THE STARS shimmered above the Avengers building
which shined with anticipation to meet new members.
The pile of cars and modes of transportation slowly faded away, leaving their children in immense isolation, into a new crowd of several talents and dangers.
It has been several months after the infamous robbery of the National Bank of New York. The day several citizens died, or were saved fortunately.
It's been several months since The Avengers lost their first hero, hoping Thea Barton was their last.

The scrawny group of teenagers sat between their thick silence, the tile floor of marble slim. The silence aching their tight stomachs, growling in anxiety upon them.
Jonas Wilson felt a toothy grin sprout upon his face at the sight of Helena Strange across him, his face slightly falling as soon as she glared sharply at him before scoffing. Alex Wislon turned towards his brother, knitting his eyebrows as he sucked in a sharp breath.
Diana Romanoff clicked her tongue, crossing her legs as she sniffled; throwing her hair back.
Raiden Rogers rolled his toothpick between his lips, his arms stretched along the arm of the couch as Pheonix Rogers scrunched his nose at the boy.
'WHOOSH!"
The door slid open, revealing a figure as they walked towards the teenagers who stood up in such stinging excitement.
Freddie Lang held the tablet between his hands, straightening his posture as he sighed deeply; a loud sound of gasping and muttering echoed simply.
"Welcome."

Sydney Maximoff swung her knife towards Athena Stark who dodged it by arching her back, gripping her sword as she lunged towards Sydney.
The sword inches from Sydney's face, deflecting it with her knife as she let a hoarse grunt leave her lips.
Icy sweat trickled down Sydney's neck, swinging her knife towards Athena who dodged each one.
Sydney tackled Athena who landed roughly against the damp grass that nipped at her back, letting out struggled groans as Athena attempted to lift herself up.
Sydney pinned Athena down against the mud that mushed against Athena's back. Athena kicked Sydney's ankle back, sending her to slip as Athena pinned her face down against the mud; covering her whole face with moist dirt.
"Alright." Freddie's voice interrupted their fight mid way through as Sydney stood up: spitting out mud that plastered on her lightly tinted lips. Mud smudged along her face as Athena chuckled, stabbing her sword still into the mud.
The teenagers huddled behind Freddie who crossed his arms, "fighting this late at night?"
Athena tilted her head up, attempting to get a good luck of the newbies as Sydney turned around; still spitting mud out. "You giving them a tour already?" Athena raised an eyebrow at Freddie who nodded firmly.
"Hi!" Jonas waved towards Athena and Sydney, their faces softening as they glanced towards each other.
"Hey," Sydney grinned, wiping mud off her lips as Athena waved.
"Athena Stark as many of you know, still...uhm, in training." Freddie pointed towards Athena who leaned against her sword and rolled her eyes.
"And Sydney Maximoff, precognition which is incredible."
Sydney grinned, revealing her mud smudged teeth as the teenagers giggled in a teasing manner.
"How'd the mud taste?" Sebastian Strange snapped, receiving chuckles as Sydney raised an eyebrow.
"Alright, follow me!" Freddie hollered as he made his way towards the inside building, his thick voice echoing as Helena's heels clicked against the cement. Tobi Odinson crossed his arms as his eyes scanned Helena, grinning to himself.

The sharp smell of vanilla stung their noses blissfully, the brightly lit building blinded them simply as they headed their way towards the living room.
"Can we guess what room this is?" Freddie chuckled in a teasing manner as Elijah Stark turned towards the group, slumping into the couch as a smile rose into his cheeks.
"Holy shit, is this them?"
Freddie nodded a quick 'yes' before turning towards Elijah.
"This is Elijah Stark, one of our best soldiers in weapon machinery." Freddie looked down at Elijah who gave him a thumbs up as a goofy smile lifted across his lips.

"God, why don't you listen and stay outta' trouble!" Reese Maximoff snapped at their brother, Luka Maximoff who scoffed; walking towards the closet which he abruptly slammed open.
"Maybe, just maybe, it's 'cuz I'm not destined to be that stupid hero!" He shot back at Reese who felt their face briefly fall, before turning back into sharp glare at the sight of Luka placing clothing into his bag.
"What are you doing? We have to look presentable for the trainees!" Luka rolled his eyes at their words, holding the cigarette tightly between his lips.
"What does it look like I'm doing? Idiot."
Reese felt their blood boil violently as they slammed the door close, their thundering footsteps echoing as Luka placed his clothes back into the closet.
'Finally they left, annoying as hell.'
Placing the bag back into his closet as he felt the scab placed on the bridge of his nose sting suddenly, hissing as he squeezed his eyes shut tightly.
Turning around, his hand knocked over an item; looking back as he held it between his hands, gently placing it back onto his display.
The title read 'to luka from lilianna!'

James Barton sunk into his bed, his muscles aching as his jaw locked tight. His eyelids heavily draining, his breath hoarse and thick as the blankets sloppily enveloped him.
His heart aching in a struggle to breath, quickening at the sound of the door open. "Who...is it?"
Elijah sat besides his bed, his stomach dropping at the state of his dearest friend. Gulping as he cleared his throat, "the trainees are here. We'd all like you to come down and-"
"I feel sick." James snapped towards Elijah who sighed deeply, blinking in disbelief.
"Okay..."

