AFTER the Homecoming event, Peter lived a pretty normal life, and by that I meant going on his daily patrol at night without worrying that Aunt May might catch him (since she already know that he's Spider-Man). And his life as Peter Parker is going well than he thought, although Flash still bullies him. Everyone still wanted to know who really Spider-Man is, they wanted to know who is the new superhero of the city. But it's not like Peter would reveal himself, after all, he rejected Tony Stark's offer to be an Avenger. He thought that this time, it's going to be normal for him. Or so he though.

"Peter! Look at this!" Shouted Ned as he walked beside Peter who was putting some of his books on his locker.

"What's that?" Peter asked as he saw Ned holding his phone.

"Some dude uploaded a video!" Ned said excitedly and Peter looked at him confused.

"And?" Peter asked. Not really getting why Ned's excited for a video.

"Some people say that a new superhero is in here! In Queens!" He said and Peter's eyes widened.

"W-What?!" He asked and Ned showed him the video. Peter watched the clip and he saw an old lady that was about to be hit bt a car, when suddenly a person with a black cloak suddenly appeared out of nowhere and stopped the car with her left hand, which was glowing violet. The car stopped and then the person in cloak disappeared, leaving the old lady alone. But luckly people started to come and helped the old lady. Then the video stopped.

"Cool isn't?!" Ned asked as he put away his phone.

"How do you know that that person is a superhero?! Maybe that's edited by someone!" Peter said, trying to be reasonable.

"I don't know dude, but this person seems to be a real deal. At least you'll have a new sidekick" Ned said.

"Or a new villian" Peter said.

"Come on, ever since you got Liz's dad arrested, no criminal or villian has ever seen. And it's been almost a year. I hardly think that this new superhero is a bad one" Ned said.

Peter closed his locker's door and sighed.

"I don't know Ned, I still feel guilty about what happened to Mr. Toomes" He said.

"It's not really your fault. I mean, all you did was do the right thing" Ned said as they both started to walk for their first period, History.

"Yeah and made my crush go far away from here" Peter muttered.

"Have you ever heard anything from Liz?" Ned asked, changing the topic. Peter shook his head.

"No" He said.

"That's sad. But don't worry, you'll find another girl to like other than Liz" Ned said.

"I don't think so. I've liked Liz since forever and I don't think I'd like as much as I did with Liz" Peter said.

"You're only saying that becuase you haven't met your true love" Ned said.

"I have a job and that is to protect the city. I think true love can wait" Peter said.

"Whatever you say" Ned said and they continued to walk until they reached their classroom.

"Did you do our homework?" Ned asked Peter who looked at him confused.

"We have homework?" He asked and Ned nodded.

"Yeah. Ms. Kris gave us some homework last tuesday" Ned said and Peter groaned. He completely forgot about it. He was so busy about being Spider-Man that he forgot to do History.

"Ms. Kris is going to kill me" Peter said as they went to their seats.

"No she won't. She usually forgets about giving homework" Ned said.

"Let's pray that this is one of those days. Aunt May will kill me!" Peter said. And then seconds later, Ms. Kris entered.

"Good morning class" She said and looked at her students.

"Today we aren't going to do anything" She said and half of the class cheered, while Peter sighed of relief.

"Silence! Anyway the Principal called some teachers to discuss something about a festival. So I expect you all to behave nice and I don't want to here any complain or anyone doing something bad." She said.

"Oh! I almost forgot. Today we are having a new student! She's from another country. I hope that you all treat her nice and well. Please dear, come in" She continued as she looked at the door. All of the students looked at the door curiously. Then a girl came in, she had long brown hair, wearing black    highwaist pants with a oranger T-shirt that's tuck in to the pants.
Some of the boys are starting at this new girl.

"Dude! We have a cute classmate!" Ned whispered to Peter, who was looking at the girl. Then for some reason, the girl caught him looking at him. Peter frozed at his position. The girl just glared at him and looked away.

Peter looked a bit hurt, but also confused. Well he was not that hurt, he was used being glared by lots of people and being ignored. So this should be nothing.

"Please introduce yourself" Ms. Kris said to the girl. The girl looked at her new classmates.

"I'm Lillian Hammer. I hope we can all get along" Lillian said and smiled to them.

"You may take that seat over there" Ms. Kris said and Lillian nodded and went to her new seat, which was in the middle of Peter and a girl's seats.

"I should go now. Students, please remember what I just said" Ms. Kris said and then left. Some of the students started to stand up and created little groups on their own, some stayed at their seats and just do their homework and some just slept.

"Yo, new girl" The girl who was on Lillian's left side said. Lillian turned and looked at her.

"Hello" Lillian said to the girl with a smile.

"Nice necklace" The girl said and Lillian looked for a second on her necklace then looked at the girl.

"Thank you. I'm Lillian Hammer. You can call me Lils, if you'd like" Lillian said.

"Cool. I'm Michelle Jones or just MJ" Mj said.

"Can we be friends?" Lillian asked Mj who looked at her in shock.

"Me? As a friend?" Mj asked and Lillian nodded.

"Uhh...sure I guess" Mj said and Lillian grinned at her and soon the two of them started to talk.

Meanwhile on the other side, Peter and Ned looked at the two girls.

"Look! Are you seeing what I'm seeing?! Mj accepted someone's friendship?!" Ned said to Peter.

"She's not that bad you know." Peter said.

"She never accepts a friendship! This is so new" Ned said.

"But she sits with us during lunch" Peter said.

"Yes, but she sometimes insults us. And she sits a little bit far away from us" Ned said.

"I think it's nice to see her making friends. At least the new girl wounldn't feel lonely" Peter said.

"Speaking of the new girl. What do you think of her?" Ned asked him.

"W-Why are you asking me?!" Peter said.

