THE TIME HAS FINALLY COME to the point where Robby and Hawk were competing against each other.

Lexi was nervous to see her friend and boyfriend fight. Especially since they had a negative altercation the night before.

Hawk dramatically went on the mats while Robby was already standing there.

"Prepare to face the fury of the Hawk."

"Face me, bow. Face each other, bow. Ready? And fight!"

Robby tried to kick Hawk first, but he blocked it with his arm.

Lexi was chewing on her nails, which was another habit she did when she was nervous. Hawk earned a point by throwing Robby to the ground and hitting him in the stomach.

"You got this boys!" Lexi genuinely did not know who to cheer for.

"Remember what you learned Robby!" Daniel yelled to him hoping to gain his focus back.

Robby did his kata, which made Lexi smile since it was something she did too when Daniel taught her karate.

Hawk got ready in his stance and tried to kick Robby until he blocked it.

Robby gained his next point by kicking Hawk in the face, which made him pissed.

"One point. Keene!"

Hawk straightened out his gi then got up to Robby's face. "That was a lucky point, but it's going to be your last."

"Why? You leaving early to fix that stupid haircut? You better hope Lex likes it so she won't dump you."

Now that was the moment Hawk broke. Nobody talked about his girlfriend like that even if it wasn't directed towards her.  Hawk pushed the ref out of the way and he kicked Robby in the shoulder, making him collapse on the floor.

"Eli! What the fuck!" Lexi was shocked and angry at why Hawk would do this.

"Hey, that's enough! Illegal contact, you're disqualified."

"Bullshit!"

Lexi went up to Robby and asked if he was okay.

"Hey, hey Robby, are you okay?"

"Yeah don't worry about me Lexi, but what you should be worried about is that boyfriend of yours." Robby walked off the mat, leaving Lexi there. She saw Hawk look at her from across the mat and she gave him a sad, disappointed look.

Hawk couldn't help but feel bad. Not about Robby, but Lexi. He never saw her look at him like this.

"I'm sorry, folks, there's been a change. Robby Keene will now be fighting for Miyagi-Do Karate with former champion Daniel LaRusso as his sensei! How about that?"

Daniel and Robby walked towards Lexi. "Hey, how you feeling, Robby? Are you sure you can fight?"

"I'm doing good, Lex, don't worry about me."

Lexi turned to her father who stood there with a proud smile on his face.

"Hey Dad, I'm sorry for signing up behind your back. I just thought you wouldn't say yes if I asked you."

Daniel hugged his daughter tightly and kissed the top of her head. "Don't worry honey, it's okay, I probably would have said no," Daniel laughed. "But I'm so proud of what you did today."

Lexi smiled at her dad again and turned their attention to the mat since the fight was about to start between Miguel and Robby.

"Face me, bow. Face each other, bow. Ready? And fight!"

The two boys started to block each other's punches until Robby kicked Miguel to the ground.

As before, Lexi stayed silent since she did not know who to cheer on.

"Ready? And fight!"

Miguel threw the first punch and intentionally kicked Robby's injured left arm using that as an advantage for him. He kicked Robby's rib harshly, knocking him down.

Into the third round, Robby won the point by kicking Miguel with the two-legged kick. Robby stuck out his hand to help Miguel up, but he yanked his arm, making a loud popping sound.

"Hey, Miguel! What the hell!" Lexi was mad at her boyfriend and her best friend now.

When Miguel looked at her, his eyes softened for split second then turned black after.

In the last and final round of the tournament, Miguel was fueled with anger. Every advantage he had, he would hit Robby on his injury which made Lexi's heart break. Miguel finished the last point by knocking Robby down with his foot.

Lexi stood there, not knowing what to do with her mixed emotions.  Daniel saw her uneasiness and engulfed her in small hug.

"Without further ado, let me present the trophy to this year's new champion, Miguel Diaz, and the Cobra Kai dojo!"

Lexi wanted to be proud of her friends, but she couldn't especially with all of the injuries that happened to Robby because of them.

"Lexi!" Hawk called out to her. She turned around and Hawk could see the sadness in her eyes.

"Hey, babe, don't be sad, we won!" Lexi was still emotionless and Hawk noticed the tension.

"What's wrong," Hawk asked her completely oblivious to the fact of what they did to Robby.

"You guys won, congrats, but you won without honor, you won with anger."

"Lexi," Hawk started to say, but nothing came out. He just stood there, speechless.

"I-I-I'll call you later, Eli, go out and celebrate with them. See you later." Lexi quickly kissed Hawk's cheek then left with Daniel and Robby.

Hawk was left there, feeling so many emotions. He was sad, angry, excited, and happy from the tournament.

"Hey come on man we won," Aisha yelled to Hawk. He let out a laugh, but it was soft and not genuine .

Johnny started to walk off the mat and caught up with Robby, Lexi, and Daniel.

"Robby. I-I'm sorry."

Robby stood there and was silent for a little until he spoke up. "It's okay, dad. Let's go Mr. LaRusso."

"You got what you wanted, Johnny. You won. Congratulations."

Daniel started to walk off with Robby, but Lexi stayed behind with Johnny.

"U-Um, Johnny?" Lexi started to say.

"Hey, what's up kiddo?" Johnny had a shaky voice.

" Please don't feel bad about anything that happened today. None of it was your fault, it was just anger that overtook them."

"Yeah, don't worry about me, Lexi, I'll be okay, but are you okay?"

Lexi looked back at Hawk who was staring at her with sad eyes across the room.

Johnny followed her gaze and saw Hawk staring at the two.

"Do you want me to kick his ass for you," Johnny said trying to make the girl laugh.

Lexi couldn't help but laugh. "Thanks,Johnny, but no let him learn from his own mistakes."

There was an awkward silence between the two. She didn't know what else to do, so she did what she really needed. Lexi wrapped her arms around Johnny's waist, engulfing him in a hug.

Johnny was shocked since he hasn't hugged anyone in so long, so he was hesitant at first, but hugged back after a few seconds.

"Bye, Johnny, I'll see you soon."

"Bye, Lexi."

Lexi was on her way out the door and she saw Daniel and Robby waiting outside the car.  The car ride was silent until Lexi's phone buzzed.

Hey babe, if you're up to it, the gang and I are going to Round Table and there's going to be an empty spot next to me, so if you want to come, I'll be waiting.

Lexi smiled at the text from her boyfriend, happy that he reached out first. She put her phone away, debating whether or not she should go to the pizza restaurant.
