Sometimes Coco lay in her quarters in Coruscant and thought about everything that had happened in her life. It wasn't that just because she was a Jedi she didn't think about the past. It was human and Jedi are human beings too. There were other types of Jedi like the Twi'lek or the Tortuga.

Coco had met many. The Cereana, who live on the planet Cerea. A species like Ki-Adi Mundi himself. Intelligent and humanoid. They all thought about their past from time to time. Some wondered who her parents are. Because not every child in the Jedi Temple is lucky enough to remember their parents.

In Coco's case, it was her mother. But the young Jedi only heard stories about her. She carried them out and left the order and to this day it is not known who her father actually is. Coco was sure Yoda or Mace Windu would know for sure. But she didn't care.

When Mace Windu first really noticed her, she was training with Obi-Wan Kenobi in swordplay. She had that kind of fighting style that Mace Windu liked. The confidence in her eyes as her blade met Obi-Wan's and her confidence. Her sensitivity and gentleness as she fought. The inner perfect peace that Mace windu had felt in her and the power to become a great Jedi one day. It was already clear there that when she was old enough, he would make her his padawan.

Yoda had told him that this is a good choice. She was smart, always knew the right answers to questions. She remained calm in any situation and was a natural in combat. Her power wasn't the greatest, but with the right training it would be. She followed instructions exactly and always tried to make the best of herself. She was respectful and smart.

Something that helped her and would continue to do so often.
With quick, long strides, the Jedi ran away from the droids. Her boots kept hitting the beautiful green, leaving footprints in the mud. Still, she kept running because if the boats caught her, she would be in trouble.

She easily put a hand on the tree trunk in front of her, which was knocked over by the boats, and just jumped over it. To her left and right were animals, forest dwellers running from the sounds and dodging the fallen trees.

The Young Jedi slid under a tree trunk, got up again and ran purposefully on. She needed to find her two Jedi companions, and she could do that with the Force. But for that she would have to find a quiet place, which wasn't really an option at the moment.

The droids pursued them. One of her blaster shots landed right next to Coco, causing her to dodge to the side. This turned out to be a mistake, because the tree just broke off. The closer he got, the less time Coco had. She stretched her hands up, using her power to stop the tree from falling on top of her.

She twisted her upper body to the other side, steered the tree in that direction and dropped it onto the droid, which was about to shoot at her.
She exhaled relieved, but kept running and ran right into a person.
She clutched her shoulders in shock and opened her eyes again to see the amused face of Obi-Wan, who had followed her trail.

"Longing?" Sighing, she pushed him away and shook her head. "At least not after you." Obi-Wan chuckled a little at his girlfriend's words. But she followed her gaze into the forest, whose droid boats were more and more outlined.

"We should get out of here." The young Jedi nodded in agreement. You really should get out of here. "Yes. Let's find Qui-gon." She ran, closely followed by the Jedi.

"Coco! Watch out!" she heard Obi-Wan's angry voice followed by gunfire, which Coco dodged. She turned her head back slightly, spotting a few droids on flying objects. It wasn't just one, but two, which made things more difficult.
"I'll do this!" she yelled, stopping and force slamming one into a tree.
However, she realized that they didn't have time for that, so they kept running. They had no choice but to run away from it.

The water from the puddles splashed up as Coco stepped into them. Obi-Wan kept an eye on his girlfriend, dodging all the shots as she did. He recognized his master's green lightsaber, which is why he grabbed his girlfriend and threw himself on the ground with her.

Coco, not expecting this, briefly clutched Obi-Wan's robes. Obi-Wan always had his arms around her, holding her under him and throwing himself protectively on top of her, using his body to shield her in an emergency.
Qui-gon dispatched the droids with ease, while Coco was briefly irritated by Obi-Wan's sudden assault.

"You saved me." A small blush formed on her face. Obi-Wan nodded at her statement. "That's true, my dearest." Coco raised an eyebrow at Obi-Wan, only blushing even more. Obi-Wan, on the other hand, took it all in stride as if it were all a matter of naught and just stood up.

"Your dearest?" She got her voice back and stood up. She was definitely not his dearest. She would never be.
"You saved me again." Coco looked at the Gungan which she hadn't even noticed until just now.

"Who is that?" Obi-Wan asked his Master, asking a question that Coco was asking himself. "A local." Qui-gon briefly stroked his light beard. "Let's get out of here before more droids show up." The two Jedi nodded, simply leaving this Gungan behind and following Qui-gon into the forest. She really didn't want any more droids and weird situations with Obi-Wan.

"More? Have you said more? Sorry, but the safest place would be Gunga City." Still ignoring the Gungan, they just started jogging instead. They had a mission to pursue. They couldn't afford anything else, no matter how much Coco would like to help this Gungan.

"Since grew up. A hidden city." All three Jedi stopped and turned to face the Gungan at the same time. If what he says is true, you had a good chance of getting a means of transport to Queen Amidala, So the whole thing would be to the benefit of all of them.

