๐๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐ ๐๐ though the gods were looking down on the Umich students with joy as their last day of school was a hot and sunny one.
"I'm coming, I'm coming!" Lillian groaned as she ran to the door,
"Rutger," she added with a smile seeing the freshman who was stood there,
"Lillian," Rutger ran his fingers through his hair as he as he looked at her,
"What are you doing here?" The blonde cocked her head as she watched him tap at his bag,
"I came to say goodbye," the brunette explained as this was the last time he was seeing her,
He wasn't apart of the sophomore group going to the lake house and he was in California with his parents during the draft it meant that she wouldn't see him again until she came to visit.
"I can't believe you're leaving," he added with a sigh as his heart almost broke looking at her,
Even though they had slept with each other months ago, they had actually become good friends now with a relationship that was purely platonic.
"You'll see me in the hockey season," the soccer player pulled him into a hug as she felt like they both needed it.
"I promise," she rubbed his back trying to comfort him,
"I'm going to hold you to that then," the hockey player smiled as he finally looked at her again,
"You better," Lillian nodded in agreement,
"Good luck in that woman's league," Rutger was going to have to spend the summer learning about the division so that he could watch her play,
The hockey team already discussed the closest routes to all of the different woman's teams from different away game locations.
"You're gonna kick ass," he added as Lillian was his favourite soccer player,
"Thanks Rut," the blonde ruffled his hair as she laughed at his annoyance,
"I'm feeling ignored," Indigo spoke up as she was still in the room hidden by the door.
"Bye Indigo!" Rutger called out with a chuckle as he had seen the girl a few times in the year,
"Bye Rutger!" The striker announced with an amused voice,
"I'll see you around," the hockey player turned his attention back to the girl in front of him before he left.
"Can you believe that like eight months ago you slept with him," Indigo pointed out as Lillian shit the door behind her,
"Indigo!" Lillians eyes went wide at the sentence,
"You know I'm not wrong," the striker shrugged as she continued folding clothes,
"And I was just stating a fact," she added as she looked up with an amused grin.

Deciding that she needed a break Indigo went to the local cafe for a drink leaving Lillian in the room to do a final makeshift therapy session.
"Hey Mark," Lillian smiled as she saw the boy,
"Lilly," Mark walking into the room as he sat on the couch,
"How is packing going?" The blonde asked as she joined him on the couch,
That couch was the holder of many secrets.
"Good," the brunette nodded as he tapped his fingers on his knee,
"We're almost done," he added as the boys had been hard at work packing the house up all day,
"Can I say something to you that you won't get mad about?" The boy mumbled as he felt like he had something weighing down on him,
"Mark you've already told me that you liked me-" the soccer player almost laughed at how stupid she thought he was,
"I'm mad at you for leaving," the hockey player confessed as he crossed his arms,
"You are?" Lillian was almost grateful that someone was being honest with her,
It almost made her feel better that at least someone was mad that she was leaving, it was just somewhat comforting.
"Yeah," the brunette nodded as he twiddled his thumbs,
"We were all meant to walk together," he mumbled as he realised that Lillian was no longer going to be with the boys on that day,
"Who else am I meant to have diner dashes with?" The boy let out a dry laugh as tears began to well at his eyes,
"Mark," the blonde quickly pulled him into a hug as she now felt tears forming in her eyes too.
"I know I'm a horrible person," the hockey player sniffled as he could feel that Lillian was scratching his head trying to comfort him.
"No you're not," the soccer player shook her head,
"I'm leaving the school," she added as she slowly rocked them back and forth,
"I'm not leaving you boys," the girl pointed out as she's felt like she was losing a part of herself leaving them,
She didn't know how Luke did it.
"Promise?" Mark asked as he held his pinky out,
"Promise," Lillian nodded as she locked her pinky with his holding back a laugh at his soft antics,
"And you can call me whenever you want," she placed a kiss on his head as she wipe a tear away from his knee,
"Just make sure I'm awake before you do," the girl laughed as she thought about the idea of time zones,
"You got it," the brunette nodded as he finally sat upright letting the girls arm sit behind him,
"Anything else on your mind?" The blonde asked as she cocked her head,
"How the fuck are you planning on taking Ethan to Italy?" The hockey player blurted out as he furrowed his eyebrows,
"I don't know!" The soccer player laughed as she shook her head,
"I'm going to have to tape his mouth shut when we are in restaurants," she added as she was almost embarrassed to admit that the man she was dating thought that pineapple was a nice on pizza.
"Just tell them all he's American," Mark proposed as he shrugged,
"I can't do that cause he's now learnt Italian!" Lillian ran her fingers through her hair as she knew that it wasn't an option,
"Damn," the brunettes eyes went wide at the announcement,
"Ethan's got moves," he added as he nodded to himself impressed that the boy put that much effort in impressing his girl,
"I know," the blonde nodded in agreement,
"I'm gonna miss you like crazy," she added as she placed her hand on the boys shoulder,
"I know," the hockey player smiled as he looked at her,
"I better get going," he added as he looked at the girl,
"Where to?" The soccer player cocked her head,
"My parents are picking me up," Mark explained as he was excited to see his parents again.
"Wanted to spend time together before we go to the house," he added as he shrugged.
"I'll see you soon okay?" Lillian mumbled as she pulled him to his feet as she hugged him,
"Bye Lilly," the brunette sighed as he tucked a loose strand of hair behind her ear,
"Tell your parents I say hi Markie moo!" The blonde grinned as sent him a salute,
"You can't hate the nickname anymore cause you're like barely gonna hear it," she added as she saw him roll his eyes,
"I was gonna say that I think it's growing on me," the hockey player confessed as he shrugged,
"Really?" The soccer players eyes lit up as they got to the door,
"No." Mark laughed at the way her face dropped shaking his head at how easy it was to screw with her.

