chapter thirty three

blondie's return

ใƒปโฅใƒป

ย ย  JORDANNA WAS UP all night. And no, it wasn't because of the questionable noises coming from Hayley's room. No, it was because of that freakin' teddy bear.

ย ย  That exorcist type of aura the teddy carried had her curious. It kept her up all night wondering, what kind of teddy just moves . . . on its own? A). A haunted one, duh. B). Maybe the spirit of Baloo possessed it or something and C). Anastasia.

ย  ย  Jordanna had a hard mind to the latter. So, she did what any mother would do after their child's spirit gives them some form of contact. Necromancy.

ย  ย  She spent all night trying to get in contact with her. Wanna' know what she found? Nothing.

ย  ย  Until . . . the very last minute. When she had finally given up, the strangest thing happened. Her head shot backwards all of a sudden, eyes slowly flickering to that pure white that shook the core of those around her. Her body lifted before her mouth involuntarily began chanting, an unknown language spilled passed her lips loudly. And that was when she saw it, her baby. Her little Anastasia.

ย  ย  A small child ran through the woods merely alone, around seven or eight, that same teddy in her hands as her, seemingly grown, hair danced around behind her. Her distorted giggles echoed in the Jones' head creepily as she called out to her, "Come on, Mom. Hurry up."

ย  ย  But when she tried to move towards her, her feet stayed planted in the murky, forest floor and before she knew it, her body fell to the ground and she was pulled out of her state and fell into complete darkness.

ย  ย  Which brought her to where she was now, it was the next morning and, weirdly enough, Jordanna had awoken in a bed. Rather than the floor.

ย  ย  But she had chosen to ignore the strange aspect the day had already carried as she walked down the stairs the next morning, carrying Sebastian in her arms.

Jordanna came to a stop, eyebrows shooting up as the sight of Hayley and Elijah welcomed her. The latter had a bowl of eggs in front of him, a whisk in hand and Hayley stood close to himโ€”so close to him in-fact Jordanna thought it looked as though they were about to kiss. It all looked quite . . . domestic to her, it was odd.

Jordanna cleared her throat rather loudly causing Hayley to jump away from the Mikaelson, she squirmed awkwardly at the amused glance Jordanna sent her way and the small pull of Elijah's lips.

Jordanna knew. But she didn't know. Last night, when she attempted to put Sebastian to bed she had to silence the house after the odd noises coming from Hayley's room echoed in hers, followed along by a shattering sound which caused her child to cry out as he tried to sleep.

Jordanna clicked her tongue, eyes flickering between the two. "This is a nice house, Elijah." The Jones brought up casually. "Good beds," she said, seemingly innocently as she sat Sebastian down on the counter, standing in-front of him to ensure that he didn't fall.

Elijah merely nodded, pursing his lips to hide the smile that threatened to spill.

"They're a little croaky, but it's fine," she brushed it off, looking down at the child with a grin before her eyes lifted, flickering between Hayley and Elijah, whom shared an awkward glanceโ€”that alone caused Jordanna to let out a theatrical sigh. "Something's going on with you two and I'm dying to know what it is . . . " she paused, noting the look on their faces, from the small tint of pink that ran up Hayley's cheeks to the fact that Elijah avoided eye contact. "You didn't." A dramatic gasp left her lips, "Oh, you so did!"

"Jords-"

"Your Aunt Hayley and Uncle 'Lijah got some last night, Sebby," Jordanna turned to the child in-front of her, tickling his stomach teasingly eliciting in a giggle to spill from his lips.

"Must you share that with the poor child?" Elijah sighed, pinching between his brows as he brushed passed her to grab a wooden spoon, placing a brisk kiss on Sebastian's head.

"I must," Jordanna nodded. "Who else am I gonna' tell? It's not like I have Caroline here to gossip with. But y'know what, 'Lijah? Call me jealous," she announced as she picked Sebastian up from the counter, and propped him up on her hip. "I've always wondered what Hales was like in bed," she said casually, grabbing a banana from the counter she sent them a quick grin before humming as she made her way out of the kitchen.

ใƒปโฅใƒป

It was a little while later when Jordanna heard Klaus' car pull up, she knew that the Mikaelson was bringing someone that he trusted to keep an eye on Sebastian and Elijah while he, Hayley and Jordanna made their way back to New Orleans.

