Waking up alone wasn't new for Seonghwa nor bothersome, however knowing there was someone last night he was sleeping in the arms of, Seonghwa was left with an uneasy feeling in the back of his head. Getting out of bed, Seonghwa scratches his neck before walking into the shower, not paying attention to the sound of water splattering on the floor become rather prominent. His brain hadn't bothered with the weather, thought its still raining with how the blinds of his room sat undisturbed. "Wo! Never thought you were this type!" Mingi whistled in mock startle as he continued washing the shampoo off his head. Seonghwa shrugged, he wasn't shy of the scene in front of him anymore, Mingi was too bold to care anyway and he had seen enough by now. "You're still here?" Seonghwa crossed his arms over his chest before leaning to the bathroom wall.
"Well thought I'll stay for a little longer, plus leaving just like that seems rude." Mingi turns around with a smirk while continuing to shower before he mutters through closed eyes, "You gonna stare at me or do something?". Seonghwa bothers not to question, his brain was lost somewhere as if he was not even present in the moment. Mingi opens his eyes to glance at Seonghwa who just stands there before he switches the waterhead off, grabbing a towel and wrapping it around his waist. "Ayy, you there?" Mingi grabs Seonghwa's shoulder and shakes it slightly before Seonghwa jolts. "Y-Yea?" Mingi stares at the shorter male for a while before muttering a small, "Nothing."
"Ah I have to get ready for work, I'll take a bit so you can leave i guess." Seonghwa mumbles not meeting Mingi's gaze for a few seconds before he hears Mingi hum in agreement. As soon as the bathroom door shuts, Seonghwa stumbles forward with heavy breath, his hands grabbing onto the shower wall for support. "This isn't going right..." Seonghwa shuts his eyes close tightly, heavy breathing amplifying. All Seonghwa could think of right now was one thing, he wants to get away from Mingi as soon as possible. Last night he may have hugged the one who gave him tears but today he can't just do the same mistake.
Seonghwa shakes his head off before getting back to his routine. He had to leave for work and leave as soon as possible. However, all through the shower routine all that roamed Seonghwa's head was how Mingi wasn't exactly the best of people to be around. He wasn't being insensitive by ignoring all those possibilities of him being wrong but rather being protective towards himself. Why? Because at the end of the day, Seonghwa was always left to take care of himself. He can't let things repeat, because if they did...he might not have another Yeosang to save him or maybe he might not listen to Yeosang himself.
Getting out of the shower to find Mingi sitting on the edge of his bed, Seonghwa closed his eyes and took a deep breath before throwing on a white shirt above his head from the closet. Seonghwa could feel the taller's eyes move up from his phone screen to check at him. "At least let me wear something in peace." Seonghwa grumbled under his breath while pulling his jeans up. Mingi cracked a grin, "And...do I listen?" causing Seonghwa to shrug and turn back to search for a sweater. It was cold because of the rain and he cared more about wearing something better than to reply back to Mingi. What he was not understanding however, was that Mingi was still here...what else did he want now?
Suddenly, feeling two arms wrap around his waist from behind had a string pull inside Seonghwa, his heels turning around themselves before he shot out. "What the hell is wrong with you?! Can't you just stop for once?! Or is you brain really down there that you can't think straight for once?!" Seonghwa shouted out loud in frustration at the taller, his chest rising and falling at the sudden outburst. Mingi was clearly taken aback at that but not defeated. "You're too beautiful to think otherwise Seonghwa." Seonghwa shurgs, his head hurting a little from thinking too much.
"Mingi, I'm busy I don't have time for this nonsense so you can leave now, not like I'll be staying here for much longer." Seonghwa clarifies, his gaze not meeting Mingi as he moves past the taller and out of the room to grab a drink. Mingi pouts and follows along like a duckling, ignoring Seonghwa's previous words and grabbing onto Seonghwa's hand. "Hwa-" "I SAID LEAVE!" Seonghwa snapped, loud and clear, the glass of juice in his hand dropping in anger and leaving a big mess to care for.
