๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ ever a time that Lillian regretted giving Luke a key to the dorm, it was now.
"Rise and shine," Luke sang as the door opened as the boy forgot that the blonde shared a room,
"What?" Lillian groaned as she swore that Indigo was staying at Kelsey's so she shouldn't have been in there,
"Wake up," the brunette repeated as he softly shook her,
"Why?" The blonde rolled over as she pulled her blankets over her head,
"Because we are going for a run," the hockey player explained as he pulled the blanket away from her,
"Luke," the soccer player grumbled as she tried to reach for her blankets again but came up unsuccessful,
"Lillian!" Luke mocked her as he opened her curtains,
"Let me sleep," Lillian shook her head as she turned away from her window eyes still shut,
"You need to have some time to feel better," the brunette pointed out as he wanted to help the girl,
"Yeah and I can do that by sleeping," the blonde shot back as she finally got comfy in her bed,
"Nope," the hockey player shook his head as he grabbed onto her ankle and pulled her out of bed,
"Luke!" The soccer player let out a squeal as she hit the floor,
"Come on," Luke held his hand out for her to grab,
"You'll love it," he added as he sent her a smile,
"Fine," Lillian who was now definitely awake sighed as she got up,
"Now get dressed," the brunette explained as he patted her shoulders with his hands.

Luke smiled as the girl sat down next to him,
"You are a monster," Lillian groaned as she took her seat on the bench,
"How am I a monster?" Luke asked as he held back a laugh,
"You just made me run up that hill," the blonde pointed as they had been running for forty five minutes.
"And it's cold," she added as the cold early November morning air was chilly.
"But look," the brunette sighed as he motioned to her to look in front of them,
"Why am I looking at the sun?" The soccer player asked as she watched the sun rise,
"Because it's pretty," the hockey player explained in a duh tone,
"I'm pretty," Lillian furrowed her eyebrows,
"But I don't look at myself all the time," she added as she let out a scoff,
"Debatable," Luke laughed as the girl sent him a glare,
"You know it's quiet enough that I could kill you and make it look like I was never here," the blonde warned being deadly serious,
"Now there's the Lillian I know," the brunette messed with the girls hair as he let out a snort,
"Come on," he added as he got up deciding that they should be on the move again,
"Where are we going now?" The soccer player groaned as her head fell back onto the bench,
"To get some coffee," the hockey player explained hoping that it would make the girl happy,
"Places open this early?" Lillian's jaw dropped as she let out a gasp,
"Yes Lillian there is a world that moves when you're sleeping," Luke smiled as he nodded,
"Luke!" The blonde grumbled as she furrowed her eyebrows,
"It's too early for my brain to think," she added as she was not planning on being awake at all until midday.
"You can't judge me for that," the girl pointed at him as she muttered something else inaudible under her breath.
"Just hurry up," the brunette motioned to her to hurry up as he started walking,
"Couldn't I be given a less athletic best friend?" The soccer player asked out loud as she looked up to the sky now getting up,
"I heard that!" The hockey player called back as he scoffed,
"You were meant to!" The soccer player shot back as she rolled her eyes jogging to catch up to him.

After Lillian's shower she finally made her way to the library for work,
"I didn't think that I'd see you today," Ethan looked up from his laptop to see the girl throw her bag into the chair next to her,
"As I said if you didn't agree let's act like I never said it." Lillian mumbled as she wanted the world to swallow her,
"But Lil-" the brunette began but was cut off when the girl raised her finger in the hair.
"No Ethan," the blonde shook her head as she didn't want to hear it,
"Let's just work okay?" She pleaded as she opened her book causing them to sit in silence for a few minutes.
It felt like they had been sat there for years and the boy wanted to kick himself for the fact that he was causing her to put her walls up again as she so clearly did not want to be in here.
"Are you okay?" The soccer player asked as she felt Ethan staring at her,
"Why wouldn't I be?" The hockey player asked as he snapped out of his glance,
She was finally looking at him,
"Look this doesn't need to be anymore awkward than it already is," as much as Lillian didn't want to admit it she still had to finish the project and it would be done best with everyone's input.
"But-" Ethan wanted nothing more than to tell her that he loved her and wanted to be her boy once more,
But something and he didn't know if it was his self restraint or what but he was keeping his mouth shut,
"Ethan," the blonde refused to hear him in fear of hearing some apology come out of his mouth,
"Let's just work," she added as she went back to looking at her laptop forcing them to work for the remainder of the time they had together in silence.

It seemed like once their session was over neither one of them could leave any faster.
"What are you doing here?" Lillian asked as she cocked her head seeing Dylan stood at her door,
"It's nice to see you too Lillian," Dylan whipped his head around as he furrowed his eyebrows,
"I wasn't trying to be mean," the blonde confessed as she opened her door letting them both in,
"But like we never hang out," she added in a duh tone as it felt awkward having him there,
"Alone," the girl pointed out as she motioned to them.
"I wanted to come see my favourite soccer player," the brunette spoke in a duh tone as he sat on her couch,
"And ask why Ethan is being weird," he added as he hadn't learnt about what went down there.
"That's because he rejected me," the soccer player explained as she sat down next to him,
"He did what!" The hockey player felt his eyes pop out of his face,
"I know right!" Lillian nodded in agreement,
"Like I'm not saying this to sound funny but you'd think that after the last few months he would have liked me back." She added as she ran her fingers through her hair,
"He's always been a bit stupid," Dylan shook his head,
"That's what I've been saying for years," the blonde nodded as they let out a hearty laugh,
"Why aren't we friends?" She added as she cocked her head,
"I think people think that we'd be too mean together," the brunette pointed out,
They were always to two blunt people the group.
"But that's what makes it perfect!" The soccer player nodded,
"Like remember when Mark went through the whole floral shirt phase?" She added as her friend decided that floral button ups were his thing,
"It was a dark time for us all," the hockey player shuddered as he shook his head,
"That was the longest three weeks of my life," Lillian sighed as she couldn't believe that everyone acted like they liked the shirts,
"Try being the one who had to see it everyday," Dylan muttered as at one point Mark got all of the boys shirts too.
"Why do you think that I stopped seeing you guys so often," the blonde pointed out as she only saw her boyfriend during those times,
And Ethan would have to come to her room for it.
"Quietest three weeks of my life," the brunette confessed as he sighed,
"Hey!" The soccer player let out a scoff as she hit him with a pillow,
"I didn't say it like it was a fabulous thing," the hockey player defended himself as he raised his hands in surrender,
"I just said it was nice," he added as he shrugged,
"Do you want me to kick you out or not?" Lillian warned as she crossed her arms,
"I'll get comfy," Dylan shook his head as he nuzzled the back of his head into a set of pillows in the couch.

AN: I've been dying to get more of Lillian and Dylan and that's what drove this chapter.
Also I'd like to take a moment to thank Pinterest for giving me that photo dump
