A/N- Okay, I'm not even gonna lie, I didn't edit this. Oops. I promise I'll come back to it, but I was so excited to share this with you all that I couldn't help but post it.

How are all my hotties doing? I hope your week is better now that Matt and Holly are back together. Let me just say, I am just as happy as you are about them getting their shit together. Also, If you couldn't tell by the title of this chapter, I'm heavily addicted to 'Midnights' and Anti-Hero is on an ongoing carousel in my mind and has been since Friday.

Anywho, enough with my rambling. Enjoy the chapter!

Chapter 17

"But, I wouldn't mind checking some parts of your body out tonight. I'll even do it for free. No co-pay or anything."

Halloween was one of the Nelson Family's favorite holidays. Maybe it was the fact that this was the only time in which the kids where allowed to stuff their faces with chocolate and sugar, or maybe it was the fact that their family had always gone all out with decorations around the shop. Small ghost string lights floating around the register, along with stickers that would press against the windows with the words 'Happy Halloween.'  in bright orange and black letters.

Or maybe it was because it was the one Holiday that didn't involve the entire Nelson family. (They still never talked about Thanksgiving of 1998. Rough year for Aunt Mary-lee) Either way, they took full advantage of Halloween. Every year since the kids where born, they treated it almost as heavily as they did Christmas.

"Okay, kids!" Anna shouted throughout their shop as she clapped her hands. "Come on, we have 10 minutes before we're meeting the Banners and their son to go trick-or-treating."

Anna and Edward had dressed up as Sonny and Cher every year since the kids were little. Almost creating a little tradition with their outfit. Anna fixed her wig in the window, making sure to hide her small strands of red hair under the long black wig. Turning around at the sound of footsteps pressing against the hardwood floors, she smiled.

Anna watched as both Foggy and Theo ran out from the back room, smiling and laughing with their costumes on. Foggy had insisted on being Leonardo from 'Ninja Turtles every year since he was three. So when he decided to change his costume to one of the 'Power Rangers,' it suited as a shock to everyone in the family.

"You realize the yellow Power Ranger is a girl, right?" Theo laughed as he pointed at Foggy. "So that means you dressed up as a girl for Halloween."

"Shut up," Foggy said as he furrowed his brows. Theo was dressed up as an astronaut this year after changing his costume last minute. So, to say that materials were lacking would be an understatement. "Your wearing Holly's shorts under your costume. Wanna go steal one of her dresses while your at it?"

"Boys." Anna gave them the look. We all know the look. The one you get instantly makes you straighten up the second it's flashed in your direction. "Enough with the bickering or else I'm taking all your candy and giving it to Holly." She looked down at her camera as she hit it with her hand, trying to get it to turn on. "Speaking of your sister, where is she? I thought she was just putting her costume on?"

"I'm right here!" Holly ran out from the back room, holding her cardboard boxing gloves that where falling down her hands every time she moved. Within seconds, Anna's mouth was wide open her eyebrows raised. Foggy and Theo started bursting out in laughter as she stopped in front of them. "What? Why are you guys laughing?"

"Holly Galena Nelson, what happened to your costume?" Anna shrieked, covering her face with her hand. "I thought you said you wanted to be a ladybug this year?"

"Well, I changed my mind." She loosely shrugged as she smiled. "You like it? I'm a boxer! Like Battlin' Jack Murdock!" She looked down at her costume. "I couldn't find the yellow fabric in your sewing room, so I just settled for a black and dark red costume instead. I figured it gives it a more daring look!" She jumped up, posing soon after with her fists up in front of her.

Foggy continued looking at her, "You look like a moron."

"Franklin Percy Nelson-"

"What? It's the truth! She looks like an idiot."

Anna shook her head as she placed the camera down on the table next to her. The kids where now all bickering with each other as Holly threatened to knock Foggy's tooth out with her boxing gloves. Her hands ran over her face as she called out loudly, "Edward! Get in here, now!"

Edward quickly stumbled from the kitchen, holding three buckets with jack-o-lantern faces painted across them. His black press-on mustache fell from his face as he moved. "Yeah-" He looked down at the buckets. "Do you like these? I painted Holly's red, Foggy's yellow, and-" He looked up, seeing Anna's static expression written across her face. "What?"

