The door bounced down onto the floor it's loud THUD in sync with my heart. I ran into the bathroom. My girl. Lilah. Her body was slumping delicately in the tub, the red covering her body up to her neck, her eyes were shut and she looked calm, but tears were still stained on her pink cheeks. I let out a sob as I felt my body fall to the ground. Red water dripped down the side of the rub, slowly adding to the puddle residing in the crack of the tile. I continued crying as I slipped my cracked Samsung s5 out of my pocket and dialed 911. As the phone rang, I set it down and put my arms in the polluted water. I quickly found her frail body and lifted her gently out of the water.

"911, what's your emergency?" A female voice announced.

'I need you to come here now, my girlfriend, she she,"

"I'm going to need you to remain calm we are sending an ambulance and police please be ready." She stated.

I hung up and tears rolled down my face as I cradled my girlfriend telling her everything would be ok. I tried not to look at her wrists but it happened and it only made me cry harder. Her scarred arms were split on her wrists, blood still gushing out. It was all over me at this point but I couldn't even begin to care. I heard the sirens and for the first time ran towards them.
