- background: she lived a normal, happy life the majority of her childhood. she moved out when she was 18 to go to college, but when she was 20 years old, her parents were in a pretty bad car accident. she and her younger brother, andrew, rushed back home, which was a small town in pennsylvania, and visited them at the hospital. unfortunately, her father died on the way. her mother survived and made a full recovery, but fell into a depression. hannah and her brother have been helping her ever since then to come out of it.