Anna quickly nodded to Holly who was throwing punches in the air. Within seconds, Edward had the biggest smile line his lips.

"No way!" Edward said excitedly as he moved towards Holly. "Are you supposed to be Battlin' Jack Murdock, Holl's?"

"Yep!" She said with a wide smile as she moved her mask down her face again, the only bit of hair you could see being from the two braids she had on either side of her head. "You like it?!"

"I love it! You look like the most badass boxer yet!"

"Edward!" Anna shrieked, making all heads turn in her direction. "Our eight-year-old ruined her costume to create...whatever this is." She motioned to Holly. "All because you keep letting her watch those boxing matches with you. I told you to watch those after she goes to bed."

"Okay, okay-" He put his hands up as he spoke softly. "I'll start making sure she's asleep before I watch the matches." He turned to face Holly as a small look of disappointment seeped over his face, "Holly, what you did with your costume is unacceptable. What do you say to your mother?"

Holly sighed before turning to face Anna. She knew her costume wouldn't fit into the mold of Anna's 'Picture Perfect Family,' but she still thought she would try. "Sorry, mom. I shouldn't have torn my costume up."

Anna sighed, "It's okay, Holl's." She nodded. "Just next time, ask before you cut up your costume." She turned her head back to the table before looking down at her watching. "Oh gosh, we have to get going. I'll have to snap a photo of you all when we get back." She started hurrying towards the back of the store. "I'll meet you all outside, let me just grab my purse."

Holly walked towards the front door, following behind Foggy and Theo as she carried her gloves in her hand. Disappointment frowned upon her lips as she stuck her tongue out at Foggy who was cracking up . But, just before she made it to the door, her father whispered her name, making her turn around.

"Between me and you," Edward bent down, looking to the side to make sure Anna wasn't coming. He knew she would kill him for even putting the idea in her head. "Your costume looks great, kiddo."

Holly beamed. "Really?"

"Oh absolutely," Edward whispered. "The only thing is, you don't have the colors to be Battlin' Jack Murdock, so you gotta come up with a different name." He stood up and put his hand out for Holly to grab, "Got any that come to mind?"

"Uh..." Holly thought, pursing her lips as she nodded her head from side to side. "I don't know." She said disappointed. "I can't think of anything."

Edward squinted his eyes, "I heard you saying your costume looks daring...." He had a small smile lining his lips. "Why not Daredevil? Your daring and you live In Hell's Kitchen. Plus, you got the color pallet going pretty good." He turned his head forward again, "Plus, it sounds pretty kick-ass if you ask me."

"Daredevil." Holly's small voice broke through her smile. "I like it."

Present Time

If you asked Holly Nelson what her ideal first day would look like, she would most likely tell you three things. Bloodwork, filing, and running labs. Those would be the three things, nothing more, nothing less. So the fact that she had just finished her fifth rectal exam for the day and was currently hiding in the bathroom, was something that proved to be a bit of a shock to her.

"I'm telling you Matt, they are trying to kill me." Holly whisper screamed into the phone. She was sitting on top of a toilet with her phone pressed against her ear as if it was her lifeline. Legs curled up into her chest, she kept her feet elevated on top of the closed toilet seat.

She wasn't normally this clingy, but she was terrified. This was the second hospital she had ever worked in, and she wasn't sure what Claire had told the head of the hospital. If this was the work after hearing good things about a person, she would hate to see what work they would give to people who had a bad reputation.

Matt chuckled into the line, "Sweetheart, I don't think they're trying to kill you." She could hear as he shuffled papers around. "This is what people do to new hires. They give them the shitty jobs to see how long they last. Give it a few more days and they'll see how good of a nurse you are."

"I hope so," Holly continued whispering. "Because I have to stick my fingers up one more person's ass, I'm gonna loose it."

Matt smiled as he leaned back into his chair. "How about this. After work, I come pick you up, we go down near Brooklyn for dinner and then on our way back we grab Foggy's gift for his birthday party this Saturday?" He popped the idea. "Consider it a celebratory dinner for your first day. And hey, if your lucky, I'll let you give me a rectal exam."

"I hope your joking."

