"How come you go to AA meetings and not NA?" Wyatt asked as the two made their way into Daniels backyard, Sensei Lawrence's twitter rant not going unnoticed. "Isn't AA for alcohol?"

"I do go to NA, every Wednesday and Friday. Beth actually recommended going to AA meeting too since a lot of recovering addicts fall into alcohol as a new addiction." Alaska nodded her head, pulling her sweater, that had been Eli's, pre Hawk, looking for Demetri. "She says hearing story's from others and participating could help me prevent that from happening. Which, has worked."

"Really?" Wyatt asked curiously. "My dad drinks a lot. I swear, he's always drunk."

Alaska frowned as she looked his way. "Have you talked to your mom?"

"She's working a lot so we don't really get the chance to." Wyatt nodded down at her with a forced smile. "But, it's fine, you know? I've gotten use to it. I just always worry that i'm gonna fall into that habit or something."

Alaska nodded understandably. "Do you wanna come to an AA meeting with me one day? I go every Sunday. I'm sure we can bring it up that you're worried about that and the guy over the group, super cool dude, can totally give you ways to prevent that from happening like he does me."

Wyatt gave her a soft, grateful grin. "Yeah, that'll be nice."

"Al and Wy in the house!" Demetri announced in his best deep voice. "I'm practicing my WWE voice."

"I think you've got it spot on." Wyatt agreed with a nod of his head.

Alaska linked her arms with both of them, looking around. "Did Eli say he was coming?"

"He said he had to get the red hawk tattoo changed to purple, then he'd be here." Demetri nodded his head, glancing over. "Yasmine isn't coming to prom."

"So i've heard." Alaska pretended to care. "Are we even going to prom? We always said we wouldn't."

"Why wouldn't we go to prom?" Wyatt looked at her oddly. "Prom is magical. Prom is where we get to dress like royals for one night and pretend we rule all of the UK."

Alaska gave a minor nod. "I do love Princess Diana."

"Did you know that's how Alaska and I met?" Demetri rose his eyebrows Wyatt's way. "She was princess of the world, and made me king."

"Every time anything that you two have done is mentioned, I always get this horrible, weird feeling in my stomach." Wyatt said honestly with a nod of his head, looking at the pair.

"Like poor Eli did when we tried to get him to karaoke with us. He got so scared and got all sick." Alaska nodded her head with a minor cringe. "You did not want to come to the cook outs in middle school."

"Al's uncles thought we were the coolest though. Obviously, Zane and G weren't too happy with us yelling Rap God, mainly because Alaska throws down to Knees Weak, Arms Spaghetti, but still, her uncles loved it." Demetri nodded with a cheeky grin, Alaska mimicking his actions. "We could preform it for you before this starts."

"There's that feeling again." Wyatt held his stomach with an inhale. "Speaking of G and Z, have they left already?"

"Yeah, they took off for their trip early this morning." Alaska gave a small smile, nodding her head. "Which means your birthday is still on because Beth happened to friend your mom on Facebook and is planning on inviting her to Painting With A Twist."

"My Mom loves Painting With A Twist." Wyatt gushed with a grin. "You are a mastermind."

"Get it from Cedric." she shrugged in return, looking forward as Daniel waited for Johnny to join. "I can't believe this is actually about to happen, right infront of my eyes. Apart of me wants to think it's the coolest thing that's happened all year, another wants to puke and cry."

"Felt." Wyatt agreed.

Johnny came out with a black gi, walking up onto the map. Alaska pulled her phone out, sending a quick text to Eli, the hawk wing tat on her fingers standing out when she did so. She hoped he'd text back and say he was on his way, but got nothing. Miguel and Sam walked toward the sensei's.

Miguel nodded. "Face us. Bow."

"Face each other. Bow." Sam nodded after. Taking their beginning stances, Sam waved the flag between the pair. "Fight!"

Johnny kicked at Daniel a number of times, Wyatt gasping each time, clearly not use to this yet. They began hand to hand combat, Johnny punch Daniel in the side. Alaska winced, The crowd oouued as Sam stepped forward, waving the flag. "Point, Lawrence."

