" Again you come before us, your highness " viceroy says greeting Padmè ,Athena's older sister and the queen. As the princess Athena sat next to her as she talked to the viceroy.

" You will not be so pleased, when you hear what I have to says, Viceroy " Padmè says sternly " your trade boycott of our planet has ended "

" I was not aware of such a failure " Viceroy says.

Athena shifted uncomfortably in her seat, Athena could sense something wrong with him, but she couldn't just couldn't put her finger on it. Ever since Athena could remember she could always sense and feel the emotions of others, it has always confused her.

" I have the word that the chancellor's ambassadors are with you now and that you have been commanded to reach settlement " Padmè says her sternness remaining the same.

" I know nothing of any ambassadors, you must be mistaken " Viceroy says.

Athena rolled her eyes at Viceroy, she knew he was playing dumb and Padmè was never wrong when it came to politics like this, plus Padmè always had Athena's help.

" Beware Viceroy, the federation has gone to far this time " Padmè says.

" We would never do anything without the approval of the senate, you assume to much " Viceroy Says innocently.

" We'll see " Padmè says before ending the transmission, Athena relaxed a little and let out a sigh.

" Viceroy is being difficult as ever " Athena says to Padmè as she nodded in agreement.

" Contact senator Palpatine " Padmè ordered a officer.

" Negotiations haven't started because the ambassadors aren't there? How could that be true? " Senator Palpatine says through the transmission. His hologram sat in the middle of the circle of the advisory council and in front of Athena and Padmè " I have assurances from the chancellor his ambassadors did arrive ".

Athena watched his hologram begin to distort along with his voice, She could make out the words handiwork, negotiate and ambassadors before the transmission was cut off.

" Senator Palpatine? " Padmè says " what's happening? " she asked the same officers from before.

" Check the transmission generator " he ordered another officer.

" A communication disturbance can only mean one thing. Invasion " Governor Sio Bibble says to Padmè and Athena.

" The federation would not dare go that far " Padmè says as Athena Processes the information.

" The senate would revoke their trade franchise and they would be finished " Athena says " we will have to rely on negotiations ".

Athena looked at Padmè as she nodded her head in agreement.

" Negotiations? We've lost all communications " Governor Sio says " and where are all the chancellor's ambassadors? ".

" This is a dangerous situation your highness, for you and the princess. Our one security volunteers will be no match against a battle hardened the federation army ".

" I will not condone a course of action that will lead us to war " Padmè says as she looked at all of the council " my sister and I have been working on a plan. We will allow the invasion ".

" But what about you and the princess? Your safety? " the governor asked.

" We will switch roles with Sabe and Kiara, our most loyal handmaidens " Padmè explained as kiara and Sabe stood up from their seats and walked to Athena and Padmè. Sabe stood behind Padmè and Kiara stood behind Athena.

" We will be dressed as handmaidens and go by our first names. The only ones that know our first names our are in this room " Athena says " it isn't the safest plan, but it will be the best if we want to avoid war ".

The council was quiet before they all nodded their heads in agreement, with that Padmè dismissed the council and ordered the other handmaidens to get Sabe and Kiara ready for their roles.

Athena and Padmè watched from a window of the palace as the federal army marched into Naboo and towards the palace. Athena grabbed Padmè's hand and Padmè squeezed back.

" Are you sure about this? " Athena asked her sister.

" I am sure, this is what we have to do to protect Naboo " Padmè says " whatever happens remember I love you, Athena....always and forever ".

Padmè looked at Athena and smiled as Athena returned the smile " I love you too...always and forever ".

" Your highnesses " one of the handmaidens says as she approaches the two sisters " it's time ".

Athena and Padmè shared one last look before following the handmaiden

" How will you explain this to the senate " Governor Sio asked Viceroy. Athena and Padmè walked next to each other behind Sabe and Kiara, who were dressed as Padmè and Athena, while Athena and Padmè wear the same orange handmaiden clothes as the others, so far everyone has been fooled by their disguise.

" The queen and I will sign a treaty that will legitimise our occupation here " Viceroy says as everyone walked down the stairs. Athena glanced over to her left and looked at a battle droid " I have assurances it will be ratified by the senate ".

" I will not cooperate " Sabe says coldly to Viceroy.

" Now now, your highness " Viceroy says " In time, the suffering of your people will persuade you to see our point of view ".

