DENNY RUSSEL was one step away from being a cop, literally. he's finished the academy, and he has one day before he steps into the mid wilshire police station as a rookie. he's more than ready, he's excited and happy to finally have something he's wanted. a night out with his best friend, pen, was always planned, what could go wrong?

JOHN NOLAN is a good cop. he's no longer a rookie, people take him seriously, and he's about to be a good freaking cop. a new round of rookies show up tomorrow, and heck, he's not a training officer and he's still hella nervous. the bar does the trick, because he ends up taking his sisters best friend home for a night of relaxation.

DENNY AND JOHN are each others secret. john isn't sure who he is, but he's sure that he has feelings for denny. and denny is sure that he has feelings for john, but can't tell anyone because his dad is johns best friend. haha, johns best friend become his dad in law, oh shit.
