Immediately, after April gets into the class, she walks down to her seat without making any eye contact with anyone.

She noticed the seat had been changed, now it could contain four persons.

She taps Light on his back when she gets there, as usual, he was busy with his phone. Immediately he sees her, he gets up to make it easy for her to gain entrance to her seat.

"Hey!" April taps Tibiebi who seemed engrossed in a novel.

"Hey!" Tibiebi calls out with a cheeky smile.

"Did you just arrive? Because I haven't seen you since we resumed." April asks quite comfortable with the conversation.

"Yes!" Tibiebi responds.

  The calls suddenly become rowdy, causing April and Tibiebi to look up.

Miss Ann walks into the class dressed in a black gown and red heels. She held her textbook with her left hand, as usual, she looked like eye candy, she was one of the sexiest and youngest teachers in the school.

"Hello, class!" She says immediately as she faces the class. Every member of the class greeted her in response.

"Ma. You look beautiful!" Boma says.
Most members continued with whatever they were doing, except Bright and Boma, who were doing some eyeing contest.

"Welcome back everyone! How were your holidays?" Miss Ann asks. Some members responded while some murmured.

"Mine was intriguing. I hope yours were too." Miss Ann says with a smile on her face. "Tari, Efe, and Gideon, I'm sure you wouldn't mind sharing whatever you guys are talking about with the class." Miss Ann calls out with a raised voice.

Everyone turns to Efe's seat immediately.

"We are waiting!" Miss Ann says with a serious look on her face.

"Ma?" Efe calls out while he gets up.

"Tell us!" Miss Ann says. She could tell Efe was trying his best not to burst into laughter.

"Go on!" She urges.

"Ma, I was asking Gideon here to adjust, the seat is just so tight." Tari comes to Efe's rescue.

"Tari how big is your bumbum? This chair is supposed to be for four persons, it can even contain four people of your size!" Miss Ann says. making most members of the class burst into laughter. "The three of you have started this term again, in fact, I will separate you guys.

"No Ma," Tari says.

"But you said the seat can't contain you guys?" Miss Anna asks.

"Ma, we will manage!" Gideon says.

"Gideon, go sit there!" Miss Ann says with a serious look on her face. The look on Gideon's face is priceless.

"Ma. With Wendy?" Gideon rushes his words, you could tell he didn't want to by his tone.

"Boma, come here!" Miss Ann says. There are some murmurings in the class.

"Tari, join Light, make them four." Miss Ann commands.

"Boma, you are wasting my time. You guys are in school, there should be interaction. You don't just interact only with some set of persons and leave the rest!" Miss Ann says. "Bright join Boma and Efe!" Miss Ann concludes.

"Ma, this class won't contain us again," Gideon says. Miss Ann turns in his direction with a stern look.

"Boma and Bright are core enemies. Boma hates Efe with everything she got. Efe dislikes Boma and hates Bright. Ma, I and Wendy don't vibe!" Gideon concludes. Meanwhile, he makes eye contact with Wendy who gives him a daring look.

"In less than a minute, I want you all sitted where I asked you to, this isn't a war front. I intentionally separated you three, because you don't concentrate when you are together, now you are seated with your alleged enemies, let me see how you won't. Because you will have no choice but to do so since there is no form of distraction called Tari and Gideon to distract you." Miss Ann stared directly at Efe. "Tari, don't seat close to Light, Millicent let him seat close to you." Miss Ann says referring to Tibiebi who does as told.

  In less than ten minutes the whole class had settled down, you could even hear a pin drop.

"One more thing, this class has the highest enmity rate, you all are teenagers, you shouldn't harbor such hatred for each other. No one knows tomorrow, we don't know where our helper might come from!" Miss Ann says.

"Ma, no oh, not in this case," Efe says with a serious look on his face. Making Miss Ann smile.

"One more thing, I'm really proud of you guys, I am so happy to be such extraordinary students from a mistress. Last term your class average was marked the highest in the school, not just that, also bagged the overall first to third. I'm proud of you all, I could see the competition. I hope you guys do better than this term." Miss Ann says with a smile.

