"ᴡʜᴀᴛᴇᴠᴇʀ ʟɪғᴇ ᴘʟᴀɴᴛs ʏᴏᴜ, ʙʟᴏᴏᴍ ᴡɪᴛʜ ɢʀᴀᴄᴇ."

"I can not believe you drug me into the car as I was taking a nap while my nails dried, look at them now, look at them Klaus." Lavender complained as she held up her hands, the smudged lavender nail polish ruined.

"At least it didn't get the ring, smoojally loojally." Klaus said with a grin, kissing the large diamond on her finger. Over the years of Klaus and Lavender running a cult together, moving into the largest mansion in town and providing peace to others... they got married. It was a pretty big wedding, ever cult member joining them in the massive backyard while Klaus and Lavender said cheesy vows and suddenly became Mrs and Mr Hargreeves, that's been almost two years ago by now.

The car sputtered as Lavender frowned her eyebrows, looking out the window confused as Klaus pulled over.

"Ben? Help us out here." Lavender said, looking over at the man next to her. Klaus and Lavender worked a while on their powers, trying to find ways were Lavenders invisibility could morph with his ability to see ghost. Over time with constant trying and having Ben morph with Lav while she was invisible... it finally worked and she could see him now.

"Remember when I told the two of you the engine was overheated?" Ben asked as he got out of the car with Lavender, looking to her then to Klaus who was standing on the other side of the car.

"Yeah, well being smart doesn't make you interesting." Klaus said as he waved his brother off, pulling open the hood of the car.

"Aw, Babe, you're smart." Lavender tried to make him feel better as he gave her a small look while Ben rolled his eyes.

"Neither does your beard." Ben pointed out, pointing to Klaus beard he did indeed grow out. The green eyed man looked to his wife as she looked away quickly, not wanting to get into the discussion of the beard.

"You know, it would help if I knew where we were going, Mysterio." Ben said annoyed to his brother as Lavender leaned on the car, the cut tee hanging around her skin as she sighed.

"Back to Dallas." Klaus answered as Lavender snapped her head his way, nearly giving herself whiplash.

"I was arrested in Dallas." Lavender pointed out knowingly.

"Yes, but for a good cause." Klaus tried to make her feel better as she waved him off, her ring shining in the light as it blinding him.

"That's far, for how long?" Ben asked again, clearly not wanting to leave.

"None of your beeswax." Klaus said to Ben with a dumb look as Lavender held back a laugh at the immaturity.

"Really? You think i'm just gonna keep following the two of you everywhere for another three years?" Ben asked in disbelief, looking more toward Klaus then he did Lavender.

"Ben, I know you're over our shit, but can we just roll with it?" Lavender asked with a sigh as she messed with the diy mini skirt around her thighs.

"You are my ghost bitch. Remember?" Klaus questioned Ben as Lavender once again held back her laugh, leaning on the car as she waited for Bens response.

"No. We have to go back. They need the two of you in San Francisco." Ben said as he now looked at the two of them, a knowing look on his face.

"They were so clingy." Klaus companied with a huff.

"And so not big on personal space. I could barely shower without them." Lavender added in with a wave of her arms.

"I felt like my skin was on fire!" Klaus added in, a crazed look on his face as Lavender nodded in agreement.

"Like that time we thought it was a good idea to baptize each other in steamed water." Lavender said in realization with a snap as Klaus nodded violently and went to speak before Ben cut him off.

"Okay, fine, fine, I need us in San Francisco! I have unfinished business." Ben proceeded to go on as Lavender raised her eyebrows at him.

"Oh. What're you gonna do? Wear your little ghost power suit and do some ghost phone calls and do some business? Awww!" Klaus gushed week Ben tried to yell over him, walking off.

"Ben! Honey, just, come back here and we'll send post cards from Dallas." Lavender said in her attempt to get him to the car as he simply waved her off.

"No, come back. You have unfinished business." Klaus said as Lavender pulled the long locks as he yelped.

"You don't even have a body without me." Klaus pointed out as him to Ben as him and Lavender began hitting each other's hands before she could yank at him again.

"You need me!" Klaus added in as Ben turned with a annoyed expression.

"No body needs your shit, Klaus." the darker boy said as the two stopped hitting each other, "Thats why you're always alone."

"Excuse me, Benticals? Come back here like a mature little ghost boy and apologize to your brother and he'll apologize to you." Lavender said knowingly as she pointed to the gravel next to her.

"Okay, Mom, I-" Ben began before Klaus yelled out and tackled him to the ground making Lavender flinch at the contact they made.

"That works too." she said with a huff, watching the two brothers hit and yell at each other. The passing car made her turn and see them giving Klaus a odd look, Lavender sighing as she offered a awkward wave while they drove off.

"Any day now!" Lavender yelled out as the two ignoring her, continuing to slap at each other as Lavender huffed and pulled her back from the car.

The three walked, the car to bad off to fix which results in the trio heading off toward anywhere. It was a brutal hot and they didn't bring any water, their clothes not helping either. Between the heat and Klaus constantly nagging, Lavender was ready to throw in the towel. And then, right at sunset, a gas station with a bar connected came to few.

"Maybe the universe does love me!" Lavender cheered as she dropped her bags, running toward the door.

"Lav-" Klaus began as he cut himself off with a huff, hoisting her bag onto his shoulder this time and following her inside.

"You lost, boy?" a manly voice was heard as Klaus walked in, already seeing Lavender at the bar.

"Thirsty, actually." Klaus answered as Lavender turned at the voice.

"And you see, we've just been walking for hours because our car gave out on the way to our honeymoon." Lavender used the excuse, holding up her ring as Klaus did the same.

"I'll grab you two a water, on the house." the man answered as he walked off. The odd looks Lavender got putting her on edge in the slightest, the only woman in the bar. Taking Klaus hand he gave her a small squeeze, his eyes locking with hers with a reassuring smile.

"Any idea when the next bus to Dallas is coming?" Klaus asked the bartender with a small giggle.

"Sure do." the man answered as the couple shared a odd look.

"Well.... care to share your inner thoughts, sweetheart?" Lavender questioned him annoyed as the man glanced at her.

"Three o'clock sharp.... tomorrow." he informed the two, continuing to whip down the bar as the old music played softly around them.

"Well that'll mean plenty more bonding time for-" Klaus began toward the man before he walked off quickly, "Okay."

"Hey, pretty boy!" a voice called out as Klaus turned, raising his eyebrows at the few cowboys.

"Do you mean me?" Klaus questioned as Lavender looked back at the men with her best intimidating face.

"Yeah, you. You wanna play a little poker while you and your sister wait?" the man asked as Lavender laughed much like Klaus did while walking over.

"She's my dear wife but you know what? I'd be dilated." Klaus said calmly with a sigh as he sat at the table.

"Hey, can I get one of those? It's gonna be a long night." Lavender said, bumping arms with the old man next to her while nodding toward his cigarettes.