"Believe me, I am. We're not close enough for that yet." Matt listened as Holly chuckled at his joke. He stood as he spoke, "But, I wouldn't mind checking some parts of your body out tonight. I'll even do it for free. No co-pay or anything." He smiled.

"Remember my brother is in the office next to you, Matt." Holly said as she ran her hands over her face. He was chuckling on the other line, and for a second she could hear as he moved the phone away from his ear to listen to Foggy.

"Eh, it's fine. He's busy on the phone with Marci, he doesn't even notice I'm talking to you." He moved the phone fully back to his ear as he leaned against his desk. "So, are we good for tonight? Dinner and a full body exam?"

Holly laughed, "Yes, we're good for dinner and a full body exam."

Just as she was about to speak, she heard the door open to the bathroom, and she became completely silent. Those footsteps. The same footsteps of the nurse that had been scaring the shit out of her the entire day and bossing her around like a solider. Holly wasn't scared of much, but Nurse Saanvi was one woman that she was scared shitless of.

"Nelson," Saanvi called out. "Are you in there hiding from me or am I just delusional?"

"Shit-" Holly mumbled to herself as she clutched her eyes shut. "Ah, yes It's me." Holly knew she sounded like a moron. She also knew that Saanvi had just rolled her eyes at Holly. Holly didn't believe it was possible, but she was somehow able to hear the woman's annoyance. "I'll uh, I'll be out in a minute."

"I don't need you out in a minute, I need you out now." She said, over annunciating her last word. "We have a patient in the ER who was caught in crossfire after escaping his probation house. I need you to stitch him up." She paused, "Understood?"

Holly felt a sense of relief. Her first real job in five hours other then rectal exams. "Yes. Understood." She nodded, despite the fact she couldn't see. "I'll meet you on the first floor. Thank you Saanvi."

Saanvi let out a noise that was unidentifiable. Maybe she was just having a bad day? There was no way she could always be this upset with the world? Holly lifted her phone back to her ear, letting out a small breath of relief when she heard the door shut behind Saanvi.

"Well she sounds like a joy." Matt said, making Holly smile.

"She's...something." Holly hated talking bad about people, but at the same time, this woman was the true definition of -pardon her French- an absolute bitch. "Listen, I gotta go but I'll see you once I get off my shift. I love you."

"I love you too, Holly." Matt said with a pure drunken smile. He quickly caught his words, making sure Foggy wasn't somehow listening. This was the one time he was thankful for Foggy and Darci's midday calls, mainly because it gave him enough time to call Holly without any interruptions. Oh the things he had heard coming from both sides of the line. "Have a good rest of your day, sweetheart."

The line beeped three times on Holly's side, indicating the call had ended. She brought her phone down to her lap, taking a deep breath before chewing at her bottom lip.

Holly never remembered her first days being this bad. Whether it was school or other first jobs, she never remembered feeling this stupid. But after all, she didn't have a Saanvi Patel following her around at every one of her jobs or first days of school. Maybe it was for the best that she had someone like her?

She would just have to keep convincing herself of that.

"Okay, let's see who we got here today." Holly had her head down as she read off the clipboard. She closed the curtain behind her with her free hand, letting the blue curtain glide across the beams in order to give them some privacy despite the busy ER. "Melvin Potter?"

"That's me." He gave Holly a small smile, almost of embarrassment. His hands where tightly cuffed to the hospital bed leaving only one free hand for him to be able to offer her a small wave. He didn't look like the type to be cuffed to a bed. If anything he had a warm smile that made Holly brighten up a bit. "You must be Nurse Nelson."

Holly smiled, "You can just call me Holly." She sat down on the stool, rolling towards him. The material from his shirt was sliced straight across, leaving a line of broken fabric resting next to his wound. She examined the wound carefully, keeping his arm slightly elevated without it hurting too bad. "Well, luckily for you it was just a slight graze from the bullet. Nothing too serious. I'll get this stitched up and you'll be on your way."

Melvin lowered his head as he mumbled, "Fuck."

Holly's brows furrowed as she rolled back, grabbing the stitching kit and a pair of gloves. "Don't act too excited, now."