"Sensei Lawrence strikes first!" Chris called.

"True to the motto painting of his former dojo wall and carved into his very being!" Mitch added in, sounding straight out of a sports channel, getting a weird look. "What? I'm trying to capture spirit of th-the thing."

"Score, 1-0 Lawrence." Miguel spoke from behind his sensei.

"God, my mom would eat this up." Alaska nodded her her with a snort, pulling her phone back out. "Better video this for her."

They went back to fighting again, testing each other by seeing who would strike first this time, swinging their hands as Daniel switched legs, kicking Johnny harshly. Miguel waved the flag. "Point, LaRusso!"

"That looked like it hurt." Wyatt cringed.

"You should see the video from that back in the day." Alaska gave a shake of her head. "Talk about feeling the pain through the old school video camera. That was before they had phones."

"I had no clue." Wyatt said sarcastically.

"Sore 1-1." Miguel announced, Sam and him holding the flags a moment between the pair. "Ready!"

"Fight!" Sam called, the two backing up as Johnny sent a line of kicks toward Daniel, missing him, but coming close. After a second of punching and blocking, Daniel knocking Johnny in the stomach.

The crowd yelled out in loud cheers. Chris held his camera. "Hell yeah! Two-to-one. LaRusso takes the lead."

"Que the anger management classes." Alaska took a breath, Demetri looking down at her. "Should have sprinkled some lavender on him before."

"I swear to god, someone could be dying of cancer and you'd think Lavender could save them." Wyatt shook his head in disbelief.

"I'm not an idiot, Wyatt. Obviously essential oils don't fights disease, they just target your senses, which helps control things like nausea, anger, pain, etc." she gave a knowing, defensive point. "Ask Demetri how I prevented him from puking at my fifteenth birthday."

"Smelling Lavender." Demetri gave a apologetic smile his way. "Sorry, but I gotta give it to her. The woman knows her oils."

"What was gonna make you puke at her fifteenth birthday?" Wyatt pulled an odd look, debating if he actually wanted to know.

"The three of us watched a really gruesome horror film, did not sit well with my stomach." Demetri cringed at the memory. "Also ate the remaining cool whip that didn't go on her face."

"Cool whip on the face?" Wyatt looked at Alaska oddly.

"My moms fault, she did it. That's when I had my first attraction to Eli, he licked it right off my cheek and suddenly, I had the mind of a teenage boy." Alaska gave a knowing look before shaking her head. "Obviously, didn't know it back then or anything."

"I'm surprised you know it now." Wyatt said back.

"All he has to do is score one more point and LaRusso is the winner." Mitch spoke from the other side of Chris.

"Oh, shit." Alaska realized she had been videos still. "I better mute this before sending it to Momma."

Sam and Miguel took the middle again, flags risen. "Scores 2-1 LaRusso. Ready!"

Daniel resulting in Miyagi-Do training, his hand movements Alaska had seen preformed by Robby plenty of times before.

"Fight!" Sam added, her and Miguel taking their corners. Johnny twisted on his heels to try and kick Daniel, the LaRusso man blocking him with his hands before his face. He hit him in the arm, getting a wince from Sensei Lawrence. Johnny looked in disbelief, jumping up as his legs went around Daniels waist, pulling him down on the mat with a hit to the chest. The crowd cheered again, Miguel giving the point to Johnny. Alaska and Demetri shared a look, Wyatt's long arm out reaching to go around the both of them.

Miguel and Sam announced the 2-2 score again, waving their flags, Sam yelling for them to fight. Johnny charged at Daniel full force, in pure anger, trying to kick him as Daniel dodged each one. Daniel got hold of his shoulders, pushing him over as Johnny did a forward roll. The trio in the front winced on que, pulling their fist toward their mouths.

As they stood, the pair punched at each other, Johnny moving as Daniel fell into one of the wooden post. The crowd winces, Johnny attempting to finish him with a kick, Daniel dodging it once again. They went through a string of punches once more, blocking each other each time, doing the same when they both tried to kick.

Spinning around, Daniel kicked Johnny in the face as Johnny punched him in the face, the pair both hitting the mat.

