"Mikey learns a pretty important lesson here, which is that you don't ever need to change your appearance. All you gotta do is simply, be who you are."

Flashback - 16 years ago

After their little conversation with Jake, the three adults found themselves sitting at a round table that included Twilight's father and the members of the royal council. Queen Twilight Sparkle was sitting next to her husband with a hand on her swollen stomach where her baby bump rest, lost in her thoughts and the conversation with Jake.

"I say we fight." King Flash Sentry said, a hint of anger in his eyes while his nephew's words kept replaying in his head.

"I think fighting is a bad idea," Dante Sinclair, a member of the royal council, stated. "Giving into one's dark side never accomplishes anything."

It took everything in his power for King Flash Sentry not to roll his eyes at the man that he never really trusted, always suspecting the man to have his own agenda.

"Yeah, well, it's not your daughter that's in danger." King Flash Sentry retorted back to the man. "Besides, how many wars has a clear conscience won? We have to take the Dark One out before she tries to bring the fight to us."

"Can we even trust Jake?" Gabriel Magnus, another member of the royal council, questioned.

"I've sent the guards into the Everfree forest," Quill spoke up. "Everything Jake told us is true. My brother's right, this is going to happen unless we do something."

"There's no point."

King Flash Sentry turned to his wife, who kept one hand rested on her baby bump while she looked lost of hope.

"The future is written," the Queen told her husband with a small frown.

"No," King Flash Sentry said stubbornly. "I refuse to believe that. Good can't just lose."

"Maybe it can." Queen Twilight Sparkle said.

Turning back to his pregnant wife, King Flash Sentry reached over and held onto her other hand. "No, not as long as we have each other." He said. "If you believe Jake about the prophecy, then you have to believe him about our child. Briana's the Child of Prophecy, and that means she will find a way to stop the final battle."

Before anymore words could be said, the doors to the room suddenly opened as their heads turned towards it to find Twilight Velvet walking into the room with four guards rolling in a machine.

"Velvet, what is this?" Her husband, Nightlight questioned.

"It's our only hope of saving your child," Twilight Velvet responded, looking over at her daughter and son-in-law.

"A machine? We're putting our fate on a machine?" Quill asked with a raised eyebrow. "Can we go back to the fighting thing?"

"This machine is powered by equestrian magic," Twilight Velvet explained. "It can make a portal to send Briana to safety until her fifteenth birthday. It will work, we all must have faith."

King Flash Sentry turned towards his wife at those words, who hesitated at first before she squeezed his hand assuringly, sending him a small, but hopeful smile.

"There is, however, a catch," Twilight Velvet said with a frown. "While it is a powerful machine, but even this machine has its limitsโ€”and this machine can protect only one."

"But then, that would mean..." Quill started but he trailed off.

King Flash Sentry made eye contact with his mother-in-law for a while before looking over at his wife, knowing exactly what it means.

"Twilight has to go to Hamato Yoshi on her own."

End of flashback

THERE WAS A loud crash coming from the kitchen right as Briana slid on her black leather jacket over her teal blue shirt, adjusting to the way she always has it. Max, who was laying on his bed, tilts his head up at her with his tail wagging.

"I know, boy," Briana said as she was currently putting her black boots on. "I have no idea what's going on."

Once she was done, Briana whistled for Max to come with her as he stood up from his bed, stretching before following her out of the bedroom after she had opened the door. On the way to the kitchen, she ran into Eclipse, who had left her own bedroom as well.

"Is Mikey asleep still?" Briana asked curiously.

"He has to be, which is surprising since he's usually the first one awoke to make breakfast." Eclipse said.

And with that, the two of them headed to the kitchen with Max following as well. By the time they made it to the kitchen, it was a mess and absolute chaos.

"What are you guys doing?"

Leonardo, Raphael, and Donatello turned to find both Briana and Eclipse standing in the doorway of the kitchenโ€”Max had already walked into the kitchen and was already eating at the two sunny-side up eggs that were on the ground. By then, the three mutant turtles were just realizing the giant mess they made in the kitchen.

