Cherly walked through her big house with a glass of water in her hand, it was late at night and boy was she thirsty. With her hair up in a messy bun, a long T-shirt with shorts, she looked like a mess, not like her regular neat self. She heard a noise coming from outside of her house 'what was that?' She questioned, she walked over to the door that lead her outside, nothing was there.

 A slight movement was seen from outside, a dark large shadow, which caused her to be confused about what it was.  She opened the white door and walked outside with her water "whose there?" She shouted with a sip of her water. She heard large thumps from behind, as she turned around a 9 feet slim monster came running for her with its mouth opened, showing all the sharp teeth.

Cheryl woke up from her nightmare, sweat forming on her forehead as her heart rate fastened. She sighed in relief when she found out it was another dream and not real. Its been a year since she last fought the monster, known as the demogorgon. You see, there was a girl named eleven, she had superpowers and was connected to a place called  the upside down. A monster from the upside down came to Earth to cause mayhem which it did. 

One day, it came inside a house with Cheryl and other teens named Steve, Nancy and Jonathan, they all successfully defeated the monster. Oh so they thought.

"CHERYL GET UP" She heard her mother from outside her door yell, she sighed and got up from her bed even though she was tired. She grabbed her pink clothes that included a light pink pencil skirt, a checkered pink and white shirt and white shoes, I guess you can say her favorite color is pink.

She quickly got dressed, she then brushed her blonde hair and put it in a high ponytail with a white bow. She put on a little bit of cherry flavor lip gloss to made her lips look juicy.

Someone was banging on Cheryl's door multiple times "hold on!" She shouted in annoyance, although the person never stopped. Cheryl bit her lips, her face turning red from anger "will you stop that?!" She said angrily at her younger sister, Penny. "I'm going to be late" She crossed her arms over her white long sleeved shirt "Well, sorry that I had to get dressed" She grabbed her bag and clothes the door behind her.

"Yeah, you're dressing to impress a guy." She could feel Penny rolling her eyes even if she was looking at the door "No i'm not. I just like to look clean... unlike you." Cheryl started to walk away from her sister, Penny trailed behind. "I look pretty clean... just look at my hair!" She pointed to her curly brown hair. 

"Wheres dad?" Cheryl questioned when she walked into the kitchen only to see her mom sitting on the chair by herself  "he's taking a double shift" Her mom smiled at her daughter with her bright red lipstick stained lips. "Come on Cheryl! We have to go!" Penny complained when she looked at the wall clock "Bye mom love you" Cheryl grabbed the toast from her plate and left quickly.

She unlocked her car, which was a  white 1981 porsche. "Why are you in such a hurry?" Cheryl questioned her sister when she started her car "Because Will is back and I need to tell him a lot of things" She put her backpack on the floor of the car as she buckled her seat belt in. It was obvious Penny and Will were close, mainly because Penny enjoyed DND as much as he did, and when Will was missing, Penny cried everyday as she lost hope.

"So you want to go to school because of a boy?" Cheryl looked over at Penny "no! ew gross. Boys are gross" Penny shook her head in disgust "I couldn't agree more" "then why do you blush every time Steve Harrington is near" She press on the brake petal since it was a red light "when did I ever blush for him?" Cheryl asked Penny "when you were helping him study in the dinning room." 

It was true, The math teacher asked Cheryl to help Steve on him assignment since he was failing, she agreed because she liked helping people and she found Steve attractive, even though he was with Nancy Wheeler.

"I wasn't blushing, it was my makeup." "no- I don't think it was." Cheryl turned on the radio volume up, not wanting to hear her sister talk any longer. 'and here we got another fan favorite, Tainted love by soft cell' The song started to play as Cheryl hummed the song "Gloria's version is better." Penny said which made Cheryl stop humming "Do you have to disagree with me on everything?"  she asked "yeah, I love making you mad." 

They finally made it to Penny's school "get out now" She unlocked the car doors "so mean." Penny grabbed her backpack and got out the car "don't get in trouble" she told her sister "I won't." 

She then drove to Hawkins High School, it only took about 30 minutes since it was close by. She parked her white car near her best friend, Allison.

"Hey girl, you're late." Allision moved her curly blonde hair off of her shoulder "I had another nightmare" Allison sucked her teeth "What was it about?" She asked "I got killed by a monster" Allison looked at the ground "you keep having the same dreams. Last time you said you went 'underground'. Are you okay? She asked full of worry, Cheryl told Allison everything, including her weird dreams.

"I'm fine." She smiled "Are you sure?" Allison asked her again "Positive" She reassured. "alright... anyways, guess what?" Allison said in an eager tone "what?" "Tina told me there's a new student and its a guy!" Cheryl looked surprised "really? that's a surprise" It was rare for new students around October. "I hope hes hot" Allison's cheeks started to turn pink "so you can get over your ex?" Cheryl guessed "you know me so well."

A loud car drove around the parking lot "oh shit that's him" Allison started to run her fingers through her hair "does my makeup look good?" Allison shook Cheryl's shoulder to get her attention "yeah its fine" 

A man wearing a jean jacket,  a white shirt and jeans came out of the loud car, he had a dirty blonde mullet. "Oh my gosh hes hot" Allison sighed, she was staring at the guy "no he isn't" Cheryl disagreed with her friend "not everyone can have perfect hair like Stevie boy" Cheryl rolled her eyes "I'm going to go to class, have fun with Mullet man" 

While Cheryl left her friend with her books in her arms, Steve came walking to her.  "Hey Cheryl!" Cheryl felt her whole body temperature go up, her face turned red, her heart beated loudly in her chest. "Yes Steve?" She turned around,Steve was standing with paper in his hands "Nancy said this essay is bad, what do you think?" 

He handed her the paper, it was an essay about him playing basketball and then it randomly went to his granddad being a solider when world war two happened  "uh, I think its good but  it makes no sense" Steve sighed "What do you suggest I do?" Cheryl gave the paper back to him "keep it about basketball." She answered his question "Nancy said the same thing" He looked at the paper he wrote then looked back at Cheryl with a frown "I guess you have to listen to us ladies." 

Steve nodded his head "Steve" Nancy put her hand on his arm, getting his attention. Cheryl felt her stomach do flips in jealousy as she felt her throat get tight  "yeah?" Steve looked down at her "we have to go" They both walked off together. Cheryl held her school books tight, her hands turning white. Steve held on Nancy's hand, before they walked in the school Steve gave Nancy a kiss on the cheek.
