Anyone in court could see The king had been more happy than he had for ages in the past two weeks and hardly anyone knew why.
Margaret Boleyn had been around the king a lot more then she had before, and it was no lie that she had spent some nights with him the past two weeks. And they were both growing fonder of each other as the time passed.
Margaret had done what her father asked of her, and everything was fine. Besides the fact her own sister hated her.
"Lady Rochford it is nice to finally meet you" Margaret smiled as her brother dashed of as quickly as he could getting away from the wife he hated.
"Lady Margaret, I've heard so much about you" Jane smiled back.
"Why don't we go take a walk" Margaret suggested as Jane nodded her head and the two began to walk through the plane halls.
"I've heard so much about you from Your sister and brother"
"Is that so" Margaret replied as they kept walking.
"I know you are a english born but french in the heart"
"Oh Lady Rochford if you were to see the french court You would understand me, France was my home for so long"
"May I ask why you have been in England then"
"My family is here, and I wanted to meet the lovely lady my brother married"
"Your brother isn't fond of me" Jane admits "He treats me badly"
"He thinks high of you Jane" Margaret lies "Im sure hes just scared, Like you are"
"You think that"
"Of course, my brother is a true gentleman once you get to know the real him" Margaret assured her not knowing the truth of what George had been doing "I hope you grow to love him for his gentleness"
"And if I cannot"
Margaret stops walking as she turns to face Jane "Lady Rochford woman never marry for lover, Men think our only Meaning in this world is to please them and give them sons"
"Lady Margaret i didn't-"
Margaret cuts her off before she can speak "My sister is the Queen and she still hasn't done what is expected of her. You are luck Lady Rochford, it seems like my brother doesn't care about having a son"
"You're saying I'm lucky" Jane almost snarled.
"Im saying spend as much time as you have being free, before my brother needs a son" Margaret spoke "Come now allow us to continue our walk"

"Just a week"
"Henry could name a mistress in that time"
"Anne you cannot be serious"
"Arthur I trust my sister, I know she wouldn't fall for the king. But if shes"
Arthur cuts her off "You know whatever plan your father has with her will work, whatever He wants from the king he will have. Just look at you Queen of England"

"My sister, well your majesty Anne told me she left for france" George answers "I do not know when or for how long"
"Why didn't she tell me herself"
"Not to be rude your majesty but my sister is still young, she's not tied down. She does as she pleases now" George says keeping a straight face as Henry gives him a glare before walking off. That's when a smirk appears on George's face. He know knew full well that Henry cared enough for Margaret to ask where she was.

"Sweet Margaret, france is your home not England" Marie Mentioned "Stay here with me"
"Marie As much as I love France I cannot" Margaret sighed as she put her hand in the water and allowed it to run through it as the boat did.
"Why? Because the king of England has taken some interest in you. Sweet Margaret you could marry a French man. Settle here"
"Father wouldn't allow it Marie"
"You will visit wont you" Marie asks.
"Of course Marie"
"You know I still think you'd should wed a lord before you get older"
"Why haven't you"
"Oh hush" Marie snapped as Margaret let out a small laugh.
"Marie" Margaret mutters as she sits up on the boat "Do you think Anne will give the king a son"

"Child I should wed you off for what you did" Thomas yelled.
"Papa I went to France to visit a friend, I didn't need to tell you" Margaret argued back.
"Margaret, you're my daughter, my ward. And you could have ruined everything"
"Papa why does that matter I did what you asked me to"
"Are you yet with a son"
"No and I don't see why I must. The child would be claimed as a bastard"
"You do not know that"
"And neither do you Papa, Annes with child she could be carrying England's heir"
"And yet the king has grown bored of her and set his interest on you"
"And I think the kings grown bored of me whilst I was in france"
Thomas smirks as he looks at his daughter.
"Whats funny Papa"
"The king asked your brother where you were. And he didn't seem happy about the answer"
"What did George say?" Margaret asked quickly.

22nd of May 1534
"Your majesty"Cromwell greeted the king as he made his way to his private Meeting chambers.
"What is it Cromwell" Henry snarled as he kept his pace up.
"The Lady Margaret as requested a Audience"
Henry stops walking as he takes hold of Cromwell's shirt "Margaret Boylen"
"Yes your majesty" Cromwell nodded his head as Henry let him go "She's waiting for your majesty in your meeting chambers. I thought it would be ok to allow her to"
"Of course" Henry muttered as he made his way to his meeting room.
Margaret waited patiently by the window in Henry's meeting chambers as she waited for him. She didn't know what she would say or how this would end. Or if all her father worked for would be nothing. Then she started to think about Anne. What if all those years Anne spent trying to wed The king was all for nothing. What if her sister truly wasn't carrying son again. Not just Henry would be mad but their father and brother.
Henry was the king; he could raise people's titles and easily take them away. He took his own daughters away, he gave George his title, he married Anne and she became Queen. And all that could be easily taken from her family. Everything they had and where could be taken from one man because they weren't enough.
Margaret heard the doors open and immediately turned around as she saw Henry.
"Margaret" Henry smiled as Margaret went to bow her head "Don't there is no need my lady"
Henry sighed as he looked at her and walked over to where she stood "And yet you never told me you were leaving"
"I wasn't gone long your majesty, I heard you asked my brother"
"Indeed"
"Im Sorry for leaving without telling your majesty" Margaret spoke softly as he smiled.
"Well it's all forgotten now my lady" Henry assures her "How was your visit in france then"
"I don't want to bore you Henry, and I'm sure there are some noble people waiting for a meeting with you"
"I can do as I please, I am the king"
"I just visited a friend thats all" Margaret announces "Then I visited my father our house in Hever before returning to court. I told you it would bore you"
"None of what you ever say Bores me Margaret, I can assure you of that"
"So my trip hasn't changed anything" Margaret raised her eyebrow wanting to know if everything her father has made her do was a waste.
"Never"
Margaret smiled as Henry took her hand and raised it to his lips and kissed it gently "You are mine Margaret, And I can assure you that nothing has changed"

Thomas was over the moon knowing he had his eldest daughter as Queen and his youngest Daughter as Henry's mistress even if she hadn't been named. He knew full well now she was his mistress. And he hoped that soon she would give the king what he wanted and what England needed. A son
