"๐๐ˆ๐Š," Kiyanna pleaded with her twin who was walking away from her in a hurry, he was avoiding the topic knowing if he'd dwell on it then he'd give in to the temptation of happiness, of being worth redemption.

"It's a trick Kiyanna," he hissed to her showing no intention of stopping but his twin sped in front of him and placed a careful hand on his chest.

"Niklaus," she sternly said and he finally stopped trying to get past her and froze when she said his full name. "I know you don't want to accept this- this child," she corrected herself and Kiyanna spoke softly to her brother careful not to make him become erratic in the next second.

She carried on, "and in all honesty I don't know how we are going to follow the witches rules but I do know this," she took her brother by the wrist and sat them on a bench, "you will be a greater father than ours ever could."

Unshed tears gathered in his eyes as he stared back into the baby blue irises that looked so like his own, "I'm scared," he uttered in a small voice. Kiyanna's undead heart broke as she noticed how much resemblance he had to when he was a human a thousand years ago after Mikael had hit him for the first time.

"You are bound to be but I will be right there with you," she said whilst Elijah watched from the balcony overlooking them. He was always envious of how Klaus hanged on to every word she said and how easily he would listen to her. But if he tried to do it Klaus would snap at him and fight him on whatever subject like Katerina but that ended with him being daggered. "Always and forever," she wrapped an arm around his shoulders and he did the same.

"Always and forever," he kissed the top of her head and when he sighed Klaus only just realised how tired he actually was from arriving to New Orleans, meeting with Marcel and finding out he was a father he hadn't slept in a day or two. "I want what he has, I want it back- everything we've ever wanted he has. I want us to rule once again."

"We're going to take back our city Nik," she agreed after a moments silence and he wordlessly nodded, "for your child."

He turned his head to her and watch a small smirk rise on her face, it seemed he had the same idea when he matched it, "how about we start now."

Kiyanna wanted to wait for Marcel to come to her but given the situation she supposed she could sacrifice her grudge for her twin to show off. So, here they were at the Compound, one of their old homes the home she liked the most. Even with the sea of bodies she could pin point her room and grinned at the fact there was no one near the door.

It seemed even the memory of her made people think twice about entering her room. When Kiyanna and Klaus walked through the door vampires stepped aside staring at them, it seemed the legends managed to paint the youngsters a picture of what the Original hybrid twins looked like.

Both dirty blondes and tall with baby blue eyes that showed your reflection along with the pair being beautiful. Powerful and sexy was the aurora the two gave off, Klaus and Kiyanna relished in the fact even more when Marcel spotted them almost instantly.

"Do my eyes deceive me or is that Kiyanna Mikaelson?" Marcel jumped down from the railing and walked to stand in front of them with a bright smile.

But Kiyanna was not happy at all she remembered a promise she made to herself and his first words to her didn't sound like sorry. She gave him a false smile back before throwing a punch that sent him flying onto his back clutching his face in pain. The vampires around snarled viciously but when the twins gave the room a show of their golden eyes with veins running down them they all thought twice.

"What was that for?" He stood up and cracked his nose back into place with a small groan.

Kiyanna laughed in sarcasm before saying, "I thought you were dead Marcellus," guilt flashed onto his face and he looked to Klaus who was staring at him with an unreadable expression, "and yet we return to find you perfectly well and running our kingdom."

"Prince of the City," Klaus practically spat to the man he saw as a son and the younger vampire became hostile.

The friendliness was gone and Marcel looked taken aback before he regained his composure and realised this wasn't the same woman he viewed as family in 1919. She looked more cold, her eyes dimmer and filled with nothing but a darkness that was growing in the back of her mind- he could see it. When he was 'killed' by Mikael he'd seen it in Mikaels's eyes it frightened him how alike they looked in this situation.

"Your right it was your kingdom but you left actually you ran from it," Marcel tried to act brave as he believed the army would be able to stand against the twins but the logical part of him, buried underneath all the ignorance knew they wouldn't. "I saw it through, look around vampires rule this place I even got rid of the werewolves and found a way to keep the witches astray."

Klaus and Kiyanna shared a look with one another when he mentioned how he managed to practically seem like the witches were living in a prison.

The music seemed to cut out and all attention was on them, "the blood never stops flowing and the party never ends. You wanna pass on through, you wanna stay a while great what's mine is yours but it is mine," he boasted and Kiyanna had about enough.

"My home, my family, my rules," he listed like a child holding all of his toys away from his brothers and sisters. It irked the twins at how he called everything his, they wanted it all back everything that is his was theirs, who's to say they couldn't take it back.

"And if someone breaks those rules," Klaus started staring into Marcels soul.

"They die- Mercy is for the weak you taught me that too and I'm not the Prince of the quarter friend. I'm the King!" He shouted aloud and Kiyanna clenched her jaw in frustration at the word, "show me some respect," Marcel gritted out.

Kiyanna and Klaus once again met each others eyes she knew what he was going to do, something dramatic and unexpected. He was looking at her to see if she agreed, she nodded her head to her brother with a quirk of her lips.

