Chapter seven,

a third shattered camera

    Davina alongside Chad had both finally and quite quietly arrived to her dorm room, especially since the four had made a very quick pit stop to get a milkshake and fries. The four were hungry after the Halloween party, and had all barely managed to make it to their own dorm. ( Except for Chad, he simply was just crashing in Davina's dorm room it was a constant occurrence. )

   She had attempted to open her room since she locks it, especially after all of those damn creepy calls except she couldn't open it today as it seemed it was jammed, "What the hell is up with my door. . ." She grumbled in annoyance as that had then easily captured her boyfriends attention.

   "Need help?" He questioned her.

   She slowly nodded her head and sweetly spoken to him, "Yes. Please?" She moved to the side so he can just have more access in attempt to open up her dorm room.

   He shook the doorknob, all while the door shook. He was also confused on why her room was jammed, he used his shoulder for enough force and banged onto the door and allowing it to instantly open up, his body had flung a bit forward, "Oh, Shit." He accidentally stumbled into her dark room first.

   Davina lightly chuckled, "You okay?" She entered her room, hand gliding onto the wall and turning on her light only to then gasp at the mess and her shattered camera, it was her last camera.

   Anger cruised in her body, "What in the fucking fuck happened in here!?" She had felt all this venom inside of her body, the entire pile of her clothes scattered in her room, it was the least of her own worries. She was more so concerned about her shattered camera.

Chad had remained shocked, his very own saliva in his mouth dried up as he had spoken to her, "Does Sofia still have access to her key in this room, Vina?" He recently had came to know about the entire situation between the two girls who had once used to share this dorm room, so it was reasoning into why he asked her.

   Davina was just holding onto the very so tiny pieces of her very much now broken camera in her hands that were still trembling, as Chad just approached her and instantly pulling her into a hug, his chin gently being placed on the top of her head as her voice had cracked while she  began to quietly speak to him, her heart was hurting, "No. She doesn't anymore, but she could always finds her ways in here." Her tears were dribbling down her cheeks and landing on her chest.

   She had immediately shrugged herself off from the hug, "I'm tired of her bullshit, I'll be back." She was aggravated already.

   Chad had immediately then followed right behind her, "No, Davina. You could speak to her about it tomorrow it's late and we can get in trouble if she snitches that I'm in here." He loudly but not too loud had whispered to her.

   Except, Davina was fucking furious. She knew that when she's furious quite this much nothing stops her, so she walked towards her ex-roommates room and banged onto her door in anger, "Open the door, you bitch." She yelled to Sofia.

   The sound of Sofia's door opening was quickly heard, the door swinging open and was faced with a yawning Sofia, "What do you want, Davina?" Her eyes began to focus onto her very own roommate until her eyes had then averted towards Chad, her eyes widening in quite the damn bewilderment, "No boys are allowed in the girls area." She sarcastically told them with a hint of amusement.

   Davina wasn't even in the mood for this damn type of banter like usual, "Cut the damn bullshit, Sofia. Why did you trash my room and broken my last camera? I have done absolutely nothing to you." She had gritted her teeth, the anger in her voice and eyes were detectable.

   Sofia eyebrows had furrowed in quite the confusion by this assumption, "I never trashed your room or broken your crappy camera." She had sincerely spoken, and it was the truth. She does admit about the previous two, but she had never been in Davina's room to trash or break her break her camera.

   "Liar," Davina snarled.

   She knew of how good of a liar her ex-roommate was.

   Chad had butted in and defending his girlfriend, "Sofia just admit it, and this is the third camera you broke from her, you most definitely need to buy her a new one." He had given her a stern look, his arms had crossed as that had allowed his biceps to show.

   Sofia argued back, "I'm not lying, I admit about the other two cameras, but I didn't do it this time." She defended herself.

"Mhm. . ."

Sofia's phone began to vibrate, annoyance immediately entered her body as she quickly answered the phone. Tonight was just not her night at all, eyes rolling when she removed her phone from her ear and handing her phone to Davina.

"It's for you and please just don't be taking long, I need my phone back," She given her ex roommate a sarcastic smile.

Davina clenched her jaw, and instantly placing her phone into her ear as she spoken in aggravation, "May I help you?" She questioned the caller.

A familiar voice began to chuckle, his disoriented voice being heard, "Look at how easy I had just made you believe your ex-roommate pulled that stunt." He was so damn mad that he couldn't see her tonight, so he had broken something that she loves quite the most. Her camera.

Davina eyes had easily then fumed, her teeth now gritting as she had spoken, "You think this is funny, fucker? You just broke something that I value and trashed up my dorm room, you're a coward having to do this shit when I'm not in my room." She lightly laughed in amusement.

Sofia tilted her head not knowing who the hell she was on the phone with, especially her phone.

Chad had then quietly whispered to his girlfriend, "Who is that?" He couldn't really hear anything.

The disoriented voice had automatically heard commotion on the other side, a hint of mischievous in his tone as he had spoke to her, "Put me on speaker, or I'll gladly enter your gorgeous cousins room and gut her up like a fish. What's it going to be?" He chuckled.

Davina's hand trembled and lowering the phone down until she clicked speaker on the screen, "Good choice, Davina. I've got a question for you three." He humorously began to laugh, it had easily startled Sofia on the voice and how sadistic the laughter had just sounded.

Chad had then easily blinked his eyes, rapidly. A part of him couldn't comprehend if this was even real. He was a bit hesitated to say anything until he spoken, "You quit this damn fucking bullshit, and leave my girlfriend alone, you piece of shit." He snarled in venom.

The disoriented voice chuckled, "Randy couldn't get the girl before his death, but it seems — Ah, Never-mind. . ." He clicked his tongue on the top of his teeth before going back to track, "I've got a question for you three." He retorted, again.

Davina clenched her jaw, "What's that?"

". . ."

"Fucking wasting our time," She had been about to hang up, though the moment she had been about to do so, he spoken that sent chills down their spines.

"What's your favorite scary movie?"

Chad immediately taken the phone, anger was just laced in his voice, "Fuck you, we're not doing this shit." He hung the phone up and had blocked the number and was just handing Sofia back her phone.

"Why would you do that?" Sofia shrieked, she's seen all of those horror movies. And, she knows how it ends, "We're going to all die now because of you." Her body was just trembling in fear.

Davina had easily shook her head, "You'll be fine, Sofia. Just go back to bed and put a chair by your door." She sternly told the girl before her eyes gazed towards Chad and intertwining her very own hand with his, "We're just across the hall if you need anything from us." The two had headed towards her room and attempting to just fall asleep after that damn horrific call as it had easily taken them awhile to drift off to sleep only for them to then basically be curled up next to each other and just finding comfort in each other's arms.
