Admin :: Slots 1/4

Admins are going to help the founders with the community books. Like, upcoming projects, announcements, etc. They'll update community projects. They'll also help founders manage the community.

Interviewers are going to interview the new members to see if they are suitable for their jobs.

Awards Host :: Slots 3/5

Award hosts are going to host awards under TEC. They will write the chapters and all. The community will provide them with graphics, watchers whenever needed.

⿻ Must be cooperative and organizing.

Awards Judge :: Slots 7/10

Award judges are going to judge the books assigned to them.

⿻ Must have strong criticism points and should be quick-readers.
⿻ Must have timing sense.

Graphic Designer :: Slots 5/12

Graphic designers are going to make graphics for community books. They will also work in our graphics shop. They'll provide the customers with various graphics.

⿻ Must be responsible and responsive.

Theme Designer :: Slots 5/8

Theme designers are going to design themes. They'll work in our theme shop.

Qualities:

Text Designer :: Slots 3/6

Text designers are going to design aesthetic messages for community, they will also work in our bio shop to fulfil customers wish.

Community Writer :: [FULL]

Community writers are going to help the community by writing the blurb and welcome chapter of community books. Will be responsible for writing announcements, promotions and shoutout for affiliates.

Plot Writer :: [FULL]

Plot writers are going to work in our plot shop. They'll provide the customers with creative plots.

Blurb Writer :: Slots 1/5

Blurb writers are going to work in our blurb shop.

Qualities:

Reviewer :: Slots 1/8

Reviewers are going to work in our review shop. They'll review the books of our customers.

Editors will work in our editing shop. They will also go through our community drafts, give them some final touches and approve them.

Watcher :: Slots 1/4

Watchers are going to be the back eyes of the founders; they'll keep track of everything that happens in the community. They'll also help to check if our customers have followed all the rules.

Promoter :: Slots 1/10

Promoters will promote the community and the community projects.

Librarian :: Slots 3/4

Librarians will be required to handle the community book club. They will be required to make pairs and give out tasks, also ensuring that every member completes their task.

⿻ Must have good leadership skills to lead the book club.