And God Jordanna hoped it wouldn't be Cami. It'd make sense, Cami was now potentially in danger and needed somewhere to hide out, as did Sebastian.

Though when she pulled the curtain back on the door and saw a head of blonde step out the car her mood damped.

Yay! Cami's here-

Oh my God! That was most definitely not Cami! Totally not Cami at all!

Jordanna pulled the door open suddenly in excitement when she heard the irritated voice of the one and only Caroline Elizabeth Forbes speak up.

"Caroline!" Jordanna cried out, rushing down the porch steps to reach the blonde as Caroline's face lit up, a grin pulled at her lips as a teary eyed Caroline rushed over to her, throwing her arms around her best-friend.

"JJ! Oh my God," Caroline breathed out, hugging her tightly, yet careful of Sebastian, the blonde cupped the raven-haired girl's face, smiling joyfully. "Hi," she breathed out before pulling her in for another hug.

Jordanna met Klaus' eyes over Caroline's shoulder, the Jones sent him a warm smile, him reciprocating that. The Mikaelson knew that Jordanna deeply missed her best friend, he couldn't have missed it with the amount of times she would talk about her, or call her, or text her.

He thought that if there was one person other than Rebekah she'd want to watch over their child, it'd be Caroline. And it wasn't hard convincing Caroline with how much she wanted to see Jordanna and the baby, so he risked it. He simply did it for her.

When the two pulled away Caroline's eyes drifted to the small child in Jordanna's arms. "Hi," she gushed, eyes glistening in happiness as Jordanna handed him over to her. "I'm your Aunt Caroline."

Klaus slowly made his way over to them, a light smile on his face as he came to a stand beside Jordanna, his eyes solely on the blonde, "I hope you understand, once you leave here, this secret cannot leave with you."

Caroline nodded, seeming to not be paying attention to anything that came out of Klaus' mouth as Sebastian grabbed the blonde's finger, causing a chuckle to spill from her lips as she looked up to Jordanna. "He's beautiful," she said softly, looking down at the youngest Mikaelson member, "He's got your eyes, Jords," she chuckled tearfully.

Oh God . . . how she wanted one.

ใƒปโฅใƒป

Whilst the others discussed something downstairs Jordanna had stayed with Caroline upstairs, showing her around.

"I wish I could stay here with you . . ." Jordanna trailed off with a huff, throwing her body down onto an armchair as Caroline waltzed around the bedroom, Sebastian still in her arms.

"I know," Caroline said softly, taking a seat on the edge of the bed, turning to face Jordanna. "But you've gotta' do what you need so that you can bring him home."

"Yeah . . ." Jordanna breathed out, mind elsewhere.

"I missed you, you know that right?" Caroline questioned, lifting her gaze from Sebastian to Jordanna. "Mystic Falls was getting boring without you," she sighed.

Jordanna grinned, rolling her eyes as though it was obvious, "Duh. I was the only fun person in that town. It was just like, death, death, death 'oooh Elena!' Death, death, death, 'Elena, Elena, Elena.' You know what I mean?" She asked as she picked at her nails.

Caroline snorted, "I know what you mean, Jords."

Jordanna smiled again, still only half paying attention before she spoke up, voice quieter this time, "You know, Care-Bear, I don't think Nik could've picked a better person to watch over Elijah and little Sebby over there."

Caroline's face lit up, "You called him Sebby! You said you hated that name! Oh my God, Jordanna Jones you softie!"

The Jones rolled her eyes, "I wouldn't go that far, calm your tits."

"Oh, and she's back," Caroline muttered down to Sebastian.

"Suck a dick," she grumbled, shooting her a glare. "No but seriously, I'm only calling him that for you, so you should feel honoured."

"Honoured my ass," Caroline scoffed playfully, "You don't have to lie JJ, we both know you like that name."

"Sure," Jordanna trailed off wryly.

"You see that?" Caroline lifted one of Sebastian's hands, pointing it in Jordanna's direction. "She's in-denial. But we both know she likes it, don't we? Yes we do," Caroline cooed, talking in a disgustingly sweet voice.

Jordanna pretended to gag, before she turned her headโ€”glancing the clock that sat perfectly in the centre of the wall atop the bed, she sighed, "I gotta' go, Care."

