The time has finally come for the letter grade evaluations, the mentors looking forward to hearing the girls for the first time, and the trainees incredibly nervous for the decision that would probably effect the rest of their time on the show.

A class trainees were known to get the most screen time initially, while C class trainees often got screen time where the mentors would be lecturing them and telling them to work harder. But nevertheless, an excitement fills the room as all the mentors settle into their seats and Park Jimin stands to call up the first group.

Park Jimin (National Rep): Let's have the first group come backstage to get ready, Yuehua trainees will be first.

Choonchee and Li Mei stand up nervously, and Yulhee gives them a thumbs up from her seat behind them. A few minutes later, both enter holding microphones.

Kwon Choonchee (Yuehua // ??): Annyeonhaseyo, Kwon Choonchee-ibnida.

Yang Li Mei (Yuehua // ??): Jeonun Yang Li Mei-ibnida. Please enjoy our performance!

Tiffany Young (Vocal Mentor): *whispers to Jungkook* Her Korean is pretty good.

Jeon Jungkook (Vocal Mentor): *whispers back* But how is her singing?

(Li Mei- Shorts ; Choonchee- Pants)

The mentors discuss among themselves for a few moments.

Kim Namjoon (Rap Mentor): Have you to been training together for a while?

Yang Li Mei (Yuehua // ??): Ne- almost 3 years.

They receive a satisfactory nod and he writes something on a piece of paper and passes it to Jimin. The other mentors do the same.

Tiffany Young (Vocal Mentor): To be honest your performance was a little bit messy, and it reflects in your score.

Park Jimin (National Rep): In A class we have...

The room collectively takes a breath, what would the Yuehua girls score be?

Park Jimin (National Rep): ...no one. In class B, Kwon Choonchee. In class C, Yang Li Mei. You may return backstage.

Nodding ashamedly at their scores, the two head backstage to get their stickers.

Kwon Choonchee (Yuehua // B): I'm so sorry unnie, we should have picked a different song.

Yang Li Mei (Yuehua // C): Don't blame yourself, it's my fault. I should have practiced more...

Li Mei exchanges her B rank sticker for a C and the two girls return to their seats.

[INTERVIEW]

Bae Chowon (IND // ?): I didn't understand how Li Mei could have gotten a C ranking... she sang so well! *she looks down at her B sticker* I guess I'll be losing this sticker soon as well *she sighs*

Park Jimin (National Rep): Let's have the next group come up- the former JYP girls.

The three girls nervously go backstage, returning with their microphones and wide smiles.

Nakamura Misae (JYP // ??): Ayo what's up everyone! We're the shining trio~ Misae Nakamura-

Jung Yena (JYP // ??): Jung Yena-

Kim Sora (JYP // ??): and Kim Sora. *she makes a heart*

They line up in their positions, already they look a little more focused, whether it be because they prepared more, or because they know the mentors will grade them harshly is a mystery only they know.

Kim Hyuna (Rap Mentor): *whispers* They have a lot of stage presence, I'm impressed.

Jung Hoseok (Dance Mentor): *whispers* They can dance and sing well at the same time, and their moves were pretty clean.

Jeon Jungkook (Vocal Mentor): Miss Nakamura, could you sing something else for us?

There's a collective gasp from the other trainees, and if possible Misae both pales and blushes at the same time.

Nakamura Misae (JYP // ??): O-oh okay. Um... 거기 너 I fancy you 아무나 원하지 않아

Tiffany Young (Vocal Mentor): Great job by the way... so do you just know every Twice song?

Nakamura Misae (JYP // ??): ...only some of them?

Nakamura Misae (JYP // ??): Okay, so maybe i lied a little bit... I do know every Twice song... and the dances... but I didn't want the mentors to think that I was weird. I mean, just because I was supposed to be in Twice, doesn't mean I can't be a fan of them... right?

