DYNAMIC DRAGON | HEADS

Dynamic Dragons, or the heads, manage the whole community along with the co-heads. They oversee the running of all day-to-day activities that go on in the community and are responsible for ensuring that every part of it works perfectly.

VALIANT VAMPIRES | CO-HEADS

The Vampires, or co-heads, are the backbone of the community. They act on behalf of the Dragons and have authority over the community in their absence. They are a vital link between admins and community members.

NOTE: 

Because of the high level of trust required to hold the Dragon and Vampire roles, we don't directly hire people for them. Irins(Managers) that have distinguished themselves above the rest in terms of effort and efficiency are invited to become trainee Vampires for a while, before being promoted to the role if we find they are able to handle it. 

If there's enough experience, you could be considered for this role directly with multiple interviews.

As of right now, this is the only way to get these roles.

IRINS | MANAGERS

 Irins together make up the management department of different positions in The Mystique Circle. They are the leaders of the different sections of staff in the community, and they are specifically responsible for their sections, without interference from other Irins unless otherwise.

Irins are also responsible for handling trainees and deciding when they are ready to become full staff.

You must have significant experience in the section you choose to apply for. For example, we cannot hire someone that isn't a graphic designer to be a manager over graphic designers.

BROWNIE IRIN (INTERVIEWERS' MANAGER) (1/4) :
They are responsible for handling staff interviews through Discord and have a major say in whether we finally hire someone or not.

WEREWOLF IRIN (CHECKERS' MANAGER) (1/3) :

They oversee the work of the Checkers, who help moderate our Discord server and different profiles. 

MERMAID IRIN (WRITERS' MANAGER) (0/4) :

There are two types of writers in our community. One team of writers works on community books, and the other as content writers for the upcoming community magazine. We are currently only looking for only magazine writer irins.

 CALADRIUS IRIN (GRAPHIC DESIGNERS' MANAGER) (1/4) :

They ensure that all the graphic orders are delivered on time and are of excellent quality.

 PHOENIX IRIN (REVIEWERS' MANAGER) (1/4) :

They define the rubrics for book reviews and ensure that they are not offensive and are delivered on time.

 WICHITA IRIN (JUDGES' MANAGER) (3/5) :

The judge/ critique manager ensures that all the books are read and critiqued before the due date of an award. They make google docs, make the marking lists and send them to all the participants.

 WITCH IRIN (GRAPHIC JUDGES' MANAGER) (0/3) :

They do the same work as Witchita Irins but for graphics, they need to be skilled in graphic critiquing and should know the difference between graphic forms.

FAIRY IRIN (HEALTH HELPERS' MANAGER) (1/4) :

They help to ensure that the whole communities mental health is in good condition, they manage the fairy server (self-care server), give tips for self-care, and help motivate members when they are down. One of the most important roles in the community.

DRYAD IRIN (EDITOR'S MANAGER) (1/4) :

They ensure that all the editors are doing their work appropriately, correctly, and on time. They proofread all edited works before they are delivered to the clients.

PHANTOM IRIN (SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER) (1/4) :

They are responsible for recruiting people in their department, engaging audiences through our various social media platforms, updating the social media accounts regularly, and bringing new, creative, and innovative ideas.

Requirements 

(A) Able to stay committed, trustworthy and responsible. 

(B) Should have the knowledge and the necessary skills for your department. For example, if you would like to be a graphic designer manager, you should have a good level of knowledge about what it takes to be a graphic designer before being an official manager (applies for all posts). However, if you don't have any experience at being a manager, it's okay as the admins and co-heads will help you with it until you're aware of what you should know in your department as time passes.

(C) Responsive as in not going to ghost our important pings. Also, if you're going to be busy or be in hiatus, inform us at least a week before.

BRAVE BROWNIES | INTERVIEWERS

Take interviews of members that apply to join the community as staff  and help in the decision process by voting on the outcome.

Requirements:

 (A) Need to be 13+

(B) Need to be active on discord.

(C) Should have good communication skills.

(D) Should be patient.

(E) Good socializing and questioning skills.

CALADRIUS | GRAPHIC DESIGNERS

As stated above the department of caladrius has two sub-positions, i.e Caladrius (A) Book cover/banner designers and CALADRIUS (B) Aesthetic designers. One of them works to make book covers, and banners, and the others make book aesthetics. A person can opt to choose either or both the sub-positions depending on their better skills.

(A) Book cover/banner designers : 
They should be 13+ and should have had experience in making their own book covers or for someone else. They should have at least 2-3 sample designs, they should have knowledge of plagiarism-free resources.

(B) Aesthetic designers  :
They should be 13+, and should have had experience in making their own aesthetics or for someone else. They should have at least 2-3 sample designs, they should have knowledge of plagiarism-free resources.

