Eurydice Ramirez and Percy Jackson have been best friends since the beginning of time, at least that's what they like to say. Their mothers had met in a single mother's group while they were both pregnant at the same time. They became fast friends, raising their children alongside each other. Eurydice was always a quiet young girl, where Percy was a loud mouthed young boy who would always stand up for the two of them when Eurydice could not.

They were the each other's only friend until they met Grover Underwood at Yancy Academy. Then when they find out that both of their deadbeat dads are gods, how do you expect them to deal with it? They certainly weren't thrilled, that's for sure. But despite Eurydice's best efforts, at camp she has yet to be claimed unlike but Percy who desperately wants to be claimed while Eurydice fears the day she does. The identity of her father scares her as strange things start to happen to her.

When she gets claimed only hours after Percy. The identity of her father was completely unexpected from everyone at Camp Half Blood.
