SOLANGE LYON, a force to be reckoned with, was a fifty-fifty replica of her parents. She was headstrong, passionate, honest, sassy, and always did what she set her mind to.

Her love for music came from her parents who founded Empire Entertainment. Solange loved to sing, write music, and dance but father didn't think she had what it took to be out in the spotlight like her little brother, Hakeem. So, she was trapped on the sidelines, writing music for others and helping others succeed while her father accepted the fame and glory.

Though she was the only daughter of the infamous, Lucious Lyon, she was anonymous; invisible. And though she pretended as if she were completely fine with it, that it was better this way whenever her twin brother brought it up—— she wasn't.

So, when her mother is released from prison and realizes the talent her daughter has, she takes matters into her own hands, landing Solange on the front covers of magazines and in front of flashing lights.
