โI will destroy Paris' life more than I had destroyed Francine's or Halia's. And after that will I kill her right in front of you.โ

ย ย ย PARIS' FINGERS TWITCHED slightly, but even if it's almost unnoticeable, Damon saw it. He saw her fingers move at the corner of his eye while he scrolls through his phone. He averts his attention from his phone and focuses it towards the unconscious Paris, and the possibly awake crazy one.
He sets his phone down on the small table next to the chair and slowly stands up from his seat, all while eyeing Paris sternly. He approaches the young brunette with caution. The kitten sleeping on top of her suddenly wakes up and hisses at Paris.
Damon's forehead creases as the kitten took threatened steps away from the brunette. Before he could even decipher what that meant, Damon was thrown harshly against the wall. He remained on the wall with his feet above the floor.
Paris lets a huge grin to creep its way to her lips before she opens her eyes. Her green eyes are darker than before. She sits upright and tilts her head to the side as she looks at the raven-haired vampire pinned against the bedroom wall.
"Well, hello there, handsome." Paris, or rather the other Paris, said. Damon grimaces in discomfort while he struggles to break free from the spell she has done. Other Paris swings her legs to the side of the bed and stands up to make her way towards the vampire.
"Let me go." Damon snarled. Other Paris chuckles at his response but she did let him go. Damon stumbles a bit before he straightens himself up. He breathes heavily and glares at the possessed brunette.
"Why the face, my darling?" she asked as she places her right hand on his cheek but Damon grabs her wrist and pulls it away from his face. Other Paris gasped at his harshness as she looks between her wrist and him.
"Get out of her body." Damon growled. Her eyebrows furrow at his statement before she yanks her wrist off his grip. "Why? Don't you like this body?" She asked innocently.
"You need to stop this. You've already ruined Francine's and Halia's lives then. Don't destroy another one." Damon told her. Other Paris narrows her eyes at the vampire while she slowly takes a few steps back from her position.
"But this is the only way I can be with you, Damon." She stated, looking hurt. Damon approaches her and cups her cheeks before he responded. "But this is wrong, Camila. This isn't your life to live. Bring Paris back." Damon said.
Other Paris, who turns out to be Camila from Paris' dream, looks at her former lover in nonchalant before she spoke. "You like her, don't you?" she asked.
Damon was unable to answer, he didn't know how to tell her that she actually likes somebody else. And judging from Camila's expression, she does not approve of it.
She uses her magic to rip Damon's touch away from her and pin him yet again on the wall. The fury in her eyes can be seen as she slowly approached the helpless vampire whom she had loved dearly for over a century.
"I will destroy Paris' life more than I had destroyed Francine's or Halia's. And after that will I kill her right in front of you." Camila threatened Damon before she uses her magic to snap his neck and he collapses to the ground.
She looks at Damon with hurt and anger. She looks away and exits the house to fulfill the plan that she has been plotting.
Camila walks down the stairs and hears someone in the kitchen. She makes her way to the kitchen and sees Paris' sister Meredith.
"Meredith." Camila said, pretending to be Paris. Meredith smiles at her sister while her hand slightly trembled.
"Paris. Why are you up?" Meredith asked her casually.
Meredith heard the ruckus from upstairs and instantly knew something is wrong. She was informed about Paris' state and how she's possessed. Therefore, she started to prepare herself for certain situations, namely now.
"I was thirsty." Camila said with a small, fake smile.
"Go get yourself a drink then. I'll just go back to sleep." Meredith said, trying to find a way to escape her possessed sister to call Alaric.
Meredith walks past her and Camila smirks at her action.
Camila turns around to look at Meredith who is trying to not be too obvious that she's running away from her.
"Vatos." Camila whispered and the objects around Meredith exploded. Meredith screamed while she covered herself. She looks back at Camila and sees her smirking. Meredith looks at her in fear before she runs towards the front door and tries to open it, but Camila shut it close.
Meredith runs upstairs and tries to find something to protect her from Camila. The possessed Paris slowly walks and lets the shattered pieces of objects crunch under the skin of her feet, drawing blood all over the floor.
"Meredith." Camila playfully called. "How do you feel about an acidic blood spell? Would you like to die that way?" she added.
The panicking Meredith closed the door to her room and reached for her phone and dialed Alaric's number.
"A heart-crushing spell?" Camila continued to ask her as if it was a casual conversation while she climbs up the stairs with bloody feet.
Meredith breathes heavily as her hands shake holding the phone. "Meredith, is something wrong?" Ric said through the phone.
"Or a classic suffocation spell?" Camila said as she stood in front of the door of Meredith's room.
"Ric. Ric, you have to come here now, please." Meredith whispered. The panic in Meredith's voice alarmed Alaric that he immediately turned his vehicle around to go back to the Fell's residence. He just left the house and now Meredith is in trouble.
