Lights shining, snow falling and the people moving around could be seen as the winter nights approached New York. Charismatic beings were hurrying around stores to get the best offers on some of the best Christmas stuff.

Just like everyone else, there stood a blue July, staring inside a Christmas store where she could see lots of good offers. She sighed and opened her purse which had a few dollars in them.

"Thirty-five dollars and fifty cents," She mumbled to herself with a heartbroken tone. There was no way she could buy anything fair with the money she had, especially since she had to get bread and eggs on the way home.

With the gloomy wind, she turned on her heels and left the store. She went to the grocery shop and bought the eggs and bread which cost more than she imagined, after all, nothing is cheap these days.

Going towards her small one-story house, she unlocked the door with her keys and entered inside. Placing the groceries on the counter of the kitchen, she heard the hurdling of small feet making her smile immediately.

"Momma!" Her daughter, Lindsey, came running and gave her mother a hug.

"Hey, baby! How are you?" She greeted her daughter as the 5-year-old pulled away from the hug and moved her blonde hair towards the back.

"I'm good. Momma today I got 3 stars from my teacher!" She showed her mother a paper where there was some grading done along with 3 golden stars making July gasp dramatically.

"Wow, that is really good! I'm so proud of my baby!" She hugged Lindsey again as they both talked about their day. July forgot about the Christmas thing meanwhile she just relished the feeling of being with her family.

Lindsey left the kitchen to go play with her toys while the wistful soul started to cook some food for the family.

While cooking some rice and vegetable soup, her phone rang as she looked at the caller ID indicating it was her favorite person.

"Hey, sweetheart!" Her husband Christopher, welcomed his wife.

"Hey, love. I'm missing you. When are you coming home?"

"Oh honey, I miss you too. I'll be home in fifteen to twenty minutes. Oh, I called to tell you that I've got a surprise for you and Lindsey."

"Really? Love, you didn't have to."

"No, it's okay. Alright, I gotta go. I'll see you soon. Love you."

"Okay, I love you too."

As she hung up, a smile was plastered on her face and the little gloominess she felt was gone.

Christopher seemed quite excited so she didn't ask him any questions or tell him that he shouldn't have bought something that he did.

July and Christopher married when she got to know they were pregnant with Lindsey. As an orphan, July had no one special to share the news with but only Chris. On the other hand, Chris had a sister who disliked July as she was an orphan. Chris cut off contact with her after he got married because he didn't want their child to grow up with such a toxic person.

While July was pouring the steaming soup into a bowl, the jiggling of keys moved her attention toward the door.

"Hey, hun." Chris came towards July who cleaned her hands and both of them hugged. He breathed in her beautiful scent while he felt happy to be home.

"Hey. How are you?" July pulled away from the hug as they both shared a sweet kiss.

"I am good hun, especially after seeing you," He exclaimed happily as she giggled and pecked his cheek in return.

"Alright, where's Lindsey?" He asked her as she pointed towards her daughter's room. Chris nodded and went towards the small hallway leading to a room on the right.

She could hear both of them giggling making her smile as she sighed and placed the bowls with the plates on the table.

"Guys, dinners ready!" She yelled out as she heard the father-daughter duo come running to the dining room.

"Momma, daddy said he got us a surprise!" The little girl exclaimed in excitement, clapping her hands together as she sat on the high chair.

"Wow, that's great." She passed a warm smile towards her husband who in return pecked her cheek making Lindsey laugh at her parents.

The dinner went by with Lindsey rambling about her day at school while the parents listened to her talk. It would usually be her talking because she was a very talkative child who loved to talk about anything.

As July was cleaning the kitchen shelves, a pair of hands wrapped around her waist. She smiled as Chris tucked his head in her neck and lightly pressed a kiss on her nape making her tickle slightly.

"Why don't you go sit down with Lindsey? I'll clean this." She sighed and shook her head ready to argue but Chris shut her up by turning her around and kissing her lips.

"I knew you'd argue. Now go," He said with a smirk, taking the cloth from her hand. "I'll bring hot chocolate too."

