𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐐𝐔𝐀𝐑𝐓𝐄𝐓 𝐖𝐀𝐋𝐊𝐄𝐃 into the party with smiles on their faces,

"What are you ladies?" Luke asked as he was quick to hug Lillian,

"We're fairies," Lillian explained as she gave him a twirl,

"But of the elements," Indigo added as she smiled,

"I thought you were tinker bell," Luke mumbled as he looked at the who stood next to him,

He had never seen her before.

"I'm the earth fairy," Alexis explained as she tucked her hair behind her ear shaking her head,

"Oh my god!" Lillian let out a laugh as she saw the boys walk up revealing their group costume,

"What are you boys?" She added as she cocked her head,

"We're the Lightning McQueen pit stop crew," Dylan explained proudly as this was clearly his idea,

Once Lillian and Ethan fell asleep on the couch the boys fully started talking about their costume plans

"You're Guido!" The blonde let out a gasp as she locked eyes with her ex,

"I told you that she would know it!" Ethan nodded as he let out a laugh,

"What are you?" He added as he watched the boy walk over to someone else who had just gotten his attention,

"A fire fairy," Lillian explained as she gave him a twirl letting him see the two piece red set in all its glory,

"I like your wings," the boy smiled as he motioned to the sparkly wings that were on her back,

"Mark helped me pick them out," the girl explained as she made the mental note that she'd pay for breakfast the next time the duo went out,

"He knew what you were before me?" The brunette placed his hand on his chest as he tried to act offended,

"Why do you think he wanted to be Lightning?" The blonde spoke in a duh tone as she motioned to the fact that the boy in question was wearing red,

"We're matching," she added as she smiled not noticing how Ethan got irritated by the mention,

He actually wanted to be Lightning originally but when Mark put up a fight he just went for a different character instead.

Ethan laughed as he watched the girl do a happy dance to the kitchen,

"What's got you so excited?" Ethan asked as he smiled,

"The fact that we're at a party," Lillian began as she stopped moving for a second,

"And that I look cute as hell," she added in a quieter tone,

"Yeah you do," the brunette nodded as he watched the girls eyes light up,

"I love this song!" The blonde smiled as she finished her drink,

"Come dance with me!" She added as she grabbed the boys hand,

"What about our drinks?" Ethan asked mainly motioning to his own drink,

"Forget about them!" Lillian spoke in a duh tone as she wasn't taking no for an answer,

"I don't dance Lilly," the boy reminded her as he shook his head,

"Come on!" The girl sent him a pout and he didn't know if it was how she looked under the light or the way her gloss looked on her lips,

"Fine," but something made him agree,

"They're gonna fuck," Mackie mumbled as he watched the duo walk off,

"Oh one hundred percent," Dylan nodded as they were all watching,

"Would it be wrong for us to send them back to her room after the party?" He added as he cocked his head not wanting to hear them,

"Unfortunately she's already staying with us tonight," Mark sighed as he swirled his drink around in his cup,

"Wait why?" Luke asked as he furrowed his eyebrows,

"Indigo has a friend over or something," Mark recited as much of the message as he could remember before he went back to sipping his drink.

Somehow time on the dance floor went by slowly.

"Baby you've got to stop doing that," Ethan groaned as he leaned down to her ear,

"Doing what?" Lillian asked as she continued moving her ass to the beat of the song,

"I'm gonna get hard," the boy explained as he held her waist against his,

It was hot on that dance floor.

"That sounds like that's going to be a you problem," the girl giggled as she turned around to finally face him as the song died down,

"What happened to helping a guy out?" The hockey player asked as he cocked his head,

"You'd have to make it worth my while," the soccer player smirked as she looked up at him,

"I always make it worth your while," Ethan spoke in a duh tone as he let out a scoff,

"That's debatable," Lillian shrugged as she held back a laugh,

"Well I remember that you seemed to enjoy your fingers in my hair when I'd do a good job." The brunette cupped her hair as he whispered into her ear,

"Which was all the time," he added as he placed this soft kiss beneath her earlobe,

"Please Ethan," the blonde whimpered as her temptation hit her like a truck,

"That's what I thought," the boy nodded as he grabbed her hand and began to pull her over to the staircase to take her upstairs,

They both needed this.

"Girl come on we're taking a group picture!" Candace smiled as she found the girl,

"Sorry E," Lillian was quick to apologise as she let one a sigh before she was pulled in the opposite direction as to where she wanted to be.

After finally managing to escape the camera and a beer pong game Lillian was ready to go upstairs with Ethan,

But it seemed that he had other plans.