"April Kuti, you did a good job, although you had Light and Wendy hot on their heels after you, " Miss Ann chuckles, April couldn't help but smile, because she was right. She only passed Wendy and Light who got the same average with just two points.
"Congratulation! Shine on!"

"Thanks, Ma," April responds with a smile.

"Light Alikor, you did great. My advice to you." She laughs. "You can do better."

"Thanks, Ma. I will!" Light responds with a smile.

"Wendy Opurum!" Miss Ann calls out, Meanwhile, Wendy who had a bored look on her face turns to her. "You are a very bright student, you have broken some records, You have been at the top, all the way from JSS two till now, I know you can always do better. Never give up!" Miss Ann says.

"Thanks, Ma," Wendy responds, her face void of any emotion.

"Nimi Brown!" Miss Ann calls out.

"He hasn't resumed yet!" Light responds.

"Tibiebi .M. Jackson!" Miss Ann calls out with a smile. "One of the brightest, you never fail to prove yourself worthy, you can always do better."

"Thanks, Ma." Tiebibi chuckles.

"Flourish Alikor, honestly. That wasn't you, sorry to say, I expected more, that wasn't the Flourish I was used to seeing. I could tell the competition was too much. But you didn't step up your comfort zone. I know you are capable, do better this term."

"I will Ma," Flourish responds with a smile.

"Gideon and Darlintina, I don't know what to say to you guys. This term you disappointed me, I'm not talking about your positions but your average. I mentioned the top ten members. To those of us who weren't included, you can always step up the game, I know you all are capable, but you don't just read!" Miss Ann complains.

"Any teacher will be happy once his or her students excel."

"Hey!" Tari calls out, immediately he joins Wendy in her seat.

"What?" She replies in a cold tone. Tari turns to her like he was trying to read through her for a while.

"You weren't home!"

"Leave me alone, " Wendy fired, she was facing a book, which she was obviously not reading.

"What did I do again? I thought we were cool." Tari says trying very hard to hide the emotions which were building upon his face.

"Stay away from me, that's all." Wendy spats out.

"Honestly, you are possess."  Tari blurts out, pulling her face roughly, so he could look at her.

"Ouch!" Wendy half yells trying her best to withstand the pain. They were clearly the only ones in the class, she had decided to stay back because she wasn't in a good mood, and she was already regretting while she stayed back. "Of course. I'm a cheap hole, bitch, now I possess. What next?" Wendy asks, her eyes clearly betraying no emotions.

"You just keep on doing this, one minute we are cool, the other minute you are acting up." Tari clarifies.

"Tari. My mental state isn't okay, I am trying my best to act normal. I just want my peace of mind." Wendy says and looks downwards.

"Fine. I'm sorry." He says calmly. "You just act up all the time, it's getting frustrating." Tari says trying to keep a straight face.

"I am not just in the right state of mind. I can't withstand failure, to top it all, my parents are making my life difficult." Wendy blurts out. "Sorry. I am just not mentally stable. Even my therapist isn't helping matters." Wendy concludes. "I..,"

"Hey, Tari." Someone cuts Wendy off.
Tari and Wendy look up immediately. Only to see Clara who had a small playing between her lips.

"Hey!" Tari responds, " Meanwhile, Clara turns to Wendy who didn't act like they knew each other before picking up something and walking out of the class.

They both suddenly become quiet, Wendy picks up her biology textbook and starts flipping through it.

"Hey!" Tari calls out.

"It wouldn't take you a week to get her in your bed too." Wendy blurts out, definitely not looking at Tari.

"Huh?"

"I get my info, we both know that. You both were literally buddies during the vacation, going places together." Wendy chides with a smile.
"Don't come here acting like you care about me or feel sorry for me!" Wendy says.

"Wait, this is all what's it all about?" Tari asks.

"Tari, we both know you are a male prostitute If there is anything of that sort. You literally do done with anything, there is clearly no difference between you and Kenny. Well, it's no biggy, " She pauses. "There is clearly nothing between us. I have no rights over you! You are free to sleep with everything in a skirt." Wendy blurts out.

"That was really a long speech. Have you been harboring that in mind for a long time?" Tari chides. Meanwhile, Wendy gets up and starts packing her things.