"Aw, man," Leonardo said. "This place is a disaster."

"No kidding," Eclipse said. "I'm surprised that Sensei hasn't awoken up yet."

"Did you guys get up early? Usually, it's either Mikey or Clips that makes breakfast." Briana asked, grabbing Max's food bowls to get him his food.

"Yeah, why didn't you guys just wake me up?" Eclipse asked.

"We heard you up late last night, talking with your boyfriend so we thought we'd let you sleep," Donatello told her.

Eclipse sent him a look, trying to hide her slightly red cheeks. "He's not my boyfriend."

"Yet."

"Yeah, but what's Mikey's deal?" Raphael said before whipping around. "MIKEY! MIKEY, GET UP!"

"Training doesn't start till later," Briana said as she poured some dog food into one of Max's bowls. "If he wants to sleep a little more, let him."

"I'll make the scrambled eggs this time," Eclipse said as she already made her way to the fridge. "Then, we can get this place cleaned up before Sensei wakes up."

As Briana finished putting some water into Max's other bowl then setting both bowls on the floor, letting Max eat his food, there was a sudden, loud scream that made them all jumped and turned.

"WHAT THEโ€”I'M A MUTANT!"

They all exchanged looks. "Uh, is he seriously just realizing that now?" Eclipse questioned.

Before anything else could be said, loud footsteps were heard as Michelangelo burst through the curtains and into the kitchen.

"Guys! Look at me! I'M COVERED IN TURTLE ZITS!"

They all grimaced in disgust at the sight of all the multiple, tiny green zits at the top of his head and forehead.

"Talk about shellacne! You look like a green chimichanga." Raphael said, pointing at him.

"Eh, don't worry, Mikey," Leonardo said. "It's just a part of being a teenager."

"Have you ever had them?" Michelangelo questioned.

"Heck no!" Leonardo snapped.

"Uh, you guys are turtles," Briana reminded. "You guys don't get zits."

"She's right," Donatello said. "I think this might be serious."

So, both Donatello and Briana decided to take him to the lab to examine the zits. "Okay, Mikey," Donatello began. "The good news is these so-called 'zits' aren't gonna hurt you. And, more importantly, they won't interfere with you making us breakfast."

Michelangelo gave a sigh of relief. "That's a relief."

But then, Donatello placed a hand on his shoulder. "But the bad news is they'll continue to spread all over your body. Spreading, and spreading, and spreading, and spreading...!"

Michelangelo gave a nervous laugh. "Haha... and then, they disappear in a couple hours, right?"

Donatello shook his head. "No, and then your entire body will mutate into one, single, huge, giant, gargantuan ZIT!"

Michelangelo sat there in silence, horrified. Once the silence passed, he let out a horrified scream.

Leonardo looked over at Donatello and reached over, smacking the back of his head.

๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘

"MIKEY, COME ON!" Henry yelled, pounding on Michelangelo's door. After Michelangelo had locked himself in his room since Raphael had been making fun of him, none of them had been able to get him out so, they decided to call Henry to see if he could. "It's not as bad as you think. And Raph promises not to make fun of you anymoreโ€”and he wants to apologize." Crossing his arms, Henry looked over at the red masked mutant turtle and motioned for him to go.

Raphael stared at them before walking forward. "That's right, I'm sorry I called you 'crust muffin' and 'fungus face' and 'Godzilla, King of the Pus Monsters.' Now, come on out here!"

"No way!" Michelangelo yelled from behind the door. "Not while I'm covered in gross, slime-filled zits!"

"Technically, they're pustules filled with oil and sebum, which is even grosser than slime." Donatello pointed out.

"Ew!" Briana said with slight disgust on his face. "You told me that when I was eleven, and it's still gross to hear."

"No offense, but not helping, Donnie," Henry said before he started pounding on the door again. "Mikey!"

"Forget it, guys! I'm too hideous to be a ninja! I'll stay locked away in here... forever! And even longer if I have to..."

๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘

AFTER NONE OF them had been able to convince him to leave his bedroom, they went over to the pit where they were sitting down on the couch, either watching tv or reading comics. Henry felt his ears prickled up at the sound of soft footsteps and turns to see Michelangelo poking his head out, a pizza box over his face. He made eye contact with him and motioned for him to not to tell themโ€”Henry nodded at him. Then, Michelangelo started to tiptoe around the pit, trying to head to the kitchen while covering his face with the empty pizza box.

"Cool!" Raphael said after spotting him. "Mikey brought his own pizza! His face!" He started laughing while Michelangelo angrily threw down the pizza box, stomping on it as he glared at his brother. Raphael kept laughing for a few moments before catching his breath. "Okay, okay! I'll stop!" He panted. "Now, come on and zit down. Haha, zit down! Oh, I crack myself up!"

"Raphael!" He froze and turned to find Splinter standing over him, a look of disappointment on his face. "You should know better than to make fun of one's appearance. After all, how would the humans above react to yours?"

Raphael stared at him for a moment before looking down in shame. "You're right, Master Splinter," he said. "Sorry, Mikey."m

Michelangelo nodded as he then went over to the couch and sat down. "Ugh... just kick me out, Master Splinter. I can't be a ninja when I look like a moldy pickle."

"And why not? I do not let my appearance affect me."

"Well, yeah! Cause old people never care about how they look. Or smell..."

"He's hiding something." Something told Henry inside his head, as his nose caught the scent of sweat. He turned his head to see Michelangelo laughing nervously, a few sweat drops went down his face as he turned and started whistling.

"My son... I sense there is something you'd like to tell us."

"What!? No, no at all! Really, I didn't do anything!"

"Why are you acting weird then?" Eclipse questioned, clearly not believing him.

Henry stared at him while Michelangelo stared back, trying to calm down but it only made him more nervous. He knew that Henry would be able to tell.

"You're lying, Mikey." Henry said.

All eyes were firmly on Michelangelo, who was trembling and sweating a bit more now. "OKAY, OKAY!" He yelled. "You got me! I kinda, um... I sprinkled a little... mutagen. On my skin." He reached behind him and pulled out a large jar filled with blue-and-green mutagen.

"WHAT!?" They all yelled in unison. "ARE YOU KIDDING!? WHY!?"

"To become better!" Michelangelo exclaimed. "Cooler, you know? You guys treat me like I'm a big goofball all the time! So, I found this vial in Donnie's lab, and the label says it'll make you super cool!" He held the jar up and there was a piece of scotch tape on there that read 'super cool.'

"No!" Briana said, grabbing the jar. "It means that you're supposed to keep it 'super cooled.' As in temperature!"

"This was a reject batch of retro-mutagen, Mikey," Donatello added. "IT'S DANGEROUS!"

"Well, you could've made it a little more clear!" Michelangelo yelled back. Briana held the jar and turned it around, showing a bunch of stickers that said things like, 'danger,' 'rejects,' 'will kill you,' and even one that said 'don't eat me, Mikey.' "Still not that clear."

Briana took the jar and went to put it back in the lab while Donatello grabbed his wrist and stormed back to the lab, dragging him with them as the others followed closely behind. About ten minutes later, Donatello was typing away on his computer.

"Oh, no..." Donatello said as he stopped.

"Please tell me that's a good oh, no." Michelangelo said.

"It's a terrible oh, no," Briana said.

"According to these blood tests, the mutagen in your system is unstable. You only have three hours, until..." Donatello started before he stopped.

"Until what? What'll happen to him?" Leonardo snapped.

"In scientific termsโ€”go boom."

"I'm gonna explode!?"

"Like a massive zit!" Leonardo, Raphael, Henry, and Eclipse grimaced at his example while Michelangelo backed up several feet, looking greener than usual as if he was about to vomit.

"But," Briana added. "Now that we know what caused this, I think we can engineer an antidote from the remaining sample."

Michelangelo jumped up. "Yes, yes, yes! I love you, sis!" He flung himself at her, wrapping his arms around her.