Caroline's face pulled downwards before she nodded in understanding, coming to a stand as Jordanna did, she pulled her in for one last hug, "I'll look after him, I promise."

"I know you will," Jordanna smiled, moving to press a kiss to Sebastian's head before she went to make her way out of the room. "Have fun with Elijah!" She called out in her departure.

ใƒปโฅใƒป

Back at the Compound Jordanna walked around on her phone, dodging the mounts of Vampires and Werewolves alike as she shook her head, she looked down at the device with a small smile playing at her lips as Caroline sent her about five-thousand pictures of Sebastian, every-fucking-minute of the hourโ€”like she did during Jordanna's journey from the house back to the Abattoir.

Though her head snapped up as a voice called out, pulling her attention from her phone, "I see you're brokering a truce between mongrels and parasites!" Finn called out, Jordanna rose her brows as Marcel, Hayley and the others glared at him angrilyโ€”Finn merely sent them all an amused smirk.

"And just how long do you think that's really going to last? A month? A week? A day? What you don't seem to understand is that the only thing that can exist between your two degenerate species is hatred, war and death," Finn stated slowly, Jordanna's brows crinkled as she looked around in confusion.

She slowly took a reluctant step forward as she watched him rub his fingers together, the Mikaelson blew on them before slamming his hands against the doorway of the entranceโ€”Jordanna's eyes widened in realisation but before she had chance to stop his spell, the building already began shaking.

"But, I imagine, given a little time confined together, you'll come to see things the way I do," he smirked, Hayley looked hesitantly over at Jordanna from her place beside Jackson as Finn turned, making his exit.

Jordanna pursed her lips and sped off to Kol and Klaus, who resided in Kol's new room, "Your fucking brother just trapped us here with Hayley's strays!" She cried out, before exhaling deeply, "I was gonna' get my nails done, get some food and go shopping!" She exaggerated before speaking again, "What if the wolves decide they wanna', oh, I don't know, kill us all? They bite us and we're dead, Nik. Dead dead."

"Stop your dramatics, Jordanna," Klaus rolled his eyes, making his way over to her, he placed a hand on her shoulder. "One, I can heal you," he tutted theatrically, "And two, this is a witch problem. You both are witches. Fix it."

"Fix it?" She said slowly, raising her brows. "And how do you expect us to 'fix it', Nik? He," Jordanna pointed in Kol's direction. "Steps one foot out of this room and he could be eaten by all the baby-vamps. And me?" She gestured to herself. "I can hardly control my magic. What if I only make it worse?"

"You wont," Klaus assured her with a gentle smile before he spun her around, turning her to face the door. "Now, off you pop."

ย ย  "Off you pop?" Jordanna repeated as she slowly made her way out of the room, Kol following after her. "Who are you, my nonno?"

ย  ย  "Well, he is a thousand years old, darling," Kol grinned, "He's old enough to be your great, great, great, great, great-"

ย  ย  "I get it, thank you, Kol."

ใƒปโฅใƒป

ย  ย  Jordanna jumped up from her seat as she watched Davina make her way into the Courtyard, a grin on her face as her eyes met Kol's.

ย  ย  Just as Davina reached out to touch the barrier Kol rushed out toward her, stopping her from doing so, Jordanna rose her brows, eyes flickering between the two as she came to a stand beside the pair.

ย  ย  "Hey D," Jordanna sang out, sending her a suggestive glance, the Claire girl rolled her lips into her mouth to hide a smile.

ย  ย  "Hey, JJ," Davina said, "I'd give you a hug but-" she gestured to the barrier that separated the young witch from the duo.

ย  ย  "Oh, you mean this?" Jordanna tutted, poking her finger through it eliciting in her skin to burn, Kol swatted her hand away with a warning glance. "What a bitch, right?"

ย  ย  "Careful, careful!" Kol sighed in exasperation. "It's nasty," he told them before turning to Davina, with a cheeky smirk. "Two pretty girls to the rescue, eh?"

ย  ย  Jordanna whacked him on the shoulder, shooting him a look. "Don't say that, fuckface. Compliment her, just her. Don't be that annoying boy."

ย  ย  Kol rolled his eyes and turned to face Davina fully who rose her brows. "Pretty girl to the rescue, eh?" He tried again, a coy smile sitting on his lips, and, beside herself, Davina smiled. "You ready?" He asked the two.