Melvin turned his head in her direction. "Sorry, I'm not upset about the fact I'm not hurt. If anything I'm glad. I don't think I can handle another medical bill." He loosely shrugged. "I just hoped I would have to stay here for a few days considering this is the biggest outing I've had in a while." He pointed his hand down to his ankle monitor that was glowing with a red dot on the side.

"Ah, gotcha." Holly snapped the glove against her hand as she scooted forward. "Well, if it wasn't for the material of this shirt you would have gotten worse injuries. So blame the creator of the shirt, not me."

Melvin watched as Holly held his arm up while stitching it. "Well, your stitching the guy up right now." He faced forward, "And trust me, I do blame myself."

"You made this?" Holly questioned, taking another look at the shirt. She was impressed. It was pretty durable besides the small cut that she was now stitching up. "This is pretty cool. You some sort of designer or something?"

"Designers a bit much." Melvin smiled. "This is more of a hobby for me. I make suits for people, ones that can uphold bullets, knives, vigilante shit." He lowered his voice, slightly wincing at the feeling of the needle pressing through his skin. "If it wasn't for my line of business I wouldn't be in this situation. Some people are so fucking stubborn they can't take no for an answer." Melvin looked at Holly as she continued stitching his arm. "Sorry If I'm talking too much. Your just one of the few people I've spoken with in the past year."

"Don't apologize." Holly shook her head, pursing her lips in concentration. "I like when people talk. It actually helps me focus more." Holly reached back for more string, seeing as Melvin looked over at his arm. "On a scale of one to ten, how bad is the pain? She talked slowly, patiently. Melvin appreciated how kind she was to him. She was probably the only person at this hospital who even bothered to acknowledge him.

"Not bad. I'll say maybe a three." He responded, watching as Holly nodded at his answer. "You know, I think your by far the nicest nurse I've come across here. Not many people here are like you, Holly."

She didn't know if he was being flirtatious, or just nice. Either way, Holly liked it. She could definitely use the change of attitude rather then the brash attitude the rest of the nurses where giving her. Not to mention this was the first time in hours she had a regular conversation with someone other then Matt. So, she continued.

"It's my first day." She explained. "I uh, I worked at Metro-General for a while but decided I wanted a change." She raised her eyebrows, giving him a look that anyone could recognize. It was a look that showed maybe the change wasn't the best idea.

Melvin smiled. "Well if it makes you feel any better, your doing great." He continued watching her. "Like I said, your one of the nicest nurses I've come across." Holly smiled as she finished stitching him up. "Also, one of the prettiest I've come across."

So he was just flirting. Holly smiled, letting out a small chuckle. "Thank you, Melvin." She scooted back in her chair, taking one final look at the now stitched up arm. She didn't know how to react to people flirting with her anymore. Last time this happened she was single. "I uh, I think your all good to go. I'll go give the nurse in charge your papers and tell her your all finished."

"Thank you for helping me, Holly." Melvin smiled. His voice lowered to a tone only the pair could hear, "And if you ever need anything, in terms of clothing or even weapons, you always have someone in the business. My number is on my paperwork. Think of it as a favor."

Holly smiled, knowingly. "I'll keep that favor in mind."

Propped against Matt's headboard, Holly sat with a blanket over her body--a takeout box in one hand, and a sketchbook in the other. This was the first time in hours she had been able to sit down, and boy did her legs enjoy it. Like a weight being lifted from her body, she felt some sort of relief after her long day.

At first she wanted to go out. That was the original plan along with their 'Full Body Exam' -- but by the time she came home the rain outside was pouring so hard her shoes where soaked after she took ten steps outside. So they figured it was best to put a raincheck on their date. Holly didn't mind though, and neither did Matt. All they wanted was the presence of the other to keep them comfort.

"I'll trade you my noodles for your orange chicken." Holly put her takeout box out, moving it towards Matt. His bare eyes peered up to face her voice, brightening in the lavender haze that was shining through his apartment and reflecting off the mirror in his room. She always liked when he didn't wear his glasses. It was like she was somehow able to read his mind easier. Like she was his melancholia.

"You said you wanted the noodles," Matt chuckled. He was sitting in front of Holly, resting on his side as he propped himself up on his elbows. He was still in his work clothes, the only difference was that his sleeves where rolled up to his elbows. "If I trade you, I'm taking your fortune cookie."

