The door to their ship was forcefully pushed open by a hand, the crew now carrying an unconscious Zoro through the deck all the way to inside of the dining room table, all holding their selected parts on the tall and heavy male.

"Easy, be careful." (Y/N) warned the group frantically, her hands being placed under Zoro's shoulders as she alone took care of his head area, while the other three were holding his legs, and lower back.

She tried her hardest to keep the tears at bay she was going to spill over his current condition, and focused on his peaceful resting face below her instead of the mass amount of blood leaking from his wound.

"He's really heavy." Usopp groaned his complainant holding near his middle area, the group carefully placing Zoro down onto the table, "I mean, he's got a really big head. It's, like, freakishly big."

She shot him a small look hearing his weird observation, gently smacking Usopp's arm in a scolding way that gained a huff back from him. One of her hands were placed under Zoro's head to support it, while the other was brushing through his green locks to sooth him.

"What does that have to do with anything?" Nami asked irradiated by Usopp's out of pocket comment, walking around to find a pillow to place under Zoro's head. She handed it to their captain, who gently slid in under to now instead support his neck.

While the other three were exclaiming at each other and asking where the supplies were for treating wounds, (Y/N)'s attention was placed on her unconscious first mate, as everything else went deaf to her ears.

"You're gonna be alright, Zo." She whispered through a voice crack, swallowing the tight lump in her throat as she looked down at his sleeping face that had leant into her palm slightly, "I promise we won't let you die."

Luffy came up to his sister seeing how distant her look was on her face, his hands coming up grab her wrists to bring her back from the frozen state she was in staring at Zoro. It didn't help either when Nami gently opened up his clothes, revealing how deep and enormous the cut actually was on his chest.

"These are all I could find!" Usopp announced holding up the white towels he found in one of the kitchen cabinets, and rushed back over to the table, "Where's he bleeding from?"

"Everywhere." Nami answered gulping panicked, sparing a glance at the other girl who was getting side hugged by Luffy, and wasn't looking away from Zoro, "We need a doctor."

"Last I checked, we don't have one." Usopp reminded running a hand down his face stressed, and passed the white towels over to Nami to arrange on the wound.

Nami shakes her head at this before turning to the quiet siblings watching, seeing how her (E/C) widen eyes still were on Zoro, "(Y/N)? Luffy?" She called gaining nothing back, which had her exclaiming louder, "Guys!?" This time it got their attention on her, "Someone needs to get back to the Baratie."

"Um, we're not really hungry right now, Nami." Luffy spoke not understanding what she meant, a frown over his brows at his sisters paler face now as he could sense she wasn't coping well with Zoro being hurt.

"Not for food." Nami snapped with an eye roll at their normal oblivious ways, and glanced between them to land on the trembling girl last, "Maybe one of the customers is a ship's doctor."

(Y/N) now nodded her head rapidly understanding what she meant, rubbing the tip of her nose as she breaks from Luffy's side, and tearily looks down at Zoro, "Right, yes. A doctor." She repeated sniffling, brushing her fingers along his freckled cheek, before turning to head out of the door, "Be right back with a doctor."

She ignored her brother calling her name to wait up, instead sent a reassuring wave over the hat on her head, and began to walk out from the dinning room into the fresh scented sea air.

Keeping her gaze covered by the brim of the straw hat she climbed down the ladder from Going Merry, once again ignoring the looks she got from the people around in their boats near the decks, and picked up her walking towards the back entrance of Baratie.

The blue door was closed which was expected from what happened before with Zoro, and she twisted the nob open to walk inside of the Baratie kitchen. She tried to calm her fast paced breathing, and the tears that slipped from her eyes knowing who was going to be in there.

Two familiar voices were heard from the main kitchen area which were most likely cooking, and this made her place her palm into the door hesitant to go in. But this was for Zoro's life, and she gladly do anything to make sure he survived, even if it meant showing her vulnerability side.

Taking a deep breath of air to relax herself even more, she pushed open the door quiet quickly gaining the attention of the two in there, "Sanji, help! It's Zoro-"

She spluttered out rushing up to the confused cook, and stumbled into him making his hands quickly grab onto her forearms to stable her,, "He got into a fight with this warlord guy, and now he's hurt! He's like bleeding from everywhere-"

"Whoa, whoa, whoa. Slow down, kid." Zeff interrupted her rant that was coming out to fast for him to hear, his hand in the air for emphasise, "I can't understand a word you're saying."