"I just want to know, I mean have you seen the way the boys look at her? They look at her as if she is a goddess! I bet that in no time, she'll be as popular as Liz once in our school!" Ned said.

"And I hope that her dad will not be an evil one too" Peter said.

"Why don't you go and say hi" Ned said and Peter's eyes widened.

"Are you out of your mind?! I can't talk to girls!" Peter said.

"She's new! And the more people she knows the sooner she'll get use to our school" Ned stated.

"Why don't you talk to her instead?" Peter asked.

"Because I'm not Spider-Man" Ned said.

"Shhh! Someone might hear you! And besides, I'm only Peter Parker here, no one else knows my secret" Peter said to Ned.

"How about we try later at lunch? I'm sure she'll be with MJ later" Ned said and Peter nodded.

"Why are you so persistent about knowing the new girl?" Peter asked curiously. Ned looked at him and shrugged.

"I don't know..I just- I have a feeling like I know her somewhere..." Ned said said Peter looked at him.

"Ok...that is a little bit weird. Maybe you heard her name from somewhere like on the news or in T.V" Peter said to his best friend, trying to reason with him.

"No, no! It's not like that. I really have a feeling that I know her!" Ned said.

"But Ned, what you're saying does not make sense. Lillian just transfered here and we've never seen her before!" Peter said.

"It's just a feeling..." Ned muttered and then suddenly the bell rang. All of the students stood up and walked out from the classroom.

"What subject do you have now?" Mj asked Lillian.

"Ummm" Lillian said and looked at her schedule.

"English" She continued.

"That sucks. I have Chemistry now" Mj said.

"Maybe I'll see you later?" Lillian asked and Mj nodded.

"Sure. See ya" Mj said and left. Lillian was getting her bag when Ned went beside her, making her jump a little.

"Oh my God" She said, putting a hand on her chest.

"Hehe sorry. I accidentaly heard that you have English now. Peter and I have the same subject too. If you want, we could show you the room is" Ned offered Lillian who smiled at him and nodded.

"Thank you for your offer" She said.

"I'm Ned, Ned Leeds. And this is my best friend Peter, Peter Parker" Ned introduced himself and Peter. Peter only smiled and her and wave a little, but what he got was a small nod from her.

"It's a pleasure to meet you Ned...and Peter" Lillian said.

Peter noticed that when she said Ned's name she looked very happy, but when she said his name, it's seems like a force one.

'Why do I have a feeling that she hates me?....But why?' Peter said while looking at Lily.

"Come on, we'll show you the way" Ned said and the three of them started to walk. On their way to the class, Peter seemed to notice too that she has been keeping her distance away from him. It's like she's secretly avoiding him like the plague.

"Here's the class. You can sit with us if you want" Ned said to Lillian.

"Sure!" She said and went and take a seat right beside Ned. Peter however took a seat on Lillian's right. It's like Lillian's seat is in the middle of Peter and Ned's seat.

«Time Skip»

It was lunch time, and during the half of the day, Peter started to think that the new girl, Lillian or Lils officially hated him. He didn't know why, but it's not really hard not to notice, since she has giving some signs that she didn't want anything to do with him.

"I enjoyed being with you guys, but I'm going to look for my friend now. It was nice meeting you..both" Lillian said and said her goodbyes to the two boys.

"Man, she is super nice! I've never talked with a girl before, but with her! It seemed so easy!" Ned said.

"I'm sure it was super nice" Peter said and Ned noticed that something was a little bit off from Peter.

"Hey, is there something wrong?" Ned asked his best friend.

"It's nothing" Peter said.

"Dude, I know you. And I know something is wrong. What is it?" Ned asked.

"I just have a feeling that Lillian doesn't really like me at all" Peter said and Ned looked at him confused.

"What? She seemed so nice" He said.

"To you. But whenever she looked at me, I could feel she does not want to be close with me" Peter said.

"Maybe she's just shy" Ned said.

"Guess so..." Peter said and the two of them walked in to the cafeteria. Lots of students are already in there, even Lillian and Mj. The two girls sat on an empty table. Peter and Ned got their food and decided to sit with the two girls.

"Hey Mj! Hey Lillian!" Ned said and the two girls looked at him.

"Hey, Ned" Lillian said. Mj just looked at him and then looked back at her book again.

"Penis Parker!" The four students heard. Peter groaned knowing who was the person calling him.

"Hey! I'm talking to you"

"Not now Flash" Peter said.

"And why not? You still need to pay for what you did before!" Flash said and Peter looked at him nervously.

"I-It wasn't my fault t-that you got the answer wrong" Peter slowly said but immediately regretted what he just said. Flash looked very pissed off and was about to throw a punch on Peter, who closed his eyes ready for the impact, but the punch never came. Peter slowly opened his eyes and see Lillian standing up and holding Flash's fist.

"Can you not do that?" Lillian asked coldly to Flash.

"Whoa, you even got yourself a bodyguard now huh, Parker" Flash said and laughed.

"Why don't you just leave him alone, Eugene?" Lily said and Flash's eyes widened.

"How did you know about that?" Flash asked angrily, making Lillian smirked.

"I have my ways. Now if you don't want that your other secrets comes out, I suggest you to leave" Lillian said releasing Flash's hand.

Flash only glared at her and left. Ned, Peter and Mj (also everyone that was in the cafeteria) looked at her in shock. They never thought that someone will make the Flahs Thompson leave. Not even new ones.

"You truly are amazing, Lillian! No one has ever got the courage to talk back or make Flash leave!" Ned said to Lillian as she sat down to her seat.

"Well, what he was doing was wrong. And no one should be bullied" Lillian said.

"Thank you for doing that" Peter said and Lillian only nodded to him.

'I swear something is really strange about her...' Peter thought.