Holly furrowed her brows, "How about you trade me and I don't bill you for all the times I had to stitch you up?"

Matt gave Holly the same look back. Brows furrowed with a small smirk. "Are you blackmailing me?"

"If your my boyfriend who's a lawyer, no, and I would like my words stricken from the record." She shook her head, lifting a bite of noodles into her mouth. She moved her hand over her mouth as she spoke. "But if your just my boyfriend then yes, I'm blackmailing you."

Matt nodded, raising his eyebrows. "I've taught you well." He grabbed his box of orange chicken, moving it in her direction as Holly switched him with the noodle box. She had a wide smile line her lips, knowing that she had won. She continued sketching as Matt nodded in her direction. "Doing something for work?"

"Uh kinda," Holly didn't know how Matt would react to her sketching him a suit. It was more something that she kept private and hidden from Matt, praying that if he ever found out he would let his stubborn nature go and accept a suit would be a good idea. Stupid vigilante shit as Melvin called it. "It's nothing. Just some stuff for Foggy's birthday party."

Matt nodded, sitting up on his elbows as his head faced in her direction. "Speaking of that. I uh, I actually wanted to talk to you about something." He hesitated before speaking, feeling as if a rope was tugging down at his words. He could hear the rise in Holly's heartbeat, almost as if she was nervous because of his quietness. "I was thinking about us recently and I uh..." He paused. "I want to tell people. I want people to know about us."

Holly's stomach curled. "About...us?" She sounded like an idiot--but how could she not? She was mentally panicking about her family and friends reactions. "Like...us, us?"

"Yes. Us us." Matt said through a small smile. He could tell she was nervous. "We're ready for it. Or at least I think we are." He reached forward, pressing his hand against Holly's as he intertwined their fingers together. "Nothing can stop me from loving you, God knows that, Holly Nelson." He chuckled. "I want everyone to know about us and how much I love you. Your friends, your family, everyone. Plus, it would be one less secret we have to keep which I know would be a relief for you."

Holly wanted to smile, she really did. But she was nervous. Her family wasn't the type of people you told that you where seeing someone. They where the type of family you told when you where engaged. Maybe it would be different since they knew Matt? Or maybe it would be worse? There where so many outcomes and Holly needed to respond to Matt before things got awkward.

"I want too." Holly nodded. "I really do."

Matt could hear the hesitation in her voice, "But your nervous."

"Extremely," Holly let out a shaky breath that lead to a small chuckle. "It's not you, really. I just don't usually tell them I'm dating someone because then they get all protective, start asking the guy millions of questions, and then the guy ends up leaving and it just-" She took a deep breath. "It's hectic. And It's something that could end either very well or very bad."

Matt kept his head turned in her direction. "Do you see how crazy I am for you?" With those words, Holly let out a small laugh. "I'm being serious, do you see how utterly insane I am for you? Because trust me, Holly Nelson, I have never been this head over heels for someone, yet you seize to make me fall more and more each day." He gave her hand a gentle squeeze, "I will never leave you. I can't leave you."

Holly gave Matt a small smile through the blush that covered her warm skin. She somehow managed to speak through the smile that kept growing on her lips. "Your head over heels for me?"

Matt reached forward for both of her hands, slightly tugging her towards him. "Oh Holly Nelson, I am terribly head over heels for you." Within seconds, Holly was straddling Matt's lap with her fingers still intertwined with Matt's. She had a large smile on her lips as she saw the happiness that radiated off Matt's skin. Like a glow in the night, he was beginning to grow the same light she always had.

"Well Matt Murdock, I am terribly head over heels for you too." She lowered her face towards his, her lips barley ghosting over Matt's. "So much so that I want everyone to know."

Both heartbeats in the room pound against their chests, feeling as if they had just heard the best news in their life.

With those small words acting as a confirmation for Matt, he cradles her cheeks and brushes his thumb over her lips. Once he feels her smile begin to grow wider, he leans all the way in and kisses Holly warmly. Against her lips, Matt smiles and keeps their fingers intertwined, pressing against his chest.