He was just going to buy some snacks as per Meredith's request. He thought that they would be okay considering that Damon's there. But turns out he was wrong. He increased the speed of his car as he makes his way back to Meredith.
"Well, a suffocation spell it is." Camila said before she bursts the door open, revealing a frightened Meredith.
"Lihednat Dolchitni." Camila muttered under her breath and Meredith started to gasp for air. Her hands find its way towards her neck as she struggles to catch her breath. No oxygen was filling her and it's as if her airways are being forced close.
Tears gathered in Meredith's eyes as she looks at her sister while she coughs. A grin made its way towards her face as she watched Meredith gasp for air.
Meredith's eyes are already half-closed when thankfully, Camila was knocked out by a vase on the head. Paris/Camila falls to the ground revealing Damon behind her, panting, considering that he had just woken up from a snapped neck.
Meredith gasps desperately for air as soon as the spell is broken and she takes in as much oxygen as possible.
Alaric barged in the house and started yelling for Meredith. "Meredith?!"
"Over here!" Meredith shouted, still on the ground, recovering.
Alaric runs up the stairs and pushes past Damon to get to Meredith. She hugged Alaric tightly as did Alaric. Both their hearts pounded in fear as they thought that she would die right there.
Alaric glances to his best friend before he responded. "What the hell happened?" he said looking between him and the unconscious Paris on the floor.
"I have a confession to make." Damon said.
โ
Damon, Alaric, Meredith, and Bonnie waited in Paris' bedroom for her to wake up. Damon used a syringe that Meredith gave him to give Paris vampire blood since she procured a lot of wounds during the time she was possessed, mostly under her feet.
Paris slowly moves and the attention of the four turns to her.
She opens her eyes and winces immediately at the aching feeling in her head. She groans in slight pain and looks around her to see the four of them looking at her.
"Watching me sleep? Not creepy at all." Paris joked. In that response alone, they already figured out that it is Paris.
Meredith helped her sister sit up and lean back on the headboard, giving her water and a medicine to drink.
"Let me guess. Other me said hi?" Paris asked. The four of them only shared a glance. None of them answered but Paris already knew what the answer was.
"Did... Did I hurt someone?" Paris whispered. Meredith sits beside her and shakes her head. "No. You didn't. You don't have to worry." Meredith told her with a smile.
Paris can't get herself to smile, considering that she's great at noticing when someone's lying. "I did. You're lying." Paris' voice cracked as she whispered.
Meredith's heart broke at her sister's internal struggle. All she wanted was for her sister to live a normal life and now, this is far from normal.
"Please tell me you guys know how to get this out of me." Paris asked the other three before her eyes stuck on Bonnie.
"We don't know yet. But I asked for some help from the spirits of the witches and they told me to give you this." Bonnie said while she handed Paris a vile with a translucent, reddish liquid inside. "It's supposed to lessen the spirit's appearance and its control over you." Bonnie added.
Paris pops the lid off and swallowed the liquid. She grimaces at the bitter taste of the liquid and coughs lightly.
"Another thing. I think I know what's wrong with you." Bonnie said. Paris' head shot up at Bonnie's statement.
"Tell me." She said. Bonnie looks between all of them before she explained the situation.
"There was a witch in the mid-1800s that was... wronged and murdered by her own people. Her name was Camila Fell. Before she died, she cursed everyone in the Fell bloodline that she will take over one life from a new generation of the Fells and live it as if her own. They called it the Fell curse. It already took Francine Fell in 1911 and Halia Marie Fell in 1963. Now, it's taking you." Bonnie said.
Paris and Meredith share a fearful glance. Paris lets out a shaky sigh before she closes her eyes and dwells back into her thoughts. Even if they continued to hide her this side of the world, she will inevitably find out because her family has a history with the supernatural. She has a part in all this. Though not a very good one.
A dream that she had last night snaps Paris back to reality. Her eyebrows furrow as she glances at the raven-haired vampire standing not far from them.
"Camila Fell. Camila..." Paris whispered as she continues to eye Damon. Her eyes widened when she completely remembered all about the dream she had.
"You were there." Paris told Damon. He stiffened at her response. She knew. "I had a dream. Or was it a memory of Camila? A young girl with long black hair and light brown eyes. She was with a man who called her Camila. That was her, wasn't it?" She told Damon.
Damon remained silent in his position as his jaw clenched at her statement.
"Wait, why are you asking Damon?" Ric asked. Bonnie, Meredith, and Ric are confused about the exchange that's happening between Paris and Damon.
"Because he was there. In that memory, Camila Fell was with a man. That was you." Paris said and continues to look at him with slightly widened eyes and furrowed eyebrows, as did Damon.
All their attention turned to Damon who remained quiet as he struggled internally. He didn't want her to know this way. He didn't want any of them to know this way. And yet it was too late. Now he's going to pay the price.