ย  ย  They nodded, holding their hands up so that they were nearly touching, the barrier separating them. Soft chanting flowed through the space of the Compound, filling the ears of the Vampires and Wolves as they watched them work.

ย  ย  After a moment, the three were forcefully pushed back, a sting of pain shot through their bodies. "Ah!" Davina cried out.

ย  ย  "Whoo!" Jordanna whistled, chuckling as she stumbled back, grabbing onto Kol's shoulder to stabilize herself, "That was tingly!"

ย  ย  "What just happened?" Davina asked, rubbing her forehead as she winced in pain.

ย  ย  Klaus sped over to them, brows furrowed as his hand planted on Jordanna's lower back. "You alright?" He whispered down to her eliciting in a nod, satisfied with her answer he turned to the others. "I assume that means we're all free to go?"

ย  ย  Kol hesitantly turned to his brother, "No, the spell's locking us out."

ย  ย  "Vincent must be channelling something. A dark object, maybe," Davina added.

ย  ย  "Or maybe not an object at all," Jordanna spoke up, shaking her head. "He could be channelling a person."

ใƒปโฅใƒป

ย  ย  Jordanna made her way back downstairs after Caroline called her about yet, another, update on her son when she bumped into Josh and Aiden.

ย  ย  Well . . . when she bumped into Josh and Aiden making out in the hallway. She smiled sinisterly before clasping her hands together loudly, letting the sound echo through the hallsโ€”Josh and Aiden awkwardly jumped away from one another as Jordanna's grin widened.

ย  ย  "How adorably sweet," she announced, sending them a smile, choosing to ignore the apprehensive look on Aiden's face, "You two make a hot couple if I do say so myself," she told them with a smirk, "And I do . . . say so myself."

ย  ย  If everyone else around her ruined her chance of getting laidโ€”or even some form of alone time with Klaus, she ruined theirs. It was only fairย  . . . I mean, c'mon?

ย  ย  As the word 'couple' left her lips Josh and Aiden glanced at one another again, even more awkwardly than before, Jordanna's eyes widened in realisation. "Ermโ€”well, I'm just gonna-" she gestured behind her. "Yeah . . . you boys have fun," she turned, walking away from them with a grimace. "Dealing with that."

ย  ย  Oops.

ย  ย  As the Vampire turned to walk away she stumbled all of a sudden, a groan left her lips as her breathing suddenly became laboured. Blood. Her mouth suddenly became dry as she swallowed roughly, trying to ignore the sound of the heartbeats around her.

ย  ย  Her vision blurred as the sound of Aiden's blood pumping through his body rang through her ears, turning, she met Josh's eye, who mirrored her own state.

ย  ย  "Something's wrong," Josh muttered, seemingly overwhelmed.

ย  ย  "Are you okay?" Aiden asked in concern, taking a step toward him. Jordanna inhaled deeply as the more steps Aiden took towards them the louder the ringing sounded.

ย  ย  "No! I-I can't be up here with you right now," Josh spluttered out, turning away he nodded to the dining room, Jordanna nodded back, following after him as he stumbled down the stairs.

ย  ย  The Jones held her breath as she and Josh brushed past the Wolves in the Courtyard. The pair found Gia and Marcel in the dining room, two concerned pairs of eyes flickered to theirs as Josh doubled over in pain once again, Jordanna merely paled by the second.

ย  ย  "Whoa! Hey, slow down!" Marcel spoke calmly, grabbing Jordanna's arm to hold her up steadily. "You alright, J?"

ย  ย  "Something's wrong, Baldy," Jordanna began coughing. "All I can think about is frickin' blood."

ย  ย  "It's like when I first turned," Josh added, "Only a hundred times worse."

ย  ย  Jordanna was sure to be going insane. All she could think about was blood, all she could see was splashes of blood formulating in her mind and all she could smell was the sweet smell of the blood that pumped through the veins of the very people in the next room. The wolves.

ย  ย  Perhaps she was to pull a Stefan and find a rabbitโ€”that's what it had come to. It was that bad.

ย  ย  "Whoa!" Gia suddenly groaned out, doubling over.

ย  ย  "Gia!" Marcel called out in concern, but as he moved to check on the vampire he, too, suddenly in-took a sharp breath, holding onto the dining table for stability as a cold flash ran through his body, chilling his bones.