Alaska laughed loudly at the sight as Wyatt slapped a hand over this mouth, snorting loudly.

"Point, LaRusso!"

"Point, Lawrence!"

Miguel looked to Sam in panic. "Are you sure?"

"Are you sure?" she asked him right back with wide, gorgeous eyes.

"Check the replay!" Demetri cut in toward Chris.

"Yeah, Al isn't the best at videoing." Wyatt looked at Alaskas non focused camera.

She sighed with a shake of her head. "There goes my porn star career."

Chris played the video as they all watched. Johnny shook his head. "Go to another angle."

Chris looked back at him oddly. "There is no other angle."

"Don't you guys have another phone?" the blonde man gave a stupid look.

"Very blurry from the same angle." Demetri nodded to a guilty looking Alaska.

"Hawk?" Miguel's words made the group turn, seeing a figure in a black hoodie coming from the fence. Alaskas heart dropped when his face illuminated in the lights, tears staining his face, tears she hadn't seen in so long.

"What happened?" Alaska asked him, worry flashing across her face.

He avoided any eye contact, his hands coming up to pull the hood off his head. Where the purple Mohawk once was had only been left with a few strands of purple, the rest gone. Alaskas eyes widened, a million thoughts hitting her head, all clouded by realizing that someone had to get ahold of him, fight against him, to do this.

Johnny pushed through to stand infront of him. "Who did this?"

"Cobra Kai." Eli said back after a second, keeping his eyes down, pulling the hood back on his head. Alaska realized she was still frozen in place, hurrying down off the mat as she wrapped her arms around the boy. He ducked his head down into her neck, keeping his face hidden. Alaska held onto him tightly, planting a kiss to his forehead and hiding his face, a habit she hadn't had to do in so long, a habit she never liked but he always seemed to want.

"Kreese and Silver did this. They need to pay." Johnny spoke up bitterly.

"I'll kill them." Alaska glared over, every flash of rage flooded her eyes.

"Jesus, Johnny. Please." Daniel said in disbelief, clearly taken back by both their words. "Kreese tried to kill you. You wanna fight them both? Encourage her to act out like this?"

"No one encouraged me except that pathetic dojo." Alaska said back, annoyed with Daniel, her senses clouded of anger. "You think this is okay? To just walk away after what they did to him? Are you freaking insane?"

"Look what they did." Johnny agreed with her, his anger matching hers.

"Dousing the fire with gasoline, that's your answer?" the LaRusso sensei asked him in return. "Why am I not surprised?"

"Sensei, stop." Miguel cut in with a look toward Johnny.

"You still think your way is the only way." Johnny glared at Daniel in annoyance. "You were so proud when they pulled their little sprinkler prank the other day. But if they stood their ground and kicked some ass like I taught them, this never would've happened."

"And if they fight every time they're provoked, where does that lead?" Daniel shot back at him soon after. "Back to the hospital? Or to jail? Come on, just because you've spent your share time in both-"

"Enough, Dad." Sam cut in, grabbing his arm to shut him up. "Johnnys right. It doesn't matter how many times we stand up to Cobra Kai, if we don't strike back, they're gonna keep coming at us."

"Im all for being the bigger person, but there are some things that aren't acceptable." Wyatt spoke up, siding with Eagle Fang and Sam, clearly bothered by his new friends pains.

Daniel stared at Johnny in disbelief. "And you were worried about my influence on your kids? Is this what you want, Johnny? To have my daughter and the rest of my students acting like you?"

Johnny stared at him with a glare. "You don't have to worry about it anymore. Cause we're done."

Daniel nodded. "Works for me."

"Eagle Fangs, let's go." Johnny turned around, walking off as his students followed.

Wyatt gave Demetris arm a small squeeze. "I'm sorry. I'll call you tonight?"

He nodded, watching Wyatt joined Alaska and Eli, who were walking off, one's head hidden and the other with a protective arm across his shoulders.

"Told you." Alaska gave a small smile, her hand grasping Eli's chin as she placed her dads razor to the side, the remaining purple fallen on the bathroom floor. "Still my gorgeous boy."

