Carmen had gotten to Alaska quickly, taking her to the hospital immediately after when seeing the sight of her hands. She managed to get her back quickly with a curtain pulled, which Alaska was grateful for. Miguel, Yaya, and Johnny showed up not soon after. Miguel sighed as he walked through the curtain. "Jesus christ, why is it always gotta be you?"

"Don't be mad." she gave a knowing look, her hands both sat with an ice pack over them. "Kiss my forehead."

Miguel walked over, planting a kiss on her forehead as he stood next to where she sat. Johnny looked at her, taking sight at the blood on her clothes. "Jesus christ, you did it, didn't you?"

Alaska hesitated. "No?"

"Ah, leave alone." Yaya waved Johnny off, pulling a bowl from her bag and smiled to Alaska. "Your favorite."

Alaska smiled at her thankfully.

"Which is why we showed up a little late." Miguel said with an inhale, looking at her. "So, what'd you do?"

"Is it not obvious? She clearly has gotten into a fight." Carmen shook her head as she motioned toward the girl sat on the tall hospital bench. "With someone in a house."

"Who'd you go after? You went to their house?" Johnnys eyes widened her way, hiding how impressed he was. "Which one?"

Alaska hesitated again. "Well, there was five stops."

"You beat up five people?" Miguel looked at her with wide eyes. "Is this about Hawk?"

"Of course it is." Alaska said back, as if it was the most casual thing. "And, no, I didn't beat up five people. I was doing okay, you know, at first. And then-"

"And then your anger skyrocketed." Wyatt walked past the certain with a sigh, dropping his bag. "Are you okay? I got here as soon as my phone starting dinging, like, eighty times."

"You called Wyatt?" Alaska looked toward Miguel.

"Back up, who are these five people?" Johnny wanted an answer.

"I didn't call, I sent a bunch of messages to the group chat and then everyone started replying." Miguel answered the Lee girls previous words, gaining her attention.

"Group chat? I didn't get a text." she winced in pain when she, unnoticeable, moved her right hand.

"Shit, is it broken?" Wyatt gapped, though they were covered with ice packs, he could imagine it was bad.

"We have a group chat without you in it. We only use it if something happens to you. Demetri calls it the Alaska Protection Program." Miguel explained to Alaska, taking her off guard. "Sam and I started it around the time you got sober. Pretty much everyone's in it."

"That makes me fe-" she began before the curtain pulled back, Sam there as Amanda and Daniel followed after her. Johnny and Daniel shared their own share of eye rolls, staying on opposite sides of the hospital bed.

"Oh my god, Miguel made me think you were dying." Sam wrapped her arms around Alaskas neck to hug her, knowing she couldn't hug her back.

"I'm okay." Alaska promised her.

"Well, when I get a call saying that Alaska has blood all over her, is crying, and is on the way to the hospital, i'm not sure what to think." Miguel threw his hands up slightly.

"Feels like dying." Alaska said as she looked at her hands. "I'm just waiting for my x-rays, but it's bad."

"Did they get you some pain meds to help?" Amanda flattened her hair in the back.

"All I can take is Ibuprofen, and I took three already. Not much of a difference." she said back, trying to hold as still as possible because every time she moved, her hands managed to do the same.

"Okay, what happened?" Daniel cut in.

"I-" Alaska began, for what felt like the hundredth time.

"Al!" Demetri yelled as he came through the elevator.

"Meat." Alaska gushed as he ran over, a balloon in hand. Demetri hugged her shoulders, head falling on her shoulder. "You stopped to get a balloon?"

"At the gift shop." he said, pulling the balloon that read 'Happy Anniversary' across it. "They were out of all the other ones."

"Happy Anniversary, a day you'll definitely remember for the rest of your life." Wyatt pointed out as he looked to the ice packs. "Can we see it?"

"Wyatt." Sam scolded him slightly.

"Okay, stop! Someone tell me what hap-" Johnny began.

"Oh my god, what the hell!" Beth called as her and Eli came into the hospital, the pregnant woman yanking the curtain back to see her. "What happened to you?"

"We're trying to figure it out b-" Daniel began, being cut off.

"Holy shit, you scared the hell out of me." Eli said to her with a sad look in his eye, clearly hadn't recovered from his own horrible night. "Why didn't you wake me up? What even happened? Did someone hurt you?"

"No, I didn't think I was gonna come to the hospital after." she said, leaning over with a nudge of her chin. Eli stood beside her, leaning his head on her shoulder as his hands gripped at her waist.

"Okay, is anyone else about to run through the elevator?" Daniel waved his hands quickly. "Now, can you tell us what happened?"

Alaska gave a guilty look, mainly because she knew Daniel would be really disappointed in her. Johnny saw it. "Okay, get the hell out."