Viceroy ordered a commander droid to process everyone, the commander droid then commanded another droid to take you all to the camp, everyone followed the droids outside of the palace, outside Athena saw dozens of droids taking various groups of citizens to other camps, Athena looked at her sister and she could tell how upset and angry to see the citizens being treated like this.

Suddenly Athena felt a presence at the balcony hallway that was to the side of Athena as she walked by it. Athena looked up and saw the face of a man she had never seen before, the man seemed surprised that you looked at him and he lifted a finger to his lips signalling Athena to stay quiet.

Athena felt good from the man's presences and trusted him. She nodded her head slightly and continued down the hallway, as she walked towards another balcony hallway the man she just saw and another man jumped down in front of them. A gungan was with them as well, the men pulled out lightsabers and started to fight the battle droids. The man you saw sliced a droid before pushing two away with just a wave of his hand.

" They're Jedi's " Athena gasped as she watched them take out the droids in a matter of seconds.

" We should leave the street, your highness " the man says to Kiara and Sabe " get their weapons ".

The soldiers that were with you guys grabbed all their weapons as everyone rushed away from the scene before more droids came.

" We're ambassadors for the Supreme Chancellor " the man says introducing themselves.

" Your negotiations seem to have failed ambassador " Governor Sio says.

" Negotiations never took place, it is urgent that we make contact with the republic " the man explained.

" They have knocked out all our communications " The commander informed.

" Do you have transports? " the man asked.

" In the main hanger, this way " the commander says as he pointed to the direction of the main hangar.

The group peeked over an opening into the main hangar, where there was many battle droids walking about.

" There are too many of them " the commander says as they looked away to avoid being caught.

" Your highness under the circumstances, I suggest you and the princess come to Coruscant with us " The Jedi says to Sabe and Kiara.

" Thank you ambassadors, but our place is with our people " Sabe says.

" They'll kill the both of you if you stay here " The Jedi says.

" They wouldn't dare " Governor Sio says.

" they need one of them to sign a treaty to make this invasion legal. They can't afford to kill either one of them " the commander says to the ambassadors.

" There is something else behind all of this, your highness " the Ambassador says to Sabe " There is no logic in the federation's move here, my feelings tell me they will destroy you ".

" Our only hope is for the senate to side with us " Governor Sio explained to Sabe and Kiara but he glanced over to Athena and Padmè " Senator Palpatine will need help from the both of you ".

" Either choice presents a great danger..." Sabe says as she glances over at Padmè and Athena.

" To all of us " Kiara finished as she to looked over to Athena and Padmè.

" We are brave, your highness " Padmè says as Sabe looked to the ground.

" If you are to leave, your highness it must be now " the Ambassador says.

" Then we will plead our case to the senate " Sabe says " be careful Governor " she says to the Governor Sio, the group then follows the Jedi out to the main hangar.

" We will need to free those pilots " the commander says as Athena saw a group of pilots surrounded by battle droids.

" I'll deal with them " the other Jedi with a long braid says as he walked away from the group to where the group of Pilots are.

Athena and the rest of the group followed the leader of the two Jedi to the entrance of the ship where the battle droids stoped the group.

" Halt " it says.

" I'm an ambassador to the Supreme Chancellor, I am taking these people to Coruscant " the Jedi ambassador says.

" To where? " the battle droid asked confused.

" To Coruscant ".

" Coruscant? That doesn't compute, uhh wait your under arrest " the battle droid ordered as he pointed a finger to the Jedi. In that moment both Jedi's whipped out their lightsabers and started to fight the droids. Athena watches in awe as they fought.

" Go " the Jedi yelled at the group and everyone rushed onto the ship. But Athena just stood their and watches them fight.

" Athena, come one " Padmè says as she pulled Athena's arm, Padmè moved Athena in front of her and guided her sister onto the ship, Athena looked over her shoulder and saw all the pilots rush onto the ship as well as the Jedi.

The pilots took their positions and started the ship, soon the group was rushing off to another planet. Athena sat next to her sister as the ship rocked from the blasts of the blockade, Padmè grabbed Athena hand and held it tight.

Athena focused hard in the arena where the pilots and the Jedi were, Athena learned a few years ago that if she focused hard enough on an area, she could hear the conversation taking place and she could also hear the pilots panic about the shields being down, but luckily a droid had fixed them and the group had successfully escaped the blockage, she hears the Jedi discuss with the commander about going to a planet called Tatoonie.

' Tatoonie ' Athena thought as she and the other handmaidens got up and followed Sabe and Kiara to another room on the ship.
