Audrianna's POV

I was miserably laying on the floor while Kelly tried to get me to get up.

"Come on, get up.." she insisted

"I can't. I barely have energy."

"Oh my God." she groaned "I found a shirtless picture of Henry."

"Where!?" I immediately sat up

"Nowhere. Up you go." she grabbed my hands and helped me up, making me sit down on the stairs.

"Yeahh. Oh, yeah. That's nice. Look at me." my dad said as he continued to paint a statue version of Captain Man

The elevator beeped as Henry walked out the doors, looking sick aswell.

He coughed "Hey everybody."

"Hi, babe."

"Hi, Henry."

"Hey, Hen."

"Hi."

Charlotte sneezed out of nowhere.

"No sneezing." my dad warned

"Hey, you sick too?" Henry walked up to me

"No, I'm just collecting a giant pile of dirty tissues." I said sarcastically

"That's gross." he said blankly

"Take care of your girlfriend." Kelly got up and went to the monitors with Charlotte

"Kill me.." I groaned, laying back down on the floor

"Come on, get up.." Henry pleaded

"She's on her period too. There's nothing you can do." Kelly remarked

"Dangit."

"I want Red Bull.."

"What did I tell you about drinking Red Bull?"

"That it's 'highly caffeinated' and 'has too much sugar'."

"Exactly."

"But I need it to liveeeee.." I whined

"No, no Red Bull." Henry scolded

"Aw, man." I whined as Henry grabbed my arms and helped me up, wrapping his arms around my waist as I wrapped my arms around his torso, burying my face into his chest.

"Hey, everybody!" Schwoz walked out the sprocket with a tray of cupcakes

"Hey, what's up?"

"Hey, Schwoz."

"What."

"Hi."

"Since it's Saturday morning, look what I brought! Cupcakes."

"Oh."

"Sweet."

"No."

Henry started coughing.

"Hey Henry, grab me one would ya?" Jasper pleaded

"Uh, yeah sure." he let go of my waist and tried to grab a cupcake from the tray but Schwoz immediately threw away the tray, screaming. Making Charlotte spit out her drink, my dad messing up his painting, and Kelly almost falling down on her face.

"Dang it, Schwoz!" my dad groaned

"Aw, the cupcakes!" Jasper whined

Schwoz quickly ran away before turning back to us "Everything's fine." he ran inside the secret room

"What's goin' on with him?" my dad asked

"I dunno. He's acting kinda.." I  got cut off by my coughing

My dad groaned "Am I gonna have to listen to that all day?"

Charlotte blew her nose in a tissue.

"Uh, hey. Y'know my whole family's sick too?" Henry said

"No."

"Jasper, how you feelin'?" Henry asked

"Great." he shrugged "Just gettin' a little tired of holding these paints."

"Higher." my dad demanded as Jasper held up the paint palette higher

Schwoz walked back in wearing a mask "Hello. So uh.. Did anyone here recently go into my science laboratory?"

"Well, yeah." Charlotte answered

"You sent me, Charlotte, Jasper, Dria, and Henry there on Thursday." Kelly added

"To put labels on your beakers." Charlotte continued

"Okay, well.. I think I did a bad thing." Schwoz admitted

"What did you do?" Charlotte glared at him

"Well, you know how I've always wanted to be famous?" Schwoz asked "By curing some terrible disease?"

"Yeah."

"Uh-huh."

"Kay."

"So, I figured.. The fastest way to come up with a cure was to create my own terrible disease."

"What!?"

"What?"

"What."

"Ah.. Classic Schwoz." my dad sighed

"Hold on, hold on. Are you saying that you think we have that disease that you created?" I asked

"Well.."

"He- he doesn't know that! I mean, maybe we just have a cold or..the flu! Or.. Or dandruff!" Kelly chimed in

"Yeah, Schwoz. You don't know why they're sick, you're not a doctor." my dad said

"I know what I'm talking about!" Schwoz spat out "Look at Henry's pinky fingers!"