"Wow," Lillian mumbled as she saw him talking to a different girl,

"Were you waiting for him?" Rutger asked as he found the blonde stood all alone,

"Nah I wasn't," the soccer player shook her head as she tried to ignore the hurt that she felt,

"What are you meant to be?"  She added as she saw the hat on his head,

"Luca and I are Mario and Luigi," the hockey player explained as he motioned to the L that was on his hat,

"It's a shame that you aren't Mario," Lillian pouted as she saw Luca in the back in his Mario outfit,

"Why is that?" Rutger asked as he cocked his head,

"Because then we'd be matching," the girl spoke in a duh tone,

"And what are you meant to be?" The boy asked as he furrowed his eyebrows trying to mask the blush that formed on his lips,

"Im a fire fairy," the soccer player explained with a smile,

"The girls and I all came dressed up as different element fairies," she added figuring that she had to explain the group costume,

"So why'd you pick fire?" The hockey player loved the girl in red.

"Because red is my colour," Lillian smiled as she tucked her hair behind her ear,

"Oh one hundred percent," Rutger nodded as he noticed that her drink was now empty,

"You want another drink?" He added as he wanted another himself,

"Im good thanks," the blonde shook her head as she smiled,

"See you around Lillian," the boy sent her a salute before he walked off leaving the girl alone,

"You're looking a little lonely princess," a drunk senior smiled as he walked over to the girl,

"Im good dude," Lillian was quick to turn him down,

"Come on, you can't be wearing a little thing like this and get no attention." The boy motioned to the short skirt she was wearing as she smelt the alcohol on his breath,

"Could you like leave please?" The girl asked as she grew uncomfortable,

"N-" the boy began but was quickly cut off,

"There you are babe!" Luke smiled as he wrapped his arm around her shoulder and placed a soft kiss on her temple,

"Babe?" The senior asked from in front of them as Lillian wanted to ask the same question.

"I've been looking all over for you," Luke began to explain was the girl nodded slowly understanding what he was talking about,

"Thanks for keeping an eye on her but I got it from here bro." He added as he turned his attention back to the older boy,

"You're a lucky dude," with that the senior left the duo alone,

"Did I miss the part where you asked me out?" Lillian teased as she let out a soft laugh,

"Shut up," Luke scoffed as he shook his head,

"Thanks for helping me out," the girl turned the conversation to a more serious tone as she sent him a smile,

"I got your back Fraser," the boy reciprocated the gesture as he nodded,

"I wouldn't expect anything less Hughesy," the soccer player pointed out as she laughed,

"Where are you going?" The hockey player couldn't believe that she was already on the move again,

"To get more alcohol." Lillian motioned to her cup now in desperate need of a refill.

The party had come to a close and Ethan was dealt the card of being in charge of drunk Lillian.

"How are you walking this fast," Ethan groaned as he caught up with the girl,

"I'm cold," Lillian somewhat lied as she trie for ignore him,

Michigan at this time of year at this time of night was definitely cold though.

"Well could you maybe slow down?" The brunette asked as he couldn't understand how the girl was that fast in heels,

"Not happening," the blonde shook her head,

"Why don't you go find that girl of yours?" She added as she finally stopped and turned to him,

"Are you jealous of her or something?" The hockey player crossed his arms as he let out a laugh,

"Why should I be jealous?" The soccer player shot back,

"Because she got what you wanted," Ethan pointed out as he lied through his teeth,

The bulge in his pants was still very much there from earlier but was covered by his overalls,

He hadn't gone upstairs with that girl because he couldn't bring himself to do that,

"Oh please," Lillian held back a snort,

"We both know that she doesn't know how to use her mouth like I do," she blurted out knowing that Ethan loved nothing more than her getting on her knees for him,

"I had you seeing stars 24/7," she added as she took a step closer to him,

"You don't know her like I do," the brunette argued as he shook his head,

"If she's so good then maybe you should go find her to go home with," the blonde proposed as she wanted to walk alone,

Well she actually wanted to do a Ethan but that wasn't the point.

"Maybe I should." The hockey player nodded,

"I know my way back to the house," and with that the soccer player walked back wondering if she should stop on the way at Rutgers dorm as she wanted to get back at Ethan for whatever it was that he was about to do.

"I'll see you back there then Lilly," Ethan mumbled as he walked in the other direction hoping that he would eventually forget about how perfect Lilly looked tonight,

Unfortunately for him he only lasted on a twenty minute walk before he made his way back to the house hoping that Lillian was awake so that he could talk to her,

He was going to tell her that he still loved her.

AN: Idk how I pulled an almost 2000 word chapter out of this but I had so many things that I wanted to have happen and then it just did.

Also you're only getting one chapter tonight cause it's almost 2am here and I don't feel like editing the social media post from the next chapter 😭
