"Let me get this straight, while you were looking for Laura you found her dead body- two teenage boys framed you for murder and you were hunted by the cops? To then find out our burn victim of a uncle was a homicidal killer alpha and then you killed him to become an alpha?" Kaliea Hale summed up while driving in her car, on the phone with her older brother Derek.

"Something like that." Derek vaguely replied, not wanting his little sister involved in the beacon hills drama.

"Stay in L.A., i've got it handled here." He added quickly, despite him loving his little sister and the only alive relative he had- she should stay far away from the supernatural beacon.

"You've been gone for a few months, im worried." Kali threw back, her fingers anxiously tapping on the steering wheel while she waited for the traffic light to turn green.

"I'll come back soon, okay?" He lied through his teeth, there had been way to much going on his life, more and more hunters were coming to the town- the argents.

And Derek didn't want Kali to get hurt in the crossfire.

"No, im on my way already, text me the address of your apartment." She said before clicking the red button, ending the call before throwing the phone onto the passenger seat.

Kaliea hated Beacon Hills for many reasons, one of them being that her home had gotten burned down and the majority of her family died in that fire.

The other was the fact that in Beacon Hills peace or just calm was nonexistent, something was always going on and that was what bothered her.

So her plan was simple, get Derek out of there as soon as possible and go back to the much more peaceful life in the city of Angels.

And she really hoped that no one would interfere when she'd drag Derek home by his ears if necessary.