The teenagers sprawled across the meeting room, the room entirely way too big for its need.
Freddie stood in front of the board of information held within, his arms crossed as they listened attentively.
"In order to partake to be in The Avengers, you must learn how to cooperate with and protect your teammates." His voice thickly echoed as Helena crossed her legs, swinging her foot as Diana Romanoff felt her eyes trail among her.
"No matter what happened between any members, push that behind because the world needs you and your strength."
"Now," Freddie walked slowly along the room; his footsteps hollow as the students watched in eagerness.
"I've been doing this for a year, so do not try to get all smart on me." His eyes snapped to Sebastian who scoffed, clicking his tongue as he did so.
The projector suddenly faded into a firm photo of Apollo Rogers in his suit, the number '4' printed along the tag.
"Apollo Rogers."
The students felt their sight trail along the scrawny looking boy who stood firmly, almost distressed as a smudged trail of blood watered towards his lips.
"Son of Steve Rogers, specializes in Martial Arts and strength coordination. Incredibly strong," Freddie sighed, "and clumsy."
Raiden chuckled, shifting in his seat at the sight of his dearest brother on screen. Pheonix smirked psimply, turning towards Freddie who made his way towards the front of the room.
Sydney faded into the screen after Apollo, her red lipstick glistening through the sharp screen as a stiff smile was held within her lips.
"Sydney Maximoff. Daughter of Wanda Maximoff, precognition. Very useful and a great leader."
Helena chuckled at the photo, furrowing her eyebrows as she turned towards Raiden who mouthed; 'she looks like a cow.'
A photo of James cleared, his face deep as dry tears strung along his cheeks. His eyes sore as his mouth was in a tight line.
"James Barton, son of Clint Barton. A blind but surprisingly successful boy. Wind manipulation, don't underestimate him."
Helena raised an eyebrow, "he looks like he had a rough night. Bad hair and face day?"
Freddie felt his blood boil suddenly, a feeling of...protection over James who he shouldn't be even thinking about.
"He lost his sister that night." Freddie snapped at Helena who shut her mouth tightly, receiving a glare from Ace who scrunched her nose; pushing her glasses up.
"Athena Stark, daughter of Tony Stark." Raiden whispered towards Helena, leaning in towards her ear.
"Definitely plastic."
"Specializes in martial arts which she is surprisingly very passionate about. Very smart mouthed."

Apollo Rogers jogged repeatedly in a circle around the polished track, his legs aching as he felt sweat pour from his neck towards down his back. Coldly nipping at him as he began to quicken his speed.
"Hey, clumsy!" Sydney hollered, sending Apollo forward from tripping on his own feet.
His face contacting with the floor as he grunted, immediately standing up as he rubbed the gravel off his knees.
"We need you inside, trainees!"

"Luka Maximoff, son of Wanda Maximoff." Freddie clenched his jaw as a photo of Luka appeared. "Pyrokensis. A very stubborn and hard person to work with."
A photo of a Lilianna Lang faded in, her smile bright as her shining eyes glistened.
"Lilianna Lang, my younger sister and daughter of Scott Lang. Hydrokinesis, very uhm...happy."

Taylor Banner readjusted her hearing aids, the sound of dishes clattering stung her ears as Hilary Stark organized them.
"Could...you be...a lil' more quiet?" Taylor questioned Hilary who turned around, a toothy smile appearing onto her face.
"SURE! I'M SORRY-"
"It's alright," Taylor chuckled as her pencil gained rhythm, tracing the outline of Reese's face as she felt her stomach fluttering freely.

Lilianna Lang knocked on the door, tilting on her heel as she held the pink box between her hands; scissors in the other.
Luka slid the door open, the minty smell stung Lilianna's nose who lifted the pink box up. His look was clearly unamused, his eyebrows rested as he clenched his jaw.
"What?"
"Can you please scrapbook with me? Apollo and Elijah are unavailable right now a-"
"You wanna' scrapbook with me?" Luka raised an eyebrow at Lilianna who nodded firmly, giving him a thumbs up as he let a sigh escape his lips.
"Mk, come in."
He nodded towards his room as she squealed, Luka clasped his hand onto her mouth as her eyes widened.
"No screaming, I have a bad headache."
Lilianna tilted her head, "could it be 'cuz you smok-"
Luka furrowed his eyebrows, "just...get in."

Tommy Strange made his way towards the restroom, his sneakers thundering against the polished floor.
Knocking on the restroom, he received a "hold on!"
"Hurry up, I really gotta' piss." He hissed as he held his stomach, leaning against the wall as he heard the person chuckled from the restroom.

"I'm Alex Wilson and I'm Sam Wilson's son. I'm really good at gun weaponry." Alex boggled his head as Freddie watched their introductions dearly, already picturing their training and strengths.
"Pheonix Rogers, the best Rogers." Raiden rolled his eyes as Pheonix cleared their throat.
"I'm hella' good at knifes and I'm the son of Steve Rogers."
"Roman Parker, brother of Peter Parker and I'm also pretty decent with knifes." A cheeky grin spread across his face, light shades of pink tinted across them.
Freddie began to count the students, making sure they were all here; he felt his heart accelerate suddenly, 'we're missing one.'

"Are you done yet?" Tommy held his breath in, his insides straining as he sat against the wall; impatiently tapping his foot.
"Almost..." the tender voice spoke from inside the bathroom.
Tommy chuckled coldly, "you've been in there for at least seventeen minutes now. You blowing up the bathroom?" He rocked himself back and forth, holding his head between his arms as the voice chuckled.
The door swung open, revealing Athena who yawned; "no, I was fixing my hair." Tommy stood up, glaring sharply at Athena who smirked strikingly.
"For seventeen minutes your hair still looks like shit." Tommy chuckled as Athena's face fell into a frown, his shoulder shoving past hers as he made his way towards the restroom.
A loud alarm pierced through their ears, 'an emergency alarm.'
'BANG! BANG! BANG!'