Henry held up his hand "Oh yeah, why are they green?"

"It's one of the symptoms of my disease."

Charlotte screamed "My pinkies are green too!"

"Ditto." I stared at my pinky fingers

"Same here!" Kelly chimed in

"Let me see!" Schwoz each scanned our bodies "Yah. You four have my disease."

"Ah, great!" I groaned "Period cramps and a disease."

"Well, what about Jasper?" Kelly asked "He was with us. He touched your beakers." she pointed out "Does he have your disease?"

"Let me see here." Schwoz scanned his body, making Jasper giggle "Jasper is clean, no disease!"

"Well we have it, why doesn't he!?" Charlotte asked

"I-I don't know why Jasper doesn't have it. He should, my disease is very contagious." Schwoz smiled proudly

"Well, what do we do now?" I asked

"Yeah! And what about my family?" Henry asked

"I can answer that." my dad chimed in "Schwoz, you better come up with a cure for your stupid disease"

"Okay."

"And until he does.. Henry, since you're all contagious, you, Audrianna, Charlotte, and Kelly are gonna have to be quarantined in your house, with your family." my dad demanded

Charlotte coughed before Jasper spoke up "What is quarantined?"

"It means that they all have to stay inside, so they don't spread the disease to the normal people of Swellview." my dad explained

"Well- well, what about you?" I asked

He chuckled "Don't worry about me. Old Uncle Ray's indestructible, which means.." he sat down on a chair "Can't get sick."

Shortly after, he coughed loudly.

My dad screamed as he looked at his other pinky "AHHH! Wha- wha- wha.."

We all groaned as we pulled the cart where my frantic dad was sitting in.

Charlotte groaned "Oh, will you stop itchin' and moanin'?"

"Yeah, we're just as sick as you." Henry pointed out

"But you don't understand!" my dad whined "My head, like.. Aww it like aches!"

"Okay, that's called a headache." Kelly explained

"Well I don't like it!" my dad whined "Ow!"

"Okay. How's everyone doing?" Schwoz asked

"How are we doing?" Charlotte asked

"Look at our fingers." Henry spat out as we held up our fingers which made Schwoz scream.

"Ehh.. Nothing to worry about." he reassured

"I don't get this. I'm indestructible!" my dad complained "How's your freakish disease making me sick?"

"I guess I'm just really good at creating freakish diseases." Schwoz shrugged

Kelly coughed "So you're positive we're not gonna die?"

"Of course! Well atleast not until all of your fingers and thumbs turn green."

"WHAT!?"

"HUH!?"

"THEN WE DIE!?"

"Look, you all just go inside so I can get back to working on the cure." Schwoz instructed

"Wait, but what if Henry's parents try to leave the house?" I asked

"Don't worry.. I brought Bork to guard the door." Schwoz stated

"Oh hey."

"Heya, Bork."

"Sup, Bork."

"Bork, come help me outta here." my dad demanded, raising his arm

Bork walked up to my dad, dumping him out of the cart.

"Thanks." my dad slowly got up

We all started coughing as we head inside Henry's house.

"Hey." I waved

"Hi, Henry." Mrs. Hart greeted "Hi, Audrianna, sweetie."

"Hello." Mr. Hart greeted as he helped put on Mrs. Hart's jacket

"Oh my Gosh are Audrianna, Kelly, and Charlotte sick too?" Mrs. Hart wondered

"Yeah."

"So's my boss." Henry pointed out

"That's right." my dad started coughing as he stumbled onto a chair "I need my pills. Give me my pi-" he opened a tube of pills but it ended up spilling all over him "Aww, come on!"

Mrs. Hart screamed "Look, honey! Their fingers are turning green too!"

"Yeah. Well, that's why I'm takin' us all to the doctor." Mr. Hart stated

"You can't."

"Actually, you can't."