He didn't seem to want to listen to her, leaning his head over to press into her stomach from where she stood, he still sat on the edge of the bathtub. Alaska rubbed his head, her hand dusting away some hair that fell on his shoulders. When she heard him sniffle, she pried his hands off her waist and kneeled infront of him. Alaska held his face, even after he tried to fight against her to look away. Her dark eyes stared into his glossy, blood shot, blue eyes. It killed her to see him like this but wasn't about to make this about her and cry. "I promise you, it's gonna be okay. I know it doesn't feel like it right now, but it will be. Trust me."

Eli stared at her, shaking his head in her hands. "It's different."

He broke free from her hold, standing up. "Do you want me to go home?"

"No." Alaska shook her head quickly, standing up as well as she pulled him toward her room. "Hang on, i'll get you something the change into."

Eli whipped his eyes, sitting down on her bed. The candle on her nightstand burned of a lavender smell, the house quiet from only Beth, who was already asleep, staying here. When they showed up, Alaska swore to him that Robby wouldn't come home tonight and that it would really just be the two of them. When she came from from her closet, she held a grey hoodie out, one she use to wear for movie marathons. Eli's took it from her hands, hesitating before walking away to the bathroom.

Such a simple thing to do, but so unlike him. She couldn't remember a time he didn't strip his shirt off infront of her, just to show off and pretend he wasn't. But, not not. Now, he was locking the bathroom door, hiding behind it, leaving her in her room. Alaska thought of anything she could do right now to make this better, and she blanked completely. His confidence was stripped of him and it was noticeable, there wasn't anything anyone could do to bring someone's else's confidence back, they had to do it on their own, and she knew he wasn't gonna find it again tonight.

Alaska walked into the hallway, making her way to the end, closest to the hall bathroom. She set the alarm system, remembering her parents encouraged her to do so. Her parents. Alaska wished they were here, because they'd know what to do more then she did. Or maybe it would make it worse with more people. Walking back to her room, Alaska stopped at the doorway when she saw Eli laying on her head, the hoodie over his head, and curled up into a ball.

He clearly sensed her eyes, looking toward the door. Alaska wasn't sure what he wanted her to do in this moment. It would be typical for her to crawl in next to him, so easy and so like them. But, what if he wasn't comfortable with that now? What if he wanted space? To be alone? What if she was making it worse. Eli waited for her a second. "Do you not wanna lay with me?"

"I didn't know if you wanted me to." she said back, realizing her not doing so immediately definitely made it worse. Hurrying toward her bed, she lost her slippers, crawling up the end. "You wanna spoon or do you wanna lay on me?"

He got under her blankets with her, not answering, rolling onto his side and reaching back. Alaska moved in closer, laying behind him as he pulled her arm around the rest of his body, keeping her hand griped. She planted a kiss to his shoulder, wanting to find words to say. "I love you."

But, he didn't say it back then. Not because he didn't still love her, nor because they hadn't said it a million times before, but because he didn't think, in those moments, he was worthy enough for her to love him.

It didn't take long for Eli to fall asleep, Alaska feeling his hand loosen around hers and deeper breaths coming from his mouth. Waiting a few more minutes before slowly sitting up, her arms coming around him gentle. She saw it earlier, but knew it was far from the time to pry. But, now he'd been asleep, and she grasped her phone to use her phone light, keeping it on the lowest setting. Already a pretty deep sleeper, she knew he wouldn't wake up when her hand pulled at the collar of the hoodie, her light shining onto his neck.

A burn of some kind was around his neck, like someone had wrapped something around his throat. It wasn't too bad, and surely would go away in a day or two, but just the thought of someone holding him down like that struck up a anger in her that she never even knew she had. Her eyes looked down at his sleeping face, the tear marks staining his pale cheeks, lips and face still puffy. With zero hesitation in her body, she got out of bed and pulled on a pair of breathable clothes she could move easily in.

With a quick note left on the counter, she undid the alarm system, and was in her car. Before Alaskas adrenaline and anger wore off, she was parked infront of Cobra Kai.