[END INTERVIEW]

They write their decisions on a sheet of paper and pass them to Jimin again for him to read. He gives them a look as if to say 'are you sure?' and Chungha waves him over.

Kim Chungha (Dance Mentor): We just think she'll be more determined and benefit in that class. She was still good.

Jimin nods and goes back to the microphone to read out the rankings.

Park Jimin (National Rep): In A class we have... one. Misae Nakamura, congratulations. In B class, Kim Sora. In C class... Jung Yena. Thank you for your performance, you may head backstage.

The three girls head backstage, Yena holding back her tears until they are out of view of the other trainees. Misae and Sora wrap Yena in a hug.

Jung Yena (JYP // C): It's okay... I'll just work hard and prove to them that I can improve. Besides, we should be congratulating you Misae! You got A!

Nakamura Misae (JYP // A): Thank you, but i couldn't  have done it without you both, you helped me so much with the prononciation and the dancing.

Kim Sora (JYP // B): We're so proud of you! You're the first one to get an A!

The camera cuts back to Park Jimin, who calls the next group to audition.

Park Jimin (National Rep): Let's have the CUBE girls next!

The two girls come from the top of the pyramid down backstage and return with handheld microphones.

Lee Suran (CUBE // ??): Annyeonghaseyo~ we're your two rappers from CUBE! Lee Suran-

Bae Sooyoung (CUBE // ??): -and Bae Sooyoung. We might look a little scary but don't worry, we don't bite.

Kim Chungha (Dance Mentor): *whispers* She just has that star quality... I wish she was more confident about it.

Kim Namjoon (Rap Mentor): *whispers* Honestly I expected better... but Suran wasn't bad...

Kim Chungha (Dance Mentor): *whispers* What about Sooyoung?

Kim Namjoon (Rap Mentor): *whispers* I think she's just a little bit out of practice...

The mentors pass their decisions to Jimin who raises an eyebrow but reads the decision anyway.

Park Jimin (National Rep): The results- in class A... no one. In class B- Lee Suran. In class C... Bae Sooyoung. Thank you for your performance.

Both with their heads down, they return backstage to select their new stickers.

Bae Sooyoung (CUBE // C): Goodbye Class A...

The two return to their seats quickly to see the next audition.

Park Jimin (National Rep): We're halfway through the auditions now... so far we have one trainee in class A, three in class B, and three in class C. Let's bring out the individual trainees.

The five girls, who have decided to collaborate for their audition, leave their respective seats, returning to the stage area wearing body microphones while looking incredibly nervous.

Bae Chowon (IND // ??): Hey! Bae Chowon here, nice to meet you guys! *she smiles to hide her nerves, waving to the mentors and other trainees*

Hwang Hayun (IND // ??): Annyeong everyone- Hwang Hayun-ibnida!

Lee Somin (IND // ??): Annyeonghaseyo, I'm Lee Somin, please enjoy our performance today!

Shin Eunjin (IND // ??): Your princess of Busan here, Shin Eunjin~

Choi Seohyun (IND // ??): Bonjour~ Je m'appelle Choi Seohyun aka Scarlette. *she looks at the others for confirmation* Okay... let's begin.

Kim Namjoon (Rap Mentor): Hwang Hayun... you wrote that you want to be a rapper, but you're singing a vocal part.

Hwang Hayun (IND // ??): We all really wanted to perform Rumor, and Somin and Chowon both wanted to perform the rap parts, so I decided to take a vocal part.

Kim Namjoon (Rap Mentor): I see...

The mentors make their decisions and pass the paper to Park Jimin who nods before reading the results.

Park Jimin (National Rep): In A class we have Choi Seohyun... that's all. In B class we have Bae Chowon, Shin Eunjin and one more...

The two trainees left Lee Somin and Hwang Hayun wait with bated breath for who will be in class B.

Park Jimin (National Rep): ...Hwang Hayun. In C class we have Lee Somin. Thank you for your performance.

The individual trainees go backstage and swap out their stickers. On the verge of tears, Somin swaps out her class A sticker for a class C one.

