2000s with dabi as the weird grunge kid that everyone is scared of except for the kind and 'sort of popular fashionable girl. like, dabi is a popular loner, known for his intimidating personality and a bad history he had with one of the elder seniors. ( he beat a dude who called him a disintegrated crispy freak once bc of his skin condition )

nobody talks to him. nobody even dares to look at his way. but does dabi care? no. he has music and his life to continue if he wants to be a successful musician in the future.

he calls everyone else lowlife rats— except you, one of the heavenly angels of the school, a natural beauty. the exact polar opposite of the grunge boy. what would he do when you received a note in your locker and the first person you approached was him?

what's even more intriguing to you is that the weird scary grunge kid of the school has written "you look like sonne's sample of the female vocals." mind you, anyone can recognise his horrible handwriting anywhere.

this is truly a rare and interesting compliment coming from the dabi himself. so when you approached dabi about it, he flushed red and didn't know exactly how to react or reply, only fiddling with his rather punkish looking belt in nervousness.

how cute, a hot topic date with dabi that ended with hours of endless karaoke just blasting rock songs together. dabi honestly didn't expect that you would listen to the same music as he does, but when he does, he just falls in love with you even more.

hot topic isn't only the place where you hang out with him. you bring him to a bunch of designer stores and talk about fashion all the time there.

one day he hands you a special ticket to one of his concerts downtown that's happening in a few weeks. you practically jumped on him for the free ticket. of course you're going to watch your cool boyfriend's concert!

those long nights, dabi opens up to you a lot when it's bedtime as you're both on the couch, your head resting on his shoulder and his head above yours. he tells you he isn't actually called "dabi" but he's actually touya.

touya todoroki. dabi is just a nickname that the world calls him by. to put simply, a stage name.

he said he didn't like being called touya, but when he heard touya slipped down your tongue, his mind changed immediately. he wanted you to continue calling him touya. it sounded like a heavenly call if you said his name. he liked it so much that touya said only you can call him by touya, besides his family members.

regardless of dabi or touya, you still love him. you know he is somewhat insecure about his scars, so you make sure to always pepper his skin with gentle and loving kisses. even the ones on his back.

what a clingy teenage boy touya is. all he does is stay by your side, never wanting to leave you alone for he fears something might happen to you if he isn't looking. touya would poke your shoulders as you do your homework at his house, telling you to pay attention to him.

don't get me wrong, touya is smart, he finishes all his homeworks in school so he could practice with his bandmates until evening, but he will not let you do your homework if you don't let him play with your hair or let him at least hug you somewhere.

speaking of his bandmates, he brings you to his band practices a lot! his band is so cool and welcoming that you almost feel like this little community is the main source of touya's happiness. it was like you could feel that this band is.. home.

when touya performed on stage, you couldn't help but unleash your inner fangirl on your own boyfriend. as if you aren't already a fan of him when you first set your sights on him in the school canteen with his wired earphones and lightly bopping his head back and forth at the beat of the song.

he looked cool, honestly. your type in edgy men is literally sitting just a few tables away from you. how could you not take your eyes off of him?

you're honestly such a loser for touya despite him being the loser. the people at your school just couldn't see how amazing touya todoroki is outside of school. you're such a lucky girl that touya gets to kiss your cheeks daily, gets to add his songs into your ipod, gets to go on hot topic dates with him. and most importantly, you get to be with touya for life.
