"LEXI WAS RIDING HER BIKE into the parking lot of the Cobra Kai dojo, wanting to visit her brother who she hasn't seen in weeks. Johnny and Daniel had no idea she was at the dojo, her excuse being she was hanging out with a "friend." Placing her bike near the familiar door of the dojo she now despised because of the sensei, Lexi put her bag over her shoulders and swiftly opened the door, the bell chiming loudly, catching the attention of the Cobras.
Tory was the first to notice her friend standing near the doorway and before she could walk up to her, Robby beat her to it. At the sight of her, Robby immediately went up to Lexi and embraced her in a hug, the comfort of his sister easing the anger that was coursing through his body.
"Lex, what are you doing here? I really doubt Dad would want you here unless you didn't tell him, so what's up?" Robby scanned his sister's face, trying to see if there was any distress, his protective side instantly showing.
"Not much, it's just a lot of stress with Dad and my other dad, so I thought seeing my wonderfully annoying older brother can help," Lexi said sarcastically, making Robby let out a small chuckle.
"Well, I'm glad to see you. I missed you."
"I missed you too, Robby." Lexi was about to speak up again until she was abruptly interrupted by the all-too annoying voice she recognized clearly.
"LaRusso! You got guts showing your face here without your little boyfriend," Kyler said, Lexi's patience immediately depleting. Kyler roughly put an arm around Lexi's shoulders, making her tense up for a second before she swiftly grabbed his wrist and twisted it, a painful gasp coming out from Kyler.
Robby was about to step in, not liking the way his teammate was touching his sister, but he saw Lexi had it under control and he couldn't help but leave a proud smirk on his face.
"Touch me again, I will not hesitate to snap your wrist." Kyler nodded his head vigorously, desperately trying to get out of Lexi's grip. Once she let go, Kyler ran back with his other friends and Lexi stared at her brother before letting out a genuine laugh.
"The money I would pay to see that again," Robby said, almost unable to finish his sentence, his chest hurting from laughing. Before the siblings could talk to each other again, Kreese's voice boomed through the dojo, catching everyone's attention.
"Mr. Keene, you have a visitor," Kreese said in a monotone, still oblivious of Lexi's presence.
"Do you know this kid?" Robby slowly shook his head, but his attention was fully focused on the younger boy.
"I-I'm Kenny. My brother, Shawn Payne, said you could help me." Lexi recognized the name when Robby would tell her stories about his life in juvie and her interest piqued, wondering where this conversation was going. Robby seemed curious too as he walked closer to Kenny.
"I didn't know Shawn had a brother. Is he out?"
"No, that's why I'm here. These a-holes keep hassling me. One of them knows karate soโ"
Kenny was abruptly cut off by Kreese, his temper slowly increasing which irritated Lexi even more. Kreese was about to speak again until Robby spoke up. "Sensei, Shawn Payne was one of the toughest guys in juvie. Kicked my ass a few times."
Kreese seemed to reconsider his choices when Robby spoke up and Lexi as well was also intrigued, wondering when Kreese would finally recognize her presence. Kenny got on the mat and that was when Lexi met the recognizable eyes of the devil, Kreese's wicked smile becoming visible.
"LaRusso, for what do I owe this pleasure? I'm sure your fathers don't know you're here, so why are you here?" When Kreese said Lexi's last name, a gasp came out from Kenny's lips, earning stares from everyone in the room, more specifically from Lexi, Robby, and Tory. Lexi wasn't sure why Kenny seemed frightened at the sound of her surname, but she brushed it off for now.
"Yeah, is it a shame to visit my brother and my friends?" Lexi snarkily snapped back. Kreese's sadistic laugh flowed through her ears, cringing at the sound.
"No, no of course not, but you are in my dojo and I will not let traitors like you interrupt my class." Lexi was about to retaliate until Robby's voice spoke up first.
"Sensei, can't she just stay for n-"
"No, she better leave or I'm will make her leave," Kreese said, his head turning towards Lexi, his eyes piercing hers. Robby was angered at the threat Kreese spat at his sister, but not wanting to make things worse, he gently grabbed Lexi's arm, pulling her aside while fishing for his car keys in his backpack.
