Golden irises traveled along the monitor, reading every word they encountered. His eyebrows frowned from time to time, as he was trying hard to find any information about her. He was furious because it was empty everywhere, and finally decided to devote his free time to delve into it. But there was nothing of it, only a resigned look that he sent to the black-haired man on his right.

"There's nothing here, Kuroo" he muttered, sighing aloud.

His hands cupped his face pink from frost, helplessness killing him. In the past, he probably wouldn't have cared that he couldn't find anything. After the last situation, that changed, he couldn't shake her head - as if Kaiko had cast a spell on him. A spell that totally knocked him off the beat, completely changing his life, the habits he had developed so far. The time that had always been the most important to him was now being given to her for the most part, which was shocking for golden-eyed himself, but also for his closest friend Kuroo. The men knew each other from the youngest years, they made their way together through a hard childhood, but also through the times of high school, where they had the best fun. Playing volleyball together, developing and getting to know many people with whom they have kept in touch until today. Kuroo was a special person in Kenma's life, without whom he probably wouldn't be where he is now. Tetsurou, with his approach and the happiness that surrounds him. A cheerful, but at the same time a nosy and intrusive person saved Kozume from a huge hole and pushed to fulfill his innermost dreams.

"Yeah, I don't see shit too" sighed resigned. "Damn, I really wanted to see how she looks like" he chuckled, his loud laughter spreading through the library where they were presently hanging out.

Fortunately, it was so deserted that only two strangers sitting across from them were able to hear. Long-haired man glared at his friend as he shrugged innocently in response. Kuroo really liked to get under Kenma's skin. He teased him a lot and took advantage of the fact that he thought he was much more handsome. However, he had never considered that his character was way different from Kozume's. Kuroo was open, direct and painfully honest, which was probably the reason why he attracted so many girls. The golden-eyed, on the other hand, was apparently quiet, indifferent and didn't express his opinion out loud. He didn't interfere with the lives of others, he didn't like closeness and preferred to remain single until it appeared.

"Maybe we should just give up?" Kenma suggested resigned, looking questioningly at the black-haired man. His eyebrows shot up, the shock showing on his face. Kuroo shook his head chaotically, making the smaller man laugh.

"Have you checked our university?" the dark-eyed man asked, folding his hands over his chest. "I mean, we've found some Kaiko's but are you sure they aren't her?"

He rested his body comfortably against the chair, crossing his legs as Kenma jumped from browser to browser. He was looking at each girl separately for the first time and unfortunately, neither of them looked like her. It didn't feel like she was meant to be, or it was just that his imagination was too demanding.

"Well... you're right" he started, his fingers resting on the antiquated keyboard. "We haven't checked our school page yet"

Kenma quickly went to the university website, then entered her name in the student directory. The first thing that caught his eye was long, dark hair, an overly serious face, but still beautiful features. A slim, slightly pink face covered with moles and small familiarity. Thick, dark eyebrows which perfectly highlighted her transparent, green irises along with long lashes. A fine nose, slightly upturned and at the very end plush lips covered with a transparent lip gloss. It was at that moment that something touched him. His stomach clenched, and a large lump formed in his throat. He entered something akin to hypnosis, his brain playing her voice to imagine the girl in the picture speaking towards him.

"Shit..." he whispered, nervously nibbling at the cuticles of his nails.

His leg was moving rapidly under the chair, his eyes fixed on the monitor. He couldn't look at her, she was really beautiful, which was driving him crazy. It was hard for him to believe that such a good-looking woman could've any interest in him. Kuroo, in turn, watched his reaction closely, simultaneously glancing ahead and frowning every now and then. He soured, leaning more over the computer, then looking straight ahead again. The petite woman appeared to be very similar to the one in the photo, however, she looked... a little depressed. Her hair was messy and now shoulder length, she was definitely more pale than in the photo - overall she seemed lifeless, which definitely confused him. She was sitting with a tall, well-built silver-haired guy, both of them also staring at the equipment in front of them. Their facial expressions changed every now and then, when finally one of them looked up. Teal eyes met the dark ones, both of them clutching at this meeting. Lev gave him a mean face, causing Kuroo to curl his lips into a thin line. A vein appeared on his forehead as hands under the table formed fists. The black-haired man let out a quiet "tch" and looked back at his thoughtful friend. He nudged him with his elbow, and then sighed loudly.

"And?" he asked irritated, still feeling the silver-haired eyes on him.

Irritation built up with him every second as he tried hard not to get up from his chair and start a fight. He was on the verge of endurance when Kenma finally pulled himself together and responded.

"I don't know..." he mumbled, slowly pointing the cursor at the cross in the upper right corner of the screen.

Kuroo breathed a sigh of relief, while loudly getting up from the chair. He pushed them back with his muscled thighs, then grabbed his bag aggressively. Tetsurou paused behind Kenma, then leaned over the man. He shut down the computer they were using and gave him a flat but distinctive smile. Kozume scooped the remaining strands of hair from his face, got up from the table and grabbed his bag. Kuroo had already overtaken him, so he followed the steps of his annoyed friend, still not understanding his behavior. But he just shrugged and looked around the library, his eyes finally meeting hers. His legs refused to obey, but he tried at all costs to move forward. He quickly examined her flushed face, feeling the green eyes burn a hole in his slim body. He sent Kaiko a blank smile, loudly swallowing the leftover saliva before. Kenma was no longer able to look at her, he changed his point of view to his friend disappearing in the doorway, which at the same time motivated him to accelerate his movements. After a moment, he joined the tall man, who cursed softly under his breath.

"Shut up already" Kenma muttered irritatedly.

"I just lost a face to face with some bitch" he growled, looking at his friend as if it was the end of the world.

Kozume's mouth curled into a thin line, his grip tightening around the band of his bag. He tried to keep from bursting out, soft snorts escaping his plush lips.

"Stop laughing, that was serious..." he said dramatically, Kenma incredulous in his friend's stupidity.

"No, you are just an idiot at this point" the dark haired man commented, resignation on his face visible to the naked eye. "You should've fight him, it'd be nice to watch it actually"