ย  ย  "Your vampires seem to think it's lunchtime!" An annoyed Klaus called out as he stormed into the room, his eyes immediately found Jordanna's causing him to speed over to her. "What is it?"

ย  ย  "They're not the only ones who are hungry. It's all of us," Marcel answered, gritting his teeth as he tried to stop his urges.

ย  ย  "Yeah, like super-size hungry. And there's an all-you-can-eat werewolf buffet right through those doors," Josh spoke, glancing back at the wolves.

ย  ย  Jordanna's eyes flickered, vamp-face slowly emerging as she stared at the wolves, the sound of their heartbeats distracted her from the on-going conversation. She swallowed roughly, feeling her fangs scrape against her lip before she moved.

ย  ย  Oh well, she didn't like the wolves anyway.ย

ย  ย  Just as she sped off to the first wolf she saw, Klaus beat her to it, his hand wrapped around her throat, not tightly, but just enough pressure to pull her away from the werewolves. Her back softly hit the wall of one of the rooms in the Compound, leaving her and Klaus isolated from the rest of themโ€”he stood still, watching her with narrowed eyes, hand still wrapped around her neck.

ย  ย  And with that, she smiled despite herself.

ย  ย  "Jordanna," Klaus warned.

ย  ย  "Nik," she pouted playfully, "Just one," she whispered. "Just one. Who cares?"

ย  ย  "Their family, I'm sure," he rolled his eyes. "You can control it."

ย  ย ย  She clicked her tongue with a shake of her head. "It's too strong. I can't. I'm just . . ." She exhaled deeply, meeting his eye. "So fucking hungry."

ย  ย  Klaus' tongue poked his cheek, slowly he released her, yet kept a watchful eye on her. "If you feed from me, you'll be fine," he nodded at his own words. "Just feed from me and calm yourself down."

ย ย  Jordanna nodded lightly. "Thatโ€”that might work. Yeah . . ." she trailed off, Klaus' voice grew distorted as he spoke, her eyes simply focused on his carotid artery. The sweet smell of blood called her name and before she knew it her face transitioned, fangs bared and within mere seconds her fangs sunk into his neck.

Her hands snaked up his chest, resting on his shouldersโ€”her chipped manicured nails dug into his skin as the sweet liquid glided down her throat, she sped them over to a chair that sat in the room, a small table beside it.

Klaus leant back in the chair, a hand run up and down the bare skin under her top, travelling down to her ass as she straddled him, the forearm to his free hand rested on the armrest, his hand reached up to his face, rubbing chin as he looked at her amusedly, "Satisfied yet?"

The Vampire licked the blood from her lips, veins under her eyes bulging before she shook her head, "Not quite," and she sunk her teeth into him once again.

ใƒปโฅใƒป

As Klaus made his way into the dining room his mind trailed offโ€”he had another problem at hand. Jordanna. After he had let her feed from him she appeared to be fine, that was until he received a phone call from Finn.

Klaus' intentions were merely to help, that if she was to feed then she'd be fine and they'd have less problems at handโ€”problems that weren't Jordanna trying to eat any werewolf that crossed her path.

But during the phone call Finn revealed that if the vampires fed, even just a little, or even triedย to, they were to become ravenous. They wouldn't be able to stop themselves.

And now? Jordanna was unable to stop. Luckily, Klaus had found her just in time, just before she had chance to tear into the neck of a werewolf woman who was walking alone down the hallways of the Abattoir.

He had no other choice but to fill her body with vervain and clasp her hands together with those Magical Handcuffs she hated so dearly. He had no choice, she was trying to use her magic to feed, and with Jordanna and her . . . what one might say, unpredictability. He was unsure of what consequences might stir if she were to kill a wolf.

After all, Hayley was merely marrying Jackson to help the wolvesโ€”and to help Sebastian, to keep him safe, he couldn't have her mess that up.

So, as he walked into the dining room, finding an agitated Marcel, an anxious Kol and a pissed off, drowsy Jones he pursed his lips at the look she gave him.

The trio watched from inside the dining room as one of Marcel's vampires and a wolf from Jackson's pack began fighting before Gia and Jackson broke it up.

Jordanna sucked her teeth, an irritated sigh spilled from her lips as she turned in her seat, facing Klaus, a bored expression on her face. "They're not drugged up, but I am? How is that fair?"