"Sensei!" Miguel cut in with wide eyes his way.

"She's not gonna talk with you here." Johnny dug a finger in Daniels direction. "Why do you care? She's not your student. She's mine."

"You know, this isn't about you." Daniel waved Johnny off as he looked toward the girl again. "Alaska, just tell us what happened?"

"I don't want you to get mad at me." she interfered with a sad look.

"See, I told you. Just go." Johnny waved him off immediately.

"How bad does it hurt?" Eli whispered to her while Johnny and Daniel continued to yell at each other, being able to know her senses well now and it was clear she was in a horrible amount of pain.

"Not too bad." she said back, lying straight to him. He placed a hesitant kiss to the side of her head.

"Al, i'm not gonna get mad at you, i'm not." Daniel promised her after breaking off his argument with Johnny. "I just care that you're safe, if you can tell me what happened, I'd feel a lot better about that."

"Kicked Robby in the face." Alaska mumbled as her eyes casted down.

"Well, that's not too bad." Demetri said from the other side of Wyatt.

"Then hit Wren with a frying pan twice, then hit him in the face twice." Alaska continued on, Carmen and Amanda both raising their eyes on sync while Yaya ate what she brought for Alaska.

"Oh, well, nevermind." Demetri mumbled as Wyatt patted his back.

"Then I..." Alaska trained off, because it was her story to tell about Kyler, and that was one a lot more personal. She didn't want to just out and say it to everyone. "Punch Kyler in the face three times."

"Explains the wrist." Miguel nodded. Alaska gave a guilty look, shaking her head. "No?"

"After I threatened Tory I-"

"You threatened Tory?" Sam blinked quickly. "What did you say?"

Alaska inhaled as she truly thought, for the first time, what all she did tonight and was even shocked herself. "I told her that I was gonna send a bunch of drug dealers, that I just made up names for because I don't even know them, after her."

"Oh.my.god." Wyatt squeezed the bridge of his nose.

"You said what?" Miguel gapped at her.

"I'm just curious how she reacted to that?" Sam asked quickly.

"You threatened Tory? The Tory?" Demetri gapped at her.

Alaska leaned into Eli a bit more, because after tonight, she didn't want to deal with all of this. "Can you guys just leave me alone! Jesus, it's been a long night."

"Clearly." Demetri motioned toward her hands.

"She did that to you?" Johnny nodded to her hands.

"No." Alaska looked down, they all waited for her to go on.

"Tell them what happened, Mija." Carmen encouraged her.

"Did they attack you too?" Daniel asked, and this had alarmed Eli.

"No!" Alaska said back quickly.

"Okay, I think all of you just need to back up some." Beth spoke up for the first time, observing the group. "What matters is that she's safe."

"Is she safe? Look at her poor hands." Amanda had to cut in as she could imagine how back Alaskas hands were.

"Antartica." Johnny grabbed her attention, snapping a finger at her to hold her attention span. "It's cool, okay? Just tell us."

"Went to Kreeses house." Alaska said, and everyone's body's seemed to jult in the room. "Hit him over the head with a bottle, swept his legs, and then just..."

She trailed off, nodding to her hands. "Just couldn't stop punching him."

Eli leaned into her neck some more, the hoodies over his head warm against her jaw. Daniel shut his eyes at her words, like every else seemed to be. Demetri took a breath. "So, is he alive?"

"Yeah, he was when I left." Alaska said back. "I just don't want to talk about it right now."

"Are you not worried about getting arrested?" Wyatt asked her with an eyebrow raise. "Because i'm terrified an officer is about to walk right through that door."

Alaska hesitated again. "I...I blackmailed everyone not to tell the police."

"Well, at least she used her head." Johnny pointed out, Carmen hit him in the arm.

"Used her head? She's in a hospital, Johnny." Daniel shot at him with an insane look. "I don't think either of you realized what this did."

"They're gonna back off until the All Valley." Alaska cut in as he looked at her. "They swore to it."

"You trust their word?" Daniel asked her.

"No, but...you don't understand, I can't explain it." she didn't want to talk about the video of Kyler.

"And you don't have to." Beth cut in immediately before anyone else could question her. "The kids been up all night, she looks like hell. If any of you want to criticize her, you can wait until we get the X-Rays, eight hours of sleep, and a meal in her."

The ones in the room didn't argue with the redhead pregnant lady. "Did you call my parents?"

"Yeah, they're flying in early." Beth nodded her head, flatting her hair in the back while Eli was still curled up into her side.

"Okay, which one of you is the parent?" Alaska Doctor walked in. Miguel and his mom shared a worried look, remember what they did last time she'd ended up in the hospital after the belly button accident.