Her wide panicked (E/C) eyes flickered from Sanji's concerned ones, to meet the older males one briefly swallowing to ease her dry throat, and looked back to the blonde, "My friend- he's dying, please." She pleads gripping onto his blue and white suit sleeves.

"Nearest doctor's on the Conomi Islands." Zeff informs her in his red and white under shirt from when he cooked before, "It's a two-day sail from here." He adds making her face drop.

"That's too long.." She whispered to herself looking down at her boots in fear, fingers now trembling holding Sanji's sleeves in between them as she feels his fingers caressing her bare arms feeling it.

"I'm sorry kid, I can't help you." Zeff shakes his head giving her a brief sad look, and crossed his arms over his chest sighing a little, "Hope your friend makes it."

Sanji's blue eyes narrowed a bit on his father figure hearing him turning her down so easily, as he now looked down at her figure desperately clinging onto his shirt. He slides his hands down along her arms softly, and picked hers up in his to gave a firm squeeze, before moving off towards where the cabinets were.

"Where do you think you're going?" Zeff's gruff voice demanded more louder watching the male walk off, and uncrossed his arms to step up where the shocked girl was.

"To help the lovely ladies friend." Sanji grunts with a bit of attitude, a white rag over his left shoulder as he opens up one of the glass cabinets, and looks for supplies that were similar to first aid.

She flushed a bit embarrassed at his choice of words to explain her, clasping her hands together to her fast beating heart, and watched Sanji's figure in awe, not believing he was actually wiling to help save Zoro.

"Brunch is not gonna prep itself."

Sanji rolled his eyes at Zeff's protests, "Yeah, well you always told me to fee anyone who's hungry." He retorted picking out the bottles of stuff from the shelves, "I don't see how this is any different."

Zeff pursed his lips in thought conflicted, looking from his son figure collecting the supplies than to the shorter girl beside him who wore a scared expression. Sighing in defeat he made up his mind, "Fine." He grumbled untying the apron around his waist, and orders the other cook, "Bring me my kitchen knives and a bottle of out best whiskey."

He places the black apron with the others on the bench beside him, and hobbles forward towards the door leading back onto the deck, "And a fresh yellowtail from the cooler. Bigger the better."

(Y/N) went up to stand beside Sanji loosely gripping onto his elbow with her right fingers, as he didn't seem to mind whatsoever and his face twisted up in confusion at Zeff's words, "A yellowtail?"

He popped his head back into the kitchen, "Just do it already." He demanded once more firmly, gaining an even more lost look from the blonde and a small amused giggle from her at his reaction, that had Sanji sending her a soft look down hearing it.

..........

The group quickly arrived back into the Going Merry's dinning room carrying all the stuff needed, that she offered to help Sanji carry but he denied her from doing so, saying she didn't need to stress herself over it, and that he could handle the lifting.

Once they entered the room where it was very quiet expect for the occasional noise from outside, or near the Baratie, she rushed back up to Zoro's side by his head ignoring all the looks she got from Luffy, and the other two.

"Are you kidding? He needs a doctor." Nami remarked incredulously seeing who their captain brought back, using a white towel to stop Zoro's bleeding, and her words gained a scowl from the other girl.

"Do you wanna save your swordsman friend or not?" Zeff fired back raising his eyebrows at her, and took the white towel from her hands to grab out two different ones.

Sanji walked around to where (Y/N) was stationed at Zoro's head with a basket, placing it onto the table as he unrolled a holder of knifes onto it also. The old man grabbed the fish from inside also, placing it onto a wooden cutting board, and then took out a bottle of liquor.

"Is that to sterilize the wounds?" Usopp asked curiously seeing the older cook take the bottle out, as Sanji picked up the basket again and placed it down onto the ground out of the way to stand beside the girl again.

"Hell no." Zeff laughed out in his gruff voice, twisting off the cap on the bottle as he lifted it up to his mouth, and took a swig from it, "That'd be a waste of really good liquor."

Luffy, Nami and Usopp all shared a small look of hesitation at this, before all glancing at the quiet (Y/N) holding onto Zoro's head, and was softly rubbing presents presents her thumbs over his cold cheeks for comfort, all her attention being placed on him now.

Zeff picks up the longest knife from the display of them, flipping it around into his hand properly to cut off the head of the fish first skilfully, and proceeded to cut in into small little slices on the chopping board.