"Because, sweetheart, I haven't got the time, nor the care to be stopping you from killing every single wolf here," Klaus told her as he placed his palms down onto the table opposite her, giving her a pointed look.

"Things are getting testy out there. Come on, we better move this along," Marcel spoke up, turning to face the others in the dining room, eyes warily watching the Jones who sat with her chin awkwardly propped in her chained hands.

"Uh, Vincent's boundary is too strong. But, what Davina and I can do is cast a destruction spell," Kol informed them.

"What? You don't need my help?" Jordanna spoke up, a sweet smile pulling at her lips as she met Kol's eye. "If you just take these things off I'll be happy to help." Her smile stayed intact as she gestured to the chains around her wrists.

Kol smiled dryly, "If I even tried to 1). You'd rip my throat out and 2). Nik might just kill me."

Klaus pointed to him in agreement, eliciting in Jordanna to huff out in annoyance.

"Guys," Marcel spoke up, raising his brows. "Can we concentrate on the situation at hand?"

"Right, the spell," Kol muttered, "If we cast the destruction spell it would temporarily neutralise all magic objects in the Compound, including the Compound itself. If it works? Well, then it should give us sixty seconds to escape whilst the boundary is shut down."

"Alright, alright, that sounds good to me," Marcel nodded along to Kol's plan, clasping his hands together.

Jordanna clicked her tongue rather loudly, an amused smile spread across her face as she pointed at Kol. "Wrong move Kaleb-Kol," she tutted, shaking her head teasingly, Kol rolled his eyes at the nickname. "You'll disable all magical objects," she lifted her hand, showing them her daylight ring.

Though she didn't peep a word at the fact the handcuffs would be rendered useless the second the spell was casted.

Marcel groaned in frustration at her words, "And if we go outside in the sun without our rings, we're dead."

"Unless you wait for nightfall," Klaus offered, looking between Marcel and his brother as he moved around the table, standing beside the chair Jordanna was seated in.

"They're also new. They're not going to be able to fight the hunger," Marcel sighed, looking out toward the Courtyard where the vampires were. "We can't wait until nightfall. We're going to have a bloodbath on our hands before we even get close."

"What a damn shame," Jordanna smiled toothily.

ใƒปโฅใƒป

Jordanna and Klaus watched from the side-lines as Davina and Kol prepared the spell when their attention drifted as tensions ran high at the other side of the Courtyard when one of the werewolves began picking a fight with a vampire.

"What're you looking at?" The wolf, Jared, said as he shoved the vampire who stalked toward him.

"You want a piece of me?" The vampire snapped back at him, Jared retorted by picking up a nearby table, smashing it to the ground in pieces before he and another werewolf hastily picked up the two wooden legsโ€”intending to use them as stakes.

Jordanna looked up at Klaus pleadingly. "Oh, c'mon Nik, please. I'm bored," she spoke, gesturing to the fight.

Klaus inhaled deeply and looked down at her before he released his grip on her forearm and gestured for her to go, eliciting in a smile to break free on the Jones' lips.

Jordanna sped over to the Vampire just as Aiden rose to his feet and moved to grab Jared, breaking the fight apart while Jordanna wrapped her chained hands around the neck of the Vampire and pulled him back.

However, as Aiden pulled Jared back, the werewolf spun on his feet in surprise and accidently cut a long, bloody gash into his forearm. The smell of Aiden's blood caused the Vampires to stir, circling him hungrily.

At the smell of his blood Jordanna's hold on the Vampire loosened. Suddenly, one of the other vampires jumped on Aiden; pushing him down onto his back while another vampire held him down.

"Oh Jesus fuck," Jordanna muttered lowly before she held her breath and sped over to him at the same time Josh did. The Rosza vampire snapped one of their necks just as Jordanna did with the second vampire.

Marcel and Jackson grabbed a-hold of any other vampires that tried to make their way over Aiden. The werewolf sent them both a grateful smile as Josh held out his hand, helping him up from the floor. But the second Aiden came to a stand, Josh was overwhelmed with a great hunger, eyes focused on the bloody gash on Aiden's arm.

His veins bulged just as Klaus' voice called out. "Joshua! You get away from him right now," Klaus ordered as he pushed passed the mounts of vampires.