"Then you must start right away." Splinter said while Briana and Michelangelo got out from the hug.

"We're just missing one key instrument though," Donatello said. "A molecular centrifuge to mix the solution."

"No problem!" Michelangelo declared. "Money is no object!" He paused for a moment and suddenly threw himself onto the ground, hugging Henry's legs. "Hen, can I borrow some cash?"

"I don't think this is something we can just buy, Mikey." Henry told him, which only made Michelangelo pouted while dropping his face on the ground, still hugging Henry's legs.

"The only place I've ever seen a molecular centrifuge was at TCRI." Briana said.

"We blew that place up when we took down the kranng though," Eclipse said. "What could be left?"

Leonardo sighed. "Only one way to find out."

๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘

IT WAS SAFE to said that TCRI was completely trashed. There was still parts and pieces of their battle with the kranng left there along with bits of the building. The seven teens were alone as they stood in the main room where the kranng had been hiding before.

"Everybody, spread out and look." Donatello said.

The seven teens then all split up and walked into the rubble, already starting to look for it.

"How are we supposed to find anything in here? It's so dark," Raphael said.

"Really? I can see just fine." Boy Danger admitted, searching through the rubble.

"Whaโ€”how?"

"We found out that he's part wolf, remember?" Donatello explained. "Wolves have excellent night vision. They have a reflective layer behind their retinas, which reflects light, known as "tapetum lucidumโ€”"

"I didn't need a whole lecture, genius," Raphael retorted at his brother, who rolled his eyes.

Captain Violet continued searching when she felt someone tapping her arm. She stopped and looked over to see that it was Michelangelo, holding something in his hand.

"Is this a centerfudge?" Michelangelo asked, holding up a glass beaker.

"Centrifuge, but no, that's a glass beaker," Captain Violet said.

The two of them then went back to digging through the rubble. "Is this a centerfudge?" Michelangelo asked, holding up a different object.

"Test tube," Donatello replied, looking up briefly.

Michelangelo tossed it and held up something else. "Is this a centerfudge?"

Donatello looked up and narrowed his eyes. "That's the same beaker you showed Violet!โ€”Oh, we're never gonna find it! This place isโ€”"

Out of nowhere, Boy Danger's head shot up as the others turned towards to him and they could see his ears twitching. As his ears continued to twitched, picking up the sound of footsteps that kept getting louder and louder.

"Danger, what is it?" Eclipse asked.

"Someone's coming." Boy Danger answered.

The seven teens stepped back into the shadows as the sound of footsteps sounded louder until someone appeared. Baxter Stockman was carrying a large box full of Mouser robots, setting the box down and picking up a piece.

"Soon, I'll be able to create my own mutant army! Powerful! Unstoppableโ€”!"

"Dorkster Blockhead?" Eclipse questioned, as the seven of them hopped out of their hiding spots and advanced on him.

"It's Baxter Stockman!" He said before he gasped. "Ah! Ninjas! Here? Now!?" He picked up his box again, knees shaking.

Captain Violet felt her eyes widened when she spotted a familiar item in the box. "He's got the centrifuge!"

"Hand it over, Storkman!" Donatello demanded.

The man was so, so nervous that he dropped everything he was holding, but he did managed to grab the centrifuge before dropping the box of bots. "Stockman! And no! I found it first! MOUSERS! ATTACK!"

A large army of Mousers appeared from all corners of the room, the Mousers screeched before advancing on them.

Michelangelo screamed, backing up as far as possible. "AHHHH! Don't let them pop me!"

They all made a circle around him, between him and the Mousers. They easily cut the Mousers' heads off of their tiny, little bodies with their respective weapons. Suddenly, there was a loud crash and they turned to see that part of the roof collapsed, looking up to see DogPound falling through a hole in the ceiling. He landed with a loud bang, crushing several Mousers under his feet.

"DogPound!?" Baxter cried.

"Well, if it isn't weasley little Stinkman!" DogPound growled.

"Back off, DogPound," Leonardo said as he raised one of his katana blades at the mutant dog. "We found him first."