Shin Eunjin (IND // B): It's okay Somin~ you'll just have to show the mentors that you can improve.

Lee Somin (IND // C): I don't know if i should even continue... maybe this was a mistake. I should have just stuck to dancing...

Hwang Hayun (IND // B): Don't say that Somin, you're really talented, and you helped me so much with the dance... you did deserve an A.

Lee Somin (IND // C): It just feels so hopeless...

The girls wrap her in a group hug for a few minutes before the staff ushers them back to their seats.

Park Jimin (National Rep): Let's have the SM trainees come up next.

The three girls make their way from their seats to the stage.

Roh Yulhee (SM // ??): Annyeonghaseyo everyone, we're the former SM girls, Roh Yulhee-

Ashbourne Charlotte (SM // ??): Charlotte Ashbourne from Australia-

Kang Hyunjin (SM // ??): and the maknae, Kang Hyunjin! Let's get it!

The other trainees and mentors applaud her for her performance, and even Kim Namjoon cracks a smile for the verse.

Park Jimin (National Rep): For this performance we have two trainees in class A... Roh Yulhee and...

The room goes dead silent as they wait for the fourth member of class A.

Park Jimin (National Rep): Kang Hyunjin. In class B... Charlotte Ashbourne. Thank you for your performance.

The three girls excitedly make their way backstage to get their new stickers.

Roh Yulhee (SM // A): Great job girls!

Kang Hyunjin (SM // A): Yes! Yes! Yes! I'm already doing better here than i am in school.

Ashbourne Charlotte (SM // B): Congratulations you two~

Roh Yulhee (SM // A): Hey... don't be upset over a B. That's no small feat.

By the time the three have returned to their seats, the last five trainees have already received their microphones. The BigHit trainees and PLEDIS idols have decided to perform a highly anticipated combined stage. Not to mention some of the most popular trainees will be performing in it.

Park Sunhi (PLEDIS // ??): Annyeonghaseyo- PLEDIS girls here, I'm Park Sunhi-

Zhang Weilan (PLEDIS // ??): I'm your ball of energy Zhang Weilan-

Park Athena (PLEDIS // ??): and I'm Park Athena. Unfortunately, I'm a little bit sick today, but I'm going to still perform my best today for you.

Lee Chaerin (BigHit // ??): Hey- we're the former BigHit girls, I'm Lee Chaerin-

Kim Herin (BigHit // ??): and I'm Kim Herin- lets go!

Kim Chungha (Rap Mentor): If that was your worst Miss Athena... I need to see your best!

The others nod their heads in agreement, Athena was the best dancer of the group.

Jung Hoseok (Dance Mentor): Would you be okay enough to do an improv dance for us?

Athena nods her head and Hoseok signals the staff to put on a song. Gashina begins to blast over the speakers, and first Athena just begins to do the choreography for the song, but begins to add more improv as the song progresses. She hits the beat drop perfectly and the two dance mentors begin excitedly whispering to each other. All the mentors hand their sheets to Jimin for the last time.

Park Jimin (National Rep): In class C we have two...

The trainees gasp in surprise... who could have gotten a C out of the 'avengers' performance?

Park Jimin (National Rep): Park Sunhi and Kim Herin. In class B... Zhang Weilan and...

The two remaining girls wait nervously for their result with the other trainees completely immersed in Jimin's next words.

Park Jimin (National Rep): ... no one else. In class A, Lee Chaerin and Park Athena. You may return to get your new stickers.

With every trainee now sorted in their classes, a weight had been lifted off the mentors shoulders... but for the trainees, their now permanent sticker was a blessing for some and a curse for others. One thing was for certain... this whole show was just starting to sink in for everyone as real. There was no more pretending... every move they made could make or break them permanently.

But all's fair in love... or perhaps, in this case war. After all, there's only 6 spots and 20 trainees... and even more elusive... that number one throne.