Her (E/C) eyes flickered upwards getting a whiff of the fishy scent now traveling through the air, moving to the side a little bit to instead take Zoro's limp hand in her, and held it tightly as she watched the cook work.

She felt a warm presence on her other side that wasn't taking up by Luffy, making her momentarily glance upwards to meet Sanji's soft, blue eyes staring down at her. The grip on Zoro's hand gets stronger at this.

He offered her a reassuring smile that wasn't like his normal flirty ones, lifting his arm to loosely wrap around her shoulder in a caress and leant down a bit whispering, "Zeff knows what he's doing, don't worry belle."

She nodded the best she could feeling his body so close to her, leaning her side against his a little a while keeping Zoro's fingers intertwined with hers, and watching Zeff work like a hawk.

Zeff placed the skin of the fish onto another platform beside the chopping board, as he holds out his hand for Sanji to give him something, "Needle." He demands getting just what he said, and began to stitch up Zoro's cut on his chest.

He snipped off the left over string from the material with a pair of scissors, which instantly had (Y/N) thinking back to the time where Shanks stitched up her wounds and Luffy's when they were much younger.

Sanji used his free hand that wasn't comforting the girl against his side to pick up the fish skin, passing it to Zeff who took it and placed them onto Zoro's chest wounds.

"This is an old seaman's trick." He tells them knowing the Straw Hats were confused, and continued to smooth the skin onto the wounds, "The fish skin helps staunch the wounds and heals the flesh a lot faster."

"Is he gonna be okay?" Usopp spoke up in a smaller voice, saying the question that the group was also wondering about, but were too afraid to ask since the answer they get might not be the one they wanted to hear.

"Look, I'm not gonna lie to you. He's lost a lot of blood." Zeff pointed out turning a little to (Y/N) who had the most scared expression, and sighed a bit looking back to Zoro's hopefully fixed wounds, "It might be too late for him."

Sanji shot a bit of a scowl at Zeff for his blunt words, pulling the girl against his side more now in comfort, as she rested the back of her head onto his chest and rubbed her thumb softly over Zoro's rough knuckles.

"But it might not be..." She murmured in a thick voice, brows furrowed together as her stomach was churning in fear for the male she's grown to care a lot for, and gave a firm squeeze to his limp hand in hers.

"He's got one foot in each world right now, caught between life and death." Jeff began to explain to the worried crew around Zoro, glancing at each one of them closely before landing on (Y/N) knowingly, "You have to find a way to keep him tethered to our world. Talk to him. Tell him stories. Sing him sea shanties for all I care. He may not reply, but at least he'll know his crew are still with him."

..........

Back inside the Going Merry kitchen where it was now clean from the recent events, and Zoro was in his captains room sleeping peacefully getting watched over by some of the crew, (Y/N) was sat on the blue couch with his sword on the table in front, and was silently cleaning it off with a rag.

The delicious aroma of food traveled around through the kitchen, since Sanji was in there also cooking using the left over fish and stuff he found around the Going Merry kitchen.

While he was cutting up some of the fish slices on the wooden board, he would sometimes flicker his eyes to gaze at the girl worriedly, really wanting to do something to lift her spirts up after what happened with Zoro.

A small pot of soup was brewing in front of him on the kitchen counter also, as he made sure to stir that around with a spoon to keep it mixed well, and hot enough to actually call it soup. It was supposed to be for the others, but they weren't in the eating area so he had to wait.

Her head now briefly glanced up from wiping down his sword gentle, hat back to hang around her neck as she gets a curious glint in her eyes seeing Sanji tasing the soup he made with the spoon. It made her even more hunger now smelling the food cooking.

"That smells amazing, Sanji." She stands up from her spot sitting down on the couch gaining his attention, as she walks around to where he was and ends up beside him smiling briefly, "Am I allowed to try or-"

"Of course belle," He smoothly interrupted in his accented voice grinning charmingly, using the same spoon he tased with subconsciously to pour some onto it carefully, "anything for you."

She flashed him an embarrassed look in response, tucking her loose locks behind her ears to grab the spoon he held out, and placed it into her mouth. Her eyes grew wide in amazement at the flavour it was producing on her taste buds, and hummed happily with the spoon still in her mouth.

He gawked at her a bit not expecting her to actually take the spoon, cheeks growing warm a bit surprisingly as he knew what just happened, and it seemed like she had no clue, "Y-you like it, belle?" He half stuttered out, face scrunching him hearing himself doing so.