Lexi was confused, not sure why Robby would be looking for his car keys when she can simply bike home, but she then remembered how protective her brother can be. Placing her hand on his shoulder, Robby looked up, his attention fully on her.
"Woah, Robby, you don't have to take me home. I rode my bike here." Robby shook his head, not letting Lexi talk again.
"No, nope, you rode your bike here, alone, and I already didn't like that. So I'm taking you home whether you like it or not." Ever since the incident with Austin, Robby spent many nights, blaming himself for not being there to protect his sister and he felt an immense amount of guilt in his heart. Even though Lexi reassured him many times that he couldn't do anything, Robby felt like he was still at fault.
"Robby! I know you're worried about me, but I promise I will be okay. Plus, I can use some alone time before I get back to the dojo, okay? I'll text you once I'm there." Lexi bid goodbye to Tory before walking out the door, Robby hot on her heels.
"W-What if I put your bike in the car? It can fit!" Robby was still stubborn to convince her to drive her home, but Lexi also had the same stubborn mindset, the Lawrence genes definitely kicking in.
"Hey! I'll be fine, I'll call you later. Have fun at practice." Robby nodded slowly before pressing a kiss on Lexi's cheek. She kicked up the stand from her bike and was already half way out of the parking lot, but stopped when she remembered something.
"By the way, you still owe me $10 for the food I bought you weeks ago," Lexi said with faux anger laced in her voice. Robby chuckled before playfully flipping her off, Lexi riding back to the dojo with her mood brightening from the interaction from her brother.

Back at the dojo, Lexi saw her boyfriend and friends circling in the koi pond. She quickly sent a text to Robby, indicating she was back home safely and then walked up to Daniel, Lexi patting his shoulder with curiosity written all over her face. "Dad, what are you doing with them?"
"I'm trying to make them catch a koi fish," Daniel said nonchalantly, but Lexi's eyes widened assuming it was going to be for dinner. Daniel noticed his daughter's expression and he let out a dry laugh.
"It's not for dinner I promise, it's a part of their exercise."
Miguel yelled out in victory as he caught a koi fish, and Lexi smiled proudly at her friend. The rest of the boys got out of the pond, their clothes soaking wet.ย When Hawk saw his girlfriend, his eyes gleamed with joy and mischief, an idea popping into his head.
"Princess, come here and give me a hug," Hawk said, Lexi's eyes widening knowing his soaked clothes would make her drenched as well. Lexi ran away, Hawk chasing closely behind her. Unfortunately, Hawk was faster than Lexi and he tackled her onto the grass, his body hovering over hers.
"Gotcha, now give me a kiss." Lexi didn't waste any time as she gently placed a soft peck on her boyfriend's lips but soon sat up, knowing Daniel was still in the vicinity.
"So where did you go? I tried to call you but you didn't answer," Hawk asked tentatively. Lexi didn't want anyone to know that she was visiting the enemy, even though she just wanted to see her friend and brother, but the rivalry was very blinding, even for her boyfriend.
"Just Bella's house. Needed help with math homework," Lexi lied almost too easily, but Hawk knew something seemed odd.
"You know you could've just asked me. You usually do especially when it comes to math." Hawk's voice seemed shaky, scared that his girlfriend was lying to him and his heart was dropping slightly.
"Y-Yeah, I would've asked you, Eli, but I didn't want to interrupt your training. You seemed really into it."
"I would've helped if you asked me to. Anything for you, princess." Lexi smiled at Hawk and gave a silent nod of thanks before embracing him in a hug, Hawk immediately reciprocating.
"I know, I know. Maybe next time." Hawk still felt an odd presence in Lexi's voice, but he was too tired to question it. The couple simply stayed in each other's embrace for a while, nothing but the wind and birds chirping towering their hearing. They were both in deep reflection, stress and trust being the main subjects of their protruding thoughts.
But little did they know, pain was coming for both of them and they were completely oblivious about it.