NOTE: YOU CAN CHOOSE EITHER OR BOTH SUB-POSITIONS.

MERRY MERMAIDS | WRITERS

There are two types of writers in our community. One of the writers works on the community book writing, activities writing, blurb writing for a book, etc and the other exclusively work for the upcoming community magazine they write new articles, and stories, in other words, they are content writers for magazines.

(A) Writers :
They need to be 13+, skilled in grammar and communication skills, should have new ideas with them, should be good at writing content and story blurbs or synopsis, and should also be interested in reading books.

(B) Magazine Writers:
They need to be 13+, skilled in grammar and communication skills and should have new, innovative, and creative ideas for the magazine.

NOTE: YOU CAN CHOOSE EITHER OR BOTH SUB-POSITIONS.

PSYCH PHANTOMS | SOCIAL MEDIA HANDLERS

They should be active on all or some social media platforms and should have basic knowledge of how those sites work.

Requirements: 

(A) Need to be 13+

(B) Need to be active on some or a few social media platforms.

(C) Should have good communication skills.

(D) Should be good at socializing.

(E) Should bring new ideas.

(F)If they know how to design posts, that might be a plus point.

HAPPY HIPPOGRIFF | AWARD HOST

They help us by hosting the awards and ensuring that all the rules are followed.

Requirements:

 (A) They should be 13+

(B) Must have a strict attitude (when it comes to the work part).

(C) Must have organizing skills.

(D) Must be active at the times of awards.

WINTER WICHITA | AWARD JUDGES

They help us judge various books brought to us on Wattpad. They are talented with criticism and provide us with very honest opinions about the books.

Requirements: 

(A) They should be 13+

(B) Should be good at constructive criticism.

(C) Should be interested in reading books and poems.

(D) Should have basic grammar knowledge.

(E) Should deliver the critique on time.

WITCH | GRAPHIC JUDGES

They help us judge various graphics brought to us on Wattpad. They are talented with criticism and provide us with very honest opinions about the graphics.

Requirements: 

(A) They should be 13+

(B) Should be good at constructive criticism.

(C) Should be interested in graphics.

(D) Should have basic artistic knowledge.

(E) Should deliver the critique on time.

DREAMY WEREWOLVES | CHECKERS

They are responsible to ensure that the community Wattpad account comments are all read and answered, and help moderate our discord server.  They need to be fully active on Wattpad and discord.

Requirements: 

(A) They should be 13+

(B) Should be fully active on Wattpad and Discord.

UNIQUE UNICORNS | THEME DESIGNERS

They design cool and aesthetic themes for clients' Wattpad/ social media backgrounds.

Requirements:

(A) They should be 13+

(B) Should be active on Wattpad and Discord.

(C) Should Deliver the graphics on time.

(D) Should Be skilled and should have knowledge of graphic designing.

DARING DRYAD | EDITORS

They help in sculpting one's books to the best shape. They bring out the best in one's books, helping you adjust one's grammar (such as misuse of passive voice) and other grammatical details.

Requirements: 

(A) They should be 13+

(B) Should be active on Wattpad and Discord.

(C) Should have high knowledge of grammar and literary devices.

PHOENIX | REVIEWERS

They review books for the clients, spot the mistakes and give tips to correct the mistakes and make the chapters better. A reviewer is a person who helps the authors to make their work better. Guiding them through improving their skills and loopholes. A role of responsibility and experience. So do volunteer if you think you have the skills in you.

REQUIREMENTS: 

(A) Should be 13+

(B) Should be highly skilled in English.

(C) Should be interested in reading books and poems

(D)Should have basic knowledge of literary skills.

SNOW FAIRIES | HEALTH HELPERS

Work: Fairies are those people who are sensitive and sensible. These are the ones who talk to others while they are feeling low and give them moral support and some encouraging sweet words. Almost every human is a fairy but still, this role is very important since no matter if it is a dragon, a peep or a non-member, every soul feels low at some point. Our main purpose is to make them feel deserving and worth it to break through anything and everything that is happening to them. (This might not apply in every case, so don't take it literally and don't even take it as a case, take it as a consolation for a friend).

REQUIREMENTS: 

(A) Be kind and compassionate.

(B) Should be active on Discord

(C) Should have good communication skills.

(D) Should be patient.

TRANQUIL TWINKLER | BIO DESIGNERS

Work: As the name suggests, they make aesthetic bios for users for their Wattpad or other social media platforms.

REQUIREMENTS: 

(A) Should know what aesthetic means.

(B) Should deliver the order on time.

(C) Should know plagiarism-free resources

(D) Should be active on Wattpad.