She grinned sweetly up at him with the spoon still in her mouth, taking the object out to give it back to him by the handle, and frantically nodded her head, "I do! And I'm sure the others will as well."

I don't think she knows we just had an indirect kiss... He thought to himself watching her with a soft expression, as she began to rant about the foods she's tried to him using her hands rapidly. He simply just stared adoringly at her taking in every detail, and engraved it into his mind that he'd keep in there forever.

"S-sorry, I talk a lot when I get excited." She sheepishly apologies rubbing the back of her head, Or nervous she thought to herself laughing internally, and gazed up into his blue eyes staring down at her. Her stomach flipped at how beautiful they actually were, never getting to see how they were since she hasn't been this close with him before.

"Has anyone told you how pretty your eyes are?" Her mouth opened to speak in a whisper before she could stop it, as her fingers lift up to brush some of his blonde bangs off his forehead, and squealed internally watching how his cheeks flush a scarlet red now.

He pursed his lips not use to feeling so nervous around a girl before, but yet he never felt so comfortable with this one. Chuckling low in the back of his throat, he also gentle brushed some of locks back, "Has anyone told you how adorable your freckles are?" He mused in a soft coo smirking.

Her eyes grow wide not knowing how to react to something no one's told her before, squeaking as she placed her palms against her face to hide herself from him, and groaned embarrassed hearing his amused chuckling.

"C'monnn, don't hide your beauty from me chรฉrie," He once again coos in his thick accent, taking her hands by the wrists to pull them away from her face, and smirked lopsided down at her nervous self staring at anything but him.

She mentally prayed for the others to walk in now to save her from embarrassment, as she wasn't use to getting treated like this from a male before. It wasn't like Zoro was this straight forward and touchy, and not that she didn't mind him being like that, it was just something different.

"Do you treat all girls like this, Sanji?" She murmured after a second feeling his intense gaze burn her in her spot, wrists still being held by his hands as she now met his stare. She almost yelped at how much closer they were not, as their bodies were somewhat pressing now.

His eyes flickered over to the soup still heating up, before back to her with a slight lidded gaze now, "Non, no one has caught my eyes like you have, darling." His voiced dropped making his accent sound raspy, as he brought both her knuckles up to his mouth and left warm kisses onto the skin all while keeping strong eye contact with her.

I think I might actually die right now- She screeched in her thoughts trying not to blow a fuse feeling his lips on her skin, and at how he was acting with her. She placed her palms onto his cheeks now to push him away playfully, gaining a few amused giggles from him.

"I'm being serious, (Y/N)." He began again after he calmed down seeing her hesitant expression, letting go of her hands to bring up his one to her cheek, and grazed his ringed knuckle against it fondly, "You are absolutely exquisite, every part of you is beautiful."

A suggestive smirk cross his lips now running his knuckles closer to her parted mouth, taking in her doe eyed look she was staring up at him with as he husked dangerously, "Even the bits I haven't seen yet."

Her knees felt like they were going to buckle at his flirting and touches, stomach doing flips with butterflies as she squeaks and quickly spins around from him, to slap her flushed cheeks to regain herself.

His face breaks into a dimpled, soft grin watching her act like this because of him, feeling a little bit of pride at that face as he sighs dreamily to himself. He was going to grab her arm again, but the sound of incoming footsteps has him stopping to get back into cooking again, but yet his dopey smile hadn't disappeared.

"Mmm. Something smells delicious." Usopp now entered the kitchen with Luffy trailing happily behind him, as they both walk inside to see Sanji cooking and (Y/N) back sitting down on the couch cleaning Zoro's sword.

Sanji looks up from cutting the fish with an even bigger smile, and flicks back his bangs from out of his eye, "I just thought everyone'd be hungry, man." He tells him motioning to the left over pieces, "Plenty we didn't use. Never waste food."

Usopp hummed in agreement taking one of the triangle onigiri's from on the kitchen counter, leaning his elbow on it as he glanced at their captains behind him nibbling on the food he took.

The blonde glanced briefly over to the girl he was growing to care a lot for, seeing how she was even quieter now sitting beside Luffy cleaning the swords again, "What's the matter, love? Don't like fish?"

She perked up a bit with her mind still racing from what happened earlier with him, pausing wiping the cloth along the swords holder, "Uh, that's not the problem. I just need to get Zoe's sword ready for him." She murmured her answer running her thumb along the hilt of his sword, "Y'know, for when he wakes up."

