"OCTAVIA..." Felix begged as he was pulled firmly by his hand towards the center of the garden, which was located at the front of his house.
Soon enough, Octavia stopped and turned to him with a smirk, a seductive look of evil on her face.
"Have I told you you look extremely sexy today?"
Heat rushed to his cheeks almost immediately.
"Oh. T-Thank you, I guess?"
She smirked once again, stepping closer towards him. Putting a firm, tight hand over his waist, she licked her lower lip and stepped closer so that only inches could tell them apart.
"W-What are you doing?"
She shushed him quietly, leaning for his soft, plump lips.
"Shh. Don't say a word,"
And before he could react, he was met by the strong, familiar sensation of her lips upon his. She licked his lower lip and nibbled on it gently, as if to force him to kiss her back.
For a moment, he couldn't speak. He couldn't move. However, all he knew was, that wasn't what he wanted. These were not the pair of lips he wanted to kiss.
She bit his lower lip again, causing him to react slowly. He kissed her back after a few moments, a wave of guilt and regret filling his insides. He couldn't stop, for all he knew.
Click.
A few moments later, she pulled away, and Felix was met by the terrifying realization of what had just happened.
Did he just cheat on his lover?
Before he could say anything, his words stumbled in his throat as he saw the chilling smirk Octavia wore on her face.
"Smile to the camera."
It took him a few moments to absorb the terrifying words.
And before he could understand what was happening, Octavia pointed at something at the other end of the garden, somewhere he wouldn't have looked at if she didn't point it out.
And to his horror, he spotted a man holding a big, black camera, which made a loud click as it took yet another picture of the couple.
"I wonder how does it feel like to know that you cheated on your beloved girlfriend? I sure want to know."
His breath hitched. His heart raced. Tears began to well up in his eyes.
"W-What is this?"
She let out a small, evil laugh.
"It's payback," she began innocently, "for leaving me after you met her."
He shook his head weakly, taking a step back in shock.
"How are you gonna feel like if I sent this to her right now?"
He let out a small gasp of plea, his mind immediately flashing the image of his girlfriend's disappointed face as she stared at the picture.
"N-No... Octavia, no! Please." He pleaded, one small tear streaming down his face, "please don't send it to her! I-"
"Shh," she shushed, "you've been in America for rather a long time now, so I knew I couldn't do this to you without going there myself. But now... Your mother did all the work for me. Make sure to thank her on my behalf."
He shook his head again, his tearful, dark chocolate brown eyes filled with plea and desperation.
"Just imagine it: Your girlfriend, who thinks you're dead and buried by now, finds this picture on her phone and my text that explains everything to her. How you picked me instead. Just imagine how she would feel like."
"Please, Octavia..."
She smirked, then lifted her hand up to caress his defined jawline.
"Tell Mal I say hi. Or don't. After I send this to her, she won't even look at your face."
He teared up more at the thought.
He couldn't afford losing his lover again. Not after what happened.
He couldn't, he couldn't, he couldn't-
Octavia sent him a final glare before she took slow, dramatic steps away from the house, the cameraman soon following behind.
Tears continued to stream down his face. He shook his head once again, as if it would change his situation.
No, no, no, no-
He hurried inside the house and up to his room, ignoring his mother's calls to come have dinner with the rest of the family. He immediately hurried towards his phone and went straight to Mal's number, pressing on the green call button.
"Please. Please, pick up."
"The number you're trying to reach is no longer available-" The voice on the other end said in a robotic tone, making him hang up and press on another contact info.
Chan.
One ring.
Two rings.
Three rings.
"Hello? Felix?" Chan's familiar voice answered, making Felix almost sigh in relief.
"Chan. Chan, you have to help me."
Chan sat up straight at the words, letting go of the book in his hand.
"What happened?"
Felix then proceeded to tell what happened to his older friend, struggling to catch his breath in between sobs.
"-and then she said that she has Mal's contact information and she's going to send that photo to her, and then tell her that I picked her!"
Chan's eyes widened.
"Oh my God! What the actual f-"
Before he could swear, he straightened his voice and inhaled in order to calm himself down.
"Okay, listen. Call the others. We need to meet at The House again."
The three words Chan finished his sentence with rang in Felix's ears for a few more moments.
"Don't be late."
