"Y/N... S...STOP!!"

Sumire said as she coughed out blood but her words didn't reach Y/N. She continued punching her with a blank look on her face. Sumire felt pain in every inch of her body. The fight against Y/N was going to be difficult and she knew about it. She knew that she wasn't a match for her but she still went all the out to fight her. 

Sumire gathered her strength and stopped a punch as she faced Y/N "I admit my defeat. Stop it, please..." 

"You wanted to fight right? Then let's finish it." Y/N said. 

"But- I said the admit my defeat. The fight ends now." 

"But you are still standing..." 

Sumire was terrified by Y/N's words. "Sumire... Take this as the rematch you wanted... The result is still the same. You are still weak and no match for me." Y/N stated making Sumire remember the time when they first met. Their first meeting was with a fight. Sumire challenged Y/N after she saw her beating a group of high schoolers who were troubling some kids. 

She was amazed by the way Y/N swiftly moved around and took down guys who were bigger than her. Sumire had never seen someone fight like that and that was the reason she challenged her but in the end, she lost.

"You still have room to grow. One day you'll be stronger and then defeat me so let's wait for a rematch. Why don't you come with me? Knowing more about your opponent will give you an advantage."  Y/N said as she put forward her hand for Sumire. 

"What's your name and age?" She asked. 

"Sumire... and I'm 12." 

"Oh!! I am older than you?! Nice to meet you Sumire." 

From that day on Sumire followed Y/N. Sumire's household wasn't normal. Her parents would work in Australia leaving her in her brother's care who was the leader of the biggest Yakuza gang at that time. He was strict and just looking at him made Sumire shiver in fear. The cold stares are still engraved in her mind. 

Her brother would train her day and night in hopes of making her stronger and neglected her dreams. Sumire didn't want to get involved in the world her brother was living in. She would sit in her room when her brother's gangmates would come over and have a party. It was really suffocating for her. She hated her brother. He wasn't the older sibling she wanted. He would take care of her but that only involved her school and food.

But then she met Y/N. She was way more mature than her age. Y/N was just 13 and would talk like adults. Being with her gave her warmth and the feeling of an older sibling. She found Y/N better than her own brother. She could share everything with Y/N and she would solve those problems with ease but when she confronted her brother with the same problem, he would ignore her. 

Sumire stayed in the delinquent world for Y/N and wanted to end it when Y/N decides to do it. She wanted to stay loyal to her and finally defeat her with a rematch but the thought of a rematch long left her mind after she got closer to Y/N. 

Y/N never hurt Sumire. She was the oldest in Dark Angel so she took care of every member and that was the quality that Sumire liked. Y/N would solve everyone's problems like it's her own. And that was Dark Angels ideal. To help everyone. She helped her own members, she helped others and that's how the gang grew bigger. Kaito and Ren were also someone who was saved by Y/N. 

Everyone was so dependent on Y/N that when she left everything scattered... The top three of the gang didn't know what to do and ended up fighting each other and going their own ways while the other members, decided to end things there and focus on their lives. Sumire was confused... Her heart had someone and that someone didn't belong to her instead he belonged to Y/N but love makes people take steps that they never would. 

She ended up going towards him. She knew that it was wrong, she thought of Y/N as the elder sister and she went for the guy who was in love with Y/N. Both of them liked each other and Sumire knew that but... She couldn't stop herself.

"I'm sorry..." Sumire spoke up as tears formed in her eyes. "I'm really sorry Y/N... I never wanted to hurt you, I just didn't know what to do. I still don't know what to do. You are right, I'll never be a match for you because you are perfect! I won't come to your level even if it takes all my life. You always looked after me but what did I do? I went after the guy you deeply liked. You also had a really heartbreaking breakup with him and I just added salt to your wound. I punched you... I punched the person I admired my whole life. How could I do that? I am seriously trash and I know you won't forgive me." 

Sumire brought up her arms and wiped her tears and sniffed but when she opened her eyes she saw Y/N smiling. "I forgive you. Not because I am not angry at you but because I am tired of losing my friends. I don't want you to go disappearing too. Also... I am not perfect. No one can be perfect. Everyone has flaws and I am filled with them. I take really stupid decisions which lead to the wrong path. All the things that went wrong... I was aware of them, I knew what'll happen and yet I couldn't change them. I feel trash about myself. I don't know what you think about me but I too am filled with flaws."

"But for me, you are the most perfect person I've ever met," Sumire said which made Y/N laugh. "No, I'm not."

"Yes, you are!!"

"No!" 

"Go on... Mikey is right there. Talk whatever you want to."

"Sumire... I have a question." 

"Yes?"

"Do you guys know that Draken just died?"

Sumire's eyes widened "What?"

"Come on Kai... Drop that act now. Also, sorry about earlier..." Ran said.

Kai clenched his fist and stiffened his jaw "Your apology needs to go to Y/N, not me." 

Ran raised an eyebrow as he walked closer to Kai. "What do you mean? Why would I apologize to her? You were the one who came and told us that you met Y/N. You are a member of Rokuhara and yet you are siding with her?" 

"That was my biggest mistake. I shouldn't have told you all about her. But, the way your brother beat her up just boils my blood. I fucking want to kill him!!"

Ran grabbed Kai's collar and pulled him closer. "Watch your words... Lay a finger on Rindou and you're dead." 

Kai glared at him "Y/N matters to me a lot and whatever you guys did to her was wrong."

"What has happened to you? Are you in love with her or something?"

"You shouldn't be concerned about that. All that matters is that... I am going to take revenge." 

Ran scoffed "Just imagine when she finds out that you are a member of Rokuhara Tandai. I am sure she doesn't know that and what'll happen when she finds out that you were the one who told us about her. She'll just hate you, Kai..." 

"It's fine if she hates me, after all, she got into this mess because of my stupidity. If and only if I didn't tell you all that I met her, all this wouldn't have happened. I just hate myself for being a part of you. That fucker South forced me to do it!" 

"ha. Ok then... Try to avenge your friend, if you can!!" 

Kai met Y/N coincidently but when he found out her name, he told his gangmates about her which was the biggest mistake he had ever done because he didn't know that in the coming few weeks he'll grow closer to her and have some feelings that he couldn't put aside. He kept the fact about being part of Rokuhara hidden from Y/N because he didn't want her to think bad about him. 

She was the first person who didn't judge him solely based on the fact that he went to a reform school. She didn't think that he was bad instead she asked him about his story and what happened in the past. He was touched by her behaviour. 

She tried to sympathize with him which was something no one else did. That was the reason he liked her. But, he couldn't accept the fact that he was the reason why she was covered in bruises and was going through pain... The smile on her face faded... He took her out on a date which was just a hangout for her and everything was ruined. 

He hated everything about Rokuhara at that point. 

"Woah!! You two are about to fight?" Rindou asked. "I don't know what happened but this is interesting so let me join too."

"It's Haitani brothers vs Kai!!

The chapter is a bit shorter than the rest of the chapters because I don't wanna write about their fight yet (I'm lazy lol) ... so, tell me... Who do you think will win? :D
