𝐎𝐜𝐜𝐮𝐥𝐭 𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐬—; 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟. 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐳𝐦𝐚𝐧

"Late again Theo." The man in the brown coat didn't turn to look at her this time.

"Theodora, and I'm sorry Saltzman." She hurried to her seat correcting him.

This wasn't the first time this happened. It all started last week. She would have these horrible dreams except they felt real. And it would be the same nightmare.

"A screaming meemie?" Her sister leaned over whispering in her ear.

A screaming meemie: A dream/nightmare that feels real. Almost as if it could or is happening.

Their mother would get them sometimes not very often but she had enough for them to drive her crazy. She thought it was genetic and she was scared for her kids. Fortunately only 3 got the gene. Kai, Theo and Nellie.

She would let her pencil float in front of her when she got bored in class. She never got caught and never planned on it.

The girl next to her hit her with her foot making her lose any concentration she had.

"What?" She looked over at her. Her eyes were the prettiest shade of olive green eyes. She was mesmerized for a while.

"You got the notes?" She whispered looking at her papers.

Theo laughed to herself because in her mind the girl seen her and knew she what she was.

She nodded sliding her papers to the girl who smiled in return.

"Thanks, I'm Bonnie." She held her hand out for her to shake.

"Theodora. But you can cell me Theo, I highly encourage it." She grabbed it, shaking it.

A warm feeling went through Bonnie's hand coming from Theo. Not only can she feeling peoples feelings, she can manipulate them. She didn't fully understand this until she was 15. She would calm Nellie when she was feeling any overwhelming emotion.

"Your nose...it's um...bleeding." She looked scared almost.

Theo turned to her sister to see that she was also bleeding. A lot. Not just from her nose. It's like she was crying blood.

"We have to go, now. Get up." She said getting up and grabbing her sisters arms.

"Keep your head down Nell, you're gonna be okay. God—why is there so much blood?" She had on hand on her arm and the other around her shoulder.

When she made it to the bathroom pulled her into the biggest  stall.

"I see—everything." Nellie looked up touching her sisters face.

She didn't know what to do. It could be a screaming meemie and she wouldn't be able to tell. But this...it felt real. Everything. All her terrors were about the same thing. Different versions of 1994. Different outcomes.

She sat there crying holding Nell in her arms. She wiped the blood from her nose and eyes until it was all gone. A few minutes passed and everything was fine. Nell was up and hugging Theo.

"What happened?" She looked down at her sister.

"I was thinking about what happened when we were 5 and then I started saying what I heard them saying in the woods and..." She sighed pointing to her eyes.

"You didn't scream." She held her closer to her.

"I'm finally a big girl huh?" She laughed clinging to her sister.

"Welcome to the club..." She sighed holding her tight.

Her mother would call Theo a big girl since she had different gifts. She always told Nellie she would get a gift like Theo the they would both be her big girls.

"You guys alright in there?" Bonnie's voice was soothing and low.

They didn't hear the door open. They don't even know how much she heard.

"Oh...how long...have you been in here." The smallest bit of fear was eating her up on the inside.

"Depends...are you hiding a soul eating secret?" She wasn't joking but it sounded like she was.

"Oh a terribly big soul eating secret." Nell spoke up trying to diffuse the tension.

Her footsteps got closer and she eventually reached their stall.

Nellie stood up to open the door and peak her head through. There stood Bonnie with her finger on her mouth,tapping her foot.

"So...what made you come check on us?" Theo's voiced was carried through in a small echo.

Bonnie's POV

Elena hid her face in Bonnie's arm. Blood was still a trigger for her.

"Someone's bleeding Bon..." She wiped her face.

Ric looked back at them nodding towards the door. He overheard Theo talking to Nell and was worried.

The whole walk over Bonnie tried to put her thoughts into words. She struggled even in her mind. How was she going to tell them she knew.

When she reached the bathroom they were talking about seeing things and chants. This only confirmed her suspicions more so she stayed quiet and listened.

After they stopped talking she waited a while to speak up.

𝐂𝐮𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐥𝐲
"You guys left in a hurry wanted to make sure everything was good." She shrugged leaning against the wall.

"Well don't just stand there, come in." Nellie opened the door revealing Theo with tissue up her nose and bloody hands.

"Woah killer." Bonnie laughed walking in the stall.

Theo just laughed and gave her sister a mean stare.

"I uh...brought your gloves." She took them out her pocket and handed them to her.

"Oh Thanks." She took them from her and put them on.

Nell looked down and laughed. "Whew, what a real life saver. 2 times in a row."

They looked at her with 2 completely different facial expressions. Bonnie was confused and Theodora's was pissed.

"Mmhm. It's time we go Nell. Thank you Bonnie, really." Theo said standing up and walking out.

She was holding Nell's shoulder in one hand. She was basically dragging her.

"What the fuck are you doing? What if she or literally anyone else found out? Then what?" Theo dragged her to the car.

"Chill—I almost died and you're worried about another witch finding out there are more?" She scoffed snatching her arm.

"No I'm worried that you almost died in front of a class full of people!" She snapped stepping closer to her.

"We're going to die anyway. One of us is going to get consumed by the other. And the other becomes the strongest being in our coven." She pushed her back and got in the car slamming the door.

"Don't say that shit and don't slam my fucking door!" She stormed to her side and got in.

"You could be more grateful ya know?" She laid her head on the driving wheel.

"For what huh? For you and Kai ruining our family? Or for the fact that one of us is gonna be consumed?" She sat up in her seat getting defensive.

"Oh oh or is it the fact that I havent been able to hug or touch my sister properly since for fucking ever because you never learned to control them!" She was face to face with Theo at that point.

"You know what Nell? Get the fuck out." She scoffed and picked her head up.

Nellie didn't move. She just sat back in her seat, looking out the window.

"I said get out!" She unlocked the doors pushing her sister.

"Get out! Get out! Get out!" She screamed, kicked and yelled.

She kept pushing her until she snapped and got out the car. "You are so fucking childish Dora!" She scoffed yelling at her.

"Me? Childish?" She scoffed. "You keep bringing up shit that you know is something I try to fucking forget! You don't have the same guilt I do! You don't know how any of my childhood was! WE ARE NOT THE SAME! YOU ARE GOING TO CONSUME ME IN DECEMBER AND I AM GOING TO NEVER MAKE IT PAST 22! I WONT HAVE A LIFE BUT YOU WILL!" She yelled at her sister making her jump.

Then she left. She left her sister in the parking lot hot and bothered. All alone with no way home. This was a first but Theo was fed up with her constantly whining about the merge and about Kai's killing spree.

She doesn't want to talk to her ever again.