The Fantilli brothers were the last two to come to the girls room,
"Boys!" Lillian gasped as she saw the duo,
"I'm gonna miss you Lil," Luca mumbled as he wrapped his arms around her,
"I'm seeing you two in like a month," Lillian's voice came out muffled as her face was in his chest,
The couple and the Fantilli brothers agreed that they were going to meet up in Tuscany.
"That's what I said to him," Adam laughed as he nodded,
"Shut up," Luca grumbled as he sent his brother a glare,
"No tears shed for him?" The blonde joked as she saw that his eyes were glassy,
It seemed like today was the day that all of the boys were going to be emotional,
"I see him all the time," Luca explained in a duh tone,
"I'll come and visit in your season," Lillian smiled as she watched him nod,
"You know I can't go without hockey for too long," she added as she watched him look like he was now feeling better.
"Mom is downstairs," Adam sighed as he read the message aloud,
"You two leaving already?" The blonde turned her attention to the taller brother,
"Yeah," he nodded as he smiled,
"It's the first and only time our parents get to help both of us move out," he added as he threw his arm around his brother,
"I heard you're the second draft prospect," Lillian realised that she hadn't spoken to the boy about it.
"Here's to both of us getting drafted this season," Adam held his hand up for the girl to high-five.
"Did I come at a bad time?" Ethan asked as he cocked his head,
"Nope," Lillian shook her head as she smiled,
"Bye bro," the sophomore sent the boys a wave as he wrapped his arm around her shoulder,
"Bye guys," the blonde sent them a salute as they walked off leaving the couple alone,
"Hi baby," she added as she leaned up to kiss his lips,
"Hi pretty girl," the brunette matched her grin as he gave her body a tight squeeze,
"What are you doing here?" The soccer player asked she cocked her head,
"Wanted to see you before you left," the hockey player explained as he smiled,
"You're seeing me in a week," Lillian let out a soft scoff,
"I know," Ethan nodded as he pushed their bodies into the room,
"But still," he added as he nestled his face in her shoulder,
"I've got a gift for you," the blonde smirked as she game up with an idea,
"You do?" The brunette furrowed his eyebrows as he sat on her bed,
"Yeah," the soccer player nodded as she went to her suitcase,
"I'm giving this to you until I come back," she added as she grabbed a piece of clothing and handed it to him,
"That's your favourite pair." The hockey player almost let out a gasp as he looked at the red lace thing that was now in his hands,
"I know," Lillian smirked as she also knew that they were his favourite pair as well.
"Wow," Ethan pulled her into his lap as he smiled,
"Don't miss me too much when I'm gone?" The blonde teased as she felt him kiss her neck,
"I'll try," the brunette mumbled as he placed his hat on her head,
It was his favourite blue hat,
"What's that for?" The soccer player cocked her head,
"So you don't miss me when you're gone." The hockey player repeated his words as he smiled.
Once Ethan left Lillian sat on her bed as she looked at the empty room that was holding boxes. She looked around remembering the different memories, from the time she gave Luke girl advice on the couch, to when she convinced Luca and Rutger to binge barbie movies in her room as they turned the corner of the room into a fort, to all of the memories she has created with Indigo including her favourites that had to be their karaoke concerts.
Her mind finished at the moments with Ethan, they laughed they cried and they had many many good nights in this room.
"You ready to go?" Indigo asked as she opened the door to the room seeing Lillian sat there,
"Yeah," Lillian nodded as she sucked at her teeth as she got up taking a final look at the room,
This was goodbye.

AN: This is obviously where we say goodbye to college Lillian.
This book is actually flying by and we only have 4 more chapters left!
In honour of Taylor Swift announcing her international dates she had to come into this book (also I will never forget the fact that I'm missing her in Germany BY A MONTH, so am I very much considering changing all of my summer plans next year to fit her in? Yes, yes I am)