Klaus looked around for a victim before speeding behind and biting a oblivious vampire in the neck before dropping him to the floor. Kiyanna stood with her arms folded and one hip jutted out as Klaus walked back to Marcel with blood around his mouth though, he only watched in shock at the body on the ground. Some vampires fled not wanting to be near people that could kill them with one bite.

"I've broken one of your rules and yet I cannot be killed. I am immortal." Kiyanna smirked wildly at the words of her twin, "who has the power now, friend." Klaus mocked as he got in Marcel's face pleased when he saw the small gulp he took.

And with that Kiyanna snatched a bottle of champagne out of a strangers hand before the two of them sped off into the night.

"Had fun you two?" Elijah asked when he found them nursing champagne between them and both of them rolled their eyes at his judgemental voice.

"Plenty, we practically declared War." Kiyanna beamed to her elder brother and laughed with Klaus when he gave her a grin.

"And I take it you took Sophie's deal then brother," Elijah knew he had agreed but didn't want to seem like he'd eavesdropped on the pairs conversation. He remembered he did so when they were discussing a private topic about two women, Aurora and Marissa that was the first time he had his necked snapped.

Klaus sighed before nodding, "I did," he downed the last drop of the bottle and his sister looked at him betrayed but he only gave her a shrug.

"Speaking that I suggest we go get her," Kiyanna stood up and swayed a little on her feet before grabbing the bench for support. Elijah put a hand over his head and massaged his furrowed eyebrows he did not need a drunk hybrid in a room with a species she hated.

"I shall retrieve them," Elijah went to excuse himself but his sister sped in front of him in an instant any trace of alcohol that clouded her mind seemed to disappear as she gave him a hard stare.

"No you won't," she looked over his shoulder at her twin, "you can take him back to the house whilst I go get her." Kiyanna gave no room for argument as she quickly took off leaving Elijah to look in the direction she left with a questionable eye.

Klaus caught this and shook his head, "you know she fancies her."

Elijah nodded, "I thought as much," was all he said, the man in the suit noticed how his sister said 'her' instead of 'them' meaning Hayley and the child but it was apparent to him that she was only fussed about the girl.ย ย

"So I wouldn't get in her way Elijah if Kiyanna wants something she doesn't care who's in her way to get it," Klaus did not miss the lingering glance his brother held on the side of the werewolf's face and was warning him now.

"Even you, brother?"

Klaus laughed in his face before patting his shoulder, "no brother that doesn't apply to me."

Kiyanna arrived at the cemetery with a frown on her face she was not desperate to be in the company of the witches but she had to take the pregnant werewolf home.

She stepped in the tomb where she saw the beautiful woman with her light-olive skin that flowed under the light of the torches. Witches surrounded her and Sophie rose from the ground with wide eyes almost looking panicked, "well?"

Kiyanna was purposefully quiet trying to build suspension as she looked over the girl sitting on a sort of stone ledge whom was not afraid to look back at her. The original was checking for any prominent wounds but saw none and sighed dramatically, "he has agreed to your terms."

Sophie let out a sigh of relief as did the other witches but Kiyanna continued, "but I hope you weren't thinking I'd let you keep her here."

Sophie shook her head and regained her calm composure, "of course not," she was going to make some threat or reminder about her being linked to Hayley but with the face the blonde was wearing she didn't want to chance it.

"Come darling," Kiyanna held her hand out for the werewolf to grab and Hayley's heart skipped a beat or two at the name before standing and taking her hand.

They walked out of the cemetery in silence all Hayley wanted to do was thank her but she didn't know her, she was pretty sure the vampire in front of her didn't want to know the girls who's brother knocked up.

"What's your name?" Kiyanna's question took her off guard but she answered.

"Hayley."

"Hayley," the Original tested the name for herself and Hayley shivered at the way it sounded coming from her mouth. "Do you know who I am?"

The werewolf nodded, "your Kiyanna, the hybrid," that got a small smirk out of the woman walking besides her. "Elijah was telling me about you plus you and your family are legend."

At the mention of her brother she scowled slightly , she did not want his name being mentioned when she was in the girls presence or anyone else's name falling from her mouth for that matter. The realisation of what she was thinking made her go mad, she'd spent an entirety of ten minutes talking to Hayley and yet she felt like this. Maybe the rumours are true, maybe she has gone mad.

"I was in mystic falls at the time it was a pity I did not see you there we would've gotten along well," the way her tone went deeper at the end made Hayley shiver before she slapped herself. She could not sleep with one sibling and even think about the other one in the next breath it was barbaric.

Hayley only hummed not trusting her words and Kiyanna stopped but she still held the pregnant girls hand who looked at her in confusion. She wordlessly swept Hayley off her feet and held her in a bridal style position whilst the werewolf shrieked at the sudden change of balance and wrapped her arms around Kiyanna's neck.

"What are you doing?"

Kiyanna gave her a small tilt of her head that reminded Hayley of a small wolf pup, "how else am I going to get you home."