Mingi widens his eyes at that and immediately lets go of Seonghwa's hand before he notices Seonghwa's bare feet unlike his. "Hwa, you'll hurt your feet-" "Not like what you did last night hurts less. Now, leave...please." Seonghwa's voice breaks at the last word, Mingi left with confusion on his face until he averts his gaze from Seonghwa. "Oh-Ok I'll leave. I'm sorry, hwa." And with that, Mingi left the apartment with a small click of the front door, this time finally with his ring.
Seonghwa sighed, shivering from the developing tears in his eyes until he moves and accidentally meets with a glass shard piercing through his skin. "Ah-" Seonghwa shrieks through pain, his hand immediately coming up to grab onto his heel that now seeped blood. Moving away carefully from the glass shards, Seonghwa immediately checks his heel while wincing from the pain as he carefully extracts the tiny glass piece stuck in his foot. A lone tear falls Seonghwa's eyes, nothing was going right and he couldn't deny it even if he tried to.

Surely, it wasn't a great idea to be here. Yeosang could have been peacefully sitting before his computer screen doing his not-so-peaceful work and thinking of the current situation, it didn't seem peaceful at all for him though it would be for the passersby or other people occupying the daylight of the restaurant. Squirming in his seat, Yeosang shifted his necktie, softly taking in the scent of the tall man he spent his night in the house of. At least it was calming him from biting off his own fingernails or from pulling his own hair apart.
"Wear this! It'll look good on you. Don't worry about the size, it looks great even if a little loose." Yunho grinned at the uninterested yet worried face of Yeosang as if a grin from the taller could fix the demons from roaming the very corners of his mind. And why was he even doing this? Yeah, exactly not because he wishes to, but was he given a say in anything anyway?
"Come on stop standing like a dummy, my friend, you gotta blind people with your beauty" Yeosang blinked his eyelids, those words were so similar to what Seonghwa would say whenever he got even the slightest bit of a chance of using his fashion fantasies on the younger.
And this is how he was left squirming in the clothes of someone whose scent seemed too good to be sitting in a blind date with someone else. 'Wait, what did you just think Kang Yeosang??' Yeosang continued to smile through the distraction while the girl in front of him continued her stories. Yeosang just forced a smile while continuing to nod. What was her name again? He doesn't remember...nor does he care. He'll just check his texts history with his dad for it later if needed.
'Can't believe my chance was this bleak...fate sucks...' Yeosang recalled as a shiver ran down his spine at the recollection. He can still feel those words echo the corners of his head when Yunho had playfully muttered that under his earlobe while fixing his collar. 'Or rather that girl does...' Yunho seemed too cool about all this, was it so easy to talk about liking and loving someone and so easy to talk about having no chance? Even if the other may really just be joking, was it so easy? Yeosang could feel this question punch him in the gut every growing second until he stood up abruptly.
"Oppa, everything alright?" 'Bruh she'll call you oppa, right? That was to be my designation...' Yeosang closed his eyes as his teeth clenched, he was feeling suffocated here. He had to get some fresh air, and he needed it now. "Sorry but...I need to make an urgent call. Excuse me." Yeosang announced, his eyes staring anywhere but at her. He just couldn't stare at the autumn rained hair, her cheeks rosy like the winter blushes. Yunho's red highlights looked better, his strong scent would always calm his drunken senses, the way he could always lean on his stature without having to worry about falling drunk...Yunho was better than her...WHAT?
Yeosang ran out to the washrooms. His cheeks were heating up while his heart was running thousand miles within seconds, his shoulders felt weak and he couldn't help the scent that was growing on his head. Yunho, Yunho, Yunho...what was even going on?! Yeosang splashed water onto his face, the chill of it reducing the heart attack worth pace of confusion in his head and heart.
Yeosang turned around and leaned back against the counter, a hand coming up to loosen his necktie as he gasped for air. 'Sexuality is just a spectrum, not an obligation to be imposed in relations with everyone. You don't always have the same relations with everyone, one person may make you feel attracted, regardless of restrictions of gender, others probably won't.'
Yeosang remembered yet another series of words from Yunho while he tried calming his heart rate. Last night he spent getting some questions down just to take advantage of the situation at hand. May have ruined Yunho's sleep routine but the other seemed less bothered as he said, 'Staying up doesn't bother...when there's pretty good reasons.' with an evident smirk.
He just couldn't understand what was so weird about Yunho that the other roamed his mind so much. Could Yunho really be correct about the spectrum opinion?