"Stinkman and the turtles and Boy Danger and the princess?" DogPound said with a chuckle. "HA! And I thought I was having a bad day."

DogPound didn't waste any time in charging at the seven teens. Making sure that Michelangelo was back enough, they all charged at the mutant dog with their weapons raised. DogPound raised his massive fists, easily smacking them out of the way with one hand as they flew back, landing in a roll. After getting back up, they jumped back into the fight.

Everyone but Michelangelo was laying it out on DogPound. Leonardo, Boy Danger, and Captain Violet swung their swords, Raphael tossed his sais, Donatello smacked DogPound on the head, and Eclipse twirled her kamas. DogPound brought both hands down and with an angry growl, pushed them back several feet, knocking them into a pile on top of each other.

"Guys! He's got the centerfudge!" Michelangelo yelled.

They looked to find him chasing after Baxter Stockman, who was about to run out the door. DogPound leapt up and landed right in front of him, blocking him.

"You're coming with me!" DogPound said, grabbing the man with one hand and picking him up.

"Whaโ€”n-no! Please! I'm extremely fragile! Help!" Baxter cried.

They all quickly got to their feet, grabbing their weapons as they charged. But then, DogPound punched a column and the walls started shaking, pieces of the ceiling started falling to the ground. DogPound smirked at them before running from the room.

Michelangelo was still running after them. "My centerfudge!"

"He's in trouble." A voice growled inside of Boy Danger's head.

"Mikey! Look out!" Boy Danger ran forward and grabbed him, pushing him out of the way. Then, just as his eyes flashed yellow, the roof caved in on them, except for Michelangelo since he had been pushed out of the way.

"Oh, no," Michelangelo said as he sprang to his feet. "Guys! Are you okay?"

The sound of coughing was heard and as Boy Danger pushed some pieces of rubble off of them, his eyes flashed back to normal. He coughed and rubbed his eyes.

"Thanks, Mikey," Leonardo said, coughing as Michelangelo helped him to his feet.

"They're gone." Raphael said.

"And they have the centerfudge!" Michelangelo cried.

"Centrifuge!" Donatello coughed out.

๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘

RETURNING BACK TO the lair was the only option they had at the moment after losing DogPound and Baxter. With no centrifuge, Michelangelo's condition was growing worse by the secondโ€”his head and shell was covered in larger zits.

"I can't believe that fleabag beat us!" Raphael growled angrily, as he punched a beanbag chair. "I want a rematch!"

"Easy, Raph," Leonardo said. "Focus on what's important. We need that centrifuge for Mikey."

"He's getting worse, isn't there something we can do for now?" Henry asked. "At least, until we find out where DogPound took Baxter?"

Donatello shook his head. "Not without the centrifuge. His zits are getting more unstable. If any of them popped, they could cause a chain reaction. Ala, my zit-popping diagram here..." He pulled out a large marker board with several pictures on it. The first showed Michelangelo covered head-to-toe in zits. Then, there was one of a zit being popped. The third was of the zits growing bigger and bigger. The fourth was of many other zits popping on their own. Donatello flipped the board over to the other side and the final picture showed Michelangelo completely exploding.

"WHAT!? So, I pop either way!?" Michelangelo screamed.

"We just have to keep you safe," Donatello said, putting a hand on his shoulder. "It's too dangerous to leave the lair."

"But, I never got to visit a wax museum. Or learn pig Latin. Or open a mummy's tomb and the mummy comes alive, but he's so cool, we form a hip-hop group and travel around the world together in a golden UFO!" He took a long, deep breath. "I wanna do that..."

"Right..." Raphael shook his head. "Listen, Mikey, we're gonna get that centrifuge. We'll do whatever it takes to fix you."

Michelangelo beamed. "Wow, Raph!" He raised his arms and went in for a hug, but Raphael grimaced and backed away.

"Okay, DogPound and Baxter," Leonardo said. "Where could they be? The old city dump?"

"Nah, they turned it into a retirement home," Raphael said. "The abandoned nuclear plant?"

