LEXI WAS SITTING ON A CHAIR, in the Cobra Kai dojo, watching her friends practice their karate. Lexi was also trying to ignore Hawk. Johnny wanted Lexi to come to the dojo to show that she wasn't weak and also he didn't want her home alone.
Hawk kept staring at Lexi, hoping she would look back at him, but she ignored him. She was still distraught with the events that happened the night before.
Hawk and Miguel were sparring with each other until their attention was interrupted by the door being swung open.
"The hell do you think you're doing?" Lexi's attention turned to Daniel who had an angry look on his face.
"Like you don't know." Daniel saw Lexi standing next to Johnny and his eyes softened a bit before glaring at Johnny again.
"Take your shoes off the mat. You're disrespecting my dojo."
"You're seriously gonna talk to me about disrespecting dojos after what you just did to mine?" Daniel's voice was rising with anger.
"Dad, what are you talking about?" Daniel was about to answer but Johnny interrupted him
"I don't know what the hell you're talking about. I didn't do anything to your dojo."
"Just like you didn't slug one of my employees, huh? You know, part of me actually felt bad for you at one point, but you make it so easy to remember who the bad guy is in all of this." Daniel's temper was getting the best of him now.
"I already said I don't know what you're talking about, LaRusso." Johnny was starting to get annoyed by his words, just like when they were teenagers.
"Yeah, well, I know you don't... you don't earn a Medal of Honor by stealing it." Daniel's voice cracked at that moment and Lexi's heart dropped, knowing how important that, the medal was to her family.
"Let me tell you something about your sensei. He might teach you how to fight, but he doesn't know a thing about what it takes to truly win at life. If you want to help yourselves before it's too late, the doors of Miyagi-Do? Wide open."
"Are you poaching my students?"
"And what are you gonna do about it? You know I'm not gonna strike first." Johnny started to walk up closer to Daniel's face.
"I'm going to be the bigger man."

Johnny thought Lexi could use a break from everything, so he decided to take her on a trip. When he heard the news about Tommy, he was distraught, but he wanted Lexi to come so she can meet his childhood friends.
The father-daughter pair was in the car jamming out to 80s music, vibing with the beautiful view.
"So Johnny, tell me about your childhood. According to my dad, you guys had a very interesting first-encounter."
Johnny rolled his eyes at the memories but also smiled slightly at the thought of Ali.
"Well when I first met Daniel, he was flirting with my girlfriend and he tried to do some amateur fighting stances while I karate kicked his ass."
Lexi laughed at the stories Johnny told her. He also rambled about Ali and how much he loved her.
"Wow, you really thought she was the one huh?"
"Yeah." Johnny smiled, reminiscing memories of Ali.
"But it's okay, I have Robby and now I have you." Lexi smiled at her father, loving the fact that he is considering her as a family now.
Lexi was about to take a nap until her phone buzzed. Her phone lit up with Hawk's contact which made her groan in annoyance. She opened the message and read it.
My Little Birdy 🦅 ❤️
Hey, can we please talk princess?
Lexi rolled her eyes and put her phone away. She didn't want to change Hawk's contact name since she hoped something good can happen in the future between them, but she was slowly losing hope.
"Hey kiddo, we're here."

Lexi tentatively walked into the hospital, traumatizing memories folding her mind again. Johnny noticed her uneasiness and put an arm around her shoulder.
"Hey, don't worry, I'm here nobody's going to hurt you." Johnny comforted his daughter. She retired a smile before walking towards the receptionist.
"Hey, I'm looking for a friend." The receptionist was about to look through her papers until Johnny heard his voice being called.
"Johnny?" Lexi and Johnny both turned their heads to the man.
Johnny's face lit up with a bright smile and hugged the man. "Hey, Bobby."
When they broke apart, Bobby looked over to Lexi. "Oh Johnny, I didn't know you had a kid."
"Yeah, I have two actually." Bobby smiled and stuck out his hand for Lexi to shake.
"Hi, I'm Bobby. Your dad and I were best friends back in high school."
"It's nice to meet you, Bobby. It's nice to finally see who my dad hung out with that deemed him to be cool." Johnny smiled at Lexi, hearing that she finally called him 'dad'. Johnny really wanted her to call him dad, but obviously he wouldn't verbally express it.