"I am." Carmen nodded her head.

"And i'm her other mom." Beth agreed. "This is...this is our family."

The doctor looked around. "This is your entire family?"

Alaska blinked with a nod. "My moms like to adopt."

The Doctor nodded his head, showing her the X-Ray scans. "So, the good news here is that your left hand is only sprained. The reason it's hurting so bad is because-"

He pointed to little marks in the scan. "Shards of glass lodged themselves deep into your skin here."

"Oh, god." Demetri slapped hands over his ears. Wyatt patted his back.

"Can you get it out?" Alaska asked in worry, looking at her left hand as the doctor slowly took off the ice pack. A string of "oohs" went through the group at the sight of her terribly busted knuckles, bright red hand, and blood stained nails.

"We're gonna numb the area with an anesthetic and i'll be able to get it right out for you. A sprain will heal rather quickly, but it is important you don't put heavy weight on it or, like you said you did, punch walls and mirrors." the doctor thankfully bought into her excuse, which saved her a possible law suit. "Ice it, keep it elevated, keep your wounds clean. Once we remove the glass, we'll order you a cream to help them heal quickly. You'll be good as new."

"Is it gonna hurt?" she asked, a faint childish look across her face when she asked.

"You may feel a little discomfort, like a sting when the glass is removed from the inside. But, the anesthetic will numb the rest of your hand." he gave her a reassuring smile.

"Then what's up with her right hand?" Johnny nodded forward. "It's a sprain too?"

"Unfortunately, this one is more severe." the doctor moved to her other side, Eli having to move to give him room. When he slowly took the ice pack off, the group filled with cringes, looking away, and even a gag from Wyatt. Alaska didn't want to feel embarrassed, but she did. Eli put a hand on her knee, wanting to just hold her hand so bad. "If you look right here on the X-Ray, you see this cracking?"

"It's broken?" Alaska asked, looking at her hand to see, like on the X-Ray, the bone near her pinkie was sticking out rather bad.

"We call it a Boxer Fracture. It breaks in the neck of the 5th metacarpal bone in the hand." he explained to her, using his pinkie to explain it, showing along the X-Ray. "We're gonna get you in a brace, that you need to wear until you heal. It'll wrap around your wrist and your pinkie and ring finger, because that is where the break is at."

"Um, excuse me. How long will it take for it to heal?" Miguel asked him respectfully.

"Most Boxer Fractures heal within three to four weeks, but for the two after that there will be some stiffness."he looked to Alaska again when he began to speak. "While you will be healed at the four week mark, it's important you don't do any contact sports until twelve weeks because your bone will not be strong enough when you stop feeling pain at four weeks."

Her her dropped, and everyone else's in the room did too. Alaska stared at him. "Twelve weeks?"

Johnny looked beyond disappointed. Carmen rubbed Alaskas arm. "Will the pain get better?"

"It will as it started to heal. I can order her a form of pain medication if it's too bad." he nodded his head.

"No, it's fine." Alaska stopped him. "I'll stick with ibuprofen. I have to wait 12 weeks?"

He gave her a sad smile. "Yes, i'm sorry. I'm gonna get you a brace so we can get your right hand fixed up then i'll see what we can do about the left."

When he left, no one really knew what to say. Alaska kept her head down. "I wanna be alone for a second."

"You got it." Beth nodded, kissing her head. "We'll be right out over in the waiting room. Let's go, everyone, right now."

"We'll be right over here, Al." Wyatt reassured her, Demetri leaving the balloon with a frown in her direction, watching her head hang low.

Eli was hesitant. "Want me to go too?"

"I just need to find my head." she nodded, avoiding eye contact, but her voice was getting higher.

Eli hesitated a second. "No, i'm not just gonna leave you in here alone."

Alaska met his eye, her eyes all watery and sad. "Twelve weeks. The All Valley is eight."

Eli leaned into her, watching her hands, but stood as close as he could. Alaska leaned her head forward, her head falling into the middle of his shoulder and neck. He rested his head ontop of her head. Alaska sniffled. "That was so stupid of me to do. I don't even- I don't even know what that was. I was just so mad and I felt like I was completely out of control of what I was doing."

"Yeah, that happens sometimes." he spoke gentle to her, rubbing the side of his face on her head. "You didn't have to...I mean, those four that-"

"I know I didn't have to. But it isn't fair." she stopped him from having to explain it all again, because one of them crying, when the other was just earlier that night, was already enough. "I'm not just gonna let people hurt you."

His finger traced a little A on her back. He leaned to kiss the crown of her head, mind going to such a similar moment just earlier tonight. Eli blinked, recalling just a few hours ago, the things she said. "I love you too."