"Now, it's a nursery school," Donatello said. "What about the abandoned kranng lab? The one where we found the wasps?"

Eclipse shook her head. "They turned that building into a pastry shop."

"Oh! What about Baxter's old lab?" Michelangelo piped up.

They looked at each other then back at him. "Why would DogPound capture Baxter and take him to his own lab? It makes no sense." Leonardo said.

"See! You guys never take me seriously!" Michelangelo said.

"What if they went to Bradford's old dojo?" Eclipse asked.

"Possibly... you think he went back to TCRI?"

"No, why would he go back there? It makes no sense."

Boy Danger felt his ears prickled at the sound of Michelangelo trying to sneak away, tiptoeing around them and over to the turnstiles. Leonardo, Raphael, and Donatello continued to bicker but Briana and Eclipse did notice as well. Henry, Eclipse, and Briana backed away and made their way to the exit where they found Michelangelo.

He hit his fist against the wall. "Fine! If you guys aren't gonna listen to me, I'm not waiting around to explode." He stood but before he could start running...

"Mikey."

Michelangelo spun around at the firmness laced in the tone, eyes wide to find the three of them standing behind them. "Don't try to stop me, guys."

"Who says we're trying to?"

Michelangelo blinked. "What?"

"Baxter's old lab, let's go," Henry said. "Besides, this way, you have more help in making sure your zits don't popped."

He stared at them and smiled.

๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘๐Ÿ‘‘

BY THE TIME that they reached Baxter's old lab, DogPound, Baxter, and surprisingly FishFace, were already there. The only difference was that there was a gigantic tank of green, glowing mutagen. Since none of them wanted to risk Michelangelo's zits getting popped, they decided to go with stealth.

"Why haven't you taken this traitorous lump of flesh to Karai and Jake?" FishFace demanded.

"I will! After he turns me human again." DogPound responded.

FishFace gasped. "You can turn us human again?"

"Uhโ€”yes! Yes, of course! My intellect knows no bounds! Hehe... none."

"Good! First, order of business..." DogPound pulled out a silver collar that had small vials of mutagen attached to it and snapped it around Baxter's neck.

"Ah! Is this... mutagen!?" Baxter said in a panic tone.

"I call it 'insurance,'" DogPound said as he held up a switch in his hand. "Double-cross us, and boom! We get to see what you turn into. Some kind of lowly bug, I bet!"

"I knew it!" Michelangelo whispered. "I knew Baxter would be here, hatching a plan, wearing a dog collar!"

"Really?" Eclipse asked with a raised brow.

"Well, maybe not the dog collar part..."

A strange noise came from behind as Michelangelo's zits started shifting and morphing, making strange wheezing sounds.

He gasped. "No, no, no, no, please! Not yet!" The zits stopped moving and fell silent, as he let out a sigh.

"You know what to do?" Boy Danger asked.

Michelangelo nodded and pulled out his chain, letting go of the blade end and slowly lowering it toward the centrifuge. It went lower and lower until it was level with the tech, but it swung out and poked the mutant dog on the shoulder. The three teens froze, but the giant mutant simply scratched his shoulder and didn't move. Relieved, Michelangelo lowered the blade down to the centrifuge and moved it a little closer, watching as the blade hooked onto it. Slowly, he began to gently lift the centrifuge up when suddenly, a large, furry hand grabbed the chain and the centrifuge fell.

DogPound glared up at them before yanking the chain down. "Mikey!" The three yelled, Boy Danger going to grab him but it was too late.

Michelangelo was pulled from the beam and toward the ground below. Luckily, he turned to his feet just in time to land on the ground in front of everyone.

"Fool!"

"Don't touch me! I'm highly contagious!" Michelangelo faked a cough. "Ack! See? So, how about I take that gadget and get outta of your fur?"

DogPound slammed his fist on the table. "I'd rather you stay," he growled. "And people think I'm ugly! Watch, Stinkman! I'm gonna tear this turtle apart myself!"