Johnny looked back at Bobby, staring at what has changed after 34 years. "Long time, man."
"Yeah, you look good, man. Few more wrinkles, but you know, not too bad." Lexi snickered at Bobby's remark which earned a glare from Johnny.
"Yeah, what about you? You'd think with all that preaching and praying, you'd get some of that hair back."
"Johnny!" Lexi scolded, making Bobby turn to her in confusion as to why she would call her dad by his first name.
"You call your dad by his name?"
Johnny and Lexi looked at each other before looking back at Bobby. "Yeah, that's a long story buddy."
Bobby smiled and nodded, not wanting to pressure them to talk about it. "Unfortunately, God doesn't work that way. But I've definitely been doing a lot of praying since, you know..."
The mood in the room suddenly dropped, since they were talking about Tommy again. "Yeah. How is he doing?"
Bobby paused for a little before speaking up again. "He would be glad to see you. Room 112." Johnny started to walk into the room, Lexi following behind him. When they arrived at the room, Lexi couldn't help but feel horrible seeing the man, pale as a vampire.
Lexi noticed Johnny staring at his friend, rain clouds basically hovering over his head. She put a comforting hand on his shoulder which Johnny gladly held.
"You're watching soccer? It's worse than I thought," Johnny said sarcastically, hoping to cheer up his friend.
"Johnny. You didn't have to come all the way out here."
"Yeah, you gonna go come and see me?" Johnny started to walk closer to Tommy's bed.
"Yeah. Right." The two men snickered, leaving Lexi standing awkwardly in the corner.
"Oh, Tommy, this is my daughter, Lexi." Tommy turned his attention towards Lexi and his eyes grew wide.
"Wow, Johnny, I'm surprised you have kids."
"Oh my god, why is it such a surprise that I have kids." Tommy and Lexi both laughed at Johnny.
Johnny's face was serious again. "Does it hurt?"
"Nah, the meds do their job." Tommy's attention turned to the door.
"Oh, did you see? They already got me a priest." Bobby laughed then walked into the room.
"I'm a pastor, Tommy, but if you want to confess about the 50 bucks you still owe me, the big guy's listening."
Tommy started to laugh, but that laugh eventually turned to a dreadful cough. Johnny, Lexi, and Bobby looked at each other with worried faces.
"You're gonna fight this."
"Nah. That part is done. It's in here now." Tommy pointed to his head." Besides, you were always a better fighter."
"Bullshit. Remember that tournament back in '83? You beat Vidal to get to the semis. "
"Yeah, who beat me to the finals?"
Johnny scoffed slightly. "All right, yeah, But you didn't make it easy on me."
"I wish I could see you guys fight back in the 80s. I would have loved to see young Johnny and what he was like." Everyone laughed at Lexi's comment.
"Just imagine Johnny the way he is now, but without the wrinkles and a higher pitched voice. " Laughs filled the room again. Lexi was happy she could make the men laugh after what they all been through.
Lexi's phone buzzed again to show that Hawk was calling her.
She decided to finally answer it so she can tell him to stop calling.
"Hey, I'm going to answer this." Johnny nodded and Lexi stood outside the hospital room, answering her phone.
"Hawk, what do you want." His heart dropped knowing that she called him 'Hawk' which was something she never did.
"Look, I wanted to apologize for what I said yesterday. I shouldn't have yelled at you like that."
Lexi scoffed and Hawk didn't understanding the real reason why she was mad at him. "Please, I don't care if you yelled at me, the reason I am mad at you is that you had a fucking fight in the mall just because of something Demetri did."
"Well, he deserved it. He shouldn't have put that review up."
Lexi couldn't believe it. She thought that she was going to eventually forgive Hawk for his actions, but the fact that he can't see what he did wrong, made her even more pissed.
"You know what, don't call me anymore. I'm done with your bullshit."
"Don't you dare hang up on m-"
With that, Lexi hung up on Hawk, feeling a little bit relieved that she gt that off of her chest. Johnny walked out after hearing the commotion.
"You okay, Lexi?" She nodded and quickly wiped her tears away.
"I will be soon."