"Mom," Henry coughed "dad, Piper.. This is uh.." he brought Schwoz forward

"My name is Doctor Schwarmalensen." Schwoz introduced himself

"Yeah, that.. He's from the uh.."

"The Swellview County Health Department." Kelly continued for him

"That's right." Schwoz said "I'm sorry but you must all be quarantined."

"Quarantined?" Piper asked

"Yes. You see little girl, when people get upset tum-tums, sometimes they have--"

"Will you quit talking to me like I'm an idiot?" she glared at him

"It just means that we have to stay here, in this house, until he says we're cured." I explained

"Uh, yes. That's right." Schwoz nodded

"Okay, sorry Doctor Schwankelsen, but I'm not going to the doctor, and I don't want to sit in this stupid house all day." she started walking away

"Piper." Mrs. Hart called out

"I'm going to Glozella!" Piper yelled

"No, no, no!"

"Please don't."

"Piper, please don't-"

Piper opened the door and saw Bork standing outside who was growling softly, making her close the door.

"I've decided to stay here."

Bork growled, making Piper step away from the door.

"Okay, I don't mean any disrespect, but I just don't see why we can't go see our own doctor." Mrs. Hart pointed out

"No!" Schwoz yelled, making eveyrone jump "If you come into contact with the public, you could infect every person in Swellview."

"Yeah mom, we're contagious.." Henry pointed out

"We can't risk infecting other people.." Charlotte added

"Hey.." my dad chimed in "Uh, where did that bratty little girl go?"

We all looked around to find Piper but noticed she was missing.

"Piper went out the back!" Kelly pointed out

"We gotta stop her!" we all ran to the backyard

"Hey, quit it!" I heard Piper yell and turned to see she was being carried by Bork

"Put me down! You- you large man!" Bork finally put her down

"Yes.. I think you will all find escape quite impossible." Schwoz said as we all stared at him

"See you soon." he walked out the door and Bork growled before closing the door behind him

We all started uncontrollably coughing and sneezing.

"I want Red Bull.." I whined as Henry wrapped a blanket around us

"Red Bull isn't gonna cure you." Henry scolded

"Aww.."

"Oh God, everything hurts." my dad said, crawling on the floor as he was groaning and crying "I'm so sick!"

Henry screamed and nudged me, I looked over to see that four of his fingers were green, making me scream aswell.

I looked at my fingers and noticed four of them were green too "Char- Charlotte.. Kelly." I called out "Look at our fingers..

Their eyes widened as they looked over to their fingers aswell, making Charlotte scream.

"Oh my God, we're gonna die!" Charlotte cried out

Mr. Hart looked over his fingers, making him scream and then faint.

Henry frantically grabbed his phone and tried to call Schwoz.

"Yah, go for Schwoz." he said

"Hello?"

"Hi, Henry. I'm almost ready with the cure. I just need a little more blood from Jasper."

"No! I'm outta blood!" Jasper whined

"Just.. Please hurry." Henry begged before dropping his phone and burying his face into the crook of my neck.

"What? Did you drop your phone? Did your screen break?! Dah!" Schwoz hung up the phone

"I love you Dri.." he whispered in my ear.

"Don't say that, you dumbass.." I whined "I love you too.."

We were still in Henry's house, coughing and groaning.

I saw my dad open the fridge and take out a container of chicken.

I crawled out of the couch and walked up to him "Dad.. Dad."

"Shut up.." he muttered

"Dad.. Dad. Listen.. You can't- you can't eat that.. You're too sick."

"But I'm so hungry.. I gotta eat something.." he complained "Hey. Hey what's wrong with my mouth? What's wrong with my mouth!?"

"Listen.. Hey dad listen- listen.. Listen." I grabbed his hand "Schwoz told Henry.. That one of the final symptoms of his disease.. Is lockjaw." I whispered

"Lockjaw!?" he asked

"No.." I pulled out a padlock "Lock.. Jaw." I pointed to my jaw

"I said lockjaw! That's what I said!"

"Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. That's why you can't open your mouth."

My dad groaned "But i'm so hungry!"

"Well you can't eat if you can't open your mouth, man."

"Yes I can! I can!" he forcefully opened the contained of chicken "I'm special!" he tried shoving the chicken in his mouth but failed miserably and just started crying "I just want the chicken.."

I pat his head gently as he continued crying on the counter.

I heard knocking on the door.

"Come in.." we all groaned and coughed

Schwoz walked in "Hello! How's everyone doing?"

We all groaned in response.

"Great!" Schwoz put down a huge case "Now look everyone, I brought the cure!" he held out a bunch of test tubes "See, it's right he-" he accidentally dropped the test tubes making as all yell

"Oh my God! The cure is ruined!" Schwoz yelled

"I gotta have it!" my dad ran up to the spilt cure, pushing Piper away in the process as we all yelled.

Schwoz chuckled "Stop that.. I was kidding!"

We all glared at him.

"What the butt!?" - "What the fuck?!" my dad and I yelled at the same time

"I hate you, Schwoz." Kelly groaned

Schwoz laughed "I got you all so good! Ha!" he took out a different set of test tubes "See? Here's the real cure."

We all ran up to him and grabbed the test tubes.

"Yah, yah. Drink it down and your disease will go bye bye." Schwoz instructed

We all drank the cure.

"Ah!"

"Yuck, ah!"

"What the fuck is in this thing!?"

"Ew!"

"Bleh!"

"Now what happens?" Charlotte asked

"Well, uh. Now you might all start experiencing a bit of shaking and or twitching." Schwoz stated "But it could take a few minutes before-"

We all started twitching and shaking uncontrollably.

"Oh, there it goes."

We continued shaking rapidly before we all stopped.

"Did.. Did it work?" Kelly wondered

I looked at my fingers and noticed the green slowly disappearing.

"My fingers! They're- they're greenless!" Charlotte beamed

"Ha! I can move my jaw again!" my dad exclaimed

"I- I think I'm okay!" Mrs. Hart cheered

"Yeah.. I'm okay too!" Mr. Hart beamed

I sighed in relief "I can drink Red Bull again."

"No Red Bull." Henry and Kelly said at the same time

"Damnit."

"Okay. Mom or dad, which of you is gonna drive me to Glozella?" Piper asked

Mrs. Hart scoffed "After what we've all just been through?"

"Are you batty?" Mr. Hart asked

"We are not driving you to Glozella." Mrs. Hart protested

"Fine. Then I'll drive myself." she grabbed the keys and headed to the door

"No- wait!" Mr. Hart stopped her

"C'mon!" Mrs. Hart stood up

"Piper!" he called out

"Piper! You are not driving my car!" Mr. and Mrs. Hart ran after Piper

"You are too young to drive!"

"You don't even know how to drive!" they ran out the back door

We all stayed in silence before Schwoz spoke up again "Whew. Crazy day, right?"

We all glared at him.

"Hey, let's go talk outside." I put my arm on his shoulder, smiling innocently

"No, I don't want to.." he objected

"Yeah, c'mon." Kelly insisted

"Aww, let's just go outside." Henry grabbed his arm

"It's fine!" Charlotte reassured

"I think you're all mad at me." Schwoz stated

"No, no, no. We're not mad."

"Not at all." my dad, Henry, and I dragged Schwoz outside

"I don't feel good about this!"

"Bork, little help?" my dad asked as he pushed Schwoz against Bork

Bork picked Schwoz up.

"Hey, hey why are you- No! This makes me uncomfortable!" he said as Bork placed him in the cart

My dad pushed the cart away "Whoops."

"I need to put on my safety belt!" Schwoz yelled "AHHH! Stop this crazy thing!"

Schwoz rolled onto the street, which made two cars hit the brakes and crash into each other.

The cart got thrown back in front of us, making us all jump.

"I'm okay!" Schwoz yelled