DogPound was about to charge at him, but Boy Danger, Eclipse, and Captain Violet leapt down. Both Eclipse and Captain Violet landed on both sides of Michelangelo, their weapons out while Boy Danger landed on top of the mutant dog, who whimpered as he leapt off and landed on his feet behind him. The mutant dog whipped around to glare at him as he drew his twin swords, his eyes flashing yellow as the wolf inside of him growled at the mutant dog in front of him. His ears prickled at the sound of a blade flying as Boy Danger whirled around and lifted his twin swords, blocking the throwing knives that were thrown at him by the mutant fish, who stood there smirking.

As the fighting took place, Boy Danger was up against FishFace while Eclipse and Captain Violet were up against DogPound and trying to keep him away from Michelangelo, who was currently running away. DogPound raised his fists, slamming them into the ground before smacking both Eclipse and Captain Violet away. Then, he chased Michelangelo back up the beams and was fighting him there.

A loud creak and a sudden crash grabbed everyone's attention as they looked up. Michelangelo was hanging from the beams, holding onto a broken piece of wood while DogPound hung from his ankle for dear life. Taking advantage of FishFace's distraction, Boy Danger lifted his leg and kicked the fish in the gut before leaping away and landing next to the two teenaged girls.

He looked back up to see Michelangelo raised his nunchucks and smacked DogPound in the muzzle. He yelped as he fell and landed into the huge tank of mutagen with a splash. He leapt from the beam and landed on his feet beside the others. Loud, muffled screams could be heard from the tank as they all stared at it.

"Oh, snap! Dogs hate getting wet!" Michelangelo said. There was a loud splash as the surface of the mutagen broke, something huge jumped out of it, landing in front of them. "Eh, some dogs..." he muttered.

DogPound looked completely different as he now looked like a zombie dog that came back to life; black with thin, sharp claws, and the teeth that were the size of butcher knives and just as sharp.

FishFace knocked into Boy Danger, Eclipse, and Captain Violet, pushing them away from the orange masked mutant turtle as Bradford moved forward over to him.

"Guys!"

As the three jumped to avoid FishFace's advances on them, there was a sudden yell and they looked to see Bradford holding Michelangelo in his claws.

"I feel the mutagen coursing through me!" He growled, his voice sounding more deeper than before. "I'm faster, stronger, more powerful than ever! I feel like a ninja again!"

"Plus, you don't have zits, which is a bonus!" Michelangelo said.

"To thank you for this, I'll make your end swift."

"MIKEY!" The three of them yelled in unison.

FishFace leapt up and with his robot legs, he kicked Eclipse and Captain Violet to the side to stop them from going after Bradford. Then, he took one of his knives and threw it at Boy Danger, who quickly used one of his twin swords to block it. But before he could move, FishFace leapt in front of him and aimed the knife at his face, which Boy Danger blocked again with one of his twin swords to push it away from his face.

Bradford raised Michelangelo and threw him, shell-first, at the wall. Michelangelo screamed, tossing out his chain to hook around a nearby beam and slow him down, just enough so when he touched the wall, the zits didn't burst. Eyes flashing yellow, Boy Danger pushed the knife away from his face and slammed his knee into the mutant fish's guts and then, slamming his fist into his face that made the mutant fish stumble back, giving Eclipse the chance to deliver a roundhouse kick to knock him off his feet.

Bradford roared.

"Raaah yourself, you razor-faced dog!" Michelangelo yelled.

"Don't ever call me dog!" Bradford snarled.

"You got it, Razar!"

Razar growled and reached his claws out for him. A sai flew through the air and hit his paw, knocking it out of the way.

"Get away from my brother!"

Right on time, Raphael kicked Razar in the chest, knocking him down. At the sound of a smack, the other three turned to see FishFace go flying as Leonardo and Donatello landed on both sides of them.

"Oh, hey, guys." Michelangelo said.

"You're lucky we noticed you were gone in time, Mikey." Leonardo said.

"Lucky that Danger, Clips, and Vi noticed when they did." Donatello added.

"And luckier that I'd knew you'd come here." Raphael said.

