke tried to hold back a laugh as he looked at the girl,

"Some of the boys are sleeping," he added as he motioned to the fact that all of the lights were off,

"Lukey," the blonde repeated at a much quieter tone this time,

"Where is Ethan?" She added as she cocked her head,

"In his room," Luke pointed up the stairs as the girl nodded,

"Night boys," the soccer player smiled,

"Thanks again Markie," she added as she kissed Marks cheek before she began to make her way up the stairs,

"Night Lilly," the boy spoke at the same time as they watched her finally get to the top and as she made her way to Ethan's room,

"You want to explain what that was?" Luke asked as he heard the door shut,

"I just got her back home," Mark explained in a duh tone,

"You turned red when she kissed you," the younger boy pointed out,

Being the youngest sibling really forced him to become attentive,

"I always do," the older boy shot back as he crossed his arms now mimicking the pose of the drunken girl that he was talking to less than an hour earlier,

"You didn't at your birthday," Luke smirked as he could tell that he had hit some type of nerve,

"I'm gonna tell you something that you can't talk anyone," Mark sighed as he ran his fingers through his hair,

"Okay sure," the younger boy nodded as he tried to think about what on earth he could be told,

"I think I like Lilly," the older boy spoke in a quiet tone due to the fear that someone might hear it,

He really did have feelings for Lillian.

AN: THE MARK PLOT IS BACK AND IN FULL SWING YALL

Also we did get back-to-back social media chapters which will happen once or twice more in the book.

And did I mention that we have TWENTY chapters left?!

In the spirit of betting though, if the knights win the game tonight I'll do a triple update tmrw but if Florida win I'll release the new book on Sunday.