Luffy rubbed his sister shoulder in encouragement, while Usopp and Sanji shared a look with each other at her words, as they shifted somewhat awkwardly not wanting to get her hopes up, nor actually destroy them.

Usopp swallowed the piece of rice he had his in mouth, before spinning around to face the duo sat on the blue couch, "He's, uh, pretty badly hurt, (N/N)." He trailed off using her nickname he heard Luffy use, and frowned sadly at them, "There's an itty-bitty chance he might not wake up."

"Zoro's the strongest fighter that we know." Luffy added onto the conversation reassuringly, wrapping his arm around his sister forearm smiling widely, "No way he's gonna leave (N/N), nor let some warlord guy beat him."

She sent him a small look of a scold at her name being mentioned, growing more embarrassed from before with Sanji as she lands her elbow into Luffy's side, making him huff out some air in pain.

"Well, you've gotta eat." The blonde cook claimed making some more triangle onigiri in his hand, as he looked up at the girl seriously, "C'mon. If you don't want the fish, I got two-inch T-bones in the kitchen." He suggested now smiling sweetly, "Or, uh, maybe you're in the mood for saffron risotto?"

She gave him a soft look at his kindness to try and satisfy everyone, "Both sound really good right now," She drawls out with her accent, making Sanji's head to perk up hearing it, "but I really gotta get the Waddy Itchy Monkey ready for him." She explains not even saying the swords name right, and glanced down at the object.

"The what?" He questioned her frowning a bit confused, placing down another batch of rice balls for the girl to eat on a plate, which had Usopp trying to steal one by got his hand slapped away in a scold.

"His sword!" Luffy interjects seeing the lost expression on the cooks face, and joyfully pointed to the said thing in between his sisters hands now laughing, "It's got a name."

"Oh...." Sanji drawled out wondering why the swordsman's named his weapon like that, and tilted his head flashing another smile at her that made her squirm a bit, "Do you know why?"

(Y/N) shrugged her shoulders a little not knowing why either, as she slipped back on her straw hat fiddling gently with Zoro's white sword, "Not sure, he just said it was kind of special to him." She answered before an idea pops into her mind, "Hey, Sanji, can you cook Zoe's favorite food?"

"Anything for you, you know that belle." He nodded his head replying with a flirt like always, hoping soon that she might make up a nickname for him, and smirked daring at her, "What does he like?"

She racked her brain for a second to think of the first time she saw him eating, sharing a look with Luffy who took over the cleaning now, "He really likes rice balls." She spoke fiddling with her green bracelet, as Sanji hums for her to continue smiling, "And beer, definitely that. What about rice balls soaked in beer?"

Sanji laughs a giggle loudly finding her very cute, which he did all the time and flashed another toothy grin that had her heart fluttering, "I can make anything, chรฉrie. Just tell me what you want."

"I want him to eat so that he gets back his strength. But I also want him to sleep so that his wounds can heal." She started off in a conflicted rant, placing a finger up to her chin tapping it nervously, "Or maybe he just needs some water, that's good right? After all that fighting, he must be awfully thirsty." She chuckles strained gripping the green bracelet tightly, "But, yeah y'know he's most likely also tired, so...we should just let him rest."

Sanji placed his palms onto the kitchen counter now stopping his cooking to turn his full attention to her, "Being a captain, it's the toughest job in the world, okay?" He told her gently as Luffy had his arms wrapped around her shoulders comforting, "Zeff once told me that making decisions is what separates a captain from the rest of her or his crew. And he was one of the best pirate captains that ever sailed the seas."

This new information had both the siblings perking up in shock, but also amazed at the face the older male was once a pirate like them, "Zeff was a pirate?" Luffy exclaimed excitedly, tugging on his sisters arm rapidly.

"Yeah. Captain of the dreaded Cook Pirates." The chef stated a bit proudly over the old man, and nodded his head at the three listening closely, "They used to call him 'Red Leg Zeff', 'cause his boots were always stained with the blood of his enemies."

"How'd you two meet? Were you on his crew or something?" Luffy questioned like an hyper puppy dog, his face beaming towards Sanji waiting for the answer, as he placed down Zoro's sword in front of (Y/N) on the table.

"Hmm, not exactly." He retorted giving a sly smile leaning his upper half against the counter, which had the tip of her ears heating up at how attractive he looked in that moment, and how he was in general.