FishFace leapt forward and kicked him aside. Captain Violet reached into her belt pouch and threw several shurikens his way, and he dodged them. Razar stood up and charged at them.

"Scatter!"

"Um... so, what happened to DogPound?" Donatello asked as they bolted from the oncoming attack.

"A huge mistake," Eclipse replied seriously.

"He got double mutated!" Michelangelo said. "Now, I call him 'Razar!'"

Razar gave out a loud roar, and the wolf inside of Boy Danger growled threateningly at him. As Razar charged at them, so did everyone else but Michelangelo.

"AH! The centerfudge!"

Michelangelo was now running past Razar and snatched up the centrifuge lying beside the mutant dog's feet, only for Razar to shove him aside and knocked the device away the moment that Michelangelo grabbed it. Then, loud screeching came from the side of the room to see more Mousers being summoned. The teens groaned in annoyance and began to fight back against the Mousers.

"Guys, I'm bursting at the seams!" Michelangelo yelled, hanging from the upper beams. "And Razar's gonna pop me!"

The rest of them were trying to get to Michelangelo but with all the Mousers coming at them, it wasn't easy since the Mousers kept coming at them from right and left. Razar's claws dug into the power cable plugged into the wall, as he lit up like a Christmas tree while being electrocuted.

"Yeah! You just got shell-shocked, son!" Michelangelo cheered.

"Everyone, high ground, now!" Donatello yelled.

As the seven teens quickly climbed and jumped up the walls, landing on the ceiling beams. The moment that the seven of them were in the clear, Donatello tossed one of his shuriken at a nearby sprinkler. All of the sprinklers started spraying water to the ground below. A pause, and everything below was electrocuted. All of the Mousers blew up, one-by-one, and each of the goons fell down, one-by-one.

Once all was quiet expect for the sprinkling of water, the zits on Michelangelo had doubled in the past twenty minutes. "Dude, I'm about to pop, and I think we destroyed the centrifuge!" He said.

"Oh, don't be so sure." Eclipse said with a smirk, holding up the centrifuge.

Michelangelo beamed with delight.

ONCE THEY GOT back to the lair, both Donatello and Briana immediately got to work and were able to finish an antidote for him. Donatello dripped the antidote onto the little, white cleaning pads and turned towards his brother once he was done. "Antidote's ready, Mikey." He said.

"Gimme, gimme, gimme, gimme!"

Michelangelo flung himself onto the lab table, sweeping his arms around the surface to grab the tiny pads. He turned and shuffled away, scrubbing the solution onto his zits.

"Did you have to put the antidote on those acne pads?" Leonardo whispered.

Donatello smirked. "No, but it is hilarious."

Michelangelo continued to rubbed the antidote on himself for a good five minutes before the zits were all gone.

"It worked!" He said. "Look at me! Yeah, boy! I'm super cute again. Whoo!" He wrapped his arms around Donatello and Briana, lifting him off the ground in a massive hug. "Thanks, guys! You're the best!" Then, the two of them were released.

The lab door slide open and they all turned to see Splinter walking into the room. His eyes landed on his youngest son and smiled proudly.

"I must commend you on your resolve, Michelangelo," Splinter said. "You thought you needed to improve yourself, but you had everything you already needed inside. In here..." he pressed a finger to Michelangelo's chest.

Michelangelo smiled at him, looking very proud of himself. He whipped around, smirking at them. "See, guys? Who's right about Baxter's secret hideout, huh? Me. Yep."

"You had no clue," Leonardo said jokingly.

Donatello suddenly gasped. "Oh, no... Mikey! Youโ€”you have a zit forming on the end of your nose!"

"Are you kidding me!? No! WHYYYY!"

Michelangelo threw his arms up in the air, yelling in fear and despair but then, he stopped screaming. He felt all over his face and head, looked at his arms and shoulders, and at the sound of the others snickering and laughing, Michelangelo glared at them.

"Donnie, I'm gonnaโ€”!"

With his glare, Michelangelo jumped up to tackle all of them.

"It's always better to be yourself than try to change your appearance or who you are as a person."
