Yash's POV

I looked at my watch, 8:30 AM.

"Bahi, yeh karna jaruri hai? Don't you think you will be making it hard for her?"
Ajey said, I looked at him and shook my head.

"Even the baddest of all gets a second chance, do I don't deserve just one chance to win my love back?"
I asked.

"For her, No you don't"
He said sadly, even my heart fell at what my brother thinks of me, this lowly, but he continued, "but you do, everyone should get a chance to redeem" he completed and I hugged him, he hugged me back, patting my back.

"I just don't want to get you both hurt, I just hope for the rainbow... but for that you have to go through a hell of a thunderstorm"
He said pulling away.

"Tum logo ka bharat milap khatam hogaya ho to cahle? We are getting late for the stunt this idiot is gonna pull"
Deepak bahiya said, and I nodded Ajey laughed a bit.

We all sat in the car and ther driver started to drive, today is gonna be a big day... and it might turn the worst, I don't know how Maya will react to this, she have always been impulsive when it comes to emotions, and I have broken her far the worst because of my own demons, someone have said it right, kis ko khone ke bad he uski Asli Kimat samjh ati hai, jisne bhi bola hai sahe hai, I remember the time when I had her with me all the time, she supported me to be the a musician when I was losing the hopes for it, she was there when I hit the rock bottom of my life, but because of my stupidity... she wasn't there to celebrate the fruit of the sacrifices she made for me...

"Bro.. Yash! Abbye saale sun raha hai?!!"
I looked at Ajey he was flashing his hand in front of my face, giving me looks through his pink shades.

"Are sun raha hu, kay hua?"
I asked.

"We reached, now get out of your dreamland, as well the car"
He said pointing out of the car, with a straight face, I sighed and stepped out straightening my suit and ran my hand throw my hairs.

"Bahi fatt rahe hai!"
I whispered to Ajey.

"Ha to ase faltu ke idea sochta he kyu hai?"
Deepak bahiya said coming from behind.

"Bhai please"
I said, izzat he nahi hai.

"Humne tere pair ko khulhadi se to baccha liya, par tujhe wohe khulhadi uthakar appne sar pai marni hai to koi kay he kahe!"
He said, and Ajey laughed, I looked away, Deepak bahiya really don't agree with what I am doing, because he thinks I am gonna hurt Maya again, and if she doesn't fall for me again then I will hurt myself again, he is just worried.

"Izzat nahi hai teri"
Ajey whispered in my ear as we walked into the building, and everyone was looking at us.

We got in the elevator, and it took us to the 25th floor of the building, all the while Deepak bahiya was on a call and Ajey was on his phone scrolling or either giving me looks making me even more nervous, I was playing with the cufflinks of my suit, looking the changing number of floors until the door dinged open, we all got out, and went inside the office.

"Hello Mr. Nagar, and Mr. Char, I am Jessica, Secretary of MD, Mr. Yash Nagar, welcome sir"
The girl said with a bright smile, she must be in her early twenties, Ajey and Deepak bahiya said a few greetings while I just mumbled a small thank you.

"Sir would you like to meet the team first? Or rather go to office straight?"
She asked.

"Office"
"Meet the team first"
I said, and looked at Deepak bahiya he was glaringly at me.

"Umm.... this way sir"
She said and lead us to a open working area, with a cabin on the other side.

"Hello everyone, This is Mr. Yash Nagar our new MD, and Mr. Deepak Char, his manager, and Mr. Ajey Nagar, Co-MD"
She said loudly and everyone was already looking at us, a few whispers of carryminati and wily frenzy among each other, while shocked and surprise clear on there faces, maybe because of the sudden change in the company, and the new.. Managing Directors.

Yeah now I am Maya's boss, if I am close to her maybe just maybe, I can explain her, and rebuilt what was broken.....because of me.

But... I didn't saw here anywhere, Maya is the team leader and mange all the production work, so she should be here.

"Sir this is Ms. Devika Rana, she is the marketing head"
I know her, Maya's bestfriend, she shook hands with Ajey and Deepak bahiya, while giving me a cold glare.

"The less the better, but not you"
She said and left not before giving me a disgusted look.

"Sir... Our production head Ms. Mathur has taken then morning off, she have some important personal appointments, she would be here shortly"
Jessica said.

"Send Ms. Mathur to my office as soon as she comes, and inform me beforehand"
I said and she nodded, I walked to my office, the office was not that dark not that bright, kinda in between, it looked over the Mumbai's skyline filled with skyscrapers, and the sea view too, Ajey plopped down on the couch, still on in his phone, Deepak bahiya sat in the chair from of me, and I sat down in my chair.

"Ajey kis se inti bate kar raha hai?"
I asked and looked at the file.

"Sam se"
He said, accha he hai, meri wali galtiya to nahi kar raha.

"Excuse me sir, Ms. Mathur is here"
Jessica said with her head poking in from the door.

"Send her in"
I said, and looked at Deepak bahiya and Ajey, they both stood up and left from the other door wordlessly, not Ajey though.

"Don't mess up you idiot"
He said before leaving, a few seconds later the door opened revealing Maya, her face cold, as she glared at me, but there was a strom of feeling... something that can't be explained in words.

"Maya...
It left my lips as if I have taken this name a with my every breath, before I can even say anything else she was about to leave, I held her by her wrist, and pulled her back locking her between myself and the table, being this close to her is sending electrical sparks all over my body.

"Le...ave me Mr. Nagar!! This is my work space, and also you are invading my personal space!"
She said looking down not meeting my eyes, trying to free her hands, I held them more tightly.

"Why are you ignoring me Maya! I have been trying to find you since last 4 years!"
I said losing the control over myself, and she looked at me her eyes misting.

"Leave me Yash! You are hurting me!"

As soon as those words slipped her past her lips I left her hands... I remember she said the same 4 years ago, she placed her hands on my chest and pushed me away, I stumbled a bit back, she wiped a lone tear before it can slip from her eyes.

"Anyways! This isn't the first time you have hurted me, you always do, and a person like you can never change!"
With that said she left, and her words stinging in my heart like a needle being put through it again and again, because of my own faults.