"A city?" The Gungan nodded at Coco's question. Her voice, as always, was filled with way too much kindness. "Can you lead us there?" The Gungan was beginning to get nervous at Qui-gon's question. Coco recognized this in his attitude, in his insecurity and fear. "Oh, if I'm right, no. Not really, no." The Young Jedi Master and the older Jedi Master exchanged glances, rather than Qui-gon glancing at the Gungan. "No?" The Gungan scratched the back of his head, clenched his hands together and waved his hand comically.

"A little embarrassing...but stupidly I've been banned from there. Almost forgot. The bosses do terrible things to me. Terrible things when get back there." A sort of thunderous sound coming from the Trade Federation boats rang out and swept across the planet. "Did you hear that?" Qui-gon pointed to the sky. The Gungan lifted one of its Great Ears and nodded. "Yeah." He nodded, dropping his ear again.

Coco sighed a little and shook her head in frustration. If this continues, they'll be dead before they even reach Queen Amidala. "The sound of a thousand terrible things making their way here." Obi-Wan and Qui gon both backed the Gungan slightly, causing the Gungan to step back.

Coco didn't like it at all, but this city might be her only option. She could try to free the Gungan so he doesn't get punished.

"If they find us, they will tear us apart and grind into small pieces until there will be nothing left of us." Coco crossed her arms over her chest. The fear on the Gungan's face hurt her somehow. In fact, she was sorry for what Obi-Wan said and didn't like it at all.

"Ah...now I understand your argument perfectly. This way!" The Gungan turned and almost ran over Coco. "Come!" the Gungan ran forward.
Coco looked at Obi-Wan while Qui-gon followed the Gungan.

Her face was a mixture of irony and seriousness at the same time. Her lips were slightly parted and her eyes showed that she hadn't liked what Obi-Wan had just done. Obi-Wan recognized it and gave a short sigh.

"I had to get him to lead us there, my dear." Obi-Wan walked closer to her and looked at her displeased face. "And you know that." He walked past her. The Young Jedi followed immediately. "Maybe. But I don't like the way you did it. That's not the Jedi way, Obi Wan. We are for peace, not against it. You threatened poor Gungan and scared him into taking us there. His fear of us is greater than the fear of what awaits him there." She explained to the young padawan, who always appreciated her care and kindness.

"Well, my dear, how would you have gotten him to do that?" Coco thought for a moment. Yes, how would she have done it? "I would have calmly explained to him that we had to reach the Queen of Naboo as soon as possible and it would be really nice if he guided us to this city or at least gave us a hint." Obi-Wan stopped, followed by the young Jedi. He looked down at her and now that she was standing next to him, Obi-Wan realized how small she actually is.

Her hair was still pulled back together and her face was flawlessly the most beautiful thing he'd ever seen. Her brown eyes radiated nothing evil. Just incredible calm, serenity and peace. Her full lips parted slightly as she looked at him. Obi-Wan had to admit that she was the most beautiful thing he'd ever seen.

"Well, do you think the Gungan would have led us there with your method?" Coco was completely convinced that he would have. Equally confident, she looked up at Obi Wan. "Yes. I'm sure he would have done that." She kept walking, this time followed by Obi-Wan. "And what makes you so sure?" Coco now had to smile a little. She turned her head towards him with a smile on her face. "Are you really interested, or just don't want this conversation to end?" Obi-Wan felt caught. He liked talking to her and hearing her caring voice.

"Well, that depends on what you'd like better, my dear." Coco looked straight ahead again, but had to look at Obi-Wan out of the corner of her eye and shook her head while laughing briefly and so did Obi-Wan briefly laughed. "You really are incorrigible Obi-Wan." She grinned forward. "Then at least I'm not alone." Coco sighed. So he really had to have the last word in this conversation. As always.

She listened to the sounds of the forest.
Frogs, however, were the only things she recognized.
"How much farther is it?" Qui-gon spoke to the Gungan, who were running in front. "We have to go into hiding, okay-dode? Ah, but I must warn you. The Gungans don't like strangers, so don't expect warm feelings." They stopped at a pond. Coco pulled out her mini-scuba and exchanged looks with Obi Wan, who did the same.

"Oh, don't worry. This isn't exactly our day of receptions." He was referring to what happened on the ship. After all, that really wasn't a nice reception.
The Gungan jumped up, cheered, spun, and dove headfirst into the water. The Young Jedi sighed, put the device in her mouth so she could breathe and not choke again, and led the three Jedis towards the pond.

The Gungan got up again, looked at them and made a happy face.

"You follow me, okay-dode?" Coco nodded, stepping into the cold water which caused goosebumps on her skin. She hadn't swum in ages, which made the whole thing unfamiliar and uncomfortable. She wasn't the best swimmer either, but it should be enough for that.