Their kiss was innocent. Love stricken. But deep down, they both knew they wanted more. She had never been like this with any of her other boyfriends, no matter how utterly attractive they where or how they treated her. Holly had no clue how to describe it, but with Matt, every time she kissed him felt as if she was on a thrill ride. She went after it it again and again, craving the feeling of her heart pulsing against her chest so heavily she was one step away from a heart attack. The overwhelming sensation that made her entire body grow warm.

Blindly, Holly reaches her hands further down Matt's chest, unbuttoning each and every small clear button that lined the middle of his shirt. Her head feels fuzzy as she continues kissing him passionately, feeling his hands roam from the middle of her back down to her hips.

Matt let's Holly take the material from his body as she throws it across the room, letting it hit his dresser as the rest of the room continues to be coated with heavy breathing and the pastel lights that shine through Matt's windows.

Matt's hands press down on her hips as he moves her under him, hovering over her body as she lets out a shaky breath in between their kisses. The feeling of his warm breath sends bumps down the rest of her skin while her hands continue moving down his chest. His hands find the bottom of her sweater, pulling at the material as he lifts it over her head and sends it across the room with his shirt.

Matt's chest rises and falls by the feeling of her hands continuing to roam his body. Holly let's out a small moan as she feels his hands roam in her hair, lifting her head up slightly to bring her lips closer to his. The more time went on, the more frantic their movements became. One minute Holly was under Matt in the middle of the bed, and the next both of them where scrapped of their garments as Matt's hands pressed against Holly's wrists, pushing them against the top of the headboard behind her.

Holly's vision became blurred....well....almost.

Behind Matt, Holly could see in the apartment in front of him a man standing in his apartment looking through his window. With how he was staring, Holly was almost certain they had made eye contact. He was practically glued to the floor, unable to make any steps forward or back. Completely phased.

"Matt-" Holly's shaky breath pulsed against Matt's lips. "Across the street. That guy." Holly's back slightly arches as Matt's fingers move over the inside of her thighs. "He-He's watching."

"You thought I wouldn't notice?" He rasps against her ear, letting the vibrations soak through her skin. Holly arches her back and moans. Her hands are fisting the sheets under her as she throws her head back. "He's not leaving anytime soon. He's done this twice now." By the sound of his voice he was irritated. Almost annoyed by the fact this guy had done this on multiple occasions now. "But if he wants to watch, let him. But he's gonna watch me make you cum. Understood?"

Peering her eyes open, Holly's eyes still lock with the man's. She watches as he struggles to walk away. It's like cement has locked his feet to the floor under him.

Matt takes one of his hands from her wrists, moving her chin so she was looking up at him. "Do you understand?"

"Yes," She beggingly whines as Matt's fingers slip inside of her.

Dipping low, he brings his lips to hover over hers as he whispers. "Say it loud enough for him to hear, sweetheart."

"Yes!" Holly let's her words rumble across the room, listening as they echo off the walls and vibrate back into her ears. She knew she wasn't loud enough for him to hear, but Matt's smirk that lined his lips let her know that her words where enough.

Holly watches as his chest continues to rise and fall, and the blush on his cheeks grows even brighter through the pink haze that glows in his room. Looking between them, Holly takes one of his hands and brings it down to her chest, letting it press over her beating heart. But of course, Matt was already aware of the fast beating tempo that filled her body. As he listens closely though, he finds his pulse synchronizing with hers.

Matt's fingers continue to thrust in and out of Holly as her lips pull away slightly, leaving a small gap between them. Both could feel their warm breaths hitting each others lips, creating a blissful aura. Rolling her lips together, Holly swallows then sighs.

"Faster, Matthew." She whispers.

God, how Matt loved hearing her say his full name. The things it did to him where unspeakable. The hand resting on her wrist moves down her body, resting on her chest as he cups her breasts and continues to kiss her deeply. Through all of this, Matt is thrusting both his fingers in and out of her so rapidly it's causing vibrating moans to escape Holly's lips. She was wet to the touch, desperately longing his touch.

With every one of her moans, Matt feels his heart beat faster and faster.

"Are you doing okay, love?" He questions as his voice rasps against her lips. "Whenever you want, we stop. You have the control here."

Holly nods her head as her back arches, "This is more then okay."