She left the kitchen as she knew he wouldn't listen to her. Reaching the living room she saw her daughter on the carpeted floor playing with her toys and talking to herself.

A little while later, Chris came back with two large mugs of hot chocolate and 1 small cup which was in the shape of a panda for Lindsey.

"Yay! Chocolate!" She yelled excitedly as she took the mug from him and went back to playing with her toys.

"Thank you, honey," July smiled toward her husband who smiled back and took out a box with a bow on top.

He handed her the box as she unwrapped the ribbon and took out a small hand-sized Barbie doll. "Wow!" Her ecstasy could clearly be seen as she jumped for joy and kissed her father's cheek.

"Thank you so much, daddy!" She pulled away from him and ran towards her other toys. Kids, July thought as Chris settled on the couch with her, pulling her into his arms.

After a little comfortable silence, July spoke up. "Denise called today."

Chris sighed with a shake of his head. "What'd she say?"

"She said she's sorry for the way she's treated us and wanted to meet but I refused," July explained as Chris pressed a kiss on her head. "Should I have met her?"

"Absolutely not," He replied as he moved away from her, glancing at her face. "She's treated us both like shit and now she wants to apologize. She can go to hell for all I care."

"But she's your sister and only family." Her words made his eyes soften up and he smiled, cupping her cheek.

"I haven't considered her my family since the day she disrespected you when you were pregnant. You and Lindsey are the only family that exists for me. I don't need anyone else in my life." July's eyes turned teary as she heard her husband speak. That's why I chose you, love.

"I love you so much." They shared a lovely kiss as it began to snow outside.

"I love you too and I'll give you your gift in the bedroom." Chris winked at her as July chuckled, hugging him close to herself.

The family sat by the fireplace, rendering the beautiful moments they were having and they would have in the future.

...

"Oh fuck!" He thrusted inside her as she moaned softly from the intense pleasure and pain.

"Mmm baby, you feel so warm," He groaned near her ear as her arms were pinned above her head.

While Lindsey slept in her room, the young couple got busy in bed which had been going on for a few hours now.

She wrapped her legs around his waist as his hands reached her red puffed clit making her cry out.

"Be silent baby, we don't want Lindsey to know what's happening here," He uttered in a demanding tone as she nodded immediately. His finger entered her asshole while his dick rammed her tight pussy.

His thrusts turned slow but deeper as her eyes rolled back into her head. "I'm gonna cum," She whispered as he placed his lips on hers to conceal her moans.

Tears ran down her cheeks as she released and the toe-curling orgasm washed over her. Still breathing heavily, Chris shot his seeds deep inside her, speaking some curses as he laid down on her.

He got up after a minute and brought a cloth to clean her so they could lay together for a while and then take a bath later.

"I enjoyed this a lot. It had been a while since we had sex." July mumbled as her head was on his bare chest and her hands weaving through his blonde hair.

The hard and toxic schedules both of them had really ticked family time and none of them spent much time together or even with their daughter.

"Yeah," He replied as they both enjoyed the soft silence, only the fire cracking could be heard.

"I was going to get a gift for you and Lindsey but I didn't have enough." Her words made him glance at her as her eyes held unshed tears.

"Oh, honey. You both are a gift to me," He expressed in a subdued manner, and shared a sweet kiss together.

"Although I do have something for you too." They both sat up as Chris put on his boxers and left the room.

A moment passed and the door opened again revealing Chris with a small box.

"This is for you." He passed her the box and she curiously glanced at it before opening it.

A gorgeous shiny opal necklace in the color teal came into view as her eyes sparkled with happiness.

"I knew you wanted this so I was saving up for it," He said as she smiled and placed it beside her.

"Chris, I can't believe you got this for me. Thank you so much love. It means a lot to me and not just the gift, but you more than it. I love you so much," As her sentence finished, Chris kissed her nose and helped her wear the necklace.

"I was going to give you my beautiful dick as a present but I thought a necklace would be better." She shook her head at his sarcastic response and hit him with the pillow. Typical Chris, one minute he's sweet and nice and the other minute he is sarcastic and stupid.

"You did give both of those so I guess I won."