Josh seemed to snap out of his gaze, slowly backing away when Jordanna looked up, swallowing roughly before she bit into her wrist and held it out to Aiden, the wolf looked at her apprehensively, causing her to snap. "Hurry up then!" She turned to Davina and Kol as Aiden hesitantly took her blood. "Start the damn spell now!"

ใƒปโฅใƒป

Jordanna, Klaus and Hayley stood watching as Davina and Kol began chanting, a gust of strong wind flooded the Compound, blowing out the candles spread around them.

Jordanna rolled her eyes as she looked down at the hand tightly clasped on her forearm. "I'm not gonna' do anything," she whispered up to him.

"I'm not willing to take any chances, love," Klaus whispered back, eyes not leaving Davina and Kol.

Jordanna clicked her tongue, looking away in annoyance, "Might as well put me on a fucking leash."

"Don't tempt me," Klaus muttered back.

Davina held her hand out to check for the boundary causing Kol's eyes to widen in alarm, "Davina!"

The Claire witch ignored him, continuing to reach her hand out until it touched Kol's, without burning. Davina smiled proudly, Kol reciprocating that grin.

"Okay, Jack, now!" Hayley nodded toward the man who nodded back.

"Come on, go," Jackson shouted out, rushing the werewolves out of the Compound, along with Hayley while the vampires hid in the shadows until it was safe.

"Remember, sixty seconds!" Kol shouted out, turning back to the crowd before stepping out of the boundary himself.

However, as he did Klaus suddenly grabbed him by the collar, throwing him back in the Compound before the boundary went back up, Kol groaned, falling to the floorโ€”a cut graced his forehead in the process, a slither of blood ran down his skin.

"Nik! What . . . the fuck?" Jordanna screeched out, frowning as Klaus blocked Kol from leaving the Compound.

"Slight change of plans, brother. I no longer have to treat you as anything but the treacherous liar that you truly are," Klaus warned, ignoring Jordanna's profanities coming his way.

"What the bloody hell?" Kol questioned, merely earning a scowl from Klaus.

"Where is she?" Klaus demanded.

"Please! They'll kill him!" Davina pleaded as she watched the vampires who were hidden in the shadows stare at Kol with hunger in their eyes.

"Well, he should have thought about that before he betrayed our sister! Rebekah never made it to her new body, did she? And, seeing as you cast the spell and, well, you're you, I'd hardly call it an uncrackable case!" Klaus retorted in a accusatory tone.

"Rebekah's fine, Nik!" Kol told him angrily, making his way toward the barrier.

Jordanna ripped the chains from her wrist using her vamp-strength and muttered under her breath in an unknown language, please don't burn, please don't burn, please don't burn, and she stepped out from the shadows apprehensively before grinning as she didn't burn.

ย ย  She definitely liked this new magic, that's for sure.

The Jones came to a stand beside Kol; protecting him from the other vampires causing Klaus to scowl. "Jordanna, step away from him," he said, it wasn't that she was trying to protect his brother, no, it was that she seemed to have forgotten that if she didn't move she'd be stuck in there.

"Suck my dick," she shot back, she realised what Kol had done to Rebekah, but inevitably Rebekah would be fine. Kol on the other hand? The second the vampires could step out from the shadows they'd be all for the youngest Mikaelson brother. What best friend would she be if she left him there to die?

"It was a prank, nothing more than anything you lot have done to me, but I bet its different when it's one of-" Kol stopped himself short as the barrier went up, he winced as his hand began burning when he walked too far into it.

Klaus smirked. "Oh. Barrier's back up," he stated, watching as vampires walked out from their hiding places and swarmed around Kol hungrily. "And those vampires look oh-so hungry. Now, I was willing to welcome you back into my home, but you had to return to your petty, selfish jealousies! Well, let's see how well they help you survive when you're stuck in there!" Klaus smiled, turning to Jordanna. "If you wish to eat him, sweetheart, I have no objections. Call me when you get out."

And he sped off.

Jordanna pursed her lips and turned to Kol, she shot a hand out as a vampire sped toward the Mikaelson, the vampire in question cried out in pain as Jordanna sighed deeply, she turned to Kol, eyes solely on the blood that dripped down his forehead, the veins under her eyes flickered.

"I need a fucking cig," she muttered under her breath as she tried not to look nor smell the blood on Kol as she attempted to drag him to safety.