"Yeah?" Matt lets out a breathy laugh against her lips. "Then show the guy across the street. Show him just how much your enjoying this."

"Mhm..." Holly nods her head again, gripping the top of the headboard as she grinds down onto his hand.

Feeling him curl his fingers in a come-forward motion, Holly drops her head into the back of the sheets. Her fingers curl the wood of his headboard as she throws her head back with pleasure. Then, within seconds, her entire world spins in her vision as Matt's fingers continue pumping in and out of her.

"O-Oh God." Holly's voice echoes throughout the room.

She could feel it low in her belly. Tugging at Matt's shoulder, she brings herself up as his free hand rests on her lower back, keeping her elevated. Her mouth presses to his shoulder blade, as her teeth lightly press down to his skin. But, as soon as Matt pumps his fingers in one more time, Holly's head thrusts back.

"Yes...yes...yes." She praises quietly. But then, so magnificently, her body shutters as she gasps. She feels as her entire body releases, and the room continues spinning. Matt continues his motions, letting her ride out her wave slowly.

Holly falls back onto the bed as Matt slowly brings his fingers out of her. Her breathing is still heavy while Matt presses small butterfly like kisses to her entire body, moving up her skin until he finds her lips again.

"You did beautiful, sweetheart." He praises, moving his lips feverishly over hers. As he moves his lips back, his voice rasps against her ear. "Fucking Goddess."

Holly can't help but smile at his words. She listens as Matt stands up and tosses on a pair of sweatpants before walking over to the curtains on the other side of the room, tugging them closed as he wore a small smirk on his lips. As he turned back, he found himself on the side of Holly, picking up her sketchbook that had been discarded to the floor at some point. He placed it down next to her before speaking.

"I'm gonna go start the shower." He pressed his lips softly against her forehead before standing up. "Call me in here if you need anything, sweetheart." With those words he walked out of the room, leaving Holly alone.

Holly smiles widely to herself as she rolls over to her back again. She was so utterly in love with this man that with every kiss he pressed to her skin, her entire body would grow warm within seconds. People say that the honeymoon phase of dating someone runs out quickly, but Holly couldn't go a day without him. She was addicted.

Every one of her worries had left her body, knowing now that Matt was as far in deep as she was. They both knew it would take hell to push them apart-or in their case, heaven. She didn't care what her family and friends said. Nothing could stop her from loving Matt Murdock.

As she reaches over to her side to grab her sketchbook, she finds a small frown growing on her lips. Random black scribbles had filled the page from the colored pencil that had also been discarded to the floor. Luckily, it was only the bottom of the page, so it didn't effect much of his suit. Every name she had for him had been completely scribbled over.

Besides one.

Holly's frown slowly disappears as she sees the part of the page that had been left untouched. On the very bottom in maroon words, Holly reads the words mentally as she continues to smile to herself. Call it a mere coincidence, but Holly called it fate.

"Showers all ready," Matt walks back into the bedroom wearing a small smile on his lips. He can hear the smile radiating off Holly's lips, making him smile even wider. "Everything okay?"

Holly turns her head to face Matt as she moves the sketchbook to the night stand beside her. "Yeah. Perfect."

Holly moves from her spot in the bed, padding across the floor until she finds Matt again who doesn't hesitate to wrap his arms around her body the second she moves in front of him. Her hands move to the back of his neck as their lips move over each others as the door to the bathroom slams due to Matt's foot kicking it shut.

But as the night grows on, Holly can't help but think of one name. It spins around her mind on an ongoing carousel that won't let her brain shut off.

Daredevil.

A/N- Well look at that, a happy chapter.

How did we like the meet cue between Melvin and Holly? I think you all know where this is going and hopefully your excited about it. What about the history behind the name Daredevil? I was going to originally keep the history of the name the same but decided to change it due to the fact I think my version goes much better with our story. Also....that smut 👀. I have no words for it. Sorry if it was kinda cringy, I just had a little idea pop into my mind and well...you know.

Thank you all for reading my chapter! I hope you all enjoyed it. Don't forget that if you are making any posts about this story, you use the hashtag #MattHollyxExile so I am able to find it easier :)

Next chapter is gonna be one I know your all looking forward too...so keep an eye out.

Have a great day/night and stay safe my Hotties!