The three pirates than move up closer to the kitchen counter to listen to the cook closely, standing side by side as Sanji talked about his past with Zeff, and how he was saved by the older man. Sometimes he would smile remembering the past, where as other times it would fade at some of the badder ones, which had (Y/N) squeezing the top of his head placed near hers.

"Do you have any idea what that's like?" He spoke his question once he finished telling the long story, flicking his bangs back from his forehead looking at the listening three, "Having someone lose a limb to save your life?"

(Y/N) pursed her lips thinking back to that time Shanks saved her from the sea king, as she traces lines mindlessly along Sanji's palm, "Actually, yeah I kind of do." She admitted gaining some surprised looks.

"Look, all I'm saying is we were out there for 85 days." He sums out trying not to get distracted by her fingers brushing over his skin, and sighed with a bittersweet smile, "He couldn't let me die on that rock. Instead, he acted like a captain. He made the tough call."

She hummed to herself in acknowledgement, looking up from his hand to gaze at the door where Zoro would be resting near, "I'd eat both arms and legs to save Zoro's life." She confessed sincerely, before smiling warmly at the other three, "I'd do the same for all you guys too."

Luffy gave her a side squeeze in response feeling the same way about his sister, while Usopp smiled brightly and Sanji had a soft look on his face staring at her with, sighing fondly giving her hand a firm squeeze.

..........

Inside of the girl captain's room was a still unconscious Zoro with bandages around his exposed chest, resting peaceful on a green pillow as Nami was sat on a chair beside the bed reading a book about Noland's treasure.

Her voice carried out through the ships hallways which had gotten (Y/N)'s attention, who went off to find where her first mate was, and ended up coming up to the opened door where the two were.

She leant her right arm against the doors hinges, arms crossed over her flowery patterned shit as a small smile perks up on her lips hearing, and watching Nami read to Zoro unlike the normal time where they would argue.

"Poor guy. Can you imagine that?" She spoke up after Nami had finished reading, making the latter tense up at her voice, as she made an explosion sound, "Losing a whole city of gold?"

"I don't think that was the point of the story." Nami grumbles out with attitude, and closed the book shut to place it onto the table behind where she was seated.

She hummed a little lifting herself up from the door's side, flicking some of her (H/C) locks over her shoulders, "Stories can have different points sometimes." She walks inside to her room fully now, "I mean... why did the king have to kill him though?"

"Sometimes, when you are in charge, you have to make the tough decisions." Nami remarked in a hint that was fully aimed at the captain, her gaze still on Zoro's sleeping figure on the hammock bed.

(Y/N) sucked in a sharp breath of air between her teeth, rubbing the side of her cheek where the healing mark from the cut she received by at Kaya's party, "Why does everybody keep saying that today?"

This finally set off Nami who stood up quickly from the chair, "Because you and Luffy could've saved Zoro!" She exclaimed aggressively, making the other's face drop drastically, "He didn't have to fight Mihawk, but you let it happen. Why didn't you stop him? Don't you even care about him, (Y/N)?"

Her straw hat rim covered her upper face from view now making a shadow cast over her, "Of course I do," She voiced slowly clenching her fists by her side, hurt that Nami even thought that right now, "I just believed he was going to win, not lose."

"So you'd rather seem the man you care about like this?" Nami jabbed back where she knew would hit the captain the most, motioning her head to Zoro as she scowls angrily at the entire situation, "He might die, (Y/N)."

Teary (E/C) eyes flickered over to his weak body from under the hat's brim, heart feeling like it was getting stabbed into two seeing him so hurt, "You think this is easy on me too, Nami?" She answered in a small voice crack guilty, "I'd do anything to save him. Anything... expect stand in the way of his dream."

"We all have dreams, but we outgrow them."

"Is that really what you think?" She now looked up from the hat brims seeing how Nami's eyes had a conflicted glint in them, and she gestured to the space around them, "Don't you have a dream?"

"Yeah. Right now, it's for Zoro to not die in your bed." Nami rose her voice up a bit at the other girl, not in the mood for her normal joyful and postive ways, even though she always did enjoy watching her doing so.

"But isn't there something that you want? Something more." (Y/N) pressed forward moving a step closer to Nami, staring at her with no judgement but only had a warm smile, "More than anything else in this world?"

The orange haired girl pursed her lips in thought, gazing from the girl in front to Zoro as a cold expression takes over her features, "Not everyone gets to follow their dreams." She sneered in a whisper, giving a dirty look that made (Y/N)'s face drop again and watched sadly as Nami stormed out of the room away from her.
